The wireless network has bursty and high error rates. Due to the quite limited bandwidth in wireless networks, images are usually transmitted as a compressed version with VLC(variable length coding). Loss of coded data can affect a decoded image to a large extent, making concealment of errors caused by data loss an important issue. This paper presents a error concealment technique for DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform) based image coding. First, a method to estimate the missing DC coefficients of a JPEG coded image which is required for decoding the compressed image, is suggested and evaluated. Second, the missing data is interpolated by exploiting the probability of being nonzero and the correlation between adjacent blocks. In addition, since the these technique is computational efficient, it conserves system resources and power consumption, which are restrictive in mobile computers.

Ultrasonic metal welding is one of the welding methods which welds metal by applying high frequency vibrational energy into specific area at constant pressure, avaliable in room temperature and low temperature. Ultrasonic metal welder is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster, and horn. Precise designing is required since each parts' shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper focused to horn design, its length L was set to 62mm by calculating vibration equation. By performing modal analysis with various shape variable b times integer, when length of b is 30mm the output was 39,599Hz at 10th mode. Also by performing harmonic response analysis, the frequency response result was 39,533Hz, which was similar to modal analysis result. In order to observe the designed horn's performance, about 4,000 voltage data was obtained from a light sensor and was analyzed by FFT analysis using Origin Tool. The result RMS amplitude was approximately 8.5${\mu}m$ at 40,000Hz, and maximum amplitude was 12.3${\mu}m$. Therefore, it was verified that the ultrasonic metal welding horn was optimally designed.

A probabilistic model and analysis methods to determine the means and variances of the velocity and acceleration in stochastically-defined planar pin jointed kinematic chains are presented. The presented model considers the effect of tolerances on link length and radial clearance and uncertainty of pin location as a net effect on the link's effective length. The determination of the mean values and variances of the output variables requires the calculation of sensitivities of secondary variables with respect to the random variables. It is shown that this computation is straightforward and can be accomplished by a conventional kinematic analysis package with minor modification. Thus, the concepts of tolerance and clearance have been captured by the model and analysis. The only input data are the nominal linkage model and statistical information. The "effective link length" model is shown to be applicable to both analytical solution and Monte Carlo simulation. The results from both methods are compared. This paper Ksolves the higher-order kinematic problems for the probabilistic design analysis of stochastically-defined mechanisms.echanisms.

The nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions of the ribosomal DNA including the 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene (rDNA) have been determined for 11 species in order to analyze their intrageneric relationships. The total length of these sequences ranged from 530 nucleotides for Trichoderma reesei KCTC 1286 to 553 nucleotide for Trichoderma koningii IAM 12534. Generally speaking, the length of ITS1 region was about 30 nucleotides longer than that of the ITS2 region. Also, the sequences of 5.8S rDNA were more conserved in length and variation than those of ITS regions. Although the variable ITS sequences were often ambiguously aligned, the conserved sites were also found. Thus, a neighbor-joining tree was constructed using the full sequence data of the ITS regions and the 5.8S rDNA. The Trichoderma genus used to be grouped on the basis of the morphological features and especially the shape of phialides needs to be reexamined. The phylogenetic tree displayed the presence of monophylogeny in the species of Trichoderma. Therefore, it was difficult to distinguish the intrageneric relationships in the Trichoderma genus.
Three design parameters were considered in this study: outlet nozzle angle (30°, 60°, 80°), neck length (1 mm, 3 mm), and flow rate (0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8 lpm). A neck diameter of 0.5 mm induced cavitation flow at a venture nozzle. A secondary transparent chamber was connected after ejection to increase bubble duration and shape visibility. The bubble size was estimated using a Gaussian kernel function to identify bubbles in the acquired images. Data on bubble size were used to obtain Sauter's mean diameter and probability density function to obtain specific bubble state conditions. The degree of bubble generation according to the bubble size was compared for each design variable. The bubble diameter increased as the flow rate increased. The frequency of bubble generation was highest around 20 ㎛. With the same neck length, the smaller the CV number, the larger the average bubble diameter. It is possible to increase the generation frequency of smaller bubbles by the cavitation method by changing the magnification angle and length of the neck. However, if the flow rate is too large, the average bubble diameter tends to increase, so an appropriate flow rate should be selected.

A client stores data in the cloud and uses remote data checking (RDC) schemes to check the integrity of the data. The client can detect the corruption of the data using RDC schemes. Recently, robust RDC schemes have integrated forward error-correcting codes (FECs) to ensure the integrity of data while enabling dynamic update operations. Thus, minor data corruption can be recovered by FECs, whereas major data corruption can be detected by spot-checking techniques. However, this requires high communication overhead for dynamic update, because a small update may require the client to download an entire file. The Variable Length Constraint Group (VLCG) scheme overcomes this disadvantage by downloading the RS-encoded parity data for update instead of the entire file. Despite this, it needs to download all the parity data for any minor update. In this paper, we propose an improved RDC scheme in which the communication overhead can be reduced by downloading only a part of the parity data for update while simultaneously ensuring the integrity of the data. Efficiency and security analysis show that the proposed scheme enhances efficiency without any security degradation.

