인터넷 쇼핑에서 지각된 실용적 가치와 서비스 품질이 패션상품 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceived Utilitarian Value and Service Quality of Internet Shopping on Repurchase Intention of Fashion Merchandise)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze whether perceived utilitarian value and service qualify have an effect on repurchase intention of fashion merchandise in internet shopping. A survey was conducted from June 20 to July 30 in 2003, among married women aged in their 20s and 30s, on their purchase experience of fashion merchandise from internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted over the internet with 306 subjects. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. 1. A married women aged in their 20s and 30s were shown to high-purchasing on nightgown, underwear, women's pants, casual wear through internet shopping. Their perceived utilitarian value had an effect on repurchase intention of fashion merchandise in internet shopping. 2. The service quality factors were determined to be site reliability, site reactivity, order assurance, order easy, site organization. Service quality factors of site reactivity, order assurance, order easy, site organization had an effect on repurchase intention of fashion merchandise in internet shopping.

  • 온라인 쇼핑몰의 증가로 인해 소비자들의 생활방식에도 많은 변화가 일어났다. 소비자들은 브랜드 상품을 더욱 저렴한 가격에 구매하려는 경향을 보임으로써 백화점은 브랜드 상품의 온라인 쇼핑몰 판매를 늘리고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 쇼핑몰의 실용적 쇼핑가치와 쾌락적 쇼핑가치가 쇼핑몰 만족에 미치는 영향과 가격민감도의 조절효과에 대해 검증하였다. 연구한 결과 쇼핑가치는 쇼핑몰 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가격민감도가 높은 집단은 실용적 쇼핑가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 가격민감도가 낮은 집단은 쾌락적 쇼핑가치에 더 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study classified five types of online food subscription economy: replenishment, curation, surprise, membership, and visitation. An online survey was conducted with 314 customers who experienced 5 types of online subscription economy. This study selected the characteristics of the food subscription economy as convenience, perceived personalization, economic utility, and timeliness through previous studies. The effect of the four characteristics on perceived value (utilitarian and emotional) and the relationship between customer engagement and perceived value, which are dependent variables that have never been used in the food subscription economy, were verified through the S-O-R model. In this relationship, we demonstrated how consumers' personal tendencies, such as need for cognitive closure and self-efficacy, mediate between timeliness and perceived value related to online food delivery. The study results are as follows. Perceived personalization, convenience, and timeliness had a positive effect on the utilitarian value in the order. It also had a positive effect on emotional values in the order of perceived personalization and timeliness. On the other hand, economic utility had no significant effect on practical branches. Customer engagement had a positive effect in the order of emotional value and utilitarian value. The lower the need for cognitive closure the more positive the utilitarian value. The lower the self-efficacy, the more positive the emotional value was perceived. Through the above study, companies that want to operate or start an online food subscription economy need a strategic approach rather than unreasonable price discounts in pricing policy. In addition, it is necessary to focus on marketing activities that provide emotional value by focusing on perceived personalization, which is the satisfaction factor of online food subscription.

친환경 식품 전문점의 점포속성이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향: 배송 서비스의 조절효과 (Effect of Eco-Friendly Food Store Attributes on Perceived Value and Loyalty: Moderating Effect of Delivery Service)

  • Purpose: The online market is growing the most in history due to the expansion of non-face-to-face commerce. In addition, as consumers' interest in health, food safety, and environment increases, interest in and consumption of eco-friendly agricultural products is also increasing. Therefore, in the case of a specialty store that sells eco-friendly organic agricultural products, a marketing strategy that can increase customer loyalty by reflecting these consumer needs is necessary. In this study, the store attributes of eco-friendly food stores are classified into location, assortment, price, quality, and employee service, and the effect of each store attribute on utilitarian and hedonic value is investigated. Research design, data, and methodology: The subjects of this study were customers who visited an eco-friendly food store. Of the 511 survey responses, 311 were used for statistical verification, excluding 200 who had not visited within the last 3 months. For statistical analysis, Smart PLS 3.0 was used, and after checking the validity and reliability of the items, hypothesis testing was performed. Result: As a result of the study, it was found that assortment, quality, and employee service among store attributes had a positive (+) effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Second, location had no significant effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Third, price did not appear to have a positive (+) effect on the utilitarian value, and it was found to have a positive (+) effect on the hedonic value. Fourth, It was investigated whether the presence or absence of delivery service had an effect on store attributes between utilitarian and hedonic value, and it was found that there was a significant effect between employee service and hedonic value. Conclusions: Among eco-friendly food store environment management will be required in order to provide food that meets the tastes and needs of consumers by diversifying the taste, standard, and quality grade of food, and to maintain or improve the quality. In order to unlike other stores, eco-friendly food stores have high price resistance from the point of view of consumers, so it is necessary to diversify promotional media such as YouTube and SNS to raise awareness of eco-friendly organic food.

전통시장의 지각된 선택속성 지각이 지각된 가치, 만족, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Do Perceived Choice Attributes in Traditional Market Influence Perceived Value, Satisfaction, and Loyalty?)

