상호작용성이 사용자의 인지-정의-행위적 반응에 미치는 영향: 한국과 중국 모바일 사용자를 중심으로 (Effect of Interactivity on Cognitive-affective-behavioral User Responses: Focusing on Korean and Chinese Mobile Users)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 메신저 애플리케이션과 사용자 사이에 인지된 상호작용성이 어떻게 즐거운 감정과 지속적 사용의도를 유발시키는가를 검증하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구는 메신저 애플리케이션에 대한 사용자의 인지된 상호작용성이 제어, 공유, 응답 요인에 의하여 형성된다고 보았다. 인지된 상호작용성, 즐거움, 사용의도 사이의 관계는 PAD 감정모형, 합리적 행동이론, 그리고 계획된 행동이론을 이용하여 연구가설로 설정되었다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위하여 한국과 중국에서 총 481개의 설문 데이터가 수집되었고, 구조방정식을 이용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 인지된 상호작용성인 공유와 응답 요인은 즐거움에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 사용의도에도 유의한 영향력을 가지는 것으로 도출되었다. 그러나 제어는 사용의도에는 긍정적 영향을 주지만, 즐거움에는 유의한 영향력을 가지지 않는 것으로 도출되었다. 그리고 즐거움과 사용의도 사이에는 긍정적 인과관계가 존재하였다. 본 연구는 부가적으로 한국과 중국 사용자들 사이의 차이점을 탐색하기 위하여 다중집단 차이분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 모바일 메신저 서비스를 제공하는 기업들에게 인지된 상호작용성이 가지는 인과적 영향력과 한국과 중국 사이에 존재하는 경로계수 차이에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

증강현실 관광 가이드 앱의 속성이 관광객의 몰입, 경험, 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of AR Tourguide Application on Tourist Flow, Experiences, and Usage Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 증강현실을 활용한 관광지에 대한 관광객의 이용의도 형성 과정을 살펴보기 위해, 증강현실 관광 가이드 앱의 속성(상호작용성, 생생함, 참신성)이 증강현실에 대한 관광객의 몰입, 경험(교육, 엔터테인먼트, 미학, 탈일상), 관광지 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 국내 20-30대를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 291명의 응답에 대해 구조방정식분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 증강현실 속성(상호작용성, 생생함, 참신성)이 몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 참신성이 가장 높게 나타났고, 그 다음으로 생생함으로 나타났으며, 상호작용성은 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 2) 증강현실에서의 몰입은 증강현실에서의 4가지 경험(교육, 엔터테인먼트, 미학, 탈일상) 모두에 미치는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 증강현실 경험(교육, 엔터테인먼트, 미학, 탈일상)이 증강현실을 적용한 관광지 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 엔터테인먼트와 교육이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 미학적 경험과 탈일상적 경험은 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 증강현실이 적용된 역사유적지에 대한 관광객의 행동에 대해 연구했다는 점, 증강현실 속성이 몰입, 경험, 이용의도로 이어지는 통합 모델을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 본 연구의 결과는 관광 분야의 증강현실 활용 전략을 수립하는데 있어 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

스마트기기 이용자의 이러닝 서비스 사용 동기에 관한 실증적 연구 (The Empirical Study on the Motivations for e-Learning Service Usage of Smart Device Users)

  • 본 연구는 스마트기기 이용자의 이러닝 서비스 사용 동기들을 파악하기 위하여 진행되었다. 이를 위해 스마트기기 기반 이러닝 학습자 382명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 여기서 얻어진 데이터를 분석하기 위하여 구조방정식모델을 사용하였다. 구조방정식모델의 설계는 유용성, 흥미, 구전효과, 사회적 상호작용을 이러닝 서비스 사용 의향에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 구성하였다. 또한 사회적 상호작용은 구전효과에도 영향을 미치는 요인으로 설정하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 유용성, 흥미, 구전효과는 모두 이러닝 서비스 사용 의향에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인들로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 상호작용은 이러닝 서비스 사용 의향에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 구전효과를 매개로한 간접적인 영향도 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 스마트기기 기반 이러닝 학습자의 사용 동기 요인들을 규명했다는 점에서 의의가 있다 하겠다.

기업 SNS 이용자(고객)의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구:Facebook 팬페이지 운영 목적을 조절변수로 (A Study on influence factors of User's Continuous Use Intension in Firm Promotion Social Network Service: by Mediating the Moderator of the Operation Objective Types in Facebook Fan Page)

