본 논문에서는 장애인들을 위한 단축 입력시스템을 이용하여 기존의 한글, 영문, 숫자 및 기타 특수문자를 입력하고, 입력된 내용을 점자로 변환하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 단축 입력시스템은 5개의 숫자와 4개의 특수 기능키를 사용하여 복잡한 입력 방법 대신 장애인들이 간단하게 입력하도록 설계하였다. 또한, 핸드폰을 사용하여 입력할 수 있도록 앱을 개발하여 중증장애우들이 핸드폰을 사용하여 문자를 입력할 수 있도록 아두이노와 LCD Matrix를 활용하여 시스템을 구현하였다.

The necessity of universal design for forestry is increasing. Although several studies applied universal design in forest site, they had been only concentrated on the barrier-free design for the limited activities rather than overall utilization for considering all visitors from the disabled, the elderly and the infirm to the baby and child. The purpose of this study is to find out the principle of the universal design within forest welfare service facilities by analysing how socially disadvantaged people perceive overall usage of natural recreation forest area. This study figures out the main principles of universal design in forest welfare through analyzing usage of children and disabilities in Yumyeongsan natural recreation forest where is one of the popular type of forest welfare area. By doing focus interviews targeted on children and disabilities, the results are analyzed through semantic network analysis, objectively. The result proves that universal design in forest welfare area contains four principles; convenience, safety, diversity and amenity. Also it confirmed that disabilities need better internal space facilities and priority care. Through those characters of universal design, forest area will be able to cover more various type of users as forest welfare area.

캐릭터는 동서양으로 구분된 일반적 문화적 가치 차이에 토대를 두면서 동서양에 적용할 수 있는 보편적인 가치체계를 구성하고 있다. 영상시대로 표현되는 현대 사회에서 우리의 애니메이션 산업과 미국, 일본의 애니메이션 산업과의 관계를 들지 않는다 하더라도 새로운 시장 형성에 문화첨병 역할을 캐릭터관련 상품들이 해내고 있으며, 이미 성공한 모델로서의 동서양의 캐릭터 산업은 문화적 가치 측면에서 우리 생활 전반에 깊숙이 침투해왔다. 캐릭터는 문화적 가치의 반영이라는 가정을 토대로 애니메이션 캐릭터에 나타나는 신체언어적 표현의 의미를 고찰하고, 캐릭터의 문화적 자산으로서의 가치와 효용성 증대방안을 짚어 보고자 한다.

Beltenebros is Antonio Mu?oz Molina's third novel. Its plot originates in a criminal act. Darman, the main character, arrives in Madrid to kill a traitor of the undercover organization to which he himself belongs. Treason is paid with death and Darman is in charge of the executions. The intricate story of espionage and intrigue is absorbing. Unlike other novels of the genre, in Beltenebros we can witness a unique psychological development of the main character. In his fiftieth anniversary, Darman becomes conscious of the painful and devastating effects of his criminal acts on the lives of the people he has crossed paths with. Then, for the first time, he acts like a Romanesque heroe by killing Valdivia-Ugarte, a deceitful mole who has been manipulating the strings of the plot to his own benefit. The story unfolds along an almost uniform progression of chronological time, only interrupted by random memories of a past that twenty years ago destroyed Walter's life, and in which Darman and the rest of the characters are all implicated. Few references to the Spanish Civil War inserted in the discourse are, however, of paramount importance as the depiction of a historical trauma, as a triggering force for the episodes of the novel, or as justification to Darman'scrimes as well as those of the clandestine Comunist Party. Indeed they were the victims of the conflict and the winners inflicted upon them hatred, repression, treason and disloyalty. As in other Mu?oz Molina's novels, the literary space, in this case Madrid, propels the development of the plot, and plays a protagonist role only equal to that of the main characters. It is in Madrid where Darman lives until he becomes prisoner of the enemy army, or where the symmetrical deaths of Walter and Andrade take place. Other spaces inhabit Madrid: the Universal Cinema, symbolic territory of the secret and hidden, where the story, as well as the relationships of the characters start and end the warehouse; or the Bo?te Tab? the nightclub that frequents Valdivia-Ugarte through secret passages connected with the Universal Cinema.

The performing art represents joy, anger, sorrow and pleasure through acting and dance, and is told to be a composite art represented by make-up, setting, costume and props. Therefore, it can be said that make-up is an important medium of stage art. Make-up in stage art is a kind of communication with audiences through understanding personalities of characters as demanded by scenarios. Due to the creative stage make-up which meets the character in the play relevant to these contents of the play, the conceptual study on stage make-up design for visual expression coincide with the intended character is needed. In this study, I investigate theoretical, universal, and psychological personality types by analyzing basic appearance features based on the physiognomy(face-reading) related from the psychological theories. And visualized through illustration according to personality types to apply for the characters in the play.

