제4차 산업혁명 플랫폼으로서의 스마트 시티 구축 전략 (Strategy for Building Smart City as a Platform of the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • 현재의 도시는 교통혼잡, 환경오염, 도시범죄와 같은 다양한 문제를 겪고 있으며 성장 한계에 직면 해 있다. 도시의 지속가능한 성장은 경제, 사회 및 환경과 밀접한 관련이 있으며 인구통계학적 추세에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 잘 관리 된 도시는 부정적인 요인을 최소화하고 이익을 극대화 할 수 있다. 최근에는 이러한 도시 문제를 해결하기 위해 스마트 시티를 구축하려는 다양한 시도가 확산되고 있다. 그러나 스마트 시티에 대한 다양한 정의가 혼재되어 있고, 스마트 시티 구현 방법과 전략은 기술의 발전과 축전된 경험으로 인해 진화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통해 그동안 제시된 스마트 시티의 정의들을 정리하여 통합적인 정의를 제시하였다. 스마트 시티는 제4차 산업혁명과 함께 미래 사회의 핵심 플랫폼으로 주목받고 있다. 그동안의 스마트 시티가 기존의 도시 문제해결에 치중하였다면 제4차 산업혁명시대에서의 스마트 시티는 혁신을 통한 지속가능한 성장을 할 수 있어야 함을 더욱 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제4차 산업혁명의 플랫폼으로서 스마트 시티를 구축할 때 추진되어야 할 전략들을 제시하였다.

대학 도서관 건물 리모델링에 따른 실내공기질 영향 평가 (Impact Assessment of Remodeling Works on Indoor Air Quality in a University Library Building)

  • Recently, there have been a large number of remodeling (or renovation) works in old buildings in urban areas. Compared to new buildings, environmental risk might be more significant in such buildings where remodeling works are going on, since some parts of the building may still be in service for people. This study was carried out to investigate the impacts of remodeling works on the indoor air quality (IAQ) of a large building (a 22 stories university library). Indoor air monitoring was conducted during and after the remodeling works every two weeks for a one year period, and target compounds included BTEX, styrene, TVOC, carbonyl compounds such as formaldehyde and acetaldehyde. $CO,\;CO_2,\;PM_{10}$, and $PM_{2.5}$. Overall, the IAQ appeared to be recovered within two months after the remodeling works. However, in some places, concentrations of formaldehyde, toluene, xylene. and ethylbenzene showed higher levels even after works than those during the works. The results indicate that painting, glues and office furnitures are major sources of aromatic VOCs and formaldehyde. Therefore, in order to decrease the concentrations of toxic VOCs, the use of environmental-friendly building materials is strongly recommended during the remodeling works. In addition, IAQ control and management scheme (for example, baking the inside of the building) should be taken into consideration before reopening the buildings.

해체공사 실무자를 위한 기계식 해체대상 RC구조물의 해석기법 제안 (Structural Analysis Methods for RC Building Demolition Work under Heavy Equipment Loading)

  • 우리나라의 RC 구조물 기계식 해체공사에서는 적절하지 못한 해체장비의 선정과 탑재가 원인이 되어 해체작업 중 구조부재가 붕괴하는 사고가 발생하기도 한다. 따라서 RC 구조물의 기계식 해체공사를 계획할 때 해체공사 담당자가 대상 구조물에 탑재 가능한 장비의 등급을 보다 편리하게 결정할 수 있는 해석기법이 필요한 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 4층 규모 실 구조물을 대상으로 재하실험과 구조해석을 수행하여, 선행연구에서 도출한 RC 구조물에 탑재 가능한 장비 등급의 적정성을 규명하고, 해체공사 담당자가 구조물의 안전성을 편리하게 평가할 수 있는 해석기법을 제안하였다. 이 연구에서 제안한 해석기법은 RC구조물 기계식 해체공사의 작업 안전성과 적정한 장비 운영을 통한 작업 효율성 향상에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

일본의 민관협력에 의한 공공건축 조성방식 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Public Building Construction Method by Public-Private Partnership in Japan)

  • The purpose of this study is to draw implications for revitalizing public-private partnership system that can reduce the financial burden of the government and utilize the creative know-how of the private sector by analyzing the cases of public building construction projects by public-private partnership method in Japan. In this study, first of all, I looked at the current state of public-private partnership policy in Japan and then selected 8 representative projects as an analysis target. Next, in order to grasp the specific situation that is aimed at securing publicity and revitalizing private participation, I analyzed the role sharing between public and private sectors in the maintenance and management of public buildings, and examined the conditions for private revenue facilities. As a result of the analysis, the following implications were drawn. First, the methods of public building construction by public-private partnership in Japan are largely divided into BTO method based on the PFI method, and the method of installing public facilities and private revenue facilities based on the term leasehold rights system. Second, measures were taken to mitigate the burden of the state and local governments in establishing public facilities. Third, the public has delegated to the private sector actively about the role that the private sector can play, expanding the role of private sector widely from design to operation in the public building construction projects. Fourth, in order to actively participate in private sectors and promote regional revitalization, private profit-making projects are widely accepted, but consideration has been given to guarantee a certain level of publicity.

