  • The purpose of study was to investigate internal and external problem behavior according to types of multiple-attachments exhibited to both mothers and teachers. The subjects were 120 preschool children (between 4 to, -5 years old), their mothers and teachers. The attachment classification of these 120 preschoolers was evaluated by an attachment Q-set. Data was statistically analyzed by means of one-way ANOVA, and the Duncan test with the SPSS Win 13.0 program. Our results were as follows, Firstly, significant differences were observed in the internal problem behavior according to types of multiple-attachments. Second, significant differences were also observed in the external problem behavior according to types of multiple-attachments. This study suggests that secure attachment relationships with teachers may compensate for insecure relationships with mothers.

The interactional effects of the two factors emerged in communication and basic living. Second, the groups categorized by the types of the attachment between the toddlers and the teachers and the gender difference demonstrated the developmental distinctions, respectively. The interactional effects of the two factors emerged in gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and cognition. Third, with respect to the types of multiple attachments to mothers and teachers, toddler development brought meaningful differences. We discussed the importances of the attachment of the toddlers and the role of teachers based on the results of our research and proposed future projects and suggestions.

This research focused on the various degree of intergenerational solidarity between the eldest son and his wife and his parents. For this study, the supporting-attitude types were classified into 4 types: these combine 2 types of residence (living together with the parents or living seperately from the parents) with 2 types of financial support (with with-out financial support0. The concept of intergenerational solidarity, comprises three elements: objective solidarity, subjective solidarity (attachment and conflict), and consensual solidarity (filial obligation). The subjects of this study were 166 couples living seperately from son's parents in Seoul city. The data were analyzed by multiple discriminant analyses, one way ANOVA's, and the paired t-test. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Although the majority of the eldest sons live now away from the parents home, they expect to eventually live together with and support their parents financially. The majority of the wives, however, do not want to live together with their husbands' parents even though expecting to support them financially. 2. According to the discriminant analyses, the supporting-attitude types of the eldest sons were discriminated by attachment and conflict, and those of their wives by conflict and obligation. 3. There were significant difference between supporting-attitude types in terms of intergenerational solidarity. In general, the couples expecting to live together with the parents reported a higher degree of attachment, a stronger sense of obligation, and a lower degree of conflict than the couples expecting to live seperately from the parents. 4. • Purpose: This study examined the levels of and the associations between middle school students' attachments to parents, peers, and teachers, truancy, and school bullying. Methods: Data on middle school student were obtained from the Korea National Children and Youth Survey 2010 (N=2,968). The independent t-test and Kruskal-Wallis test were conducted to examine the differences in truancy and school bullying according to the characteristics of students. Multiple stepwise regression analysis was conducted to identify the factors influencing school bullying. Results: The magnitude of the correlation between truancy and bullying was r=.34 (p<.001). Two types of attachment(to parents and to teachers) were associated with school bullying, with the magnitude of r=-.06 (p=.003) and r=-.09 (p<.001), respectively. Truancy and all three types of attachment (to parents, peers, and teachers) predicted school bullying significantly (F=27.84, p<.001). Conclusion: In this study, truancy had more influence on bullying behavior than attachments to parents, teachers and peers among middle school students. These results suggest there is need to develop and provide programs to prevent or early intervene in truancy, an important predictor of school bullying, to reduce school bullying among middle school students.

  • Excavators are construction machines used for digging soil, transporting soil, dismantling buildings and clearing the ground at construction sites. There are various attachments attached to the arm end of the excavator and used for various operations. There are the most common types of buckets attached for excavation and other types of attachments used for foresting, road cleaning, snow removal, and waste disposal. When multiple types of work are done at the same time, several attachments must be replaced and a device called a quick coupler is used to reduce replacement time. Although a quick coupler reduces the replacement time of the Attachment, it is necessary to attach safety devices to prevent unintentional detachment of attached attachments during the operation. To prevent the attachment from leaving or falling regardless of the operator's intention, support is installed in the hook of the bucket pin and controlled through a separate hydraulic cylinder to ensure safety. When attaching an attachment, it shall be attached without any action. This study is intended to verify the design validity of safety devices to prevent falls of attachments occurring at construction sites.
