Ubiquitous society to build basic infrastructure in the power supply and power equipment safety is important. u-City in order to prevent the disaster of u-IT Power Equipment Performance Module and the security for the safety of the u-City is necessary. In this paper, the power unit of u-IT module, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, equipped with sensors arranged throughout the fire, and home distribution boards, Home Network Wall-Pad, Blocker, MPNP black boxes, arc detection, arc safety equipment, outlet of the modular performance evaluation methods and security methods will be studied. u-IT power devices and sensors to analyze the information conveyed by proactive risk and ensure safety, access control, authentication, security safeguards, such as u-IT integrated management system for electrical safety and strengthen the security, safety and security with a u-City will contribute to the construction and operation.

Recently, inn the ubiquitous home where a variety of home devices and sensors are inter-connected, various services can be provided through wired and wireless networks invisibly. The convenience of users can be maximized by using intelligent and adaptive interoperability technologies in the home. In this paper, it is designed u-apartment that connected parking system of intelligental form and medical service system based on USN environment with existing apartment. Intelligental form parking system is designed specific structure architecture for effective improvement of parking space and medical service system propose a design about health management of future. In this paper, we propose integrated u-apartment design with parking system and medical equipment using RFID system in ubiquitous environment.

In a study of a peculiarity of the Korean residence construction as the central Jeong Yeo Chang's Residence, we proposed varieties service models for an anthropocentric U-Korean style with "a convenience, a security, an economical, a pleasure". It was to assume for this research that was established in case of all necessity IT infrastructures, and was structural alterations to a Korean residence sectional. It was used for Wall-Pad(Home Gateway) for controlling services, gas valves, remote inspection of a meter, curtains, doorlocks, boilers, temperature controllers, indoor ventilation systems, breakers, and expansion of crime prevention, energy. With introducing various service models on U-Korean style house, removing a negative view about Korean residence, we drew the best suited residence condition combining with a merit of the Korean residence and the Ubiquitous Intelligent Home Service. In order to realize U-Korean style house at the right time at the right place, a maintenance was required to be ensured based on social infrastructures and institutions and laws.

This study was conducted to compare the outward aspects, objectives, and the contents of Home Economics text books of middle schools of Korea, Japan, U.S.A. and England. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The outward aspects of tex books： The Korean text books were small in size and the quality of paper was inferior to those of foreign countries. The Japanese text books were written by many authors, contained many lab works and data. Text books of U.S.A. were big in size made with good quality paper and contained many colour pictures. Text books England contained many problems and lab works. 2. Objectives of the Home Economics and Unit objectives： The objective of the subjects of Home Economics was written only in Korean text books. The unit objectives were described most concretely and detailedly in Korean text books comparing with other countries. 3. Contents： Korean text books covered all six areas of foods, clothings, housing, home management, family and occupation and theoretical explanations prevailed. Japanese text books contained numerous lab works, lacked two areas of home management and occupation, thecontents included a few practical lab works two areas of home management and occupation, the contents included a few practical lab works. In the text books of U.S.A. contained all six areas of Home Economics were covered and special emphasis was placed on self discovory and self development, and vocational guidance was also stressed. The text book of England contained only three areas of Home Economics, clothing, foods and housing； the number of area was limited but the basic theories of covered area was intended to lead to self comprehension through questions and lab works.

최근 들어 언제 어디서나 컴퓨팅이 가능한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅(Ubiquitous Computing) 사회가 되면서 개인의 컴퓨팅 환경 의존도가 증가되었고, 따라서 사이버공격으로 인한 개인생활의 위협도 증가할 수밖에 없게 되었다. 더욱이 향후에는 원격진료와 같이 개인의 생명과 직결된 유비쿼터스 서비스가 활성화될 것이므로 사이버공격으로 인해 재산뿐 아니라 생명까지 위험에 처하는 경우가 늘어나게 될 것이다. 이로 인해 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 홈네트워크 보안(Home Network Secutity)의 중요성이 부각되게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 안전한 U-홈네트워크(Ubiquitous-Home Network) 구축에 필요한 기술들을 유 무선 기준으로 구분하고, U-홈네트워크 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 침해유형을 분석하여, 이를 막아낼 수 있는 대응방안을 수립하고, 안전한 U-홈네트워크 구축을 위해 필요한 기존의 보안요구사항들을 살펴본 후에 U-홈네트워크에 적합한 추가적 보안사항을 제안하고자 한다.

We present the motivation, design and implementation of a smart home system in Korea. Our system is open, extensible, integrated, intelligent, and usage-centric. We detail the challenges and key design requirements for the smart home system based on our past experiences, and show how convergence system design is a capable methodology for enabling an integrated and multi-faceted home management system that encompasses energy management, home appliance control, environment management, u-health, and living support functionalities under a single unified design. Using energy management as a specific case study, we demonstrate how convergence system design can encapsulate technology heterogeneity and hardware-software disparity without compromising simple yet powerful user interfaces.

This paper proposes the U-healtcare middleware that is based on mininumCORBA. Ubiquitous healthcare system is generated by combining the technologies of computer system and medical system. This makes available that the person can receive medical treatment anywhere, anytime at on-line. The Healthcare devices are connected to network system as wire or wireless internet. So, the computer system can gather the vital information from the person at the real time and transfers the information to the server system that processes the medical information. When a medical doctor makes a diagnosis they can get more information about the patient by using the information within the server. Users would like to receive more services in the ubiquitous healthcare system than the traditional medical system. And in U-healthcare system, every healthcare devices and the users have to be connected to network system and the information from them has to be integrated. U-Home Healthcare middleware I proposed in this paper will do everything that I mentioned above.

In this paper, we propose the active model based on the distributed object group framework which provides adaptive information sharing service to support it to various Healthcare home service. And we applied it to Healthcare home service. This proposed model provides information that collected from physical environment of the home network and sensors for healthcare service according to situation of the user. We uses information of the healthcare information database which was constructed previously, and we uses TMO scheme for to solve each other different periodic qualify. Specialty, We wrote about interaction of various Healthcare Home services for adaptive information services, and wrote about u-healthcare framework based on DOGF. Finally, we apply active model to healthcare monitoring service, and we showed its result and performance evaluation.
