In Korea the musical was granted very close an art however recently it is rapidly take the position a new trend of the mass culture industry with some of promoted lifestyle due to increased income and with spreading consumer culture of well-being. This study is to consider the musical as a way of OMSU to observe how to produce the musical the with the original one that recorded as the best animation program with highly broadcasting rate as it is broadcasted on TV. It is belongs to a category of musical or a performance, has a good feature of children's program with arranging the broadcasting. Through this study, developing performance art to OSMU, it wishes to utilize people that produce the performance applying the contents of animations and cartoons, to make value added This study is for presenting an effective way of OSMU, with studying and researching the production process of the musical . The original source the cartoon and animation is transferred to a musical with a technical feature of digital audio-visual, with characterizing to an attractive musical characters from the original characters, and with humorize twisted story structure based on the basic storyline.

The accessibility evaluation of ten web-based loaming content in Korea was performed with the following procedure : (1) A primitive metric of the compliance of those contents to the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 1.0 was obtained using Bobby, a widely used accessibility checker. (2) SGML validation test was carried out. (3) The contents were rendered with various browsers including a text-mode browser. (4) They were manually checked as to whether they satisfy the accessibility criteria proposed by W3C. Most of the tested contents scored low marks in all the test categories partly because they were apparently developed with little attention paid to web standard conformance, browser compatibility, and device-independence. They also put heavy emphasis on audio-visual effects catering only to the best-equipped users and offering no alternate access route for those in restricted environment. As more information and learning materials are delivered through the Internet, these low accessible contents would lead to a deeper information divide. The accessibility needs to be regarded as an important factor in evaluating the quality of loaming content.

When reviewing animation based on a mythical motive, the mythical imaginary power has been dependent only on audio visual senses thereby resorting to a fantasy nature regardless of reality, or there has been too much emphasis on an educational message and animation has been utilized as a conflicting composition between good and evil. Therefore, this thesis reviewed 1) whether the author's consciousness was reflected in animation according to the contemporary interpretation of mythical imaginary power and 2) whether the author included an internal meaning of a universal subject by having a short animation that was produced by actively utilizing a mythical motive as a text. Also, based on the analysis, the study deduced the conclusion that the most important thing in animation based on a mythical motive is the author's consciousness that reinterprets the theme of 'universality' from a contemporary perspective before expressing the mythical objects through the senses such as by a brilliant image and sound. The products of such an analysis are supposed to solve the problem over how mythical factors need to be applied and utilized in creating animation.

On the point of view, I am about to study how to shape into the puppet shows as a traditional medium. And what will be expected much more influenced when accepts principles of Esthetics of an Image? I expect to purify emotion by Puppet shows to the Moderns who are live in the rapidly changing period situation. I would like to observe about making process of Puppet-show with application of the image language.

This paper describes Three-Dimensional Listening Simulation System (3D-LSS) which is to analyze whistle sound related marine casualties, and is to evaluate the accident situations using 3D sound by Head Related Transfer Function. At first, the three-dimensional listening model from the analysis of accident situations is proposed, and then the reproduction and evaluation methods of 3D sounds are also discussed. The system is designed to explain the accident situations and to simulate the possible situations with GUI based graphics and 3D sound reproduction. The evaluation experiments using 3D-LSS are carried out with six cases that did not known whether it is true or not the blast and listening of the whistle sound between two vessels. As results of psychological assessments by five subjects, the six cases can be analyzed clearly by visual images and audio sounds, thus the usability of 3D-LSS as one of the judgment assistant system of marine casualty is verified.

This paper is about multimodal storytelling experience applying Virtual Reality technology in museum. Specifically, this research argues virtual reality in both intuitive understanding of history also multimodal experience in the space. This research investigates cases regarding use of virtual reality in museum sector. As a research method, this paper conducts a literature review regarding multimodal experience and examples applying virtual reality related technologies in museum. Based on the literature review to investigate the concept necessary with its related cases. Based on the investigation, this paper suggests constructing elements for multimodal storytelling based on VR. Ultimately, this paper suggests the elements of building VR storytelling where dynamic audio-visual and interaction mode combines with historical resources for diverse audiences.

