간호사의 업무수행상의 권한과 행사전략 (Nurse's Power and Tactics in Nursing Practice)

  • This study is to understand and to describe the power that a nurse experiences on nursing practice and then. to present a basic data for nurse's power-development, power improving and empowering. Ethnography was used to understand and to describe experience on exercising various powers occurred on nursing practice. and to analyze and to understand the meaning of a nurse's power. The objects was nurses. Ten nurses who have more than three year's experience were selected as objects from Cuniversity's hospital in Seoul from May of 1996 to August of 1997 through in-depth interview. participant observation, and phone interview. Instruments werw a portable recorder and field notes. I described a case appeared in a data using Agar's 'Pencil and scissors' method right after collecting materials. Then, Idescribed a theme discovered commonly. Followings are the results of the study. 1. There were three categories of relationships with main objects when nurses exercised their power on their practices: a therapeutic caring relationship with patients, a relationship of companion, vertical cooperation, and a constituent person with a doctor, and a relationship of cooperation, and a constituent person with administrative workers and medical technicians. 2. There were many types of nurse's power, tactics and various patient's responses about them. 1) Types of nurse's power to patients were giving information, controling environment, helping for cure, emotional support, and performing discretion. 2) Nurse's tatics for performing power were positive tactics neutral tactics, and negative tactics. 3) Patient's responses were appeared as compliance and noncompliance. Compliance were agreeing. taking nurse's advice, trusting, understanding, being admitted, exposuring himself, and appreciating. 3. There were types of nurse's power and performing tactics. 1) Types of power to a doctor were advice, informing, demanding and mediation. 2) Performings of tactics to a doctor were positive tactics, neutral tactics, and negative tactics. 3) Doctor's responses were appeared as accepting and unaccepting. Acceptings were taking in and appreciating, and unacceptings were denying nurse's advice and authoritative. 4. There were types of nurse's power and tactics about administrative workers and medical technicians and responses about them. 1) Types of power about administrative workers and medical technicians were suggestions and demands. 2) Power performings tactics were positive tactics.neutral tactics, and negative tactics. 3) Responses of administrative workers and medical technicians about nurse's power performing were appeared appeared as accepting and unacce pting. Acceptings were taking in, and unacceptings were denying. Therefore, it can be said that types of nurse's power and performing tactics on nursing practice and nurse's power based on responses of a patient, a doctor, an administrative worker, and a medical technicians are power or influence for agreeing, taking advice, trusting, understanding, exposuring himself, appreciating, and taking in to objects. The results of this study helped to understand nurse's power. I expect that this study will improve nure's power by using expert power, referent power, and legitimate power effectively among powers acmpanied with the origin and that nurses make ef-ort to improve professional knowledge and human nature so that they use this study as a chance to develope expert nursing practice.

유튜브 브랜디드 콘텐츠의 결론유형과 제품관여도의 상호작용이 소비자 반응에 미치는 영향 (The Interaction Effects between YouTube Branded Contents' Ending Types and Product Involvement on Consumer Responses)

  • 본 연구는 콘텐츠결론유형(해피엔딩 vs. 논해피엔딩)과 제품관여도(저관여 vs. 고관여) 각각이, 그리고 둘 간의 상호작용이 소비자의 부정적 반응에 미치는 영향 및 차이를 분석하였다. 국내 주요 브랜디드 콘텐츠 제작회사에서 운용하고 있는 유튜브 채널 내 186개의 브랜디드 콘텐츠를 분석한 본 연구의 결과, 브랜디드 콘텐츠는 콘텐츠 메시지와 제품 간의 연계성이 낮아 제품관여도는 소비자 반응에 유의미한 차이를 미치지 않았다. 더불어 논해피엔딩보다 해피엔딩 결론유형을 활용한 브랜디드 콘텐츠가 소비자의 부정적 반응에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 소비자의 공감반응에 관련된 연구에서 2000년 이후부터 제기되고 있는 선택적 공감이 본 연구의 결과에도 나타난 것으로 분석된다. 자신의 경험에 기반하여 상황을 선택적으로 공감한다는 선택적 공감은 현대 사회의 바쁜 일상과 사회적·경제적 불평등의 부정적 영향이 만들어 낸 현상이다. 마지막으로 콘텐츠결론유형과 제품관여도의 상호작용은 소비자의 부정적 반응에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 해피엔딩은 저관여 제품과, 논해피엔딩은 고관여 제품과 결합되었을 때 소비자의 부정적 반응에 미치는 영향이 유의미하게 약화되는 것으로 나타났다.