  • As the usage of SNS has grown dramatically over the last years, it has been used in various sectors not just a tool for communication. In particular, corporate companies actively use Facebook as a tool for corporate marketing. Corporate companies communicate with their customers by providing service or events information. In this study, empirical analysis was carried out on corporate companies that are using Facebook as a marketing tool, thus finding out the influencing factors in continued usage of Facebook Fan Page users. In addition, analysis of the factors will be investigated according to continued usage of the users, where the user's intention will differ depending on how corporate companies operate and deal with the Facebook Fan Page. Factors affecting the user's satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and perceived playfulness were deducted through the analysis of the existing literature study on corporate company's continued intention on the usage of Facebook Fan Page. Accordingly, factor affecting this such as relationship, speed, content diversity, which are the media characteristics of the Facebook were deducted and finally hypothesized. In addition, the type of corporate company's Facebook Fan Page was divided into event type, communication type, information service type. And hence investigated the factors that differed from the continued usage depending on the type. Results analysis shows that perceived usefulness affected only relationship, speed, content diversity. Furthermore, analysis shows that corporate company's Fan Page of communication and event types are the factors that affect the usage intention which meant it only affected the perceived enjoyment. On the basis of this study, we are able to present an implication of value where corporate company use it as a marketing tool, through factors from continued usage of coroporate company's Facebook Fan Page users.

확장된 기술수용모델에 따른 그룹웨어의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Extended TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and Groupware Usage Intention)

  • With the increased importance of groupware in organizations, groupware acceptance is regarded as an important outcome in the efforts of firms to leverage the potential of this information technology in their business activities and strategies. Despite significant investments in groupware, considerable diversity exists in how well firms have been able to implement groupware and leverage the business value of groupware. This study identifies important factors influencing user acceptance of groupware by extending TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) which includes perceived control, intrinsic motivation, and concentration as well as perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness from original TAM. The proposed model is tested in an organization among 104 employees using previous research measurements. According to the findings from the study, the usage intention of groupware can be explained by intrinsic motivation, perceived control, perceived ease of use, and Perceived usefulness. However, it fails to explain the effect of concentration on the intention.

대형마트부설 문화센터 이용고객의 라이프스타일 유형이 대형마트 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 쇼핑가치의 매개효과 (Impact of Lifestyles of Cultural Center Users in Discount Stores on the Store Usage Intention: Mediating Effect of Shopping Value)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify whether the operation of cultural centers in discount stores contributes to their profitability. Thus, this study is aimed at exploring how the lifestyles of customers who use the cultural centers influence their intention to use the discount stores. Specifically, the effect of shopping value on the correlation between the lifestyle types and usage intention of the customers were examined through a structured research model. To verify the effect, a survey on 139 customers of the Cultural Center of Nonghyup Hanaro Club's S branch was conducted and the valid questionnaires were used for analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - The findings are as follows. First, the lifestyles seeking self-realization had a positive effect on utilitarian value, and lifestyles seeking pop cultures had a positive effect on hedonic value. Second, the mediating effect of shopping value on the correlation between the lifestyle types and usage intention of the customers is as follows. Utilitarian value had a mediating effect only on the lifestyles seeking self-realization. In case of lifestyles seeking pop cultures, the use of Cultural Center had no effect on the intention to use the discount store. Third, an analysis of a revised research model revealed that the store usage intention of lifestyles seeking pop cultures can be enhanced by boosting the utilitarian value through hedonic value. Results - The findings suggest the following. Customers with lifestyles seeking self-realization, who value what is beneficial to them with little attention to the perceptions of others, are highly interested in the benefits they can gain from shopping. As for customers with lifestyles seeking pop cultures, they are highly likely to consume products popular in a particular culture such as new products and sports, based on financial stability they pursue. Thus, they prefer more subjective, personal experience, unlike consumers pursuing utilitarian value. Conclusions - As a result, the former pursues hedonic value gained in the process of shopping with fun and joy, rather than doing shopping with a particular purpose in mind. Therefore, Cultural Centers need to offer information that fits the lifestyles of the users so that they are more likely to use the discount stores. However, if the Cultural Centers offer unified, profit-driven products and information, just to increase their store sales, it can backfire, which occurred in the past. On the other hand, if they provide information that fits the lifestyles of the users, it can actually increase the sales. Also, the findings suggest that sophisticated marketing strategies that can boost the hedonic value of customers by linking the educational contents of Cultural Centers to actual shopping, which is beneficial to consumers, should be set and operated by discount stores. In particular, customers with lifestyles seeking self-realization can be encouraged to use the stores by making them recognize the utilitarian value. However, the use of Cultural Centers doesn't necessarily lead to higher sales among customers with lifestyles seeking pop cultures. As mentioned previously, unified marketing strategy is not as effective for Cultural Centers of large discount stores.

