We constructed 3-D images by HMD (Head Mount Display) type and polarization technique through which a training instrument of binocular function based on clinical vision therapy was developed and investigated its demand. To design the instrument that performs Test- Diagnosis - (Prescription) - Training - Treatment we provided a customized training method for the trainers using optical IT instruments of binocular test. Through the contents and the instruments of the vision therapy technology developed in this work we can replace the current vision test instruments to those costing 60% lower price in eye clinics and eye glasses shops. By replacing the existing vision test instruments it is possible to create a new market of the vision therapy in vision training instruments.

목적: 본 연구는 스포츠비젼 트레이닝의 효과를 검증하고, 그 결과가 야구성적에 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 또한, 스포츠에 있어서 시력의 중요성을 인식시키고, 스포츠비 젼 트레이닝에 대한 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법: D 고등학교 야구부 선수 21명을 대상으로 원근거리 시위량과 융합 여력, 폭주 근점, 정지 시력과 동체 시력, 정적 입체시와 동적 입체시, 대비감도, 시각-반응 시간을 평가한 후 8주 동안의 스포츠비젼 트레이닝을 실시하고 그 변화량을 측정하였다. 결과: 스포츠비젼 트레이닝 이후 시기능이 향상되었고, 타율 또한 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 스포츠비젼 트레이닝의 원리를 다양한 스포츠에 적용하고, 보다 체계적인 검사장비와 훈련방법이 정비된다면 선수들의 스포츠 수행능력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조수단으로 사용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

Not only in Korea, but also in other countries, most helicopter accidents occur at low altitude. Analysis on accidents data collected both in Korea and other countries has brought two conclusions. Firstly, helicopter operations during the night hours carries a high risk. Secondly, the most common cause of night hour operations is loss of control due to the flight illusion. As an operation relying on a night vision in particular has a very high accident hazard, accompanying instruments such as NVG are ought to be provided. Hence, a thorough preparation and inspection on missions for night forest fire extinguishing should be required and perfect guidelines/road maps and enough training programs for the operation should be provided before the engagement in missions.

Purpose: The purpose was to analyze the effects of internal marketing activity factors on nurse's turnover intention, nursing task performance and nursing productivity. Methods: The subjects were 355 nurses who were working at the 3 universities hospital over 1 year. The instruments were used of internal marketing activity factors(Lee, 2001), turnover intension(Lee, 1995), nursing task performance(Park, 1988) and nursing productivity(McNeese-Smith, 1996). Results: The mean score of internal marketing activity factors was 2.79, education and training 2.97, individualization 2.93, communication 2.87, promotion 2.76, work environment 2.63, reward system 2.62, and management vision for employee 2.61. The turnover intention was 3.12, nursing task performance 3.49, and nursing productivity 3.38. The internal marketing activity factors were negatively correlated with turnover intention(r=-0.37, p<0.0001), and positively correlated with nursing task performance(r=0.29, p<0.0001) and nursing productivity(r=0.30, p<0.0001). The key predictor of turnover intension was reward system, education and training, communication, and salary. They explained 35.0% of the total variance. In nursing task performance, communication, management vision for employee, salary and unit explained 26.0% of the total variance. In nursing productivity, communication, reward, education and training, salary, and position explained 24.0%. Conclusions: To increase nurse's nursing task performance and nursing productivity and to decrease turnover intention, it is necessary to concentrate on improving communication and reward system in the internal marketing activity factors. Through these activities, the effectiveness of internal marketing strategies will be enhanced and finally, nursing organizational outcome will be increased.

Combat Development is process of studying and developing concept, doctrine, weapon systems, organization and training for the improvement of combat capability to be ready present and future warfare. The combat development domain consists of 6 fields Doctrine, Organization, Material, Training, Personnel, and Facilities. The cornerstones of combat development are "How to prepare" and "How to fight" in the future warfare. ROK- TRADOC(Republic of Korea Army Training and Doctrine Command) has implemented combat development that applies CBRS (Concept-Based Requirements System) and "Vision - Capstone concept - operating and functional concept - FOC(Future Operational Capabilities) Requirements". To prepare for the possibility or new types or wars in the future, the creation of new concept and system is essential. Though verification with various instruments, combat power can be secured and exhibited. Combat development by empirical mind estimation means that is no longer relevant.To prepare combat development based on scientific analysis, there is a need for powerful engineering analysis and verification, in order to prepare for uncertain and diverse future battlefield environments. In this thesis, warfighting experiment is essential ways and means to pursue the scientific combat development ; investigated tendency of combat development environment, and analyzed diversification aspects of possible future warfare. In conclusion, concept of campaign experiment and role is the conerstone of scientific combat development; and lays out the roadmap of all affecting components to its development.
