도시정비사업지구의 거주자 재입주 선택 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of Resettlement Decision in Urban Redevelopment Project District)

  • The subject of this study is capital area including Seoul and Incheon, and metropolitan area including Daejeon and Busan among urban redevelopment project district that are currently promoting urban redevelopment project. Data for analysis is implemented collected through visiting each households in project district. Resettlement decision characteristics are analyzed with considering householder's characteristic, house member's characteristic, residential space's characteristic, and area characteristic of families residing in urban redevelopment project area. Through researching characteristics and preferences of residents in project area by urban redevelopment business, improvement were found and implications were provided. Consequently, there are many factors to consider resettlement when deciding household's resettlement when deciding on household's resettlement after the redevelopment project depending on household's characteristics. So, political methods are needed to accomplish urban redevelopment project by resident's position through characteristic and preference survey of resident on project district. Therefore, the study can be utilized as basic data that considers characteristic of each households and region when establishing house policy in order to correspond to housing market that satisfies future consumer's demand.

  • The green space become more important in the city. It is shown as the urban neighborhood park. But the current problem of urban neighborhood parks planning in Ulsan is uniform without reflecting area's characteristic. The Purpose of this study is to propose the planning methods of urban neighborhood parks by surveying characteristic of each urban neighborhood parks in Ulsan actual states and use behaviors.

도시철도차량의 운행패턴을 고려한 견인용 IPMSM의 열 특성 분석 (Thermal Characteristic Analysis of IPMSM for Traction Considering a Driving Pattern of Urban Railway Vehicles)

  • In this paper, temperature change properties on the 210kW-class Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM) are performed with the cooling performance of a water cooling device through the thermal characteristic analysis of the IPMSM considering a real driving pattern of urban railway vehicles. First, the thermal analysis modeling of 210kW-class IPMSM, which is an alternative to the conventional induction motor, and its water cooling device is conducted. Next, the thermal characteristic analysis of the IPMSM considering a real driving pattern of urban railway vehicles is performed using 2-Dimensional FEM tool. Finally, the calculated characteristic results are analyzed. Consequently, it is confirmed that the internal temperature of the 210kW-class IPMSM may be lowered to about 42~52% by maintaining the coolant flow rate of the water cooling device (Cross sectional shape of the pipe has 220mm width and 10mm height) for 0.2kg/s level.

  • Urban scape of Gyeongju is overlapped by periods. So, a study of each Periodical urban scape is required to understanding the present urban scape. All it requires study is on account of different a characteristic and the meaning of the scape. Especially, unified Silla period was most flourished in all time, has Abundant image of urban scape, heavily influences present urban scape. The research was proceeded through the classifying the concept of Urban form and the basic ideology and adopting the representative landscape at that time with the literatures and maps, on Unified Silla Period. And then tried to find out the identity of landscape with the link between the concepts of the representative landscape and that of Urban form in chronological order. The identity of historical landscape in Gyeongju on Unified Silla Period from the result of research has been influenced on by the connection with natural environment, urban form revealed by grid, space organized by vigorously heading up the inside, and Buddhistic ideology and esthetics.

도시특성 요인의 다중선형회귀 분석을 이용한 물순환상태추정모델 개발 (Development of water circulation status estimation model by using multiple linear regression analysis of urban characteristic factors)

  • Identifying the water circulation status is one of the indispensable processes for watershed management in an urban area. Recently, various water circulation models have been developed to simulate the water circulation, but it takes a lot of time and cost to make a water circulation model that could adapt the characteristics of the watershed. This paper aims to develop a water circulation state estimation model that could easily calculate the status of water circulation in an urban watershed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The study watershed is a watershed in Seoul that applied the impermeable area ratio in 1962 and 2000. And, It was divided into 73 watersheds in order to consider changes in water circulation status according to the urban characteristic factors. The input data of the SHER(Similar Hydrologic Element Response) model, a water circulation model, were used as data for the urban characteristic factors of each watershed. A total of seven factors were considered as urban characteristic factors. Those factors included annual precipitation, watershed area, average land-surface slope, impervious surface ratio, coefficient of saturated permeability, hydraulic gradient of groundwater surface, and length of contact line with downstream block. With significance probabilities (or p-values) of 0.05 and below, all five models showed significant results in estimating the water circulation status such as the surface runoff rate and the evapotranspiration rate. The model that was applied all seven urban characteristics factors, can calculate the most similar results such as the existing water circulation model. The water circulation estimation model developed in this study is not only useful to simply estimate the water circulation status of ungauged watersheds but can also provide data for parameter calibration and validation.