특급호텔 이용객의 경험가치가 이용만족과 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계 연구 (A Study on Effects of Experiential Value of Hotel users for 5 Star Hotels on Usage Satisfaction and Continuous Usage Intention)

  • 최근 소비과정의 경험적 가치를 추구하는 소비 트렌드를 보이며, 도심 특급호텔의 핵심고객으로 변모한 내국인들의 특급호텔 이용의 지속적인 성장세를 위해서 내국인 고객이 추구하는 경험가치의 요인에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 연구 결과, 특급호텔 내국인 이용객의 경험가치 중, 환상성 요인이 이용만족의 주요 선행요인으로 확인되어, 특급호텔은 내국인 이용객이 선호하는 다른 세계 경험, 색다른 경험, 수준 높은 경험과 같은 감성적 가치를 위해 특별한 컨셉과 분위기를 반영하는 것이 중요한 과제로 확인되었다. 그리고 이익성이 이용만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 확인되어 경제적 효용에 대한 요구가 중요한 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 합리적 요금으로 충분한 혜택을 느낄 수 있는 가성비 좋은 상품개발의 필요성이 제기된다. 이용만족과 지속적 이용의도와의 관계에서 성별, 직업별 특성이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 이용만족 고객 중 남성, 그리고 전문직과 자영업 직업을 가진 고객들이 여성 및 타 직업 고객들 대비하여 지속적 이용의도를 높게 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 결국 경제력이 있는 고객이 특급호텔의 지속적 반복고객이 될 가능성이 높다는 결과로 나타나 우수소비계층을 집중으로 한 보다 차별화되고 특화된 상품개발, 서비스 및 분위기 연출 등의 마케팅 활동의 강화에 대한 필요성을 살펴볼 수 있었다.

챗봇 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색 - 금융 서비스에서의 챗봇 (Exploring Factors Influencing Usage Intention of Chatbot - Chatbot in Financial Service)

  • Purpose: Chatbots are widely diffusing across various industries to substitute human manpower in the industry. However as researchers only develop technology that is applied to chatbot, the diffusion is slow in progress. The purpose of this study is to propose useful implications to accelerate diffusion of chatbots across industries by analyzing the perception of customers. To achieve the research purpose this study analyzes causal effect relationship between characteristics of chatbot character, service quality, individual difference, and intention to use chatbot. Methods: This study developed a survey that contains various questionnaires for each construct based on literature review. Data collected through survey was tested for convergent validity and discriminant validity and further analyzed the relationship using PLS-SEM method to verify hypotheses. Results: Trustworthiness of the chatbot character, ease of use, application design, responsiveness, customization, assurance, inertia, and previous experience have significant influence on forming user satisfaction, consumer trust, and intention to use. The others, likability, appropriateness, technology anxiety, and need for interaction were not significant in this research. Conclusion: Although the constructs of the research model was significant in previous literatures, some do not have significant effect on intention to use chatbots. Based on the results, chatbot managers will be able to develop chatbot systems which are more appealing to users and more academic researchers will focus on analyzing user perception and intention.

Social Networking Site Usage, Social Capital and Entrepreneurial Intention: An Empirical Study from Saudi Arabia

  • Entrepreneurship research has focused on several factors that might affect the intention of an individual to start an enterprise. Using principles from social network theory and the entrepreneurial intention model (EI), the current research intends to investigate how social capital is formed on Social Networking Sites (SNS) and how the resulting social capital influences entrepreneurial intention. Using an online survey, 151 valid responses were received from university students. Applying partial least square structural equation modeling, positive and significant relationship was found between the SNS usage and bonding and bridging social capital. Further, it was also found that online-bonding social capital does not impact any of the three antecedents of entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, online-bridging social capital significantly influences personal attitudes and subjective norms. It was also found that both personal attitude and perceived behavioral control significantly relate to EI, while the subjective norms do not relate significantly to EI. The paper contributes to the literature on technology-based human behavior and entrepreneurship in emerging countries, opening some areas for future research, while also providing some managerial insights. It also should be beneficial to educational institutions in understanding how the use of SNS use by students may be optimized.

포털사이트의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (The Determinants of Continuance Use Intention to Use Web Portal)

  • Today, the World Wide Web (WWW) impacts many facets of our lives, including communication, entertainment, social activities, shopping, etc. The web portal is the most accessed type of site and is advertising-supported the more users who visit the site, the more income it generates. User perception to a web site is very important much research has focused on the internet users' behavior. Some well-known theories, such as the technology acceptance model have been used to examine variables that motivate individuals to accept and use an IS. But Understanding continued use is the goal of this study. We focus on user beliefs (specifically, perceived usefulness) and attitude because pier studies of IT usage, predominantly based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and similar models, have established these perceptions as the dey determinants of both initial IT usage (acceptance) and long-term usage (continuance) intention and behavior (Bhattacherjee 2001; Davis et al. 1989). Any change in beliefs or attitudes will likely have a corresponding impact on, and may even revers, users' continuance intention and behavior. Also, continuance use have some features which are prior use, habit, feature-centric view of technology. So this research reflected continuance use features. Examination of the paths in the model revealed several interesting results. First, Perceived usefulness was a stronger predictor of acceptance intention in TAM than attitude, But attitude was a stronger predictor of continuance intention in this study than perceive usefulness. Second, confirmation was not affect directly to attitude. Last, Habit was strongest predictor of continuance intention in this study.