Responses of Chloramphenicol Immunosensor to Analyte Types

  • A well-holder type piezoelectric chloramphenicol (CAP) immunosensor which was prepared by binding an anti­CAP antibody to the chemisorbed monolayers of various thiol or sulfide compounds over the gold electrode surface of quartz crystals through a carboxyl-amine coupling procedure, using the activation with l-ethyl- 3-(3-dimethylarninopropyl)carbodiimide­HCl and N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide, was determined for its responses to CAP, CAP succinate, and water-soluble CAP. The reaction phase used in the well holder was 0.01 M phosphate buffer (pH 7.4), and the solvent for analyte dissolution varied according to the solubility of the individual analyte. The analyte detection which was indicated by a steady-state frequency shift was finished within 10 min, except for CAP dissolved in methanol. The responses of CAP succinate and water-soluble CAP in the reaction phase were very stable, while a minute fluctuation was found with CAP.

의복구매 의사결정과정의 가격탐색에 따른 가격반응 유형 (Types of Consumer Responses to Price Based on Price Search)

  • Consumer decisions and responses about the price to pay vary. Some consumers might decide the appropriate price range prior to shopping, while others compare and evaluate prices. Especially, consumers can have different reference points for price evaluation based on various price searching behavior that represent heterogeneous responses for prices in the clothing purchase decision-making process. This research identifies how consumers evaluate the price and helps explain their decision-making based on price searches. By analyzing qualitative research, we found that consumers recalled price information as a representative indicator and product level price information through the internal search. Their level of internal references can be an important factor affecting price evaluations. In addition, each consumer groups were subdivided into high and low external searching. The four types of responses to price were classified in the price search process and the identified differences in the price evaluation. Therefore, pricing strategy needs to be differentiated for these various consumer types.

쇼핑 챗봇에 대한 소비자 반응 연구: 에이전트와 메시지 유형 효과를 중심으로 (A Study on Consumers' Responses to Shopping Chatbot: The Effects of Agent and Message Types)

  • 인공지능(AI) 기술이 발달함에 따라 다양한 영역에서 활용되고 있다. 인공지능을 활용한 챗봇(Chatbot)의 이용도 여러 분야로 확대되고 있으며, 특히 모바일 쇼핑 이용이 증가하면서 챗봇 서비스의 소비자와의 소통 기능이 주목 받고 있다. 그러나 챗봇에 대한 연구는 초기 단계이며 모바일 커머스에서 이용하는 챗봇에 대한 선행연구는 아직 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구는 쇼핑 챗봇에 대한 소비자 반응을 실증적으로 살펴보고 의인화된 챗봇의 에이전트로서의 유형과 메시지 유형이 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 챗봇 에이전트 유형(비서/친구)과 메시지 유형(사실/평가)을 독립변수로 $2{\times}2$ 집단 간 실험을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 챗봇 에이전트 와 메시지 유형이 소비자의 챗봇에 대한 지각된 인식 및 반응에 미치는 주효과는 발견되지 않았지만, 에이전트 유형과 메시지 유형의 간 상호작용이 나타났다. 구체적으로 에이전트 유형이 비서일 때에는 사실적 메시지로 상품 추천을 하였을 때 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 친구일 경우에는 평가적 메시지 유형이 보다 긍정적인 반응을 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 챗봇 서비스에 대한 소비자 반응을 이해하기 위해서 커뮤니케이션 요소들을 고려해야 하며 이를 적절하게 활용하여 긍정적인 경험을 유도할 수 있다는 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.

Comparison of seismic behavior of long period SDOF systems mounted on friction isolators under near-field earthquakes

  • Friction isolators are one of the most important types of bearings used to mitigate damages of earthquakes. The adaptive behavior of these isolators allows them to achieve multiple levels of performances and predictable seismic behavior during different earthquake hazard levels. There are three main types of friction isolators. The first generation with one sliding surface is known as Friction Pendulum System (FPS) isolators. The double concave friction pendulum (DCFP) with two sliding surfaces is an advanced form of FPS, and the third one, with fully adaptive behavior, is named as triple concave friction pendulum (TCFP). The current study has been conducted to investigate and compare seismic responses of these three types of isolators. The structure is idealized as a two-dimensional single degree of freedom (SDOF) resting on isolators. The coupled differential equations of motion are derived and solved using state space formulation. Seismic responses of isolated structures using each one of these isolators are investigated under seven near fault earthquake motions. The peak values of bearing displacement and base shear are studied employing the variation of essential parameters such as superstructure period, effective isolation period and effective damping of isolator. The results demonstrate a more efficient seismic behavior of TCFP isolator comparing to the other types of isolators. This efficiency depends on the selected effective isolation period as well as effective isolation damping. The investigation shows that increasing the effective isolation period or decreasing the effective isolation damping improves the seismic behavior of TCFP compared to the other isolators. The maximum difference in seismic responses, the base shear and the bearing displacement, for the TCFP isolator are calculated 26.8 and 13.4 percent less than the DCFP and FPS in effective isolation damping equal to10%, respectively.

