  • In this study, in order to confirm the applicability of Hollow Glass Powder(HGP) in 70MPa-class high strength concrete, the fresh and hardened states were examined according to the amount of HGP, and the results are as follows. The flow characteristics showed that the slump flow increased slightly as the amount of HGP was increased, and the T500 was slightly shortened as the amount of HGP was increased, and the rebar passing ability was improved due to the ball bearing effect of HGP. In particular, it showed the best rebar passing ability at a usage of 1.0kg/㎥. The use of HGP 1.0kg/㎥ resulted in a 40% reduction in plastic viscosity, but the viscosity increased at 2.0kg/㎥. Through experiments, it was confirmed that HGP was helpful in improving the workability of high-strength concrete, and the usage of 1.0kg/㎥ is considered to be the most appropriate. It was confirmed that HGP does not affect concrete compressive strength.

  • Wireless sensor network may be installed where it is hard to access or where one has to constantly gather data without any human's monitoring. Sensors which compose a sensor network are usually small with poor battery capacities and thus energy-efficient usage is very important because of difficulties in replacing or recharging the batteries to make the lifetime of the whole sensor network longer. LEACH protocol, a well-known hierarchical routing protocol, may resolve this problem by distributing the role of cluster header evenly to the sensor nodes in the whole area of network at each round. In this thesis, we introduce a variant of LEACH protocol which considers the distance between base station and sensors in the way that if a node is far from the base station then the probability that this node becomes a cluster header is low. Experiments to evaluate the energy efficiency and the ability to collect the information show that the proposed method in this paper has maintained much wider sensing area while keeping the energy efficiency same as LEACH.

  • Safety and security during the handling of hazardous materials is a great concern for anyone in the field. One driving point in the security field is the ability to detect the source of the danger and take action against it as quickly as possible. Via the usage of a fully convolutional network, it is possible to create the label map of an input image, indicating what object is occupying the specific area of the image. This research employs the usage of U-net, which was constructed in biomedical field segmentation to segment cells, instead of the original FCN. One of the challenges that this research faces is the availability of ground truth with precise labeling for the dataset. Testing the network after training resulted in some images where the network pronounces even better detail than the expected label map. With better detailed label map, the network might be able to produce better segmentation is something to be studied in further research.

  • The erection in shipbuilding is the process to assemble all the blocks one by one in certain order and requires more leveled and efficient schedule than other processes do. However, erection schedule includes too many constraints to be systemized with simple programs and constraints are changed frequently. These difficulties make it rare to find automatic erection schedule generation system with load leveling ability. In this paper, a CSP (Constraint Satisfaction Problem)-based load leveling algorithm using a maximum load diminution technique is proposed and applied to the block erection scheduling of a dock in a shipyard. The result shows that it performs better than currently used scheduling method based on empirical logics. The maximum load of welding length and crane usage are reduced by 31.63% and 30.00% respectively. The deviation of resource usage amount also decreases by 8.93% and 7.51%.

  • The Purpose of this study was to find a phase of clothing in Korean proverb. The results of the analysis of this research was as follows: In the case of headgear, was expose that symbolize handsomeness, conduct of life, personality that display charm and position which is not usage as only head protection. Upper wear was expressing aspect and person's similarity, and was symbolizing conduct of life by meaning of dress and its ornaments according to a person that dress displays that change. Trousers(bottom wear) was expose that it means aspect or conduct of life(a 4 case, 40%) through site. Overcoat showed that overcoat that is clothes that is symbolizing wearer's situation, aspect and wear most on face because is involved with behavior that is not right in clothes usage is used by standard that foretell personality. Underwear can know that expressed being involved with right behavior, nature by the basic clothes. I was able to know that I express an attitude of a life or a form through shoe, and the accessories won an minor order but that I have a large influence on a character or the appearance of a person. Silk fabrics expresses Position, and hemp cloth expressed by symbol that display ability. Also, silk fabrics had meaning that hint person's background. Dress and its ornaments that is used in proverb by these result can know that have function as symbolic symbol that display Person's nature or situation, aspect that is wearing clothes that is not function as only simple clothes.

  • In this paper, we propose a MCFQ I/O scheduler that is implemented by modifying the existing Linux CFQ I/O scheduler. MCFQ observes whether the user requested I/O bandwidth weight is well distributed. Based on the I/O bandwidth observation, we improved I/O performance of the existing bandwidth distribution ability by dynamically controlling the I/O time-slice of the virtual machine. The use of SSDs as storage has been increasing dramatically in recent computer systems due to their fast performance and low power usage. As the usage of SSD increases and prices fall, virtualized system administrators can take advantage of SSDs. However, studies on guaranteeing SLA(Service Level Agreement) services when multiple virtual machines share the SSD is still incomplete. In this paper was conducted to improve performance of the bandwidth distribution when multiple virtual machine are sharing a single SSD storage in a virtualized environment. In particular, it was observed that the performance of the bandwidth distribution varied widely when garbage collection occurs in the SSD. In order to reduce performance variance, we add a MoTS(Manager of Time Slice) on existing CFQ I/O scheduler.

  • Fast decision support systems and accurate diagnosis have become significant in the rapidly growing healthcare sector. As the number of disparate medical IoT devices connected to the human body rises, fast and interrelated healthcare data retrieval gets harder and harder. One of the most important requirements for the Healthcare Internet of Things (HIoT) is semantic interoperability. The state-of-the-art HIoT systems have problems with bandwidth and latency. An extension of cloud computing called fog computing not only solves the latency problem but also provides other benefits including resource mobility and on-demand scalability. The recommended approach helps to lower latency and network bandwidth consumption in a system that provides semantic interoperability in healthcare organizations. To evaluate the system's language processing performance, we simulated it in three different contexts. 1. Polysemy resolution system 2. System for hyponymy-hypernymy resolution with polysemy 3. System for resolving polysemy, hypernymy, hyponymy, meronymy, and holonymy. In comparison to the other two systems, the third system has lower latency and network usage. The proposed framework can reduce the computation overhead of heterogeneous healthcare data. The simulation results show that fog computing can reduce delay, network usage, and energy consumption.

  • The selected questions for this study was their conversation in problem solving way of working together. To achieve its purpose researcher I chose more detail questions for this study as follows. $\circled1$ What is the difference of strategy according to its level \ulcorner $\circled2$ What is the mathematical ability difference in problem solving process concerning its level \ulcorner This is the result of the study $\circled1$ Difference in the strategy of each class of students. High class-high class students found rules with trial and error strategy, simplified them and restated them in uncertain framed problems, and write a formula with recalling their theorem and definition and solved them. High class-middle class students' knowledge and understanding of the problem, yet middle class students tended to rely on high class students' problem solving ability, using trial and error strategy. However, middle class-middle class students had difficulties in finding rules to solve the problem and relied upon guessing the answers through illogical way instead of using the strategy of writing a formula. $\circled2$ Mathematical ability difference in problem solving process of each class. There was not much difference between high class-high class and high class-middle class, but with middle class-middle class was very distinctive. High class-high class students were quick in understanding and they chose the right strategy to solve the problem High class-middle class students tried to solve the problem based upon the high class students' ideas and were better than middle class-middle class students in calculating ability to solve the problem. High class-high class students took the process of resection to make the answer, but high class-middle class students relied on high class students' guessing to reconsider other ways of problem-solving. Middle class-middle class students made variables, without knowing how to use them, and solved the problem illogically. Also the accuracy was relatively low and they had difficulties in understanding the definition.
