본 고에서는 최근 IT 분야에서 많은 관심을 갖고 있는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스의 개념에 대해 간략히 소개하고 서비스를 구성하는 요소에 대해 살펴본다. u-Health 서비스의 다양한 영역 중 네트워크 기반의 건강 관리 서비스를 위한 웨어러블 혹은 휴대용 헬스 모니터링 시스템의 기술 현황과 문제점, u-Health 서비스 지원을 위한 웨어러블 시스템의 역할에 대해 알아본다. 마지막으로 u-Health 서비스 도입과 관련하여 고려해야 할 점들에 대해 기술한다.

This paper introduces u-learning service model based on context awareness. Also, it concentrates on agent-based WPAN technology, OSGi based middleware design, and the application mechanism such as context manager/profile manager provided by agents/server. Especially, we'll introduce the meta structure and its management algorithm, which can be updated with learning experience dynamically. So, we can provide learner with personalized profile and dynamic context for seamless learning service. The OSGi middleware is applied to our meta structure as a conceptual infrastructure.

The purpose of this study is to examine which factors are encouraging SMEs to participate in uTradeHub(focused on the uTrade search service) in terms of product characteristics and sourcing patterns. The three factors encouraging Trade e-Marketplaces are identified in this study. First, internal factors include the support of top management, mature of IT infrastructure. Second, external factors include the pressure of industry, industry competition, dependence of trading partners. Third perception factors are perceived Usefulness, perceived easy of use. The empirical analysis had the following results. First, it reveals that support of top management, mature of IT infrastructure, industry competition have significant influence upon uTrade Search Services. On the other hand, pressure of industry, dependence of trading partners, Perceived relative benefits are not significant variable of the participation in uTrade Search Services. Second, the factors affecting the participation in uTrade Search Services are differentiated in terms of product characteristics and sourcing patterns. And the support of top management, mature of IT infrastructure, Perceived relative benefits are emphasized very important factors affecting the participation of uTrade Search Services in SMEs. The industry competition is recognized as more important factor in horizontal market in which Spot sourcing just like Operating products is trading. On the other hands, the dependence of trading partners are significant factor in vertical market in which Systemic sourcing just like Manufacturing products is trading.

Information technology is a useful strategic weapon that can create competitive advantage and new business opportunity by applying it in the organization' value chain. IT convergence can be understood as an attempt of industrial level IT adoption to facilitate the innovation of the industry and the birth of a new industry. This study provides the comprehensive review of the Korean government' three IT assimilation programs, ubiquitous technology diffusion program of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, u-service program of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and u-Defence cooperation program of the Department of Defense. The analysis is done through the interpretation of the existing literature and the logic model. The result proposes inter-agency cooperation and building of new technology road-map in the planning stage, flexible management in the execution phase, and failure tolerant evaluation system. The proposal for developing competencies and institutional foundations for IT convergence also presented.

The wide deployment of wireless access technologies and the integration of various access network interfaces into a single terminal, allows mobile end-users to be always connected to the IP network, and to use those interface simultaneously. In this paper the CTE provides various access network interfaces capabilities, allowing reception of data over multiple service providers with different characteristics. Considerations for multiple network and service provider environments are regarded as essential for the successful deployment of convergence services in Next Generation Network (NGN). Event Driven Service (EDS) is regarded as a typical convergence service converging different functions of multiple service providers. This paper first describes the deployment model of NGN convergence services for multiple service provider environments. It also covers the service scenario of EDS, a convergence service for multiple service provider environments in NGN. Multiple provider environments stimulates the unified identifier management, namely ubiquitous identification (U-ID), to enable users to be provided convergence services without awareness of multiple provides. Then the designed structure and procedures of U-ID based EDS are given. Finally, the implementation results tested on Korea Advanced Research Network (KOREN) are described.

In order to implement e-trade infrastructure through the radical innovation of trade process, e-trade platform which is called 'uTradehub' has been developed for three years. After pilot operation of this platform in 2007, the formal service of e-trade such as logistics, customs and foreign exchanges had been provided in 2008. However, the usage of e-Trade platform is not the level of users' satisfaction because trade-related communities have not actively participated into e-trade platform and several functions with users requirements are necessary to develop additionally. In this regard, there are strong demands to suggest some strategies for application and usage proliferation of e-trade platform. Therefore, this paper would like to evaluate the current status of e-trade platform service and usage by the theoretical consideration of preceding researches and practical analysis of statistical data. Then, it will explore several service improvement ideas in terms of system supplementation and integration, electronic documents standardization, radical change of using fee, global connection, user oriented education and advertisement.

In this paper, we will introduce our approach for composing operation based on user tasks. It is based on Service Component Architecture (SCA). In addition, we developed ontology based on OWL and the MIT process handbook, called u-TO(universal task ontology), which can be used for users describing and specifying semantically their needs. We represent the hierarchy of tasks, and classify tasks according to views in u-TO. It aims at facilitating the modeling of complex demands or systems without regarding details of technical aspects of underlying infrastructure.

In this paper, we proposed IoT based Smart Health Service using Motion Recognition for Human UX/UI. Until now, sensor networks using M2M-based u-healthcare are using non-IP protocol instead of TCP / IP protocol. However, in order to increase the service utilization and facilitate the management of the IoT-based sensor network, many sensors are required to be connected to the Internet. Therefore, IoT-based smart health service is designed considering network mobility because it is necessary to communicate not only the data measured by sensors but also the Internet. In addition, IoT-based smart health service developed smart health service for motion detection as well as bio information unlike existing healthcare platform. WBAN communications used in u-healthcare typically consist of many networked devices and gateways. The method proposed in this paper can easily cope with dynamic changes even in a wireless environment by using a technology supporting mobility between WBAN sensor nodes, and systematic management is performed through detection of a user's motion.

우리나라는 1960년대 이후 급격한 산업화로 인해 도시의 구조가 변화하기 시작하였으며 2004년 이후부터 대두된 유비쿼터스 도시(U-City)는 사회 각 분야에서 논의가 본격화되고 있다. U-City는 언제 어디서나 도시의 경쟁력과 삶의 질을 향상하기 위해 유비쿼터스기술을 도입한 도시 내 서비스가 제공되는 것이며 현재 우리나라의 U-City는 체계적인 서비스 도출 방법이 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 4개의 특징적인 가로를 대상으로 U-서비스를 비교 분석하여 향후 체계적인 서비스 도출 방안과 지속적인 서비스 운영 방안, 이용자 중심의 서비스 도출 방안에 대해 기본방향을 제시하고자 한다.
