To investigate the ZnO LED which are interested in the next generation of short wavelength LEDs and Lasers, the ZnO thin films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering system. The p-type ZnO thin film, fabricated by means of the ampoule-tube method, was used to make the ZnO p-n junction, and its characteristics was analyzed. The ampoule-tube method was used to make the p-type ZnO based on the As diffusion, and the hall measurement was used to confirm that the p-type is formed. the current-voltage characteristics of the ZnO p-n junction were measured to confirm the rectification characteristics of a typical p-n junction and the low leakage voltage characteristics. Analysis of ZnO LED V-I curve will provide a very useful technology for producing the UV ZnO LED and ZnO-based devices.

Is there my relationship between a port information system and a port type? This paper aims to define its relationship through a study on the port types of advanced countries and their information systems. In terms of port ownership and its governing body, the port type can be divided into 4 types: state-run, public corporation, local government-run, and private ownership. According to the port type, the major activities of ports are different. In the case of a state-run and local government-run port, they put emphasis on the function of administration, but a public corporation and private ownership stress the importance of customer services. The study results of the mutual relationship of a port type and an information system show that the state-run and local government-run ports have a good administration-oriented system, and public corporation and privatized ports have an excellent customer-oriented community system and e-business system. The differences in the information system by port type provide an important suggestion to the improvement of information system of Busan Port Authority. As Busan port has been transformed from a state-run type to a public corporation, a new port information system has to be followed. Accordingly, this study has suggested a three-stage development plan: The first is a mirroring stage of stabilizing the port management, the second is a cooperation stage of enhancing customer services through the establishment of a community system, and the third is an e-business stage of developing a profit system in order to create value added.

This study investigates the effects of information type, direction of information, method of suggestion, tie strength, and interactions among these variables on the acceptance and diffusion of fashion product information in the mobile Facebook environment. Two subsequent studies were conducted to test the relationships among mobile SNS WOM factors. Two independent on-line surveys were implemented. Six hundred forty consumers aged between 20 and 39 were recruited for Study 1, and four hundred and eighty for Study 2. We manipulated the WOM delivery situation by information type (factual/evaluative), information directionality (positive/negative), tie-strength (strong/weak), and information presentation method (text/image/rink). Eight scenarios were developed and randomly assigned to the research participants. Frequency analysis, reliability, factor analysis, regression analysis, and ANOVA were implemented using SPSS 18.0. The Analysis of experiment data produced interesting results. Most WOM factors (including the information type, information presentation method, and tie strength) influence WOM acceptance; however, only the tie strength effected WOM activity. It was also proven that people are prone to accept information that is more realistic, objective, and negative, and they tend to accept information with visual factors, such as images and video clips rather than a simple text message. In this study, we offer a practical perspective to fashion industry and marketers who have an interest in SNS marketing. We have defined the distinct characteristics of mobile WOM that have been formed by a combination of former on/off-line WOM characteristics. To examine the moderating roles of two types of consumer innovativeness, fashion innovativeness and technology innovativeness were also measured and found to have significant moderating effects between mobile SNS WOM factors and their consequences. The paper concludes with a discussion on managerial implications and limitations.

Disaster management system should be built for minimizing damage factor that affects to construction facility from natural disaster. It could be classified by three categories such as disaster prevention, damage survey and recovery phases. For an integrated disaster management system, a disaster information classification system(DICS) is necessary for the reasonable disaster information management. This study suggests an integrated DICS that includes disaster type classification, facility type classification and information type classification for disaster management service. The applicability of suggested DICS is verified by railway facility and the research result could be used as a basic information system for national disaster management system.

The purpose of this paper was to present the method of progress efficiency of morphosyntaxical analyzer for French information processing in the view of multilingual information processing. This study indicated that he method prohibit the additional useless word type by decomposing word type by decomposing works which were created by morphological amalgamation. Findings also suggested the need of preprocessing in order to decrease the overload of morphosyntaxical analysis algorithm. In addition, general rules were proposed to divide word form and to decompose complex sentence.

