모바일 소셜커머스에서 휴리스틱 유형이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 쇼핑가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Heuristic Type on Purchase Intention in Mobile Social Commerce : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Shopping Value)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the heuristic type of consumers affecting purchase decision making and the intention of shopping value in their relationship to derive mobile social commerce purchase promotion plans. Research design, data, and methodology - A research model was constructed to relate the mediating effect of shopping value between heuristic types and purchase intentions. A total of 233 valid questionnaires were used for analysis for users using mobile social commerce. The statistical program used SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0, and correlation analysis, regression analysis, and 3-step parametric regression analysis were used for the analysis. Results - The results of the analysis showed that representativeness heuristics, availability heuristics, adjustment heuristics, and affect heuristics had a statistically significant effect on the utilitarian value and the hedonic value. On the other hand, affect heuristics among the heuristic types were found to have the greatest influence not only on the utilitarian value but also on the hedonic value. The two types of shopping value were found to be partially mediated between representativeness heuristics and purchase intentions, between adjustment heuristics and purchase intentions, and fully mediated between availability heuristics and purchase intentions, affect heuristics and purchase intentions. Conclusions - These findings suggest that mobile social commerce companies should check in advance how consumer heuristic types affect purchase intentions. In particular, affect heuristics are caused by consumers' emotional mood such as mood or external stimulus being more important to decision making than rational decision making. Therefore, the result of this study suggests that it can be an important factor to secure the competitiveness that the potential customers who access to use mobile social commerce can feel enough fun and enjoyment in the platform provided by the company. It is also worth paying attention to the utilitarian and hedonic values perceived by consumers. This is because the judgment regarding the economic, convenience and important information provided by the mobile social commerce users affects the purchase intention through the trust of the information, past use, and shopping experience displayed on the mobile social commerce platform.

  • 1인 가구와 여성의 사회 진출 증가, 생활 패턴의 변화, 편리성 추구 등과 '집밥' 트렌드가 맞물려, HMR 시장이 급성장하고 있다. 본 연구는 '밀키트(Meal Kit)'를 대상으로 소비자의 RTP(Ready-to-Prepare) HMR 제품 재구매의도와 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 자기효능감이 높을수록 이용용이성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인혁신성이 높을수록 이용용이성은 낮아졌으나, 유용성과 재구매의도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적영향이 높을수록 재구매의도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 편의성이 높을수록 신뢰는 낮아졌으나, 재구매의도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 경제성이 높을수록 신뢰와 재구매의도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 가격민감도는 신뢰와 재구매의도 간에 조절효과를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 세분화된 HMR 연구의 이론적 근거가 될 뿐만 아니라, 제품 개발 및 판매를 위한 마케팅 전략의 방향성을 제시하는 기초자료로 활용될 것이라 기대된다.

SNS 상 이미지에 대한 감정이 온라인 행위에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotions Elicited by Images in SNS on Online Behaviors)

  • Purpose The research investigated on what motivates the consumers to use the SNS, what qualities of images are preferred and how the pleasure and arousal derived from looking at the images have moderating effects on sharing images, following accounts, clicking profile links of accounts and accessing the link on profiles to purchase products. Design A survey was conducted by using actual images published on the Instagram profiles of an online shopping mall. Findings As a result, their emotional responses such as pleasure or arousal on the four of behavioral intentions changed the impact of SNS use motivation on the behavioral intentions. When one felt pleasure, the behavioral intentions of sharing activities and clicking links is further triggered.

