Study On Generating Compact Network RTK Corrections Considering Ambiguity Level Adjustment Among Reference Station Networks for Constructing Infrastructure of Land Vehicle (육상교통 인프라 구축을 위한 다중 네트워크 간 미지정수 수준 조정이 고려된 Compact Network PTK 보정정보 생성기법 연구)

  • Network RTK is widely used especially for static applications so far, however, the demand for high accuracy positioning for kinetic users such as land vehicles is growing for safety and convenience reasons. Kinematic users move along the roads and the network where they receive corrections can be changed. Compact Network RTK corrections should keep consistency while network change. In this paper, we introduced a method of generating Compact Network RTK corrections considering network ambiguity level adjustment by formulation of corrections. We verified the proposed method for reference station networks across whole country. We also generated Compact Network RTK corrections using simulation and real GPS data from reference stations in South Korea and evaluated performance of users. As a result, the discontinuity between corrections from two networks reduced to 0.25 cycle from several cycles. And user could achieve less than 8 cm (2DRMS) horizontal position accuracy continuously regardless of network change.

  • Recently, water shortages have occurred due to climate change, and the need for water management of agricultural water has increased due to the occurrence of algal blooms in reservoirs. Existing algae prevention is operated by putting many people on site and misses the optimal spraying time due to movement through boats. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to block contamination in advance and move within time to uniformly spray complex microorganisms uniformly. Control drones are used for pesticide spraying and can be applied to algae prevention work by utilizing control drones. In this paper, basic research for the establishment of a marine control system was conducted for application to the reservoir environment, and as one of the results, the characteristics of a drone nozzle, a core technology that can be used for control drones, were calculated. In particular, it was found that the existing agricultural control drones had a disadvantage that the concentration was non-uniform within the suggested spraying interval, and to compensate for this, nozzle positioning and nozzle spraying uniformity were calculated. Based on the experimental results, we develop a core algorithm for establishing an algal bloom monitoring system in the reservoir environment and propose a precision control technology that can be used for marine control work in the future.

A Comparative Study of Sea Trials and Production Processes for Propulsion Type Working Boats with a Tuna Purse Seiner (다랑어 선망어선 탑재용 보조 작업선의 추진기 형태 변화에 대한 제작과정 및 해상시운전 비교 연구)

  • In Korea, much research and development have occurred to enhance the technological competitiveness of tuna purse seining fisheries. Due to these efforts, fishing efficiency has been improved with the development of radar, sonar and global positioning systems for fish detection and revisions to the hull forms of tuna purse seiners. However, for skiff boats, net boats and speed boats, which are auxiliary working boats mounted on tuna purse seiners, technology has lagged behind relative to the modernization of the main vessel. In this study, the hull of an existing propeller-based net boat with steel wire net to protect tuna was changed to the hull of a water jet propulsion vehicle to reduce resistance and improve maneuverability. As a result, a prototype of a water jet propulsion option was produced according to the aluminum structure strength standards specified by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and safety was confirmed by performing a drop test. Moreover, through a sea trial test, an existing net boat was shown to have a speed of 12.0knots and a towing force of 2,545 kgf at 2,500 RPM. The prototype had a speed of 26.7 knots and a towing force of 2,011 kgf at 3,200 RPM, which satisfied the towing capacity standards of auxiliary working boats mounted on tuna purse seiners.
