The maintenance management in buildings has got more important by the increasing complexity of building sizes and use. Nowadays an expectation and a possibility of BIM technology become accepted as a new construction management method, therefore many studies and legal systems of it are being suggested actively. Although orders for BIM projects are supposed to be increasing, at present the BIM information accumulated from planning and design still doesn't have its continuity at the maintenance step after completion of construction in terms of LCC. Therefore according to bim information, we set a goal of developing apartment maintenance system which is able to maintain by user viewpoint.

Personal media centered on blogs, Twitter, and Facebook has opened up a personal broadcasting area while meeting platforms such as YouTube and Africa TV. Due to the many advantages and disadvantages of personal broadcasting, a study on it was necessary and statistical survey was conducted. The study conducted opinion survey of 118 university students on personal broadcasting. As a result, we are getting news using smartphones and mainly watching videos through YouTube, and watching videos type in the order of games, music videos and sports. Satisfaction rate of video was 72.4%, 80.2% of survey did not use paid services, experiences about personal broadcasting was 96.6% and 90.5% of survey the prospect of person broadcasting of the opinion that "it will be expanded". The first thing we want to be improved in personal broadcasting is the prevention of abusive language and hate speech. Second, we were reluctant to sensational content. Third, the survey results are the improvement of excessive advertising.

Web provides a rich learning environment for learners mainly due to the hypertext technology and the high interactivity. It provides a learner-centered learning environment. In this environment, students are to develop their own paths in non-sequential and flexible ways according to their needs and their demands. However, in many cases students who use this environment are easily exposed to difficulties in their choices of learning paths, disorientation, and cognitive overload in the cyberspace. Consequently, they have trouble in maintaining their motivation and interest in their learning. This study presents the design and the use of 3D-based space navigation system in order to maintain student's interest in educational web contents.

These day in the Quality Assurance System, it required that computer system is able to utilize SQC and ISO 9000 series, just then. However. because SQC is necessary to special branch of statistical experience, it is very hard to use and have a bound in that apply to practical business. Therefor in this paper, we proposed the software system which is control, at the same time, SQC and ISO 9000 series, in addition to avail without statistical knowledge. For the shake of this point, the substance of this study is largely separated dual part that ISO 9000 system for which is limited to use design of basic system, test, experiment, tracking incongruent part, analysis condemned goofs, and SQC system for which is to limited to use control chart, estimate, statistical testing, design of experiment(DOE) which used to commonly in Quality Control System. Expected efficiency of this paper is to set Qualify Management System, transfer qualify consciousness, satisfy the customer, increase reliability, in particular, it is expected that it is very useful to minor enterprises of manufacturing-centered.

The purpose of this study is to help out the settlement of the Green Map in Korea, and to suggest how to map, and help community people and environmental planner systematically take care of their own towns. This study is also to introduce the green mapping and its usefulness, based on the Green Map Movement, which originated from Net York City and has been expanding through the World. Environmental elements shown on the Green map vary between countries and for the Seocho-Gu Green Map, we have decided to indicate the places that we are proud of, and dishonored of. Especially, this paper is focused on finding the hidden environmental resources in our daily lives. Seocho-Gu, one of 25 self-governmental resources. Since the citizens and government officials are open-minded in their environments, it is a suitable area to start the first Green Map in Korea. As a method of locating the environmental resources, the "Foot Sensing Method" by which residents directly research, is the main difference from typical maps by the "Remote Sensing" which focused on the variety participation of the residents such as questionnaires, investigation with youth volunteers, users interviews which may be more meaningful than the Green Map itself. The purpose of application plan is to preserve the environmental resources through the smooth feedback with the residents. Thus, it must be acted as a opening window linking them with the local circumstances. In line with this, this study proposed the trial-version Web Green Map and Green tour plan. Recently, a need for an environmental map has been reflected in the environmental policies of Seoul Metropolitan City, and it is in place now. If environmental experts of different disciplines use the Green Map for landscape architecture, design, and city planning, it will help them make a better understanding of the needs of the community and to practice the user-centered design. Eventually, the Seocho-Gu Green Map will help its residents, tourists, government, and environmental planners continue establishing the healthy city environments. It is expected that the green map will be employed as a useful method for establishing healthy city and town through right way of use and contents.of use and contents.