  • Purpose: This study focused on the societal changes associated with the entry into an ultra-aged society and the increase in single-person households. The core objective of this research is to investigate how social intelligent robots can bring about positive changes in the lives of individuals in single-person households and how such changes influence user satisfaction and the intention to use these robots. Methods: The study employed a cross-sectional analysis using a structural equation model. A survey designed to assess the impact of social intelligent robots' characteristics, such as perceived encouragement, empathy, presence, appearance, and attachment, on user satisfaction and usage intentions was conducted. Data were collected from a total of 335 users and analyzed using the structural equation model. Results: In the characteristics of social intelligent robots for single-person households, it was found that empathy, presence, and attachment significantly influenced satisfaction, while perceived encouragement, empathy, and attachment significantly influenced usage intentions. The research results indicate differences between enhancing user satisfaction and increasing the intention to use social intelligent robots. The findings suggest the essential need for a user-centric approach in the design and development of social intelligent robots. Additionally, it was observed that emotional support plays a crucial role in users' experiences with social intelligent robots. Conclusion: This study verified the impact of social intelligent robots on satisfaction and usage intentions based on users' experiences. It examined the influence of linguistic, visual, and personal characteristics of robots on user experiences, providing insights into how technological and human aspects of social intelligent robots interact to shape user satisfaction and usage intentions. Consequently, the study confirmed that social intelligent robots can bring positive changes to human life, emphasizing the necessity for the advancement of robot technology in a human-centric direction.

Understanding the Determinants of Behavioral Intentions towards Adoption of Web 2.0 Tools in Workplaces : An Empirical Study

  • More and more employees are implementing the use of emerging Web 2.0 tools such as blogs, wikis, social networks, etc in workplaces. However, their attitudes towards adoption of Web 2.0 tools in workplaces still lack theoretical support. The purpose of this study aims to provide a conceptual examination of the determinants that influence the intention to use Web 2.0 applications in workplaces in Korea. To achieve this objective, this study selected the theory of reasoned action (TRA) as a theoretical basis to explain variation in behavioral intentions. Structural equation modeling was employed to analyze data collected from 269 workers distributed in 5 companies in Korea. In addition, we classified respondents into extroverts and introverts and delineated the different factors for these two types of respondents that affect their intentions to use Web 2.0 tools in workplaces. The findings of this research could provide a theoretical foundation for academics on the validation of technology adoption. This research will also serve as a guideline for service providers in designing the Web 2.0 services.

무인점포의 서비스스케이프가 소비자 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Servicescape on Customer Behavior Intention in Unmanned Stores)

  • Purpose In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the introduction of unmanned stores is rapidly spreading throughout the entire distribution market. Unmanned stores are stores where consumers purchase products on their own through machines and not through contact with people. As there are no managers in unmanned stores, Servicescape is expected to have many effects on the purchasing behavior of consumers. Therefore, this study aims to observe the effect of Servicescape on consumer behavioral intentions. Design/methodology/approach This study wanted to look at the relationships among Servicescape in unmanned stores, utilitarian values, hedonic values, satisfaction, and continuous use intentions. The collected(n=211) from individuals who have experienced in using unmanned stores was analyzed with SmartPLS2.0 to test proposed hypotheses. Findings The research results are as follows. First, it was shown that the space, convenience, and comfortableness of Servicescape have positive effects on utilitarian value, and cleanliness did not have significant effects on utilitarian value. Second, it was shown that space and comfortableness had positive effects on hedonic value, and convenience and cleanliness did not have significant effects on hedonic value. Lastly, it was shown that utilitarian values and hedonic values have positive effects on satisfaction, and satisfaction was found to have positive effects on continuous use intentions.

온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용동기가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중국 유학생을 중심으로 (The Effects of online shopping mall Usage Motives in e-commerce on Repurchase Intention: Centered on international Chinese students)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 중국유학생들을 대상으로 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용 동기가 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국유학생 255명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 SPSS 23.0을 통해 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용 동기 및 고객만족도, 재 구매의도의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용 동기 중 제품 지각, 고객 서비스 및 쇼핑 경험은 고객 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이용 동기 중 제품 지각, 쇼핑 경험, 고객 서비스가 재구매 의도를 명확하게 표현하는 것이 일반적이며 이 부분을 실증적으로 재확인하였다. 셋째, 만족도는 재구매 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과에 따르면 한국에서 중국인 유학생들의 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용 동기는 만족도 및 재 구매의도의 영향을 미치는 중요 요인으로 기여하는 것으로 확인되었다. 향후 연구에서는 온라인 쇼핑몰의 유형에 따라서 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

