강의별학술정보페이지는 하나의 게이트웨이에서 강의정보와 도서관자원을 통합하여 제공하는 서비스로 대학도서관의 정보서비스를 더욱 강화시킬 수 있다. 이는 여러 검색게이트를 갖는 기존의 도서관 자료 제공방식과 달리 강의별 맞춤 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 강의관리시스템과 연계하여 강의와 도서관자원을 더욱 밀접하게 연계시킬 수 있다. 국외 대학도서관의 경우 강의별학술정보페이지를 대학의 특성에 맞게 다양한 내용으로 구축하며, 대학에 개설된 전체 강의에 대한 페이지를 구축하기 위해 수작업이 아닌 자동화처리 프로그램을 도입하거나 개발하고 있다. 따라서 강의별학술정보페이지 구축 프로그램도 자체 개발혹은 상업 벤더시스템 등으로 다양하다. 하지만, 국내에서는 강의별학술정보페이지 개발이 활성화되고 있지 않으며, 시스템 개발에 대한 구축방안도 모색되지 않고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 문헌연구와 사례조사 방법을 이용해 국내 대학도서관의 적극적인 서비스 방안의 하나인 강의별학술정보페이지 구축 방안을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 강의별학술정보페이지 구축 방안을 통해 도서관의 적극적 서비스를 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구는 대학 강의지원시스템을 이용하는 학습자의 이용성을 향상시키기 위해 필요한 이용자 인터페이스 설계 원칙을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 문헌조사를 바탕으로 사전설문과 이용성 평가 실험으로 구성된 이용성 조사를 실시하였다. 이용성 조사로부터 얻어낸 결과를 종합하여 총 11개의 대학 강의지원시스템 이용자 인터페이스 설계 원칙을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 대학 강의지원시스템의 이용자 인터페이스 설계 원칙을 개발하기 위하여 주이용자인 학습자를 대상으로 이용성 조사를 실시하여 실제 이용자의 의견을 시스템의 기능별로 제시하고 직접적으로 설계 원칙에 반영할 수 있었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

숙명여자대학교에서는 2004학년도 2학기부터 1학년 교양필수 과목인 "글쓰기와 읽기" 과목을 수강하는 모든 학생들이, "도서관 정보이용교육: Cyber 강좌"를 수강한 후 온라인 퀴즈문제를 풀고 과제물을 제출하여 인증을 받도록 하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 "도서관 정보이용교육: Cyber 강좌"의 개발 및 시행을 주관하고 있는 숙명여대 도서관의 강좌 개발배경 및 개발과정, 내용구성 및 구현방법 그리고 실제 운영현황을 서술함으로써, 이 cyber 강좌가 빠르게 그리고 성공적으로 숙명여대의 특화 프로그램으로 정착한 요인을 분석하였다. 또한 cyber 강좌 학습관리시스템(LMS: Learning Management System)의 제반 기술적 문제점과 cyber 강좌 시행의 실제적인 문제점 등을 분석하여 향후 개선책을 제시하였다.

Recently, product life-cycles are shortening faster than ever before, and companies with a suggestion system are in better position to overcome this shortening life-cycle and thus promote customer satisfaction. Suggestion systems, however, are not actively utilized on the production floors in many firms. This study showed that small-sized and medium-sized firms where a suggestion system is properly functioning by a strong will of top management are not many in Gangwon-do area. In considerable number of companies, a suggestion system is informally and spontaneously applied by the workers on the production floors not by company-wide systems. A suggestion system is required as a means of creating future value-added and it is a matter of course that the role of top management, together with middle-class managements' influence is quite important in the course of the successful application of it. A suggestion system, to be successful, calls not only individual efforts but also positive corporate cultures.

Delay, cost overrun and inferior quality in public works are common in Nepal and Cambodia. Almost 90 percent of the civil construction engineers working in the industry were one-degree graduates without appropriate training. The civil engineering education had provided elemental engineering knowledge to the graduates however integrated engineering and management knowledge and skill are essential for efficient infrastructure development. ODA in developing countries had been concentrated in hard infrastructure development without improving the quality of higher education. Integrating ODA to engineering education system would help develop qualified technical manpower and appropriate technology domestically, and improve the efficiency in infrastructure development in developing countries.

