Objectives: This study aimed to select items for technical guidelines through the guidelines of the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA) for agricultural workplaces. Methods: All 1,308 guidelines provided by KOSHA were reviewed and categorized using a Delphi technique questionnaire on their compatibility and urgency. Results: Among all the KOSHA guidelines, 100 items related to agricultural workplaces were selected. After that, two Delphi questionnaires were conducted and 46 items were finally selected. The average compatibility was calculated as 4.26, and urgency was 2.39. As a result of measuring the content validity of 46 items, six items were identified that were not relevant to agriculture. The final selected items were classified into four categories: Health examination and management, machinery standards, safety and health standard guides, and workplace environment management. Conclusions: The various risk factors at agricultural workplaces should be prevented and managed. It was shown that related technical guidelines or work standard manuals should be prepared. The technical guidelines of KOSHA will be provided as basic categories in the agricultural sector.
Autonomous vehicles are gradually being regarded as the mainstream trend of future development of the automobile industry. Autonomous driving networks generate many intensive and delay-sensitive computing tasks. The storage space, computing power, and battery capacity of autonomous vehicle terminals cannot meet the resource requirements of the tasks. In this paper, we focus on the task scheduling problem of autonomous driving in software-defined edge networks. By analyzing the intensive and delay-sensitive computing tasks of autonomous vehicles, we propose an emotion model that is related to task urgency and changes with execution time and propose an optimal base station (BS) task scheduling (OBSTS) algorithm. Task sentiment is an important factor that changes with the length of time that computing tasks with different urgency levels remain in the queue. The algorithm uses task sentiment as a performance indicator to measure task scheduling. Experimental results show that the OBSTS algorithm can more effectively meet the intensive and delay-sensitive requirements of vehicle terminals for network resources and improve user service experience.
Overview of Research: Product availability is one of important competences of store to fulfill consumer needs. If stock-outs which means a product what consumer wants to buy is not available occurs, consumer will face decision-making uncertainty that leads to consumer's negative responses such as consumer dissatisfaction on store. Stockouts was much studied in the field of academia as well as practice in other countries. However, stock-outs has not been researched at all in Marketing and/or Distribution area in Korea. The main objectives of this study are to find out determinants of consumer responses such as Substitute, Delay, and Leave(SDL) when consumer encounters out-of-stock situation and then to examine the effects of these factors on consumer responses. Specifically, this study focuses on situational characteristics(e.g., purchase urgency and surprise), store characteristics (e.g., product assortment and store convenience), and consumer characteristics (e.g., brand loyalty and store loyalty). Then, this study empirically investigates relationships these factors with consumers behaviors such as product substitution, purchase delay, and store switching.
Most partitioning algorithms for hardware- software codesign do not consider scheduling. Therefore, partitioning should be performed again if time constraints art not satisfied in scheduling the partitioned results. Existing FDS-applied methods which consider scheduling in partitioning decide the control step of the node to schedule while selecting nodes for partitioning. In selecting nodes for partitioning, several aspects should be considered together such as added cost or time due to the partition of the node, or the degree of interference due to the scheduling of the node. At this time, the induced force, which means the degree of intereference of scheduling other nodes, is computed all over the control step of the corresponding node and other depending nodes. In this paper, a new FDS-applied partitioning algorithm is proposed, where partitioning is performed using the defined scheduling urgency and relative scheduling urgency of the nodes. Since the nodes are partitioned by the computation of relative scheduling urgencies only at the earliest control step and the latest control step among the assignable steps, the time complexity for the computation of induced force could be improve. Experimental result on the benchmarks show the improvement of execution time of the proposed algorithm compared to the existing FDS-applied methods.
his paper develops the systematic and quantitative priority-determining method for national investment using the framework of evaluating R&D. This study proposes multi criteria for evaluating the R&D of New & Renewable Energy through analysing the attribute of 11 types of energy. The framework is constituted by 4 criteria, the political urgency, economic impact, regional constraint. and technological attribute and the each criteria has 3 or 4 sub-criteria. These sub-criteria are weighted using AHP.
A wireless MAC scheduler that provides a high level of quality-of-service (QoS) for video-on-demand (VOD) applications while achieving a reasonable level of system throughput is proposed. The proposed scheduler considers both channel qualities of mobiles and the urgency of real-time packets coming from VOD applications in a cross-layer approach between application and MAC layers.
In this paper, main contents of the 'Design Guideline for Concrete Track of Urban Railway System(Proposition)' is summarized. The proposed guideline is based on the research result of domestic and foreign theories, and will be useful for engineers in field, operational agencies, and related institutions. In foreign countries where have advanced railway technologies, there are few established design guideline for concrete track for the time being. However, considering increase of demand and urgency of technology, it is obvious that the national, public and economic importance of the establishment of the 'Design Guideline for Concrete Track of Urban Railway System'.

The expansion of indications for lung transplantation, the growth of the waiting list, and donor shortages are increasing the waiting list mortality rate in Korea. The current lung allocation system in Korea is based mainly on urgency, but outcomes should also be considered to avoid futile transplantation. This review describes the current status of, and issues with, the lung allocation system in Korea including donors, the waiting list, and transplant outcomes in the context of an aging society, in which the frequency of end-stage pulmonary disease is increasing.

Second, purchase delay behavior was led by purchase urgency, purchase quantities, and brand loyalty. Third, store switching behavior was influenced by purchase urgency, purchase quantities, pre-purchase plan, product assortment, store price image, brand loyalty, and store loyalty. Finally, when out-of-stock situation occurs, store convenience and salesperson service did not have significant effects on consumer alternative responses.
