The slotless Permanent-Magnet Linear Synchronous Motors (PMLSM) have been developed for factory automation, transportation applications, wafer steppers, conveyance system, and so on. The current analysis and design are treated in air-cored PMLSM. This paper presents a design and analysis solutions for the general class of iron-cored Permanent magnet Linear Synchronous motor (PMLSM). In our design and analysis, rotor consisting of permanent magnets and slot less iron-cored coil stator are treated in a uniform way via vector potiential. For one such motor structure we give analytical formulas for its magnetic field, opitimal permanent magnet and winding coil thickness, trust force. We also provide comparisons of three types in Halbach, vertical, and horizontal magnet array.

While technologies such as the 4th revolution and artificial intelligence (AI), which create new value through the convergence of intelligent information technology, are becoming hot topics, the beauty industry is rapidly developing and combining information and communication technology to produce beauty items based on smartphones among mobile technologies. As the area of expands, YouTube is forming a network through various means of information. In particular, beauty-related YouTube videos are a field of great interest and popularity among the public. By classifying the makeup characteristics according to the emotional images shown in domestic YouTube videos by emotional image and identifying the characteristics of makeup, the needs for watching YouTube makeup videos are identified. We aim to build trust in the delivery of information about makeup. The emotional images were divided into four types: 'modern', 'natural', 'gorgeous', and cute. Among the domestic makeup YouTubers, Pony, Isabe and Shinnim, Lamuque were selected. By organizing more diverse makeup-related content systematically and creatively, we expect to have a positive influence on k-makeup not only domestically but also overseas. We aim to provide basic data for follow-up research on makeup YouTuber videos in the field of cosmetology and contribute to marketing plans for the development of the beauty content industry and establishment of promotional strategies.

In the process of online trading, many unexpected conflicts may occur. The consumer wishes to perform transactions with a seller by trusting the seller's listings, but there are times when even major companies such as Kakao edit their original listings. When the seller edits their listing, it is extremely difficult for the consumer to prove and deal with the problem. If they don't deal with them carefully they may be accused of denigration. This study proposes a consumer protection system to resolve this problem. In case a problem occurs, proof that the original listing was edited can be submitted to a judge in court by using this system, thus preventing these types of problems from happening. If this system is installed, both the seller and consumer know that the terms of contract cannot be falsely changed to the advantage of either side, so the source of the problem can be prevented. This study analyzes the reasons behind the conflicts and presents a systematic way of preventing the problem. This method does not present a financial burden, and provides a way for transactions to be held based on trust for the seller and consumer.

The purpose of this paper is examine the existing relations structure and IT use for collaboration activities on supply chain and their impacts on the performance of supply chain. This study made a design of the research model that was further constructed by integrating the relationship structure, IT exploration, IT exploitation, supply chain collaboration, absorptive capacity, and knowledge creation, efficiency and efficient. The survey data were collected from 378 companies, where firms are facing increased global competitive pressure and heavily utilize SCM to retain their competitive advantages. The authors validated a measurement model with structural equation modelling and tested eight hypotheses. As a result, the absorptive capacity was closely related to trust, IT exploitation and IT exploration, but supply chain collaboration. Examining the effect of supply chain collaboration with two types of absorptive capacity, the authors found positive effect on potential absorptive capacity, but a non-significant effect on realized absorptive capacity. This finding suggests that the improving performance of supply chain not only is related to the relations structure and IT use on supply chain, but also is closely related to the absorptive capacity.

The aim of the research was to explore post-registration training opportunities for NHS hospital pharmacists which contributes to promote structural reform of the professional development and lifelong learning for Korean hospital pharmacists. In UK, all pharmacists are required to complete at least 9 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) entries per each year to maintain their professional registration. Types of accredited postgraduate qualification (part-time) in Pharmacy Practice available for hospital pharmacists are Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert, year 1), Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip, year 2), Master of Science (MSc year 3), and Professional Doctorate in Pharmacy programme (DPharm, 4-5 years or more). Clinical pharmacy diploma is more likely to become a minimum qualification in order to progress whilst working for the NHS. Pharmacy independent prescribers are allowed to prescribe all medications except cocaine, dipipanone, and diamorphine for the purpose of treating addiction within their competencies. NHS pharmacists are also classified by band point system depending on their practical/clinical knowledge and skills which starting from band 5 (Pre-registration pharmacist) up to band 9. Various learning and development options are also offered including teaching sessions, conferences and local forums.