도로자산관리를 위한 포장종합평가지수의 속성과 변화과정의 모델링 (Internal Property and Stochastic Deterioration Modeling of Total Pavement Condition Index for Transportation Asset Management)

  • PURPOSES : This study is aimed at development of a stochastic pavement deterioration forecasting model using National Highway Pavement Condition Index (NHPCI) to support infrastructure asset management. Using this model, the deterioration process regarding life expectancy, deterioration speed change, and reliability were estimated. METHODS : Eight years of Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) data fused with traffic loads (Equivalent Single Axle Loads; ESAL) and structural capacity (Structural Number of Pavement; SNP) were used for the deterioration modeling. As an ideal stochastic model for asset management, Bayesian Markov multi-state exponential hazard model was introduced. RESULTS:The interval of NHPCI was empirically distributed from 8 to 2, and the estimation functions of individual condition indices (crack, rutting, and IRI) in conjunction with the NHPCI index were suggested. The derived deterioration curve shows that life expectancies for the preventive maintenance level was 8.34 years. The general life expectancy was 12.77 years and located in the statistical interval of 11.10-15.58 years at a 95.5% reliability level. CONCLUSIONS : This study originates and contributes to suggesting a simple way to develop a pavement deterioration model using the total condition index that considers road user satisfaction. A definition for level of service system and the corresponding life expectancies are useful for building long-term maintenance plan, especially in Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) work.

도심환경에서의 자율 군집적인 각도 기반 라우팅 프로토콜 (A Self-Organizing Angle-based Routing Protocol for Urban Environments)

  • Mobile Ad Hoc Network(MANET)은 잦은 경로 단절과 경로 재설정으로 인한 지연 때문에 차량환경에 적용이 쉽지 않다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 VANET(Vehicular Ad Hoc Network) 알고리즘이 제안되었으며, 이들 중에서 위치 정보 기반의 라우팅 프로토콜이 유용한 것으로 알려져 있다. 도심환경에서는 차량의 잦은 이동과 함께 높은 건물들로 인한 전파 방해로 빈번한 네트워크 단절을 일으키지만 현재의 VANET은 이러한 도심환경을 고려하지 않기 때문에 토폴로지의 단절이 빈번히 일어난다. 본 논문에서는 도심환경 내에서 노드들의 이동방향을 측정한 후 캐쉬 테이블을 통하여 비교하여 교차로를 탐색하는 방법을 개선하고, 전송 홉 수를 최대한 줄여 전송효율을 높이는 라우팅 알고리즘을 제시한다.

대전시 상업지역 주거복합건축물 사례 분석을 통한 관리방안 연구 (A Study on Management Plans through Case Analysis of Residential Complexes in Commercial Areas in Daejeon)

  • 최근 대도시 상업지역 내 주거복합건축물의 입지로 인해 도시기능이 상업기능에서 주거기능으로 전환되고 있다. 대전광역시 상업지역 내 용도용적제를 개선하기 위해 특·광역시의 제도를 비교분석하고, 사업대상지 8개소를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 주거복합건축물의 용도 분류의 명확화, 둘째, 상업지역의 기능 상실에 대한 도시 계획적 불균형, 셋째, 개발밀도의 차이로 도시환경의 훼손이다. 이에 개선방안으로는 첫째, 주거기능과 용도복합의 비율을 최소 10% 이상 확보하고, 둘째, 다양한 용도와 기능을 융·복합화된 시설을 유도하여 도시경쟁력을 확보하고, 용도용적제 폐지를 통한 공동주택의 일괄적인 용적률을 적용하며, 셋째, 지구단위계획 수립 및 자문을 통한 개발밀도를 제시하였다.

