본 연구는 3D캐릭터 개발에 효율성을 높이고, 보다 인간의 표정에 가까운 캐릭터표정을 제작하기 위하여 실시되었다. 각 연령층별, 성별, 직위 등의 계층으로 각 감정영역을 데이터화하여 하나의 시스템으로 연동되어진다면 애니메이션, 만화, 연기 및 다양한 영상 엔터테인먼트산업과 이에 필요한 인력양성에 고무적인 반향을 일으킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 이에 그 기반연구로 실시된 선행 연구를 바탕으로 이번 연구에서는 연구영역 중 1개 계층 8대 감정영역에 대한 표본연구로 진행하였다. 이로써 인간의 감정과 표현 간에는 일련의 연계성이 존재하며, 특히 표정에서 나타나는 비언어적 감성기호들을 범주화할 수 있다는 가정을 증명할 수 있었다. 그러나 인간의 풍부한 감정은 하나의 자극에 대한 단일감정보다는 다수 또는 지속자극에 대한 복합기호로서 표출되므로 이에 대한 통제는 많은 어려움이 있고, 본 연구에서 제시한 연구 모델은 각 영역별, 척도별 단일 감정에 대한 내용만을 다루기 위해 실험환경을 일부 조작하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다양한 미디어제작에 필요한 가상캐릭터의 표정, 의인화 등을 위한 주요한 데이터로 활용가능하며, 향후 연구에서는 더 많은 표본에 대한 폭넓은 데이터베이스 구축과 상대적 비교검증이 이루어져야한다.

본 연구는 외국인학습자들 사이의 PBL의 상호작용을 강화하고자 메타버스 도구를 활용한 e-PBL의 교육적 효과를 탐색하였다. C대학교의 매주 3시간의 15주차의 PBL 교과목을 비대면 상황에 맞추어 체계적으로 재구성하였고 우리 사회 이슈와 밀접한 실제적인 문제해결을 e-PBL로 수행하는 과정에서 상호작용의 도구로서 메타버스 테크놀로지를 활용하였다. 11개 국적의 43명의 참여 수강생 중 절반 이상인 외국인 학습자들로 구성된 e-PBL 강의에서 언어와 국적을 초월하여 효과적인 소통의 도구로서의 메타버스 활용을 통해 학습자들은 프로젝트 활동에 한층 더 능동적으로 상호작용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 메타버스 공간에서 팀 구성원들간의 언어적 소통 외의 다양한 비언어적 소통이 가능했고 그 과정에서 메타버스 공간 특유의 행동 유도 기능들은 매우 유용하게 작용했음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 언어적 의사소통이 완벽하지 않은 학습자들간의 상호작용을 개선하기 위한도구로서의 메타버스 활용 e-PBL 교수방법을 모색하는 계기가 될 수 있다.

Professional communication skills in writing and speaking with multiple and complex audiences are required to engineers in society of modern technology. In this paper, we proposed the effective assessment system for the Program Outcomes on the communication skill competence(PO7), which is one of the 12 program outcomes stipulated by ABEEK (Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea). To ensure logical connectivity of the assessment system, we carefully selected the performance criteria by defining the core concept of "written communication" and "verbal communication". Based on the selected performance criteria, the whole process of creating assessment tools and rubrics was explained in detail. It can be expected that the assessment for the Program Outcomes on the communication skill competence would be more systematic by using the proposed assessment system.

Purpose: This study aims to provide marketing implications for training and face-to-face service employee communication by analyzing how communication by Korean crews at foreign airlines affects passengers' perception and how this perception relates to airline service quality and customer satisfaction. Research design, data: The collection of questionnaires for the demonstration in this study has collected 300 questionnaires for about a month for Korean passengers who are aware of the presence of Korean crew on board aircraft. Results: The study analyzed the relationship between the communication ability, customer satisfaction, and reuse intention of foreign airlines. An empirical analysis of the relationship between quality of airline service, customer satisfaction, and intention of re-use can suggest the following implications based on the language and non-verbal communication capabilities of the Korean crew working for foreign airlines. Conclusions: We studied the impact of communication between Korean crews working for foreign airlines on the quality of airline service, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. The Korean crew should also work for overseas airlines and consider communication as important and expand their overall foreign language education and communication skills to have a positive impact on not only Korean passengers but also their own citizens.

본 연구는 조선시대 한글 편지의 전달 양상을 분석함으로써 근대적인 우편 제도 발달의 단초를 찾아보는 것이다. 조선시대 편지 전달의 문제점은 전달의 지체성(遲滯性), 인편의 부정기성(不定期性), 전달의 부정확성, 전달자에 대한 불신성(不信性), 전달의 고비용성(高費用性) 등이라 할 수 있는데 대부분 전달의 체계성 결여에서 비롯된 것들이다. 구체적인 논의 진행을 위하여 편지의 전달 방식과 전달자의 성격을 기준에 따라 나누어 분석하였다. 전달 방식은 전달 수단의 공사(公私) 여부에 따라 공인편(公人便)과 사인편(私人便)으로 나누었고, 전달 단계의 다단(多段) 여부에 따라 일단계전달(一段階傳達)과 다단계 전달(多段階傳達)로 나누었으며, 전달의 왕복(往復) 여부에 따라 편도전달(片道傳達)과 왕복전달(往復傳達)로 나누어 분석하였다. 전달 방식의 양상 분석 결과, 공인편, 다단계 전달, 편도 전달 방식이 근대 우편제도의 배달 방식으로 이어졌을 것으로 추정되었다. 개화기에 우체사라는 공적 기관에 의해 다단계 편도 전달의 시스템으로 발전하였다는 의미이다. 전달자의 특성은 구두(口頭) 전달 여부에 따라 구두 전달, 편지와 구두 전달, 편지 전달로 나누었고, 송신자와의 관계(關係) 여부에 따라 관계인(關係人) 전달과 비관계인(非關係人) 전달로 나누었으며, 전담(專擔) 여부에 따라 인편(人便) 전달과 전인(專人) 전달로 나누어 분석하였다. 전달자 양상의 분석 결과, '편지 전달', '비관계인 전달', '전인 전달'의 특성이 우체사의 체전부의 역할로 일정 부분 계승되었을 것으로 추정하였다.