The object of this study is to offer domestic and overseas travel informations efficiently for domestic tourists growing far beyond 15 million even now through user centered interface more convenient and accurate. In a method of research, 100 people were surveyed after recasting of evaluation questionnaire about UI design using 5-point Likert and nominal scale and additionally, the in-depth interviews were given to 10 people who use travel application frequently. In consequence, this interview revealed where users feel convenience and difficulty and want improvement of usability, information accuracy, etc. Finally, this study has a meaning to suggest new UI prototypes and various guideline about additional UI design on the basis of surveyed parts.

Contemporary young people reveal their own personal values through the fashion that creates visual looks. Since 2000s began, young generations who are self-centered, value their own personality and constantly seek for changes form the main axis of fashion. In particular, the lower half of the body that has begun to be exposed outward has become the region that they want to expose as more ideal region than the upper half of the body. Further, young generations always have interest in fashion, and female college students in their early 20s are regarded as the group that values the aspects of pleasure that involve clothes and tends to seek sensibility when purchasing clothes. With this background, this study aims to examine how the styles that apply to modern fashion and recent vogues are evaluated with a focus on skinny jean from jean pants styles preferred by female college students. Materials regarding theoretical background and photos were collected from fashion related magazines at home and abroad and from the Internet websites. Questionnaires were surveyed for 160 female college students aged 20 or 25 who live in Seoul, and the results show as follows: Many female college students enjoy skinny jean and follow the fashion. However there are consumers who cling to their own styles even in the fashion of skinny jen. Ironically, some consumers wear it although they consider it as an item that does not fit Koreans: they tend to consider perspectives from others rather than their own preferences. For example, they wear it in order to show it to their boy friends or because they want themselves to look slim. In addition consumers seem to use Dongdaemun Shopping Mall or Internet shopping malls that provide various and low-priced items rather than to use high-priced famous products. It is considered that this result is shown as above because the scope of the study was restricted to female college students in their 20s. Accordingly, it is suggested that further studies should extend their subjects to wider range of ages.

This study is a proposal for art mask design through the use of Art Nouveau. Based on precedent studies, its characteristics have been divided into a curvy expression, feminine expression, naturalism expression, and a repetitive expression. The four pieces by Gustav Klimt, a signature artist of Art Nouveau, have been selected. With the motif from them, the art masks were redesigned and the following results have been obtained. First, the study sought out a possibility and the methodologies to apply Art Nouveau to the art mask design. Second, the study has improved the accessibility to materials by increasing the scopes and methods of the art masks. Third, an integration of the art masks with the art history has provided a suitable condition for them. Based on such study results, it is expected that art mask materials could be developed and their status, as a field of makeup, could be raised.

Library and information science(LIS) has been focused on the issues of information poverty and barriers and their relations, mainly in terms of current information users. However, potential users usually out of sight in library and information services undoubtedly are to be developed as legitimate clientele. In this regard, this paper attempts to shed light on some factors related to the methodological underpinnings of LIS. Ethnographic research is particularly highlighted. Since the mid 1980s, as full-fledged research of analyzing the contingencies of information use as situated in particular times and places. md using that analysis to inform user-centered information systems design LIS researchers and practitioners have been exploring possible use of ethnographic approaches, especially in studies investigating information world of the socially marginalized. This Paper addresses issues in conducting ethnographic studies in the discipline. This paper also discusses the experiences in conducting ethnographic based research md how the results of their studies may be or have been useful in improving information services fir specific populations.

As for structural system, which constitutes his construction, there are column inside dimension and span which constitutes plane, and as for constructions for section, there are C.H and slab, and as for constructive factors for envelope, there are window and closing panel of outer wall, and as for opening, there are punching window and wave window. With these constructive parts and opening of envelope, his construction composes volume and mass. The relation of structure and modulor which are shown in his later construction can be divided in two cases that modulor is directly and indirectly adapted for rate and measure calculation of the constructive body. As for indirectly adapted case, we can find it form most of his later construction, it is living place in which human beings life is, and it is adapted mainly for small space. In his construction, he tried to tell human scale and sense of musical rhythm through modulor. In other words, he played sense of space and musical scale by adapting regular and repetitive modulor of opening, and in small space for daily life, he made the size of space into the space which human can perceive. And, if we interpret mudulor in modern meaning, it is an establishment of radius of human act. And, we can make organic and harmonic design of space if we use modulor as origin of human centered measurement calculation, and if we adapt space after dividing by use.