개인특성이 휴대인터넷 서비스의 수용의향에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of Individuals Affecting Adoption Intentions for Portable Internet Services)

  • This study aims at defining the factors affecting adoption intentions for portable Internet services based on the characteristics of individuals creating the markets and developing strategies of the service, which is expected to be the next-generation telecommunication service. For this Purpose, two types of sub-factors are defined : characteristics of individuals including demographic statistics, usage of existing services, prior cognition, adoption attitudes and service assessments : and adoption Intentions including willingness for subscription, subscription period, willingness to pay, types of usage and preferred device. The results of the study indicate that demographical statistical variables vary depending upon the levels of adoption intentions, and that users of mobile Internet services via mobile phones and wireless LANs are highly probable of being targets for the portable Internet services. Furthermore, the results demonstrate demands for enhancing recognition of the usefulness and ease of use of the services and intense marketing activities for potential users bearing innovativeness to stimulate the market of the portable Internet service. The author is confident that this study will significantly contribute to the successful market entrance of portable Internet service, and also to growth in the market.

정보보안문화와 경영진 리더십이 조직 구성원의 정보보안 행동에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Information Security Culture and Management Leadership Styles on Information Security Behaviors)

  • 본 연구는 개인적 요인에 초점을 맞춘 기존 연구를 확장하여, 조직의 환경적 요인(정보보안문화, 경영진리더십)이 조직 구성원의 정보보안 행동(정보보안정책 준수 의도, 정보보안 참여 의도)에 미치는 영향을 살펴본다. 본 연구는 금융기관 구성원 236명으로부터 데이터를 수집하였으며, 본 연구에서 개발한 모형을 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 정보보안문화는 정보보안정책 준수 의도와 정보보안 참여 의도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 거래적 리더십은 정보보안정책 준수 의도와 정보보안 참여 의도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주었지만, 변혁적 리더십은 정보보안 참여 의도에만 긍정적인 영향을 주었다.

TPACK과 기술수용모델을 활용한 초등교사의 수학 수업에서 인공지능 사용 의도 이해 (Understanding Elementary School Teachers' Intention to Use Artificial Intelligence in Mathematics Lesson Using TPACK and Technology Acceptance Model)

  • 본 연구는 AI를 수학 수업에 사용하려는 초등학교 교사의 의도에 미치는 요인들에 대해 살펴보고 수학 수업에서 AI가 효과적으로 사용되기 위해 선행되어야할 요인을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model)을 사용하여 초등학교 교사의 TPACK과 TAM 사이의 구조적 관계를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 초등학교 교사들의 TPACK은 인지된 사용 용이성과 유용성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 인지된 사용 용이성과 인지된 유용성은 수학 수업에서 AI 활용에 대한 태도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 인지된 사용 용이성, 인지된 유용성, 태도는 수학 수업에서의 AI 사용 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 초등학교 교사들이 수학 수업에서 AI에 대한 TPACK 역량이 높다고 인식할수록 수학 수업에서 AI를 사용하기가 더 쉽고 AI가 학생의 수학 학습 향상에 도움이 되는 유용한 도구로 인식할 수 있음을 의미한다. 또한 수학 수업에서 AI가 쉽게 사용할 수 있고 유용하다고 인식할수록 AI 사용 의도가 높아질 수 있다. 따라서 초등학교 교사들이 수학 수업에서 AI의 활용하려면 TPACK에 관한 지식 교육이 선행되어야하며, 수학 수업에서 AI 사용의 이점과 편리성에 대한 인식 개선이 함께 이루어져야 한다.