본 연구는 한국아동패널 11차 년도에 조사가 완료된 자료를 활용하여 인지 및 언어발달 분야의 아동 화용언어 체크리스트 도구에 의해 조사된 담화관리, 상황에 따른 조절 및 적용 능력, 의사소통 의도, 비언어적 의사소통의 잠재변수에 대한 관측변수 요인 간의 관계를 분석하여 유의미한 영향력을 찾아내는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 한국아동패널 11차 년도(2018년) 자료 2150가구 중 조사 미 참여 722가구를 제외한 1428가구에서 언어발달 질문의 무응답자 36가구를 제외한 1392가구의 초등학교 4학년 학생들 이다. 연구 결과 연구모델의 효과분석에서 의사소통 의도를 제외한 3개의 잠재변수 간의 총 효과와 직접효과, 간접효과에서 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 비언어적 의사소통이 담화 관리 능력에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 비언어적 의사소통과 담화 관리 능력 관계에서 상황에 따른 조절 및 적용 능력을 매개로 한 간접적인 영향이 유의미하게 나타났다. 결과적으로 비언어적 의사소통과 상황에 따른 조절 및 적응 능력이 높을수록 담화 관리 능력도 높아진다는 것을 알게 되었다.

본 연구는 학교스포츠클럽에서 지도자의 언어적·비언어적 의사소통이 지도자신뢰 및 수업몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 임의추출을 적용하여 수도권 소재의 중학생 349명을 대상으로 설문지를 수집, 분석하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 잠재변인들의 하위요인간 문항 합점수를 이용한 상관분석 결과, 모든 상관계수에서 정적(+)으로 유의미한 관계를 나타났다. 둘째, 언어적·비언어적 의사소통이 지도자신뢰에 미치는 영향은 공간언어, 외양언어, 신체언어, 언어적 요인의 영향력 순으로 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 언어적·비언어적 의사소통이 수업몰입에 미치는 영향은 외양언어, 공간언어, 언어적 요인 순으로 수업몰입을 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지도자신뢰가 수업몰입에 미치는 영향은 운동능력 요인만 수업몰입을 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 학교스포츠클럽 지도자와 학생들과 상호작용을 쌓을 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 학교스포츠클럽이 활성화될 수 있는 학문적 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

Various artificial intelligence neural network models that have emerged since 2014 enable the creation of new content beyond the existing level of information discrimination and withdrawal, and the recent generative artificial intelligences such as ChatGPT and Gall-E2 create and present new information similar to actual data, enabling natural interaction because they create and provide verbal expressions similar to humans, unlike existing chatbots that simply present input content or search results. This study aims to present a model that can improve the ChatGPT communication skills of university students through curriculum research on ChatGPT, which can be participated by students from all departments, including engineering, humanities, society, health, welfare, art, tourism, management, and liberal arts. It is intended to design a way to strengthen competitiveness to embody the practical ability to solve problems through ethical attitudes, AI-related technologies, data management, and composition processes as knowledge necessary to perform tasks in the artificial intelligence era, away from simple use capabilities. It is believed that through creative education methods, it is possible to improve university awareness in companies and to seek industry-academia self-reliant courses.

This paper is concerned with the effective and efficient identification of the gender and motion of humans. Tracking this nonverbal behavior is useful for providing clues about the interaction of different types of people and their exact motion. This system can also be useful for security in different places or for monitoring patients in hospital and many more applications. Here we describe a novel method of determining identity using machine learning with Microsoft Kinect. This method minimizes the fitting or overlapping error between an ellipsoid based skeleton.

It is the prime importance of the information and the reference-librarians to better understand the communication functions of the library since they are the ones to whom the library users come first with their informational needs. Reference librarians often have the problem of providing information to those who may have little experience with, or interest in the library. There is also a problem of finding out what the person really wants, not what he says he wants. Therefore, the interaction between the librarian and the user involves a highly complex activity of communication with each other even before the actual search begins. Reference librarians cannot perform to any degree of success without comprehension of the general patterns and processes of communication in information seeking. Nonverbal as well as verbal transmittal process on the part of both librarians and patrons should not be overlooked. Some of the difficulties and barriers of library communication are brought so that possible cures and improvement may be sought. The basic purpose of the reference interview through which this interpersonal communication takes place is for the reference specialist to enable to link the needs of the patron with potential resource of the library. The writer firmly believes that this importance of the process be taught as well as the materials in reference service regardless of the level of the course offered in library science department.