Recently, information providing service using Big Data is being expanded. Big Data processing technology is actively being academic research to an important issue in the IT industry. In this paper, we analyze a skilled pattern of welder through Big Data analysis or extraction of welding based on R programming. We are going to reduce cost on welding work including weld quality, weld operation time by providing analyzed results non-skilled welder. Welding has a problem that should be invested long time to be a skilled welder. For solving these issues, we apply connection rules algorithms and regression method to much pattern variable for welding pattern analysis of skilled welder. We analyze a pattern of skilled welder according to variable of analyzed rules by analyzing top N rules. In this paper, we confirmed the pattern structure of power consumption rate and wire consumption length through experimental results of analyzed welding pattern analysis.

The purpose of this study is to classify the upper body of women into several kinds of somatotypes, using the method of Surgical Tape and making their shells. The subjects are 53 females 30 to 39 years-old. Fifty-three anthropometric data are measured per shell of bodysurface; six somatotype factors are obtained through principal component analysis and orthogonal rotation by the method of Varimax, Somatotype of women's upper body is achieved by cluster analysis, using the standardized factor score as an independent variable and the FASTCLUS of SAS by Kmeans. The results are as follows: 1. The number of the factors which explain the somatotype is six and those factors comprise 76.12 percent of total variance. Factor 1: related to the size of shape in the front of upper body Factor S: related to the size of shape in the back of upper body Factor 3: related to the type of the upper chest over the chest circumference line Factor 4: related to the length of·the upper body Factor 5: related to the part of the neck Factor 6: related to the type of the lower chest under the chest circumference line 2. Cluster analysis results in classification of upper body into five clusters. Cluster L: the length is the largest and the circumference is small. The part of waist is the largest and widest among surface areas. Cluster 2: Slender body line from chest to waist is characteristic. The length is longer. The part of upper and lower chest is larger among surface areas. Cluster S: the circumference is the smallest and armhole is small. The length and surface area are small. Cluster 4: the circumference and armhole is the largest. The length is the smallest. Cluster 5: the circumference is average and the length is a little long. The body line(silhouette) from chest to waist is curved slightly.
The use of intravenous solutions for fluid replacement has become an integral part of patient care, This widespread use of intravenous solutions has increased the risk of contamination that can lead to septicemia and phlebitis. The literature regarding contamination of in use intravenous solutions recommends a standard 24-hour time limit on the use of these fluids. But the desings of these studies did not incorporate a time variable related to contamination. In other studies, however, time was a manipulated variable: but data regarding the onset of contamination were conflicting. Because published reports conflict with regard to a time standard related to the use of intravenous therapy, additional empirical data are needed upon which to base the standards of care regulating use of intravenous therapy. This study investigated rate of contamination in simulated in-use intravenous solutions to obtain data from which to recomend a standard time period for the administration of intravenous solutions. In this study samples were drawn from 60 bottles of 5% D/W solution at predetermined time intervals over 48 hours and samples were inoculated to Thio-glychollate Broth. After 10 days' culturing in that Broth, samples were cultured on blood agar plates for 18∼48 hours to determine the rate of contamination. was found at all time Period, regardless of the presence or absence of nurse's gloving in the preparation of fluids, the location in which the experimentations were performed, the contamination level of surrounding air, or the length of time during which solutions were opened. Data from this study support the use of a 48-hour time period on which to base the standard involved in ready-to-use simple intravenous solutions without additives. In emergency departments and critical care areas where intravenous solutions are prepared in advance, the suggested time standard supported by the data generated from this study is 48 hours, not 24 hour. Data from this study support a 24-hour time standard for changing in-use intravenous solutions when the contamination results from the manipulation of intravenous infusion system by hospital personnel, or from some other exogenous sources during administration. Because contamination that does occur within 48 hours in intravenous solutions must be introduced from some exogenous sources, further empirical studies based on the identification of sources of contamination and factors that affect the rate of contamination, are needed to investigate the currently employed standard of intravenous therapy and to provide the patient with more efficient and safer intravenous thereapy.

This paper provides optimum TCP/IP packet size that maximizes the throughput efficiency of ATM layer as a function of TCP/IP packet length for several values of channel BER over wireless ATM LAN links applying data link error control schemes to reduce error problems encountered in using wireless links. For TCP/IP delay-insensitive traffc requiring reliable delivery, it is necessary to adopt data link layer ARQ protocol. So ARQ error control schemes considered in this paper include GBN ARQ, SR ARQ and type-I Hybrid ARQ, which ARQ is needed, but FEC can be used to reduce the number of retransmissions. Especially adaptive type-I Hybrid ARQ scheme is necessary for a variable channel condition to make the physical layer as SONET-like as possible.