This paper deals with the ways that can improve the reliability of the course evaluation system based on reformation of the system and design of user interface for the practical applications. In the reformation of the system aspect, there are the improvements of the course evaluation questionnaires and the feedback of course evaluation to the lecturers. In the design aspect, a computer screen of the graphic user interface is redesigned to reflect the reformation of the system aspect issues. The results show the effectiveness in the reliability improvement.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is becoming an important development opportunity for colleges and universities to realize curve overtaking. Affected by the physical and mental development characteristics, female college students in innovative undertaking showed different growth characteristics. In order to further promote female college students' innovative undertaking, we should combine the characteristics of female design with innovation entrepreneurship education path. As one of the three women's colleges, the general innovation and entrepreneurship course system of Shandong Women's University provides a wide education of innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness and thinking for all students. The undergraduate major of business Administration (entrepreneurial management) provides the whole system education of entrepreneurship, and through "system guarantee, professional construction, course system, competition assistance and project cultivation", female students' entrepreneurial consciousness is cultivated and their entrepreneurial ability is improved.

As the application of NPM in waste administration branch this paper proposes a new waste management method in order to increase the efficiency of resources and reduce the quantity of waste. First the matrix method is suggested which comprehensively consider and integrate the proposals of different government departments. Moreover the inhabitant's attitude toward the new waste management measures was investigated. Based on the investigation the evaluation function was made, which include three elements: necessary budget, the effect of cost decrease and the environmental burden decrease. The optimal method of budget allocation to maximize social welfare is proposed under the condition of limited budget by the evaluation function. By applying this system further local governments will be able to determine their adequate service level and budget size.

효율적인 데이터 관리 및 처리를 위하여 XML이 웹 기반 웅용 시스템 에 적용되었다. 또한, ASP는 쉬운 웹 기반 프로그래밍의 구현을 가능하게 하였으며, UML은 시스템 모델링 기법의 새로운 대안으로 연구되고있다. 이에 관하여, 본 논문에서는 XML, ASP, UML을 이용하여 학생 수강신청 관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 이는, 학생모드와 관리자 모드로 구성되었으며, 효과적인 데이터 관리 및 처리를 위한 XML을 이용하였다. 또한, 시스템 분석 및 설계를 위하여 UML을 이용하였으며, 전체 시스템은 ASP로 구현하였다. 그리고, 데이터베이스는 MS-ACCESS를 이용하였으며, 웹 문서의 효율적인 활용을 위하여 Java Script 언어를 사용하였다.

이 글은 한양대학교 인문대학 수행인문학부 STS(Science and Technology Studies) 전공 과정의 개발과 운영과정에 대한 분석이다. STS 전공은 한양대학교 인문대학 학생들에게 제2전공으로 이수할 것을 권장하고 있는 수행인문학 융합전공 5개 과정 중 하나이다. 수행인문학 과정은 2005~2009년 사이 교육부의 "수도권 대학특성화 지원 사업"에 의해 과정이 개발된 뒤 한양대학교 행정체계 내에 수행인문학부로 독립되어 현재 과정이 운영 중에 있다. 이 중 STS 과정은 과학기술학에 기반을 둔 인문학과 과학기술을 연결하는 복합학 과정이라 할 수 있다. STS 전공 과정의 설립은 전공의 내용과 운영 과정 모두에 있어서 학제적 교육에 대한 새로운 융합적 시도로서 의미가 깊다. 본문에서는 STS 전공의 교육과정 로드맵과 교육 운영 방법에 대해 논하고 개발과정과 운영 결과의 장단점을 분석해 본다. 융합교육이 중요시 되고 있는 현재, 이 글은 간 학문적 성격을 가지고 있는 STS 과정이 대학 내 전공과정으로 편입되고 운영되는 과정을 분석해 봄으로써 대한민국 대학체계 내에서 실행가능한 대안적 융합교육 모델들을 고민해보는 적절한 사례가 될 수 있을 것이다.