The current settlement and distribution used in theme, background and signal music market other than conventional music is being carried out with either the comprehensive settlement method or the measured meter-rate settlement method in the payment process of collected user fees and compensation depending on the use-permission types. In this settlement and distribution process, however, the reliability issues are often being raised because of the difficulty of tracking rights due to changes in music source rights management information, etc, and the opaque settlement and distribution method itself. This paper proposes a new settlement and distribution platform using a blockchain for the reliable collection and distribution of copyright fees among music user group, monitoring organization group, trust organization group and copyright holders, based on the monitoring information of the theme, background and signal music usage. This platform also provides the transparency in settlement and distribution process among stakeholders through smart contract system.

Wireless Ad hoc Network is threatened from many types of attacks because of its open structure, dynamic topology and the absence of infrastructure. Attacks by malicious nodes inside the network destroy communication path and discard packet. The damage is quite large and detecting attacks are difficult. In this paper, we proposed attack detection technique using secure authentication infrastructure for efficient detection and prevention of internal attack nodes. Cluster structure is used in the proposed method so that each nodes act as a certificate authority and the public key is issued in cluster head through trust evaluation of nodes. Symmetric Key is shared for integrity of data between the nodes and the structure which adds authentication message to the RREQ packet is used. ns-2 simulator is used to evaluate performance of proposed method and excellent performance can be performed through the experiment.

This paper suggests how to systemize administrative metadata required for managing intellectual property rights and their applications, which has been newly requested in digital library environment. For this purpose, firstly, the types of metadata required in digital libraries were identified. Secondly, this paper detected problems in MARC that digital libraries have been using as the tool for information organization. Finally, the structures of administrative metadata required by copyright laws were analyzed. On the basis of the researches above, this paper proposed how to systemize and operate administrative metadata that interlocks MARC, Dublin Core and administrative system of copyright trust agencies.

In the age where the Internet changes everything, even the earth has become flat. The boarders between nations, locations, times, and industries are not maningful, and no single company can do the whole process well. Therefore, various types of 'Value network' and 'Relation web' emerge for moving first and fast learning. Bort the relationship maturity model (RMM) proposed and the partnership management initiatives at SKT demonstrate that the concept is important, and that the final goal can be reached only through a series of critical outcome at each phase. In particular, recognizing as core infrastructures various online/offline channels, deep trust, and rich communications is an important finding for a successful relationship management. Also, related literatures suggest the following key factors to be influential in more that two phases: professionalism including expertise, similarity, channel capacity. Based on these findings, future efforts need to be put on the research & development of related measurement and management tools. We do hope more people dance with their partners through these efforts.

By analyzing a nationwide survey on Korean publics, this study examines the social determinants of public support for three types of scientific research-basic research aimed at pure knowledge, applied research toward industrial application, and research for social problem-solving which aims to enhance ordinary citizens' quality of life. The present study finds the differential effects of social- and political value orientations on the level of public support for respective types of research. As ones have more progressive in their subjective political orientations, they are more likely to support research for social problem-solving than other types of research, while conservatives tend to support basic research and those with neo-liberal ideology tend to support applied research. The Korean public also tends to perceive research for social problem-solving as a counter to basic research while it has been developed against the conventional emphasis on applied research in Korea. Also, the level of support for research for social problem-solving increases with the higher level of trust in scientific authority and expertise, while it has been developed against expertism and included public engagement in science as an important element. Finally, those who have lower income tend to support for research for social problem-solving than other types of research. The implications of these findings are discussed.