The purpose of this study was to present a good pants pattern for boys aged 13-18 by comparing and analyzing the pants pattern according to lower body shape. And through it, this study was to provide basic data for pants production considering male student body shape. The pattern of this study used the industrial type Lee Hee-chun pattern and DC Suite Program for 3D virtual simulation. As a result of the appearance evaluation, there was a significant difference between the patterns in most items. Type 2 was rated highly, followed by Type 4, Type 3, and Type 1. Type 1 required correction of the length of the pants and the amount of crotch part, while type 3 required adjustment of the pants in the knee area. Type 4 required correction of pattern drawing method of crotch width, thigh circumference, and knee circumference. This pattern method was evaluated as suitable for slender body shape. This study suggests a pants pattern system suitable for adolescent boys by reflecting the body shape characteristics of adolescent boy with a change of body shape. It is expected that this will meet the increasing demand for fitting. In this study, we have examined 3D virtual simulation, not actual wear experiment, so it will be necessary to investigate the difference through actual clothing experiment for adolescent boys.

In this paper, the resonance characteristics of SMR-type FBAR devices annealed by three different annealing methods are investigated and compared. The resonance characteristics could be effectively improved by the proposed efficient annealing method which optimizes the annealing conditions. It seems very useful for improving the performance of the SMR-type FBAR devices as a cost-effective way.

The purpose of this study is to identify more types of residents in medium-sized apartments in Seoul by lifestyle that has been used as a variable of space planning and to investigate and present bathroom design appropriate for characteristics of each resident type. The article examines the general characteristics, lifestyle types, and preference for the bathroom design. A total of 642 samples, acquired via internet survey, were analyzed with the statistical computer program SPSS PC+ window version 16.0. The conclusion of the article are as follows: 1) The lifestyle of users living in medium-sized apartments are categorized into 4 types: trend seeking, aesthetic seeking, family seeking, information seeking types. 2) The preference for the bathroom design of trend seeking type, the toilet is a bidet-builtin type and the washstand is a semi-counter type and the bathtub is a spa type and the shower booth is a bathtub-extending type. The storage closet is a upper-fixed type with two sides, the finishing materials are tiles and PVC monorium, and light built in a wall. 3) The preference for the bathroom design of aesthetic seeking type, the toilet is a bidet-builtin type and the washstand is a semi-counter type and the bathtub is a whirlpool type and the shower booth is a steam-sauna type. The storage closet is a upper-fixed with one side and opened closet, the finishing materials are tiles. 4) The preference for the bathroom design of family seeking type, the toilet is a bidet-builtin type and the washstand is a stand type and the bathtub is a reclamation type and the shower booth is a partition type. The storage closet is a upper-fixed with three sides. 5) The preference for the bathroom design of information seeking type, the toilet is a bidet-builtin type and the washstand is a semi-counter and the bathtub is a spa type and the shower booth is a partition type. The storage closet is a upper-fixed type with two sides. The results of this study may be used as basic data in planning bathroom design for housing supply for housing suppliers, and used as significant information for residents to identify their own types that can be referred when they select apartments to live in.

The influence of SNS platform in the mobile environment has grown greatly. Among the various social networking services(SNS), this study analyzed the question of 311 women to investigate whether any difference exists between reliability of contents information, informativeness and playfulness as well as how attributes of contents information influence user attitude depending on the difference in type of providing information provided by "Innisfree" Cosmetics, the company account of Instagram. According to analysis, first, no difference exists between reliability of contents information, informativeness and playfulness depending on the type of providing information. Second, reliability and the playfulness of contents information influence purchase intention. Third, contents information "informativeness" and "playfulness" influence loyalty. Fourth, the "informativeness" and "playfulness" of contents information influence User Satisfaction. Considering such result, it is confirmed that the type of providing information provided by company does not influence account attributes and the "playfulness" of contents information is significant factor which influences all user attitude.

In this paper, we propose a method for nonlinear grapheme segmentation in Korean printed character type classification. The characters are subdivided into six types based on character type information. The feature vector is consist of mesh features, vertical projection features and horizontal projection features which are extracted from gray-level images. We classify characters into 6 types using Back propagation. Character segmentation regions are determined based on character type information. Then, an optimal nonlinear grapheme segmentation path is found using multi-stage graph search algorithm. As the result, a proposed methodology is proper to classify character type and to find nonlinear char segmentation paths.