  • Purpose: This study divides choice attributes that can help strengthen the competitiveness of traditional markets into product, price, personnel, and physical evidence. This study also examines which choice attributes affect customer value perception, satisfaction, and loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from 542 traditional customers aged 20 or older who frequently visit traditional markets across the country and analyzed using the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The survey was conducted with the help of an online survey company for a total of 14 days from April 7, 2023 to April 20, 2023. Result: First, product, price, and employee quality have a positive impact on utilitarian and hedonic value, but physical evidence does not. Second, product, price, and employee quality have a positive impact on hedonic and hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value has a positive impact on satisfaction and revisit intention. Third, hedonic value has a positive impact on satisfaction, but does not on revisit intention. Lastly, satisfaction has a positive impact on revisit intention. Conclusions: Based on the S-O-R model and the theory of consumption value, this study proposed and examined an integrated framework in which satisfaction leads to revisit intention through selection attributes acting on perceived value.

모바일 소셜커머스에서 휴리스틱 유형이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 쇼핑가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Heuristic Type on Purchase Intention in Mobile Social Commerce : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Shopping Value)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the heuristic type of consumers affecting purchase decision making and the intention of shopping value in their relationship to derive mobile social commerce purchase promotion plans. Research design, data, and methodology - A research model was constructed to relate the mediating effect of shopping value between heuristic types and purchase intentions. A total of 233 valid questionnaires were used for analysis for users using mobile social commerce. The statistical program used SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0, and correlation analysis, regression analysis, and 3-step parametric regression analysis were used for the analysis. Results - The results of the analysis showed that representativeness heuristics, availability heuristics, adjustment heuristics, and affect heuristics had a statistically significant effect on the utilitarian value and the hedonic value. On the other hand, affect heuristics among the heuristic types were found to have the greatest influence not only on the utilitarian value but also on the hedonic value. The two types of shopping value were found to be partially mediated between representativeness heuristics and purchase intentions, between adjustment heuristics and purchase intentions, and fully mediated between availability heuristics and purchase intentions, affect heuristics and purchase intentions. Conclusions - These findings suggest that mobile social commerce companies should check in advance how consumer heuristic types affect purchase intentions. In particular, affect heuristics are caused by consumers' emotional mood such as mood or external stimulus being more important to decision making than rational decision making. Therefore, the result of this study suggests that it can be an important factor to secure the competitiveness that the potential customers who access to use mobile social commerce can feel enough fun and enjoyment in the platform provided by the company. It is also worth paying attention to the utilitarian and hedonic values perceived by consumers. This is because the judgment regarding the economic, convenience and important information provided by the mobile social commerce users affects the purchase intention through the trust of the information, past use, and shopping experience displayed on the mobile social commerce platform.

점포의 혼잡성, 쇼핑감정, 쇼핑가치에 관한 연구 (The Relation among Store Crowding, Shopping Emotions and Shopping Value)

  • 본 연구는 소매점포 내에서 인지되는 혼잡성, 쇼핑감정, 쇼핑가치 그리고 재이용의도간의 영향관계에 대하여 실증분석을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 분석결과, 인적혼잡성은 긍정적 감정에 정(+)의 영향을, 부정적 감정에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 공간적 혼잡성은 긍정적 감정에 부(-)의 영향을, 부정적 감정에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 긍정적 쇼핑감정은 실용적 및 쾌락적 쇼핑가치에 정(+)의 영향을, 부정적 쇼핑감정은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 마지막으로 쇼핑가치의 두 가지 차원은 재이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, 백화점과 같은 소매점포에서는 다양한 이벤트나 공연, 혹은 쇼핑객들을 유인할 수 있는 시설의 유치 등으로 적정수준의 인적 혼잡성을 유발함으로써 쇼핑객들에게 활성화 작용을 일으키도록 해야 하고 점포 내 통로를 넓히거나 천장이 높게 보이도록 하고 실내를 밝은 조명이나 색상의 사용으로 쇼핑객들의 공간적 혼잡성으로 인한 부정적 행동을 감소시켜야 한다. 또한 쇼핑객들에게 양질의 제품이나 서비스의 공급뿐만이 아니라 쇼핑 그 자체에 보다 더 큰 즐거움을 제공할 수 있도록 다양한 마케팅전략을 구사하여야 할 것이다.

