  • u-IT Convergence appliances study and are developed in communication by development of u-IT technology, broadcasting, portal, contents, equipment and all fields of business such as solution. This treatise presents valuation basis of, economic performance, administration sex etc. by temperature, pressure, own, storehouse, gas, justice for humidity sensors and valuation basis that define u-IT Convergence, and sense information u-IT Convergence devices and terminal. Also, studied standardization standard of u-IT Convergence network appliance that follow in valuation basis for u-IT Convergence devices. Is going to contribute establish value as estimation product that equip stability and authoritativeness through correct certification assessment for technological development and appliances on Ubiquitous information-oriented society through this research and accomplish standardization.

  • Recently IT industry has its eyes on IT Converged Technology as its future growth engine. Now, local governments are busy with planning U-City Constructions to improve their competitiveness. While this shows the ripple effect of U-City Constructions, the related standards or laws don't still seem to be established. The existing Construction Criteria which comprehends only construction could not apply to U-City development. Therefore Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria should be needed. And fundamental research of Criteria should be preceded. The objective of this research is to develop Structure of Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria on U-City. The new comprehensive Criteria for Construction-Information Converged Technology would be fundamentally basic standard for U-city development. Thereafter local governments, the main body of the projects, could use Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria so that there must be lest trial and error to Construction U-City Project.

  • Recently building up of u-learning oriented teaching and learning system has been expanded rapidly, However domestic junior college's challenging for adapting it might be slower than other educational body's doing, and in that result it might be paid more or be taken longer time to improve their old system effectively. Now, it is very time for them to develop and implement u-learning oriented teaching and learning system quickly. This paper offers and draws the core factors to design ubiquitous teaching and learning model systematically through investigation of worldwide recent technology and R&D, patent, service and standardization tendency related with u-learnig modeling.

  • u-Park means national parks with environmentally sound information networks and integrated ubiquitous services are available. u-Park is totally managed based on u-IT (Ubiquitous IT Technologies) which provides ubiquitous service through sophisticated resources of national park and establishments. It is necessary in changing the existing park management system into u-IT based u-Park management system that park managers should accept new technology, u-Park management system, and be able to utilize it. The purposes of this research is to analyze managers' acceptance behavior on ubiquitous computing technology. Technology acceptance model (TAM) was introduced to specifies the causal relationships among variables related to managers' technology acceptance behavior. The hypothesized model was tested by surveying 157 managers at 5 national parks in Korea. TAM accounted for 55.2% of the variance in intention to use. The most important finding is that perceived compatibleness was the most influential variable in determining intention to use. This means that u-Park management system should be compatible with manager's task and business style.

  • For the development and management of u-City(ubiquitous city), Ubiquitous City Construction Law was enacted(March 3, 2008) to form the legal basis of u-City plan, construction and managements afterwards. The ultimate goal of the u-City construction is the advancement of national territory utilization and management using Korea's high level of IT and spatial information infrastructure. Based on the definition of the u-City Construction Law, the u-City refers to a city where u-City services are provided through the u-City infrastructure applying u-City technology. But, based on the current level of relationship model among u-City service, technology and infrastructure, it is not enough to guide the local municipalities to plan and provide the successful u-City services in its vicinity. So as one of the core issues for the legal arrangements of successful u-City services, the purpose of the study is to suggest the basic directions and execution strategies for the relationship establishment among u-City service, technology and infrastructure.

  • The object of this study is to build service model that combines developing IT technology with construction filed. It combines existing traditional construction project with high-tech IT choosingly, diverting construction project from labour-intensive to value-added technology-intensive industry. By doing so, it plans improving productivity and creation of new market. Now most ideal field of combining construction with IT technology is U-City industry that is being emphasized recently. Therefore, For this study, We analyze present condition of several IT technology used in construction and U-City project. Also, determining priority of promising IT technology for requirement analysis of consumer. And it proposes plan for construction of U-City service model through prospect and environment analysis of U-City and IT industry.

  • This paper introduces domestic and international trends and researches related with U-Greenhouse systems. USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Networks), along with the development of networks as well as science and technology, is a new computing paradigm which is the convergence of user-oriented physical activity space and virtual space of electronics and computing and also provides services according to change in surrounding environment at anytime and anywhere. The U-Greenhouse system is to apply USN to agricultural production, logistics and distribution management which are relatively insufficient to utilize IT technology. Thus, applying u-IT technology to agriculture can reinforces international competitiveness of the agricultural sector through the effects such as cost cutting as a rise in output, logistics and distribution management.

  • Now a days, U-healthcare comes into the spotlight as a new business model which combines RFID technology with medical service in the well-being era and IT popularization. U-healthcare service needs a method that can deals with hand-writing, overlap data, forgery and falsification of data, difference between information version that happen in medical process because of graft between RFID technology and u-healthcare. This paper proposes RFID based user certification protocol to protect user's privacy who gets medical service through U-healthcare. In the protocol, secret information of patient does the XOR with the secret key that is created in the hospital to reconsider the stability of security system of U-healthcare and user's data forgery and falsification and privacy and then saves it in the secret key field of patient in DB table. Also, it informs the case of illegal access to certification server and make it approved the access of u-healthcare service by differentiating whether u-healthcare is illegal or not.

  • Supply of electric power and electricity safety for whole system and network are essential element. Electricity safety technology need rating for product and research about certification as product development that is done cotton flannel mixed with development of u-IT technology consists. Study on serve to develop electricity safety integration supervision system to apply product to u-City electric power appliance and cotton flannel mixed of u-IT appliance, Connection badness sensing instrument made device built-in electric power IT cotton flannel mixed in outlet that is used most in electric power appliance terminal.   • 본 연구에서는 u-Eco City 건설을 위한 u-City 기술 연구의 첫걸음으로서 기반시설 관점에서 u-City기술을 분류하고자 한다. 이는 u-City를 구현할 때 기반시설에 u-City기술을 접목함으로써 u-City서비스를 실현할 수 있기 때문에 의미가 있다. 즉, "유비쿼터스 도시건설 등에 관한 법률"에서 언급하고 있는 u-기반시설의 개념을 도입하여 기술을 분류함으로써 서비스-기술-기반시설의 연계성을 명확하게 파악할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제시하고자하는 u-City 기술의 분류는 u-City기술의 범위를 정하고, 추후 기술개발의 전략적 목표 설정 및 기술전략 수립의 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.
