  • This paper proposes a new GeoPhoto contents markup language that can create u-GIS contents by using the spatial photos. GeoPhoto contents markup language has designed the GeoPhoto contents model and markup language for contents that can be used the spatial photos information. GeoPhoto con tents markup language is represented by the convergence of GIS information, location information, photos information respectively. GeoPhoto contents markup language to provide a variety of pictures related to the content model consists of GeoPhoto contents model and operations between the GeoPhoto contents. GeoPh oto contents model supports GeoPhoto model, CubicPhoto model, Photo model and SequenceGeoPhoto mod el. In addition, this paper propose the Annotation operation, Enlargement operation and Overlay operation for represent the GeoPhoto contents. GeoPhoto Contents Markup Language has the advantage of supportin g user custom contents model of u-GIS.

  • This paper studies the effect of content information quality of u-tourism information system on flow theory and satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to generate and propose flow-related information to satisfy tourists with content information quality. The meaning of this paper is to derive success factors for verifying satisfaction of content information quality to tourists, establish hypotheses as research models, and evaluate verification. The differentiation of this study is the design implementation of u-fusion tourism information system by combining flow relation information with flow theory. The contribution of this paper is the generation of flow related information and the elicitation of success factors of contents quality of u-tourism information system. The advantage is that tourists can be patterned by symbolization and the pattern can be illustrated. The limitations of this paper are limited to small areas, and the lack of objectivity is required and future tasks are needed to compensate for them.

  • Recently many researchers are keen interested in the concept of ubiquitous using mobile internet and RFID. Busan also plans to build a first U-city in the areas of port logistics, traffic, tourism convention, medical service. It is important to be accepted by consumers for U-tourism convention service adoption to determine the future growth potential. The purpose of this paper thus examines the effect of tourism contents on U-tourism convention service adoption using technology acceptance model.

  • With the development of information communication and network technologies, ubiquitous era that supports various services regardless of places and time has been advancing. The development of such technologies have a great influence on educational environments. As a result, e-learning concepts that learners use learning contents in anywhere and anytime have been proposed. The various learning contents authoring systems that consider the e-learning environments have also been developed. However, since most of the existing authoring systems support only PC environments, they is not suitable for various ubiquitous mobile devices. In this paper, we design and implement a contents authoring system based on learning activities for u-learning environments. Our authoring system significantly improves the efficiency for authoring contents and supports various ubiquitous devices as well as PCs.

IT Convergence u-Learning Contents using Agent Based Modeling (에이전트 기반 모델링을 활용한 IT 융합 u-러닝 콘텐츠)

  • The purpose of this research is to develope and implement a convergent educational contents based on theoretical background of integrated education using agent based modeling in the ubiquitous learning environment. The structure of this contents consists of three modules that were designed by trans-disciplinary concept and situated learning theory. These three modules are: convergent problem presenting module, resource of knowledge module and learning of agent based modeling and IT tools module. After the satisfaction survey of the implemented content, out of 5 total value, the average value was 3.86 for effectiveness, 4.13 for convenience and 3.86 for design. The result of the survey shows that the users are generally satisfied. By using this u-learning contents, learners can experience and learn how to solve the convergent problem by utilizing IT tools without any limitation of device, time and space. At the same time, the proposal of structural design of contents can be a good guideline to the researchers to develop the convergent educational contents in the future.

  • Recently, the application of E-learning is changing the method that is able to process the learning to learner more efficiently and conveniently. For this purpose, the application research of U-learning that is able to support the learning using mobile device such as PDA, NetBook, Tablet PC and so on is actively processing. But lots of U-learning framework is only considering the change to fit the exist learning contents the mobile device without SCORM that is able to support to make and process the learning contents by regular forms. In this paper, we proposed the learning contents interconnection of U-learning framework considering SCORM. For this purpose, we have to construct the learning by learning object and asset within SCORM. And this method can support learning information that was reconstructed it by learning contents to fit the mobile device as used the mobile device meta-data.
