  • 본 논문은 퍼지 모델을 이용한 불확실한 카오스 시스템의 적응 동기화 기법을 제안한다. 카오스 동기화 시스템은 마스터 시스템과 슬레이브 시스템으로 구성되며 각각의 시스템은 Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) 퍼지 모델을 통해 표현된다. 마스터 시스템은 파라미터가 미리 알려지지 않은 불확실한 모델로 가정되므로 불확실한 파라미터를 추정하기 위해 적응 기법을 적용하여 슬레이브 시스템을 설계한다. 동기화 오차 시스템을 안정화하고 불확실한 파라미터를 추정하는 적응 규칙을 이용한 제어기를 설계하며 Lyapunov 이론을 통해 안정도를 해석한다. 제안된 퍼지 적응 동기화 기법의 효과를 확인하기 위해서 Duffing 시스템과 Lorenz 시스템에 대해 모의 실험을 수행한다.

  • Recently, the requirements of multi-resolution models of a solid model, which represent an object at multiple levels of feature detail, are increasing for engineering tasks such as analysis, network-based collaborative design, and virtual prototyping and manufacturing. The research on this area has focused on several topics: topological frameworks for representing multi-resolution solid models, criteria for the level of detail (LOD), and generation of valid models after rearrangement of features. As a solution to the feature rearrangement problem, the new concept of the effective zone of a feature is introduced in the former part of the paper. In this paper, we propose a feature-based non-manifold modeling system to provide multi-resolution models of a feature-based solid or non-manifold model on the basis of the effective feature zones. To facilitate the implementation, we introduce the class of the multi-resolution feature whose attributes contain all necessary information to build a multi-resolution solid model and extract LOD models from it. In addition, two methods are introduced to accelerate the extraction of LOD models from the multi-resolution modeling database: the one is using an NMT model, known as a merged set, to represent multi-resolution models, and the other is storing differences between adjacent LOD models to accelerate the transition to the other LOD. We also suggest the volume of the feature, regardless of feature type, as a criterion for the LOD. This criterion can be used in a wide range of applications, since there is no distinction between additive and subtractive features unlike the previous method.

거주지역 이동이 의료이용량과 의료접근성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Residential Migration on the Utilization and Accessibility of Medical Care)

  • Background: In Korea, the health gap widens due to the number of medical resources and access to medical services between metropolitan and rural. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of residential migration on medical utilization and accessibility. Methods: This study extracted 528,516 claimed cases in the National Health Insurance Service-Cohort Sample Database from 2006 to 2015. Subjects were classified into two groups by the magnitude of the region, the metropolitan and the rural. The inversed probability weights were calculated for each group. And coefficients of the two-part model were estimated by generalized estimation equation. Results: Those who moved region from metropolitan to rural tend to increase the length of stay and inpatients with ambulatory care sensitive conditions (ACSC) disease. Contrariwise, those who moved areas from rural to metropolitan tend to decrease the total medical cost, the adjusted patient days, the number of outpatients and the number of outpatients and inpatients with ACSC disease. Conclusion: This study identified that between the residents who continued to reside in the region and the migrants, there were significant differences in the medical accessibility, quality of primary care, and unmet medical need.

부산 연안역에서의 국지풍모델을 이용한 이류확산 수치모의 (Numerical Simulation of Advection and Diffusion using the Local Wind Model in Pusan Coastal Area, Korea)

  • The two-stage numerical model was used to study the relation between three-dimensional local wind model, advection/diffusion model of random walk method and second moment method on Pusan coastal area. The first stage is three dimensional time-dependent local wind model which gives the wind field and vertical dirrusion coefficient. The second stage is advection/diffusion model which uses the results of the first stage as input data. First, wind fields on Pusan coastal area for none synoptic scale wind showed typical land and sea breeze circulation, and convergence zone occured at 1200LST in northern of domain, in succession, moved northward of domain. Emissions from Sinpyeong industrial district were trasnported toward the inland by sea breeze during daytime, and reached the end part of domain about 1800LST. During nighttime, emissions return to sea by land breeze and vertical diffusion also contributes to upward transport. In order to use this model for forecast of air pollution concentration on the Pusan coastal area, it is necessary that computed value must be compared with measured value and wind fields model must also be dealt in detail.

A Semi-analytical Model for Depletion-mode N-type Nanowire Field-effect Transistor (NWFET) with Top-gate Structure

  • We propose a semi-analytical current conduction model for depletion-mode n-type nanowire field-effect transistors (NWFETs) with top-gate structure. The NWFET model is based on an equivalent circuit consisting of two back-to-back Schottky diodes for the metal-semiconductor (MS) contacts and the intrinsic top-gate NWFET. The intrinsic top-gate NWFET model is derived from the current conduction mechanisms due to bulk charges through the center neutral region as well as of accumulation charges through the surface accumulation region, based on the electrostatic method, and thus it includes all current conduction mechanisms of the NWFET operating at various top-gate bias conditions. Our previously developed Schottky diode model is used for the MS contacts. The newly developed model is integrated into ADS, in which the intrinsic part of the NWFET is developed by utilizing the Symbolically Defined Device (SDD) for an equation-based nonlinear model. The results simulated from the newly developed NWFET model reproduce considerably well the reported experimental results.