교차로 상황에 따른 고령운전자의 중추신경계 반응: 황색신호 딜레마를 중심으로 (The CNS Responses of Elderly Driver due to Signal Types at the Intersection: Focused on Yellow Interval Dilemma Situation)

  • This study was to examine to the CNS(Central Nervous System) responses of elderly drivers at the green, yellow, and red signal types. To examine this result, the older adults over age 65 who has more than 5 years of driving experience participated this experiment. In addition, we used audio-visual film clips as the stimulus than driving simulator, because the CNS reponses are sensitive to movement such as steering wheel. While subjects were watching one car's driving among green, yellow, or red signal types at the intersection, we measured their EEG(electroencephalogram) using monopolar electrodes from Fz, Cz and Pz sites. As a result, relative sizes of beta waves were changed due to the signal type conditions, and pre- and post-time of entering the intersection at the measured sites, separately. It suggests that the elderly drivers' CNS responses were different by the signal types.

의류쇼핑성향에 따른 점포 내 환경에 대한 인지적${\cdot}$감정적${\cdot}$행동적 반응 (Cognitive, Emotional and Behavioral Responses on In-Store Shopping Environment according to Apparel Shopping Orientation)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the difference on the consumer's cognitive response, emotional and behavioral response in regard of the in-store shopping environment according to their apparel shopping orientation. The subjects of this study were consumers who finished shopping in the stores, and 300 questionnaires were completed. Data collected in this survey were analyzed by using Factor analysis, Cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan test as a post identification. The results were as follows; 1. A significant difference was found on cognitive responses in regard of the in-store environment, such as a store atmosphere, salespeople, the assortment of products, and the fashion of products, according to types of apparel shopping orientation. The hedonic shopping type tended to have the higher evaluation toward a store atmosphere and salespeople than did other types. 2. Results showed statistically significant differences on emotional responses such as the outward/inward pleasure and outward/inward displeasure of the in-store shopping environment according to apparel shopping orientation types. The outward pleasure was found most highly in the high involvement shopping type. 3. There were significant differences on behavioral responses of the in-store shopping environment, such as the shopping satisfaction, the store revisit intention, recommending to others, and the unexpected consumption, according to apparel shopping orientation types.

변칙사례에 의한 인지적 반응 유형에 따른 정의적 반응 및 학생들이 제시하는 효과적인 개념변화 교수-학습 전략 (Emotional Responses and Perceived Teaching-Learning Strategies for Effective Conceptual Change by the Types of Cognitive Responses to a Discrepant Event)

  • 이 연구에서는 중학교 1학년 28명을 대상으로 변칙사례에 의한 인지적 반응 유형에 따른 정의적 반응 및 학생들이 제시하는 효과적인 개념변화 교수-학습전략을 조사하기 위한 면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 변칙사례의 신뢰성과 타당성을 강조할 경우 인지갈등이 더 잘 유발되는 것으로 나타났다. 흥미와 불안과 같은 정의적 반응이 나타나는 양상은 인지적 반응 유형 및 대안가설의 제시 유무와 명확성에 따라 달랐으며, 정의적 반응이 개념학습 과정에 긍정적인 영향을 준다고 생각하는 학생들이 많았다. 신념감소, 주변신념변화, 신념변화 반응을 보인 학생들의 경우, 효과적인 개념변화를 위해 필요하다고 생각하는 교수-학습전략이 대안가설의 제시 유무에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 이에 대한 교육적 함의를 논의하였다.

공룡의 멸종 원인에 대한 고등학생의 생각과 대안적 가설에 대한 반응 유형 분석 (High School Students' Ideas and Analysis of Responses Types to Alternative Hypotheses about Cause of Dinosaur Extinction)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 공룡 멸종 원인이라는 소재로 학생들의 생각을 조사하고, 이 생각과 일치하지 않는 대안적 가설을 제시하여 반응 유형을 분류하고 인지갈등과 개념 변화 정도를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도 안양시에 소재한 인문계 고등학교 2학년 187명의 학생을 대상으로 설문 조사하여 개념을 알아보고, 이 중 개념에 대한 신뢰 정도가 높게 나타난 98명의 학생들을 대상으로 대안적 가설을 제시한 후, 반응 유형 검사지를 이용하여 응답을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 공룡 멸종 원인으로 대규모 운석 충돌이 가장 많았으며, 지각 변동에 의한 기후 변화(기온저하), 대규모 화산 분출, 먹이 부족, 질병(바이러스), 서식지 감소 순으로 응답하였다. 또한, 공룡 멸종은 단순히 한 가지 원인에 의한 것이 아니라 여러 가지 원인이 복합적으로 작용하여 멸종하였다고 생각하고 있다. 둘째, 대안적 가설에 대한 학생들의 반응은 거부, 재해석, 판단 불확실, 신뢰 감소, 부분적 이론 변화, 이론 변화 등 6가지의 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 셋째, 거부와 재해석 유형을 제외한 나머지 유형은 인지갈등이 유발된 것으로 분류하였으며, 전체적으로 62.3%가 인지갈등이 유발되어 6.1%의 개념 변화를 보였다.
