이 연구는 군인의 여가활동 유형에 따른 군대생활만족도를 경로분석 모형을 통하여 분석하였다. 조사대상은 경기도 북부, 남부지역의 두 부대에서 군 생활을 하고 있는 장병들을 대상으로 2011년 9월부터 8주 동안 해당부대를 직접 방문하여 설문 실시하였으며, 856부의 설문지를 회수하여 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과 군인들의 생활만족도에는 신체증상, 우울, 사회적 지지가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 관련요인으로 밝혀졌으며, 본 연구를 토대로 군은 군인의 신체증상과 우울을 완화시키고 사회적 지지 체계의 구축에 효과적인 여가활동을 통해 군인들의 생활만족도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 제도적인 뒷받침이 있어야 할 것이다.

The objective of the research which it sees life style of the individual and is the stroke engineering military merit satisfaction to examine the relationship. That Adler talked, it classified life style with the socially useful type, the ruling type, the getting type and the avoiding type. This governing form of the socially useful type sees, the ruling type grew the getting type and the avoiding type compared to military merit satisfactory boat song. Like this results military merit satisfactory degree of stroke engineering school lifestyle professionalism as dental technician company route period operates with the VIP who is important for is the thing. The research of the program development for the course map and the military merit duty selection map of restricted point and stroke engineering school lifestyle of the research which it sees discussed is necessary. The results are as following. 1. the types of Life-style ; the ruling type 31.3%, the getting type & the avoiding type 27.4%, the negative social type 26.6%, the socially useful type 14.8%. 2. the Major satisfaction ; the socially useful type 3.59, the ruling type 3.55, the negative social type 3.51, the getting type and the avoiding type 3.35. 3. the Campus life satisfaction ; the socially useful type 3.39, the ruling type 3.32, the negative social type 3.24, the getting type and the avoiding type 3.12.

Purpose: This research was conducted to explore the experience of middle-aged women parting with their children and to develop a grounded theory. Method: The participants were 11 women in their 50's who had experienced parting with their children due to schooling, military service and marriage. The grounded theory methodology based on symbolic interactionism was used. Results: 106 concepts, 30 subcategories and 14 categories were derived from the analysis through processes of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The central phenomenon was 'happy but sad' and the core category was a process of 'independence that is sorrowful yet delightful'. Four types were identified; the independent-type; submissive -type; family-reliant-type ; and fragile-type; based on the attachment to the child, state of mind, satisfaction of the situation, family support system and self-achievement. Conclusion: This research identified that the modern Korean middle-aged women who are considered to be the 'sandwich generation' since they have experienced a turbulent history and the change from a confucian parent-child lifestyle to a couple-oriented one, moved away from an attitude dependent on children in parting with them and started preparing for an independent late life. Based on the results, the verification research is advised on the variables that affect the experience of parting with children.
