군 복무 중의 자기개발이 대학 복학생의 자기주도학습과 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self-Development during Military Service on Returning University Students' Self-directed Learning and Job Preparation Behavior)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사병으로 군 복무 중인 대학생이 수행한 자기개발이 복학 후의 자기주도학습과 취업준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는 것이다. 연구 대상은 전국에서 약 15개 대학의 2, 3, 4학년 대학생을 대상으로 온라인상에서 집락무선표집을 이용하여 323명을 선정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 program을 이용하여 요인분석, 빈도분석, 독립 t-test, one way Anova, 중다회귀분석을 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째. 군복무후 복학한 대학생의 개인적 특성과 자기개발경험에 따른 자기주도학습은 대학소재지, 학년, 군복무시 자기개발정도, e-learning 수강정도, 원격강의 이수학점, 자격증취득유무, 지원비용유무에 따라 유의하게 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 군복무후 복학한 대학생의 개인적 특성과 자기개발경험에 따른 취업준비행동은 대학소재지, 학년, 군복무시 자기개발정도, e-learning 수강정도, 원격강의 이수학점, 자격증취득유무, 지원비용유무에 따라 유의하게 차이가 나타났다. 셋째. 군복무시 자기개발경험은 복학 후 대학생의 자기주도학습 및 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

초등과학 영재 캠프 프로그램의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of a Science Camp Program for Gifted Elementary School Students)

  • A Science Camp Program was developed and applied as an intensified course for gifted students. The implications for the development and implementation of out-of-school science activities were also deduced through the analysis of the preliminary application results. The key point of the science camp program is to boost students' science inquiry skills through self-directed activities. Several positive effects in terms of interest and participation in the program were observed and some implications were derived as follows; (1) The program should provide the students with more opportunities for discussion and debate in group activities. (2) The tasks need be divided into two parts; basic tasks and optional tasks in order to ensure that the students engage in fewer tasks more intensively. (3) Each activity needs sufficient orientation taking consideration of the possibility that not all students may be ready for the inquiry. (4) The use of real examples of scientific research processes can help the students develop open inquiry skills and problem posing skills.

입학사정관제 신입생을 위한 대학적응교육 프로그램 개발 (The Development of College Adjustment Program for Freshmen via Admission Officer System)

  • The primary purpose of this study was to develop a college adjustment program for freshmen through admission officer system that relies less on test scores and on the various talents evaluated by admissions officers. To help these talented students adjust the new life of the university and enhance their gifts, a college adjustment program was developed with their special needs and characteristics. For that, the survey with 57 students and in-depth interviews with 12 students were conducted. The results revealed that the students wanted to learn study skills, self-management, global mind setting, and life vision and goals setting. Most of the students were worried about their grades because they entered the school with their talents and experience in diverse activities not SAT scores. To promote their academic performance, this program consisted of an academic readiness program which complements students' abilities in primary subjects like math, English, and science, and a potential progress program which is peer-group learning communities based on their own interests like global learning communities, creative learning communities, and service-learning communities. This program was suggested in the context of Comprehensive Development Model. To carry out the program systematically, related organizations and colleges should collaborate with each other.

초등학생의 의지력 향상을 위한 자기조절 프로그램 개발 (The Development of Self-regulation Program Elementary School Students' to Improve Willpower)

  • 이 연구는 초등학교 고학년의 의지력 향상에 활용할 수 있는 자기조절 프로그램을 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 관련문헌의 수집 분석과 초등학교 5,6학년 93명과 초등교사 32명을 자기조절 프로그램에 대한 기초 조사를 하였으며, 조사 내용은 프로그램의 내용 분석과 프로그램 진행에 필요한 요인 등이다. 8명의 전문가로부터 총2회에 걸쳐 프로그램의 구성과 내용에 대해 타당성 검증을 받았다. 프로그램 구성은 인성함양과 밀접한 관련이 있는 태도를 기르기 위해 아동으로 하여금 하나의 행동목표 성공이 의지력의 향상으로 귀결되는 효과를 초래하는 방식으로 하였다. 또한 의지력 향상을 위해 자기점검, 모니터링과 보상 등의 방법이 포함되었으며, 이를 통해 아동이 좋은 태도를 습관화하는 것이 목표이다.

Learning Experiences in Expressive Writing to Improve Psychological and Emotional Wellbeing

  • Purpose: People must express their feelings and thoughts to maintain mental health and stability. Expressing one's emotions, experiences, and thoughts in writing relieves inner feelings, promotes self-exploration, and improves individual well-being, resulting in a pleasant state on physical, mental, and social levels. This study aims to reveal the learning experiences of university students who participated in a self-expressive writing course to improve their well-being. Method: To explore the learning experiences of university students who took a self-expressive writing course, this study used qualitative research methods to analyze the students' written reflection notes. Results: Self-expressive writing was found to resolve university students' negative emotions, regulate their emotions, improve their self-reflection and self-awareness, contributing to their problem-solving skills and ability to set new goals, and strengthen their social communication. The meaning of this class experience can be summarized as healing, awareness, reflection, change, and growth. Conclusion: The results of this study provide concrete data on expressive writing classes and are valuable when designing the writing programs.

