밀집리더 기능이 지원되는 RFID 리더 10 대를 대전우편집중국 발착장에 4 미터 간격으로 설치한 상태에서 우편용 파렛을 1.2m/s 의 속도로 이동시키며 인식실험 한 결과 만족할 만한 리더 인식률을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 인식실험 결과를 물류관리에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, 이를 위해 물류가 이동되는 장소의 차량 발착장에 설치하여 운용할 경우 소기의 목적을 달성할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 최초 제품의 생산에서부터 최종 소비자에 이르기까지의 전 과정에서 RFID 시스템을 이용하여 조달, 설계, 제조, 보수, 폐기의 각각의 단계별 u-Logistics 설계 및 DB통합을 통한 Integrated u-logistics 설계 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 단계별 수집된 정보를 기초로 하여 제품 생산과정부터 소비자에게 전달되기까지의 전체 제품의 life cycle을 한곳에서 관리할 수 있기 때문에 능동적이며, 효과적인 재고 관리, 인력 관리, 수요 예측, 판매 성향 분석 등이 이루어 질수 있다. 이는 단순한 유통과정만을 관리하던 기존의 물류시스템과는 확연한 차이를 보여준다.

Logistics creates a boom in accordance with the recent new technique's development along with the recent RFID/USN of ubiquitous computing technique. The wave of 4PL(Fourth Party Logistics) that added the strategic consulting based on new IT techniques to logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service with is a great issue. Moreover, the customer enterprises which contained manufacturers and distributors need the one stop service, therefore a method for effectively dealing with global logistics' environment changes is needed. Above all, a development of the 4PL system with RFID is very urgent. We developed the RFID u-4PL system progressed more than the present system, in which we applied many international standards. Finally, we constructed the web service based on Web 2.0 because of important condition of 4PL.

The market of air cargo in Korea grows very quickly and diversifies. It is an essential factor in the process of development of Northeast-Asia as a hub for Air Cargo logistics. But the process of air cargo in Korea is complex as compared with other north-east asia nations and it has many problems and causes inconvenience to owners of freight. We emphasize that 4PL(Fourth party Logistics) is the excellent solution from among many alternatives. The wave of 4PL added to strategic consulting based on new IT techniques, for example RFID, with logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service is a great issue. It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position. This study deals with the new logistics system, air cargo logistics system based on u-4PL system, RFID and EPCglobal network, that will bring many advantages. At the end, we verify the u-4PL air cargo logistics system by simulation tool.

지능화된 사물이 스스로 공간의 상황을 인식하여 필요한 행위를 대신해 주는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 응용 환경 하에서는 언제 어디서나 상황 정보를 분석하여 원하는 사용자에게 실시간으로 알려줄 수 있어야 한다. 그러나, 기존의 e-Logistics 물류 시스템에서는 실물의 흐름과 정보의 흐름간에 불일치가 존재하기 때문에 화물의 위치를 실시간으로 추적하는 것이 불가능하였다. 따라서, 우리는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 화물에 센싱 가능한 스마트 태그를 부착하고, 이로부터 실시간으로 수집된 정보를 이용하여 사용자에게 유용한 정보를 제공하는 u-Logistics 알림 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 논문에서는 u-Logistics 시스템의 전체적인 구조를 기술하고, 특히 규칙의 정의에서부터 알림 서버가 실시간으로 이벤트를 수집하여 원하는 사용자에게 화욜 또는 차량에 대한 정보를 제공하기까지의 알림 시스템의 전반적인 처리 과정을 기술한다. 마지막으로, 물류 환경에의 적용 시나리오를 통하여 u-Logistics 알림 시스템의 구현을 제시한다.

인터넷 기술의 발전으로 우편물류시스템은 우편집중국을 중심의 허브-스포크 구조를 기반으로 자동화 우편소통 시설과 우편물류정보시스템 구축 등의 많은 변화와 발전을 해왔다. 현행 우편물류정보시스템은 바코드를 기반으로 정보의 교환 및 처리를 수행하며, 물류정보의 수집, 처리 및 활용에 있어서 실시간성과 동적인 운용 측면에서 진일보하기 위해서는 차세대 정보기술인 RFID를 지원하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 우편물류의 운송용기를 중심으로 업무 및 시스템을 분석하며, 업무 효율성과 생산성 개선을 위해 RFID 기술을 적용하기 위한 정보처리시스템 모형을 설명한다.

최근 물류 산업에 USN/RFID 기술을 접목한 새로운 u-물류 패러다임이 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 u-물류 패러다임을 토대로 GPS와 RFID를 이용한 웹 기반 물류차량 이력관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템의 설계시 모든 이벤트 처리 과정을 하나의 리사이클 형태의 상태로 간주하고 전체 시스템을 객체지향의 UML을 이용하여 모델링한다. 또한 RFID를 기반으로 물류차량을 식별하고 식별된 물류차량이 어떤 처리 과정을 거치고 있는 지를 확인하게 되며, GPS를 활용하여 차량의 위치 정보를 확인한다. 구현 방식은 C/S 방식으로 관리자가 사용하는 웹 기반의 인터페이스를 설계하고, 시스템 사용자의 이동성을 고려하여 PDA 기반의 사용자 GUI를 구현한다. 아울러 본 논문에서는 수요가, 생산처, 물류처, 관리자, 운전자를 각각 구분하고 각 기능을 별도로 구현하여 시스템 재사용성을 높이는데 초점을 둔다.

To get insights and directions about national logistics policy, national logistics policies of U.S., EU, and Japan are analyzed in terms of objectives, strategies, and programmes. Each country's progresses of logistics policy frameworks give us the picture of logistics policy system to develop and contents of logistics policies suggest items to pursue as a national logistics programme.