하절기 도시의 지역별 장.단파복사 특성 분석과 해석 (Analysis of Radiative Characteristics at Urban Area by Observation in Summer Season)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the characteristic of radiation environment in the urban and rural through the field observation in the summer. The radiation balance was compared through the measurement of the shortwave radiation and long-wave radiation in the urban, sub-urban, and rural. The following conclusion could be obtained from this research. (1)In the results of observation including the rain-day, it was found that the short wave radiance in the urban is lower about 10% than the rural. (2)The upper part of atmosphere layers in the urban are aabsorb much short wave radiation energies compared with the rural relatively. It can increase the temperature of the upper part of atmosphere layers and the emittance of long wave radiation. (3)The ratio of the downward short wave radiation to the downward long wave radiation was 1.24 for the urban, 1.28 for sub-urban and 1.35 for rural. It can be estimated that the atmosphere condition of the rural is better than that of other areas. (4)The net radiation of the rural was lower that of the urban. It was found that the energy in and outflow of the rural is easier than that of the urban. (5)The temperature variation for the long-wave radiation change of the rural showed more sensitive than that of the urban. It was came from the radiation characteristics of the surrounding environment and can be used as the important index to evaluate the thermal environment characteristic of urban.

도시특성지표 기반 공간개발 패턴 추정에 관한 연구 - 강남지역을 대상으로 - (An Estimation of the Spatial Development Patterns based on the Characteristic City Indicators - The Case of Gangnam District -)

  • 현재 계획단계에서 구득하여 활용할 수 있는 토지이용 관련 정보는 시도, 시군구, 그리고 읍면동과 같은 집계된 단위의 자료가 주를 이루고 있어, 미시적 공간단위에서의 변화 양상을 파악하기에는 근본적인 한계가 존재한다. 본 연구의 목적은 존 내 물리적 도시특성지표를 바탕으로 공간 개발패턴을 추정하는 방법론을 개발하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 강남지역을 육각형 픽셀로 분할하고 각 공간분석단위별로 판매 및 업무의 건축물 개발강도를 단계별로 구분하여 도시의 공간적 특성이 판매 및 업무에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 수행하였다. 분석결과 도로와 버스정류장과의 거리가 증가하면 밀도 개발 확률이 감소하며, 수계와의 거리가 증가하면 밀도 개발 확률이 높아짐을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 방법론과 결과물은 도시계획분야에서 집계된 자료를 미시적 공간으로 세분하는 방법론으로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

죠르죠 그라씨 건축형태 구성원리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the architectural composition of Giorgio Grassi)

  • This study is purposed to find fundamental characteristics in Grassi's architecture which has architectural principles in architecture itself and in the general frame of the historical facts of architecture. His architectural theories can be explained for rationality, historicity, universality. The method of architectural composition can be divided into urban morphological characteristic and compositional characteristic of architecture. The characteristics of the former are the reconstruction of the urban structure by the readjustment of an urban axis which is based on historical continuity of the city, the open court which is a passage transformed from colonnade that is the historical vernacular type and the respect for the city-line which goes with historical context. The characteristics of the latter are the use transformed of nine square which gives consideration to centrality and typology at the same time and the hierarchic division of the principal space and the subordinate space for the functional typical purpose. This analysis shows that Grassi's architecture is on the base of historical continuity and urban reality and for him architectural work is mental work which conflict with the real world for the reconstruction of the city.

A STUDY ON IDENTIFICATION OF URBAN CHARACTERISTIC USING SPATIAL ARRANGEMENT METHOD

  • In order to rapidly catch up urban region’s detailed land-use or land-cover information; this research used the post-classification algorithm (Spatial Reclassification Kernel: SPARK) to create a land-use map of Taichung City. We discussed the urban land-use classification model with the IKONOS images. The conclusions may be distinguished as follows:(a) Using the Maximum-Likelihood algorithm to classify seven broad land-cover categories. The overall accuracy in this stage achieves 92.72% and Kappa coefficient will be obtained 0.91; and (b) Using the SPARK method to classify images for detect the land-use, the overall accuracy achieves higher 89.64% and Kappa coefficient will be 0.86. To conclude, the research process in this study can fully and carefully describe local land-use pattern and assist the demand of land management and resources planning reference.

도시철도차량의 운행 선로환경 및 공간적 분포에 따른 공급전압 동특성 변화 (A Study on Variation of the Dynamic Characteristic of Supply Voltage According to the Track Environment and Spatial Distribution as Driving of Urban Transits)

  • It is important to consider supply voltage stability in case of design and construction of a substation at electric railway because a urban transit is operated by electricity and it is driven simultaneous in the same section. This paper study on variation of the dynamic characteristic of supply voltage according to the track environment and spatial distribution as driving of urban transits. Simulation tool, TOM(Train Operations Model) software is used to ensure stability of feeder system being used around the world. As results of simulation, voltage of the contact wire is in limits on driving operation diagram of urban transits. Also, it has confirmed that there is a correlation the phase current, depending on the speed of urban transit and track environment like vertical gradients and curve radius.