본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 10646과 멀티바이트 코드 세트간의 변환 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 65,000 문자의 코드를 제공하는 UCS 세트는 128 문자의 코드 용량을 제공하는 ASCII 코드의 제한성을 해결하고, 전세계 언어의 표현, 전송, 교환, 처리, 저장 및 입출력을 단일 코드 페이지에서 적용하며, 다국어 소프트웨어 개발시 코드 변환을 단순화시킴으로써 프로그램의 코드 수정을 위한 시간과 비용을 효율적으로 절감하게 한다. 따라서 UCS 코드 시스템과 ASCII 및 EBCDIC 코드 시스템들이 혼용되어 사용되는 환경에서는 상호 시스템간의 코드 변환 방법은 시스템 마이그레이션시 제공되어야 하는 중요한 고려 사항이다. 본 논문의 코드 변환 유틸리티는 UCS와 IBM 호스트 코드간의 매핑 테이블을 포함하고 있으며 제안된 코드 변환 알고리즘을 시스템에서 구현하였다. 제안된 코드 변환 프로그램은 실제 시스템 환경에서 성공적으로 구동하였음을 검증하였고, UCS와 멀티바이트 코드 시스템간의 마이그레이션시 가이드라인으로 제공될 수 있다.

Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi(忠烈小五義), whose author was Shiyukun(石玉昆), is a Xia-Yi-Gong-An(俠義公案) novel in the late Qing Dynasty. This work published in 1890 when Emperor Guangxu(光緖) governed China. This work's author is Shiyukun, distribution books has an amender. The amender will be a shuoshuyiren (說書藝人). Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi is Zhong-lie-xia-yi-zhuan(忠烈俠義傳)'s a sequel, the story leads from Zhong-lie-xia-yi-zhuan. It is just the beginning of Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi is redundant. Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi was introduced to the late Chosun(朝鮮) Dynasty. This work was translated in Hangeul, Chosun's readers read Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi. This work's circulation is not clear, But this work's exciting story is interested in the readers. This work is characterized as follows: First of all, Zhong-lie-xia-yi-zhuan's charaters appear equally, the readers feels familiar. The readers like the familiar characters, because the readers read the book. The familiar characters can have a sense of speed in reading. Second, the story is continuous. Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi is narrated by connecting Zhong-lie-xia-yi-zhuan's story. Third, Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi was seeking an open ending. Classical novels prefer happy ending, this work is open ending, the expectations for the sequel became more doubled. The fourth, this work took advantage of the colloquial expressions. Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi is Huabenti(話本體) novel, took advantage of the spoken language. Suyu(俗語) and xiehouyu(歇後語) was represented in this work. Fifth, this work is formed a universal consensus. Ordinary people must empathize about xia-yi(俠義) and retribution, this work was well represented. Because the readers would have liked to this story.

In 1950, Anne $H{\acute{e}}bert$ published Le Torrent, a collection of seven short stories. These stories containing many shocking themes and expressions have placed her one of the pioneers of modern novels in Quebec. This paper tries to analyze several phases of alienation described in the novels and the reactions of alienated caracters in their situation. Some examples of alienated and mentally or physically deformed characters in Le Torrent are Fran?ois, $St{\acute{e}}phanie$, Stella, etc. Although the author wanted readers to interpret these characters on ther individual level, this paper interprets them differently. The result of this study is as following. Alienation doesn't come from one's interior but his exterior. Society and history are major agents of alienation. The injustice of life imposed on the caracters results from political and religious underdevelopment, cultural lowness, absence of social security system and of universal education at that time. The conquest of Quebec by England left a deep and historical wound on the French Canadians. This fact is, in my opinion, one of the essential themes of Anne $H{\acute{e}}bert^{\prime}s$ novels. In spite of all these alienating situations, the reactions showed by the caracters of the novels are limited to escapist illusion, self-destruction, mistaken revenge, eternal submission, etc. In conclusion, Le Torrent by Anne $H{\acute{e}}bert$ which deeply approached themes of violence and alienation could be called authentic landscape of the inner world of Quebecois before 'la Revolution tranquille.'

Images are often corrupted by noises during signal acquisition and transmission. Among those noises, additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) and impulse noise are most representative. For different types of noise have different characters, how to remove them separately from degraded image is one of the most fundamental problems. Thus, a modified image restoration algorithm is proposed in this paper, which can not only remove impulse noise of random values, but also remove the AWGN selectively. The noise detection step is by calculating the intensity difference and the spatial distance between pixels in a mask. To divide two different noises, the method is based on three weighted parameters. And the weighted parameters in the filtering mask depend on spatial distances, positions of impulse noise and standard deviation of AWGN. We also use the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) to evaluate restoration performance, and simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method performs better than conventional median-type filters, in preserving edge details.

Generally people and their lives are the basic object of literary works. Although each literary work possesses a different degree of significance depending upon the author's intention the description of costume becomes an indispensable factor in the formation of characters and the social background. In this paper the types of men's and women's clothing in fashion from 1895 to 1942 are studied fior the purpose of understanding the correlation between hyo-Suk's description of the attire and the vogue of the time. Consequently it was clarified that his descriptions of costume have an analogy with the fashion during the era. Especially this study ascertains that the beauty of costume as a formative art emphasizes the altered inherited and developing traditional Korean beauty influenced by exoticism. In conclusion the aesthetic consciousness of Hyo-Suk Lee tells us clearly that the beauty of Korea is the universal beauty apprecialted regardless of place and time. Such an aestheitic consciousness is not rigid but continously transforming. his literarywork clearly shows a new aesthetic categry formed by combination of traditonal Korean beauty and the aesthetic consciousness of exoticism.
