  • Modern companies have heavily invested in developing CRM systems without explicitly knowing how the systems improve customer relationship management. Many researchers have attempted to find the factors that contribute to the success of CRM systems. However, most research have investigated the direct relationships between CRM success factors and system success without explaining how the factors contribute to the system success. It seems to be logical to think that success factors enhance the customer equity value management (CEVM) capability of the firms and then these capabilities are the foundation for the success of systems. In this study, we developed a CRM success model that includes CEVM capability as a mediating variable. The research followed the following steps: (1) CRM success factors that have theoretical relationship with CEVM capability are identified and categorized, (2) the theoretical relationship between CEVM capability and CRM performance is established in the perspective of strategic CRM, and (3) the research model is tested with the survey data collected from Korean firms.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the tendency and characteristics of behavior problems in preschool children. The aim was to acquire basic information that could be used in diagnosis and intervention strategies. The target of this study were 823 preschoolers, the reporting on which was conducted through the responses of 81 teachers. Analysis consisted of partitioning behavioral problems by demographic variables in order to ascertain differences by age, sex, and cut-off score of the high risk group. Overall results indicate significant differences in behavioral problems according to socio-demographic variable. The conclusions of this study offer a foundation for diagnosis, intervention, and therapy for preschoolers with problem behaviors.

  • The works of the Futurism were developed along with manifestos and statement in publishing " The Foundation and Manifestos of Futurism" Futurist aesthetic and ideological agenda on futurist fashion displayed in mani-festos on clothes. It was propagated in con-summate Futurist style through the written manifestos. The Futurists anticipated much of modern fashion phenomenon. In Futurist Men's Cloth-ing in 1914 they believed continual renual of our today's clothes. Today's clothes is much our today's clothes. Today's clothes is much more simple than yesterday's clothes. The oppositions of the type between yesterday's clothes and today's clothes are mournful=play-ful melancolic-cheerful grey-colorful tradi-tional-emphemeral. Futurist men's clothing is aggressive agile dynamic simple and confor-table hygienic gay luminous volatile asym-metric ephemeral and variable. In general the Futurist argued for clothes that promoted simple and functionality. They made dynamic patterns in textile design and asymmetric geometric cuts in pattern making. They suggested an unconventional matetials and strong bright colors and modificanti. These elements pointed the way to a shim-mering exuberant future.

  • Generally, application of steel pile as deep foundation member needs specials requirement for the connection method between steel pipe and concrete footing. To investigate real compressive behavior of connection member between steel pipe pile and concrete footing, three specimens were tested with carefully designed experimental system. Main test variable is the connection method between steel pipe pile and concrete footing. The bolted bonding method and hook bonding method was considered as the connection method in this study. From the test results gained from experiment, it was conformed that two types of connection method have the almost same compressive resistance capacity. Therefore, we can conclude that these two connection methods can be used as the strengthening method to verify the compressive composite action of concrete and steel pipe pile.

  • Numerical methods are developed to obtain the buckling loads and to analyze the postbuckling behavior of the tapered steel piles. The nondimensional differential equations governing the elastica of the buckled piles are derived by the third order theory and solved numerically. The Runge-Kutta method is used to solve the differential equations, and the bisection method is used to obtain the buckling loads and the reaction moments of the clamped ends. Both the linear and stepped taper of the steel piles are considered as the variable crosssection in the differential equations. As the numerical results, the equilibrium paths, the buckling loads vs. section ratio curves and the typical elastica and the bending moment diagrams of the buckled piles are presented in figures. Experimental studies that complement the theoretical results are presented. It is expected that the numerical methods developed in this study for calculating the buckling loads and analyzing the postbuckling behavior of the steel piles are used in the structural and foundation engineering.

  • The purpose of this study is to use system dynamics to establish the relation among each variable through the construction process of Community Planning Model, and examine what changes policy scenarios per alternative cause in Community Planning through policy simulation of the constructed model. Therefore, this study extracted chief variables of Community Planning Projects through precedent researches related to Community Planning, and extracted variables were prepared as causal map to examine in what causal cycle feedback structure within Community Planning they can be explained. Next, Community Planning Model was constructed based on the prepared causal map. The model was verified by specialists' interviews and simulation of example areas. This study, which aimed to construct Community Planning Model using system dynamics, has a significance in that it prepared the foundation to provide useful methodology in monitoring the progress of project or establishing the plan of future Community Planning Projects.

  • Upon entering the 21st Century, One of the new paradigm of Housing industry in Korea is to accomplish the foundation of Sustainable Building & Environment. It is easy to understand that Building environment in Korea is appearing the phenomenon of rapid conversion from supply-oriented market to demand-oriented market. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to suggest the direction of a new housing development with "Open Housing"as New Housing System which takes into account durability of housing based on the changeability among Housing-Components, the flexibility of interior space, the remodeling & repairing of housing and the user′s needs with variable life-style. This paper also shows the example of Infill-Systems for the Open housing in Korea on the basis of housing situation, experiences for the Open Housing including assembly technique of Infill-Systems.

  • Forced vibration behavior of porous metal foam nanoplates on elastic medium is studied via a 4-variable plate theory. Different porosity distributions called uniform, symmetric and asymmetric are considered. Nonlocal strain gradient theory (NSGT) containing two scale parameters is employed for size-dependent modeling of porous nanoplates. The present plate theory satisfies the shear deformation effect and it has lower field variables compared with first order plate theory. Hamilton's principle is employed to derive the governing equations. Obtained results from Galerkin's method are verified with those provided in the literature. The effects of nonlocal parameter, strain gradient, foundation parameters, dynamic loading, porosity distributions and porosity coefficient on dynamic deflection and resonance frequencies of metal foam nanoscale plates are examined.

  • Dynamic stability of a porous metal foam nano-dimension plate on elastic substrate exposed to bi-axial time-dependent forces has been studied via a novel 3-variable plate theory. Various pore contents based on uniform and non-uniform models have been introduced. The presented plate model contains smaller number of field variables with shear deformation verification. Hamilton's principle will be utilized to deduce the governing equations. Next, the equations have been defined in the context of Mathieu-Hill equation. Correctness of presented methodology has been verified by comparison of derived results with previous data. Impacts of static and dynamical force coefficients, non-local coefficient, foundation coefficients, pore distributions and boundary edges on stability regions of metal foam nanoscale plates will be studied.

  • This study investigates the design of an optical observation system for continuously tracking unknown space object targets within the telescope's field of view at a short cycle rate of several to tens of frames per second. Through modeling and integrated simulation by design variables, we aim to identify combinations that satisfy the performance effectiveness scale. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of a model-based simulation analysis approach in rapidly identifying design parameters that meet specific performance requirements. By leveraging numerical models tailored to the desired performance analysis level, the approach provides a robust foundation for decision-making, eliminating reliance on empirical methods or vague estimations.