기후변화에 따른 녹색건축인증제도의 외부환경 평가항목 개선방향 연구 (Improving Assessment of External Environment for Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design Certification according to Climate Change)

  • In 1990s, as the extreme weather events according to the global warming climate change are occurred frequently all around the world and the scale of the damage increases, the developed countries are promoting various policies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions setting the goal of greenhouse gas reduction with the level of State and local government. Especially for the greenhouse gas reduction of buildings and the inducement of eco-friendly design, the green certification system is strengthened with the assessment of energy and greenhouse management, and recently, according to the policy change of climate and energy, the certification system expanded from the buildings to the level of city and district is piloted. So this research is to understand the main contents and the assessment system of domestic green building certification system implemented in March 2013 in response to the policy change of climate and energy and to suggest the basic data for the improvement of present domestic greenhouse certification standard through the analysis of actual certification and the main case analysis of international green certification system. Recently in developed countries, in 1990s, for the reduction of building's greenhouse gas emission and the inducement of eco-friendly design, from the building of LEED, BREEAM, DGNB to the level of city and district such as LEED Neighborhood Development, BREEAM Communities, DGNB Stadtquartiere, the system is expanded and piloted. On the contrary, as for the domestic standard of green building certification system, the distribution ratio according to the assessment items in each category consists of the assessment system based on the buildings, and just the simple adjustment of some items and the improvement of weighted value are performed. Actually, as a result of selecting the 30 districts of apartment housing with the most certification performance by use among the 49 buildings certified by Institute of Land & Housing from December 2014 to July 2016 and analyzing the assessment score, the certification level is determined by the sectors of high distribution like indoor environment and energy not by the ineffective sector of external environment with low distribution so this system has a limitation to perform the practical means for the policy change of climate and energy. Thus for the national green building certification standards, the assessment system in the sector of external environment is to complemented and furthermore, reflecting domestic reality, through the introduction of certification system and the assessment system with the level of city and district, this system should be improved to meet the international certification standard.

  • 건설공사 현장에서 공간활용을 위해 가장 보편적으로 쓰이는 방법이 site plans 이다. 이 방법은 건설 물자재를 적재하고 운반할시 공간이 부족한 도심지 부근에서 어떻게 건설 물자재를 옮기고 적재하는가? 크래인의 위치는 어디에 선정할것인가? 하는 문제를 해결하기 위한 것이다. 본고는 이러한 문제를 수평적으로 해결함과 동시에 수직적으로도 해결할 수 있는 방안을 도출했다. 이러한 해결 방안은 건설현장을 지도 또는 감독하는 메니져에게 가장 효과적으로 건설 물자재를 적재시켜 줄 수 입어 방법론을 제시함으로써 공기의 단축을 가져올 수 있는 효과를 누릴 수 있다. 방법론으로는 Genetic Algorithm을 이용하여 multiple-floor layout 문제점 해결하였다.

객체기반 CAD 시스템의 건축설계적 효용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Design Utility of Object-based CAD System)

  • As architectural forms tend to be large-scaled, high-storied and complicated, use of computer for processing design information has been generalized. However, CAD use in the process of developing architectural design has been neglected greatly in the educational field of architectural field due to the surging of recognition that it may limit the essential property of architectural design. It may be resulted from the limitation of CAD system, that is, it is because of tardy speed of application development for the related areas with the lack of simplicity and clarity of flexibility to be secured on the drawing and user interface. Recent CAD systems, however, overcome such a limitation, convert into object-based design from entity-based drawing, drafting and modeling for implementing design concept of architects and it connects with internet linked to superspeed information communication network and changes process and stream of architectural design. Therefore, this study deals with utility of object based CAD system with products of Autodesk Co. and consequently obtain the following conclusions. First, it expands architect's design areas by supporting cooperative design system based on model-based architectural design and internet. Second, it reduces consumption of personal and material resources and time in the process of drawing production for improving architectural design works. Third, it can reduce the frequent design changes by improving understanding of architectural space with visualization of immediate 3D information, escaping from traditional methods to deliver design information to building owner through 2D drawing or model and perspective drawing requiring much cost and time. Fourth, it keeps exactness without omission or duplication of design information and generate and renew information of all related drawings on a drawing. Fifth, it is possible to change difficult and boring architectural design work into a pleasure owing to immediate modeling and drawing of design idea. In addition, digital drawing generated by using object-based CAD system can playa role of establishing Urban Information System to be used for protecting from building in disaster and urban disasters in connection with GIS numerical map and be used for reference of all kinds of information required fro post-management of buildings. However, what is more important is that surplus time from introduction of object-based CAD system should be used for consideration to be recognized as a good space and building built as a product of this project for comfort to urban people.