간호대학생의 죽음태도 영향요인 (Influencing Factors on the Death Attitude of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the death attitude of nursing students. Methods: A survey was administered to 350 nursing students in two university located in D city, Korea. data were collected for 40 days from August 1 to September 10, 2015 by using self-report questionnaires. Collected data were treated with the IBM (SPSS) Program 21.0 program for frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, ANOVA, $Scheff\acute{e}$, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: As for mean points in the subareas of death attitude, the nursing students scored a mean of $5.4{\pm}0.8$ in neutral acceptance, $4.1{\pm}1.1$ in fear of death, $3.5{\pm}1.2$ in approach acceptance, $2.9{\pm}1.3$ in death avoidance, and $2.8{\pm}1.4$ in escape acceptance. The factors influencing the death attitude of nursing students was most influenced by self esteem, social support, spiritual wellbeing, and life satisfaction. Conclusion: The importance of this study is that the influencing factors such as self esteem, social support, spiritual wellbeing, and life satisfaction were identified. These influencing factors should be considered the program development for nursing students to improve the positive attitude of death.

MMTIC을 활용한 집단상담이 초등학생의 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of MMTIC Group Counseling Program on Self-esteem of Elementary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of MMTIC group counseling program on self-esteem of elementary school students. The hypothesis was that the self-esteem test scores of experimental group would be significantly higher than those of control group. The subjects were the twenty 5th graders sampled from the 66 5th graders of D Elementary School in Boryeong City based on self-esteem test scores. The 10 subjects were randomly assigned experiment group and others were assigned control group. The self-esteem test by Mun, Yong Woo (2002) modified from the measurement of Kim, Heui Hwa (1989) was administrated as pre and post test. The experimental group has experienced MMTIC group counseling program. On the other hand, the control group has not been given any advice during the counseling periods. The counseling was once a week at two o'clock in the afternoon for ten weeks from the eleventh of May to sixteenth of July in 2003. Each counseling session lasted sixty to eighty minutes. The group counseling program, which has been used in this research, has been adapted to the level of elementary students with the consideration of MBTI and MMTIC Workshop in reference to a few theses related to MMTIC development program (Jung, Gyeong Yeon, 2001: Gang, Jae Jeong, 2002; Lee, Jae Mo 2002). The results were analysed by t-test. These statistics with a quantitative result has been supplemented with a qualitative analysis by a questionnaire and the descriptions of impression of subjects of experimental group. The results of this research was that the analyses of the questionnaire and a description of their impression have shown that the counseling has had an significantly impact on their understanding themselves and others. In particular, this program has been positively conducive to receptive relationships to others. In conclusion, the MMTIC group counseling program has helped elementary students I understand themselves and others, increase receptive competence, encourage their confidence, improve personal relationships and enhance their adaptation to their school life. It suggests that this program has a feasible effect on children's sense of self-esteem.

자기결정성 이론 기반 대학생 스마트폰 과의존 예방프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effect of a Smartphone Overdependence Prevention Program for University Students Based on Self-Determination Theory)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop a smartphone overdependence prevention program for college students based on the self-determination theory (SDT) and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: A non-equivalent control group repeated measures design was used for the study. Participants were 64 university freshmen (experimental group: 29, control group: 35). The developed program consists of eight sessions conducted twice a week. The program was designed to promote autonomy, competence, and relatedness the three elements of the basic psychological needs of self-determination theory. The participants were assessed before the program, immediately after, and 1 and 3 months after the program. Data were collected from April 23 to September 14, 2018 and analyzed by performing a Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, and repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results: This study showed improvement in the basic psychological needs (F=3.90, p=.010) in the experimental group compared to the control group. Specifically, competence (F=2.93, p=.035), relatedness (F=2.89, p=.045), and self-regulatory ability (F=3.11, p=.028) improved significantly. Conclusion: Study findings indicate that the smartphone overdependence prevention program based on the Self-determination theory could be an effective intervention for improving basic psychological needs and self-regulation ability. Therefore, this program could be an efficient strategy for smartphone overdependence prevention in university students.

청소년의 진로성숙도와 진로정체감 및 진로결정 자기효능감 증진을 위한 진로 집단상담 프로그램의 개발과 효과 (The Development and the Effectiveness of a Career Group Counseling Program for Career Maturity, Career-Identity, and Career-Decision Self-Efficacy in High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a Career Group Counseling Program to increase the career maturity, career-identity and career-decision self-efficacy of high school students, and to examine the effectiveness of such a program. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the program thus developed, an experimental group which was exposed to the program and a control group without exposure to the program were compared. The program was administered over eight weekly sessions, each session lasting ninety minutes. The subjects in this study consisted of twenty four students. The experimental group and a control group were organized with twelve students in each. For the purpose of data processing, SPSS 16.0 was used to analyze the statistical results. The Career Maturity Scale, the Identity Scale, and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale were used in a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up test. The findings of this study were as follows : The treatment group exhibited a significant statistically increasing degree of career maturity, career-identity and career-decision self-efficacy levels in comparison to the control group. The results of the study indicated the effectiveness of this newly developed Career Group Counseling Program on increasing career maturity, career-identity and career-decision self-efficacy levels.

대학생 융복합능력 함양을 위한 학습공동체 효과성 분석 (The Effectiveness of Learning Community for the Development of Convergence of University Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생 융복합능력 함양을 위한 학습공동체 프로그램의 효과성을 알아보는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 세부적으로 학습공동체 프로그램의 효과성을 위해 자기주도학습능력과 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 중점적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 A대학 199명(실험집단 123명, 통제집단 76명) 학생들이 연구에 참여하였으며, 실험집단에 속한 학생들은 교수학습센터에서 9주간 실시하는 자율적 학습공동체 프로그램에 참여하였다. 학습공동체 프로그램의 효과성을 알아보기 위해 프로그램 실시 전후로 자기주도학습능력과 문제해결능력 사전-사후검사를 시행하였다. 효과성 검증을 위해 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단과 통제집단간 자기주도학습능력에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 실험집단과 통제집단간 문제해결능력에서도 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학에서의 비교과 학습공동체 프로그램 활동 및 학습지원 설계에 대한 교육적 시사점을 제안하였다.
