Data are dramatically increased and big data technology is spotlighted innovative technology among the latest information technologies. Organizations are interested in adoption of big data system to analyze various data format and to identify new business opportunity. The purpose of this study is to build a unified model for a system adoption through analysis of impact that affects behavioral intention and usage behavior of using big data. This study in addition to Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE), that is used the introduction of organizational studies, and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) have implemented an extended unified model including the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) that is usually used in personal level adoption study. The hypothesis was set up after implementing research model, and then got 411 effective survey data to target the member of organizations. As a result, all models (UTAUT, TOE, DOI) are affect to behavioral intention and usage behavior. It is verified that the suggested unified model was appropriate.

In this paper we develop the web-based unified randomized response system for obtaining more reliable response to the sensitive characteristic such as a crime of violence at home, and a bribing and so on. This survey system embody to apply with from the classical to recently research, for example from the Warner's model to the 2-stage model. In addition, our survey system is able to link between the typical and the randomized response system. Finally, our survey system looks into a variation according to various sensitive questions as well as it can be used for a single question.

In the recent years, China's aviation industry has gained visible progress. Meanwhile, China's aviation law system has become more and more complete. However, in this system, many problems still exist, especially lacking a unified aviation law, which limits the development of China aviation industry, general aviation in particular, and hinders the economic growth. This article aims to raise the basic structure of China's unified aviation law system and proposals on the basis of analysis on the existing problems in our current aviation law system.

산업화가 가속되고 정보 가전기기의 사용이 급증함에 따라 열악한 국내 에너지 현실에서 신 재생 에너지의 개발과 보급은 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 신 재생에너지의 적극적인 보급과 활용을 위하여, 분산 배치된 신 재생에너지 발전설비의 발전 데이터를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 통합 관리 운영시스템을 제안하였다. 또한 컴퓨터 바이러스. 스파이웨어와 다른 네트워크 문제로 인해 수집된 데이터의 유실을 방지하기 위해 통합 보완 관리 시스템을 적용하여 발전 데이터를 보호하도록 구성하였다.

효과적인 정보검색 도구로 활용되는 시소러스, 분류표 등의 통제어휘집들은 동일한 개념이나 의미를 표현하는데 서로 다른 어휘를 사용하고 있다. 이러한 동일 개념에 대한 용어 표현차이로 인한 정보의 검색 및 통합문제를 해결하기 위하여 미국국립의학도서관은 통합의학언어시스템(Unified Medical Language System : 이하 UMLS)을 개발하였다. UMLS 개발은 1986년부터 시작된 장기 프로젝트로서 2001년판 UMLS는 메타시소러스, 의미망, 전문가 사전의 세가지 요소로 구성되어 있다. 본고는 UMLS의 개발배경과 구성요소 및 PubMed, NLM Gateway에서의 적용사례에 대해 고찰하였다.

In this paper, we propose new unified methodologies of reliability and its cost evaluation in power distribution systems. The unified method means that the proposed reliability approaches consider both conventional evaluation factor, i.e. sustained interruptions and additional ones, i.e. momentary interruptions and voltage sags. Because the three voltage quality phenomena generally originate from the outages on distribution systems, the basic and additional reliability indices are summarized considering the fault clearing mechanism. The proposed unified method is divided into the reliability evaluation for calculating the reliability indices and reliability cost evaluation for assessing the damage of customer. The analytic and probabilistic methodologies are presented for each unified reliability and its cost evaluation. The time sequential Monte Carlo technique is used for the probabilistic method. The proposed DVL(Demand Varying Load) model is added to the reliability cost evaluation substituting the average load model. The proposed methods are tested using the modified RBTS(Roy Billinton Test System) form and historical reliability data of KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) system. The daily load profile of the each customer type in domestic are gathered for the DVL model. Through the case studies, it is verified that the proposed methods can be effectively applied to the distribution systems for more detail reliability assessment than conventional approaches.

Korean aviation Turbulenc Guidance (KTG) system is developed using the operational unified model (UM) of the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) and pilot reports (PIREPs) over East Asia. The KTG system comprised of twenty turbulence diagnostics that represent various turbulence potentials and have the best forecasting skills, which are combined into a single ensemble-averaged index, namely KTG, at upper-(above FL250) and mid-(below FL250) levels. It is found that the overall performance of the KTG is higher than those produced from the one single best index, and satisfies the minimum criteria (80% accuracy) that the system is operationally useful in aviation industry.

The high performance position controller named 'Unified PID Position Controller'is presented in part 1 of this paper. In part 2, we provide smart gain adjustment methods including the freedom utilizations for rare sensitivity toward the system parameter variation and for increasing the stiffness of the system. Owing to the provided gain tuning strategy, the overall system characteristics can be stabilized without over-shoot phenomena when the system parameter is changed in the rate of from 0.5 to 2∼4. Moreover, for the actual feasibility to the industrial fields, a simple butt effective anti-windup strategy prohibiting the integral component of the PID position controller from saturation is presented too. All of the presented algorithms are verified through the experiment works with commercial linear motor.

Recently, the green roofs market is active, but most constructors use former waterproofing method. So there are a lot of problems in the sub-organization of the green roofs system. I studied to use the block panel for the sub-organization of the green roofs system and I tested about the effectiveness of waterproofing, root barrier, drainage, and insulation. I have not found any problems about waterproofing, root barrier, drainage, and insulation in the results. The sub-organization of the green roofs system using the block panel is effective for waterproofing, root barrier, drainage, and insulation. We can apply it to the dried and unified execution technology.

This paper presents an application of Unified Modeling Language(UML) software technique for developing transmission pricing evaluation package. Also, this paper describes a transmission pricing algorithm applicable to a large-scale power system. The usage-based transmission pricing mechanism is very complex since it requires power flow analysis, fault current analysis, sensitivity evaluation of a transmission line, penalty factors calculation, transmission asset databases, and cost allocation rules, etc. For the efficient and flexible development of the transmission pricing package, a UML. approach is applied, which is composed of a use-case diagram, interaction diagram, class diagram, and package diagram using Rational Rose Unified Process(RUP). The designed transmission pricing package can be efficiently modified and reused as the market environments evolves since it is designed by Object-Oriented Programming(OOP).