This survey is related to the status of education for environmental managers, who are taking charge of pollution control untilities, and its analyses. This survey is also discussing the improvements of educational course for the trainees, who have already been educated in environmental background as well as its problems. The 45% of in-service trainees were those who had graduated more than a junior college. But under the 50% of them were those who had school careers of less than a high a high school, which means that the trainees have trouble in acquiring the professional knowledges on environmental educations such as the lectures and the practice educations. All over the country, 46 junior colleges, and 65 universities which have a environmental education program, have produced the graduates who major in the environment. Therefore, it is demanded that they should be properly treated. In this research work, it is shown that the 76% of environmental managers have no certificate of environmental study. It is thought that this has resulted from the released environmental law; the untilities of the first and second grade need a manager with a certificate related with environment, the third grade utilities only need a manager with a non-specified certificate related with environment or a manager with more than 3 years environmental practice careers, the fourth and fifth grade utilities do not need the certificate related to environment. In view of relation between environment pollutions and the management of environmental utilities, it is thought that present environmental laws should be improved to be strict. The fact that the differences in regions or utilities are not considered in the contents of texts, has reduced the efficiency of education. Therefore, it is needed that the experts and the in-service managers should take part in the development of the text. In this survey, the more than 20% of trainees have negative opinions about the result of this education, which means that overall the environmental practice education should be reconsidered. In the educational methodology, more than 50% of trainees have the opinion that they want spot speciations, the audio-visual educations and the practice. Therefore, it is demaned that the subjects, syllabus, and the allotment of time ect, should be reorganized for the more practical education.

This study is designed to shed light on the current status of school health education in Korea and identify its problems. The findings of this study among other things pointed out that health education should be awarded the status on an independent subject in a bid to activate school health education and cope with its problems. Thus for efforts focused on the needs for establishing health education as an independent course as well as for enhancing the awareness of its importance. At this stage further efforts are needed to develop in-depth discussions and add greater variety to the curriculum. Firstly efforts should be made to recognize the health status of students at all levels, i.d., from kindergarten through university. Particulary at this stage when the entire society is going through changes in the types of health problems and disease pattern, the outcome of analyses on the types of health problems and health-related behavior can be used as basic data for framing the contents of school health education. Secondly more active efforts are required to single out the contents of health education and develop health education curricula assessment based on the findings of surveys on that of health education needs. Thirdly the development of school health education curriculum should be accompanied by that of more effective educational methods and materials. In particular, further efforts should be made to develop educational methods designed to make wider use of audio-visual equipments or apply behavior modification techniques so that school health education will be adapted to changed educational environment and the characteristics of health education. Fourthly and most importantly the training and production competent health education teachers is needed. This should be preceded by the amendment of relevant laws and administrative systems.

Recently, Web-based Survey has attempted to overcome the limitations of Paper-based survey. This method is more effective in costs and time use than traditional methods, also help respondents to understand and interest in the survey. Especially for the elderly, web-based survey is effective survey tool, because audio-visual material could be provied. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of two kinds of methods which were web-based survey and paper-based survey, focused on elderly residents' needs for ubiquitous home service. The participants were older than 60 and divided into 2 groups, web-based survey and paper-based survey, each group was controlled over by age, gender, computer skill. For this study, elderly residents conducted a survey passed through 2 steps, the first was residents' needs for ubiquitous home services, the second was an evaluation of survey methods. Finding were as follows : first, there was no difference between the two groups in needs for ubiquitous home service, so survey itself can not make a difference in survey results. Second, respondents of web-based survey were more interested in and felt easier about method that they conducted than ones of paper-based survey. Finally, Web-based survey will be more effective method to be figure out the need of the elderly who are familiar with computer.

Purpose : This descriptive study was performed to analyze the trends of nursing interventional studies in adult nursing area. Method : All interventional studies of 'Journal of Korean Academy of Adult Nursing Society', fifty three articles, from 1989 to 2000 were collected and reviewed Result : The research subject were patients in 38(66.7%) and 81.8% of researches was performed in hospital environment. There was only one true experimental design and most of articles(79.2%) were designed by quasi-experimental method Only 17% of articles have theoretical framework and 73.6% of articles described research hypotheses. The data collection methods for variables were as follows: Psychosocial measurement 60.8%, physiological measurement 25.7%, and observation 13.5%, respectively. Lecture(16.7%), audio-visual(16.7%), and book, pamphlet, or leaflets(13.6%) were the most frequently used instruments of the interventions. Behavioral domain(60.3%) and Physiological: Basic domain(29.3%) was the most common, when the interventions were classified by Nursing Intervention Classification. Physiological(50.8%) and psychosocial variables(49.2%) were the two major dependent variables. Conclusion : Considering the above results obtained, the nursing intervention studies in adult nursing area have been tested with quasi-experimental studies through clinical trials. For the development of clinical nursing practice and advancement of nursing theories, the amount of interventional studies should be increased and the quality of research methods refined more to develop nursing science and practice in adult nursing area.