커피 전문점의 인지된 가치가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향: 실용적, 유희적, 사회적 가치를 중심으로 (Effect of Perceived Value on Customer's Repurchase Intention in a Coffee Chain Context: Focused on Utilitarian, Hedonic, and Social Value)

  • 본 연구에서는 커피 전문점 고객들의 구매 의사 결정 메커니즘에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 고객들의 재구매 의도를 형성하는 주요 선행 요인으로 고객 만족, 인지된 가치, 브랜드 이미지를 고려하였다. 인지된 가치는 다차원 접근법을 바탕으로 실용적 가치, 유희적 가치, 사회적 가치로 구분하여, 각 가치 요인들이 고객들의 구매 의사 결정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 제안한 연구 모형은 커피 전문점을 자주 방문한 232명의 대학생들을 대상으로 분석하였으며, LISREL을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 제안한 연구 모형은 재구매 의도 분산의 67%, 고객 만족 분산의 73%를 설명하였다. 고객 만족과 브랜드 이미지는 재구매 의도 형성에 핵심적인 역할을 담당하였다. 그리고 실용적 가치와 유희적 가치는 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 사회적 가치는 재구매 의도에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

The Effect of Bakery Customers Product and Service Quality Factors on Value Perception, Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions: Focused on Famous Bakery Customers

  • Purpose: Recently, information on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' can be obtained through various media such as TV, Internet search, and SNS, and the culture of finding and sharing them has become a trend. Since PZB's SERVQUAL, there have been many studies measuring service quality, leading to hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. These studies of service quality include product quality in the service quality dimension. Hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops are provided with intangible services while customers visit and stay, but 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' often stop by to buy products and return home. Therefore, the study on the effect of quality on customer behavior on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' should consider product quality separately. In this study, we want to study how each quality element affects the perceived value and response of customers by separating product quality and service quality. Research design, data, and methodology: This study tested the structural model of how the quality of products and services of famous bakeries affect customers' perceived value and response. As the quality factors, products, tangible services, and employee services were adopted, and perceived values adopted utilitarian and hedonic values, and customer responses adopted customer satisfaction and behavior intention. For this study, 203 survey data with experience using famous bakeries were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Result: The research results are as follows. First, product quality positively influenced utilitarian value, hedonic value, and customer satisfaction, tangible service quality positively influenced utilitarian value, and employee service quality positively influenced hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value had a positive effect on behavioral intention, and hedonic value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: In a famous bakery, it is basic that product quality should be given priority, and for customer satisfaction, employee service quality is half as important. In addition, for Behavior Intension (revisit by the customer), in addition to product quality, the quality of tangible services and employee services should be maintained at a quarter level.

서비스 품질이 쇼핑가치와 재이용의도에 미치는 영향: 커피전문점을 중심으로 (The Effects of Service Quality on Shopping Value and Repatronage Intention: The Case of Specialty Coffee Shops)

  • 최근 경기침체로 인해 소비심리가 위축된 상황에서도 국내 커피시장은 가파른 성장세를 보여왔다. 커피 애호가들 사이에서 고급 소비패턴이 증가하면서 국내 커피시장은 원두커피를 사용하는 커피전문점의 폭발적인 증가를 불러왔다. 커피전문점 시장은 향후에도 계속 성장할 것으로 기대됨에 따라 기존 업체들의 점포확대와 신규 업체들의 진입이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 결국 국내 커피전문점 시장은 업체간의 경쟁이 더욱 치열해지면서 차별화된 마케팅을 통해 경쟁우위를 확보해야 하는 과제를 안고 있다. 본 연구는 커피전문점 이용고객을 중심으로 서비스 품질이 쇼핑가치와 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 초점이 있다. 성공적인 관계관리를 위해 유용하게 작용하는 서비스 품질요인은 무엇이고 소비자들이 중요하게 평가하는 가치를 확인하는데 그 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 서비스 품질이 쇼핑가치에 미치는 차별적인 영향을 분석하고 실용적 가치와 쾌락적 가치가 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상호작용품질과 결과품질은 실용적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 환경품질이 실용적 가치에 미치는 영향은 유의미하지 않게 나타났다. 특히 실용적인 가치에 미치는 상대적인 크기를 고려할 때 결과품질이 상호작용품질보다 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 실용적인 가치를 증대하는데 있어 결과품질의 역할이 가장 중요하다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 결과품질과 환경품질은 쾌락적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있지만, 상호작용품질이 쾌락적 가치를 증가시키는 영향은 유의미하지 않았다. 즉 고객들은 서비스 결과에 대한 평가와 서비스가 전달되는 배경에 근거하여 쾌락적 가치를 인식함을 의미한다. 특히 쾌락적 가치에 미치는 상대적인 영향력은 결과품질이 환경품질보다 더 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 실용적 가치와 쾌락적 가치는 재이용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 쇼핑가치가 재이용의도에 미치는 상대적인 영향력은 쾌락적 가치가 실용적 가치보다 더 큰 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉 고객들은 커피전문점을 실용적 및 쾌락적 가치를 충족시켜주는 공간으로 인식하면서도 기능적인 욕구보다 감성적인 체험에서 얻는 효익에 더 많은 의미를 둔다는 것을 알 수 있다. 결국 본 연구는 다른 서비스 요인들보다도 결과품질이 가장 중요하다는 점을 제시하고 있다. 나아가 커피전문점 업계는 고객들이 경제적인 가치에 근거한 실용적인 욕구를 추구함과 동시에 관계의 매개체와 같은 쾌락적인 욕구를 더 중시한다는 점을 명심해야 할 것이다.
