u-안심서비스 시스템은 GPS가 내장된 이동통신 긴급호출단말기, 이동통신망, 안심서비스사업자, 중계시스템, CCTV관제센터를 운영하는 단체와 CCTV망을 통하여 연동하므로 긴급 호출 신호 발생 시 실시간으로 호출자의 위치를 추적하고, 또 해당위치에 있는 CCTV들을 관제하여 호출자를 추적하여, 구난에 필요한 다양한 정보들을 보호자, 경찰서, 소방서, 병원, 구호단체 및 지자체 등에 SMS나 유선으로 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 u-안심서비스 중계시스템의 프로토콜 표준화를 위해 새로운 프로토콜을 설계하고 구현하였다. 설계한 u-안심서비스용 프로토콜(Protocol)을 실제 3GPP 및 3GPP2 이동 통신망에 적용했을 때의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.

In this paper, the u-Service system that is based on location-aware technology is designed for a silver town. It provides services such as emergency call, intelligent elevator operation, and hands-free door access based on the location of the residents with personal device as called smart tag. It can also be applied to other service areas such as the location-aware u-Service for Hospital, high-rising complex building, APT, etc.

유비쿼터스 컨버전스 산업의 가능성을 확인하기 위한 시험대로서 u-City에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 커져가고 있는 시점에서, u-City의 대표적인 서비스 및 응용 분야로서 u-방재에 대한 연구도 서서히 확대되어가고 있다. u-City의 다른 영역과 마찬가지로 u-방재 서비스의 원활한 제공을 위해서는 기존에 분산되어 운영되고 있는 다양한 u-City 서비스 및 하부 인프라가 종합적으로 연계될 수 있는 방법이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 분산자원관리 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있는 CIM/WBEM 표준과 대용량 모니터링 데이터의 취득 및 활용에 적절한 모델로 인정되고 있는 GMA를 결합하여 u-방재 서비스 및 모니터링 아키텍처의 설계에 적용하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 u-City 서비스 인프라의 표준화 및 확장성에 대한 요구가 더욱 커져갈 것으로 예상된다는 점에서, 본 연구에서 제시하는 통합 인프라 모델은 기존에 구축되어 있는 분산자원들과 지속적으로 추가될 것으로 예상되는 신규 서비스들의 효과적인 통합 모델로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, the uAPSS(u-APartment Service System) that is based on location-aware technology is designed and implemented for a luxury apartment. On the real luxury apartment the developed system has been employed and tested to provide convenient and secure living for residents. It provides services such as emergency call, intelligent elevator operation, and hands-free door access based on the location of the residents with personal device as called smart tag. It can also be applied to other service areas such as the location-aware u-Service for hospitals, high-rising complex buildings, silver towns, etc.

본 논문은 u-방범서비스와 유용성 및 시민만족의 관계에 대한 연구이다. 독립변수로 u-방범서비스요인을, 매개변수로 유용성을, 종속변수로 시민만족으로 구성하였다. SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, u-방범 서비스 요인이 유용성에 정적 영향을 미친다. 즉, '공공안전', '시스템품질', '서비스품질' 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 유용성은 높다. 둘째 u-방범 서비스 요인이 시민만족에 정적 영향을 미친다. 즉, '공공안전', '시스템품질', '서비스품질' 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 시민만족은 높다. 셋째, 유용성이 시민만족에 정적 영향을 미친다. 즉, "경제유용성", "안전유용성"이 향상될수록 시민만족은 높다. 넷째, u-방범 서비스는 유용성 및 시민만족에 직간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉, 유용성은 u-방범 서비스와 시민만족을 매개하는 중요한 변수이다.

우리나라는 고령화 사회 문제와 동반하여 1인 가구 고령자의 급격한 증가세를 보이고 있어, '독거노인 u-Care 서비스'라는 정책을 통해 문제해결을 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 혼자 사는 고령자의 건강과 안전을 위한 u-Care 서비스의 사용 환경 개선을 위한 새로운 기술 적용을 통해 좀 더 나은 u-Care 서비스 개선방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 첫째, 사물인터넷 기술 적용을 통해 1인 가구 고령자를 위한 u-Care서비스의 개선이다. 기존의 센서를 통한 안전 관련 상황정보 수집 분석과 함께 웨어러블 디바이스를 통해 건강정보를 측정하고, 건강정보 데이터를 활용하여 원격 모니터링 서비스를 제공하여 스마트폰과 같은 개인 디바이스를 이용해 의료기관에 사용자 자신의 건강상태를 전송해 향후 원격 의료 상담 또는 진료까지도 연결할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 감성서비스 로봇기술의 적용을 통해 단순한 안전과 건강관리뿐만 아니라 1인 가구 고령자의 정서적 안정감을 고려를 통한 u-Care서비스의 개선이다. 로봇과의 상호관계 형성이 가능한 사용자 환경의 제공은 정서적 측면에서 긍정적 효과를 제공할 수 있을 것이고, 기존의 u-Care서비스 제공 서비스에 향후 돌봄 기능 서비스제공을 통해 1인 가구 고령자의 독립적 일상생활에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In the previous study, the construction guide line of IT infra-structure for a u-City was introduced. However, it is only concentrated on the components and construction procedure for provider-oriented and technology-oriented sensor networks. In this paper the architecture and building process of demander-oriented sensor networks for sustainable u-City service are proposed. In the paper it is described (1) the enhancement methods of the procedure that can be flexibly constructed according to the scale of the project, (2) the methods that can improve the structure from the wireless sensor network such as RFID/USN to the hybrid sensor network, and (3) the consideration factors for providing the sustainable u-City service.

Logistics creates a boom in accordance with the recent new technique's development along with the recent RFID/USN of ubiquitous computing technique. The wave of 4PL(Fourth Party Logistics) that added the strategic consulting based on new IT techniques to logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service with is a great issue. Moreover, the customer enterprises which contained manufacturers and distributors need the one stop service, therefore a method for effectively dealing with global logistics' environment changes is needed. Above all, a development of the 4PL system with RFID is very urgent. We developed the RFID u-4PL system progressed more than the present system, in which we applied many international standards. Finally, we constructed the web service based on Web 2.0 because of important condition of 4PL.

본 연구에서는 유시티의 U-서비스와 도시경쟁력 평가지표의 상호 연관성을 찾고 있다. 연구결과 U-서비스가 빈도에 차이를 보이지만 6개의 도시유형별로 도시경쟁력 강화 수단으로 활용되고 있다. 특히 안전 건강, 활력(경제)도시형에서 적절한 U-서비스 활용은 도시경쟁력 강화에 기여할 수 있는 빈도가 높다. 다음으로 도시경쟁력 평가항목 중 공동항목과 문화도시형에서는 U-서비스가 도시경쟁력 강화에 상대적 기여도가 낮다. 이는 도시의 정책을 평가하는 항목으로 구성되어 있는 공동항목이 도시의 물리적 시설 지능화를 통해 U-서비스를 구현하는 유시티 성격에 부합되지 않는 것이다. 반면 문화도시형과 관련된 U-서비스는 상대적으로 서비스개발이 미약하기 때문이다. 본 연구를 통해 U-서비스는 도시 경쟁력 강화에 활용될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