필릿 용접부의 각변형량 예측에 관한 연구 (A study on the estimate of the angular distortion for a fillet weldment)

  • Welding distortion is more serious problem than any other problems caused by welding process, especially, in the heavy-industrial place. These welding distortions are caused by nonuniform heating and cooling of metal during and after welding operations. And these distortion quantities are must be known to worker in production line because distorions are important role in assembling part. Therefore an analytical model to explain and predict the welding distortion are needed. A numerical analysis of welding distortion which is inelastic behavior of weldment would require the three dimensional calculation. But computing time and memory would be very large, and the resulting cost might be unacceptable. Therefore we use a numerical technique for two dimensional analysis in the section normal to the weld direction of weldment under an assumption of quasi-stationary conditions. But the result of the calculation under two dimensional(plane strain) assumption was not satisfied as compared with experimental result. This paper proposed a technique for analysing the welding angular distortion by using a constraint boundary condition on the two dimensional finite element model. The simulation results revealed that the constraint boundary model could more reasonably describe the welding distortion than the plane strain model did.

  • A model experiment of purse seine by the circulating water tank was carried out on the changes of net shape and the tension of purseline under operation in two layer current. In the circular tank, the two layer current was made by cutting off the current of upper layer and producing the bottom current by the equipment shown in Fig. 1. The model experiment of purse sein was made on a reduced scale 1 :400, and the experiment was carried out according to the Tauti's model law. When the bottom current of O. 5 knot flows to lower part of three-eighths of net, following results are derived. The depth of sinkerline reached only about 80% of that of no current set. The horizontal shift of sinker line caused by the bottom current is maximized in tight set. The enclosed area by the floatIine immediately after the completion of set net is 61. 5% in tight set, 50. 0 % in loose set and 54. 1 % in lateral set of those in the case of no current. In the first half period of pursing, the tension of the purseline is enhenced by the bottom current and the pattern of increasing is irregular in the tension curves.

Part-of-speech Tagging for Hindi Corpus in Poor Resource Scenario

  • Natural language processing (NLP) is an emerging research area in which we study how machines can be used to perceive and alter the text written in natural languages. We can perform different tasks on natural languages by analyzing them through various annotational tasks like parsing, chunking, part-of-speech tagging and lexical analysis etc. These annotational tasks depend on morphological structure of a particular natural language. The focus of this work is part-of-speech tagging (POS tagging) on Hindi language. Part-of-speech tagging also known as grammatical tagging is a process of assigning different grammatical categories to each word of a given text. These grammatical categories can be noun, verb, time, date, number etc. Hindi is the most widely used and official language of India. It is also among the top five most spoken languages of the world. For English and other languages, a diverse range of POS taggers are available, but these POS taggers can not be applied on the Hindi language as Hindi is one of the most morphologically rich language. Furthermore there is a significant difference between the morphological structures of these languages. Thus in this work, a POS tagger system is presented for the Hindi language. For Hindi POS tagging a hybrid approach is presented in this paper which combines "Probability-based and Rule-based" approaches. For known word tagging a Unigram model of probability class is used, whereas for tagging unknown words various lexical and contextual features are used. Various finite state machine automata are constructed for demonstrating different rules and then regular expressions are used to implement these rules. A tagset is also prepared for this task, which contains 29 standard part-of-speech tags. The tagset also includes two unique tags, i.e., date tag and time tag. These date and time tags support all possible formats. Regular expressions are used to implement all pattern based tags like time, date, number and special symbols. The aim of the presented approach is to increase the correctness of an automatic Hindi POS tagging while bounding the requirement of a large human-made corpus. This hybrid approach uses a probability-based model to increase automatic tagging and a rule-based model to bound the requirement of an already trained corpus. This approach is based on very small labeled training set (around 9,000 words) and yields 96.54% of best precision and 95.08% of average precision. The approach also yields best accuracy of 91.39% and an average accuracy of 88.15%.

Head-Tail 토큰화 기법을 이용한 한국어 품사 태깅 (Korean Part-Of-Speech Tagging by using Head-Tail Tokenization)

  • 기존의 한국어 품사 태깅 방식은 복합어를 단위 형태소들로 분해하여 품사를 부착하므로 형태소 태그가 세분화되어 있어서 태거의 활용 목적에 따라 불필요하게 복잡하고 다양한 어절 유형들이 생성되는 단점이 있다. 딥러닝 언어처리에서는 키워드 추출 목적으로 품사 태거를 사용할 때 복합조사, 복합어미 등 문법 형태소들을 단위 형태소로 분할하지 않는 토큰화 방식이 효율적이다. 본 연구에서는 어절을 형태소 단위로 토큰화할 때 어휘형태소 부분과 문법형태소 부분 두 가지 유형의 토큰으로만 분할하는 Head-Tail 토큰화 기법을 사용하여 품사 태깅 문제를 단순화함으로써 어절이 과도하게 분해되는 문제점을 보완하였다. Head-Tail 토큰화된 데이터에 대해 통계적 기법과 딥러닝 모델로 품사 태깅을 시도하여 각 모델의 품사 태깅 정확도를 실험하였다. 통계 기반 품사 태거인 TnT 태거와 딥러닝 기반 품사 태거인 Bi-LSTM 태거를 사용하여 Head-Tail 토큰화된 데이터셋에 대한 품사 태깅을 수행하였다. TnT 태거와 Bi-LSTM 태거를 Head-Tail 토큰화된 데이터셋에 대해 학습하여 품사 태깅 정확도를 측정하였다. 그 결과로, TnT 태거는 97.00%인데 비해 Bi-LSTM 태거는 99.52%의 높은 정확도로 품사 태깅을 수행할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

임계 마름 수심기법을 이용한 지하공간 침수 모의 (Inundation Simulation of Underground Space using Critical Dry Depth Scheme)

  • In this study, a 2D hydrodynamic model equipped with critical dry depth scheme was developed to reproduce the flow over staircase. The channel geometry of hydraulic experiment conducted by Ishigaki et al. was generated in the computational space, and the developed model was validated against flow properties such as discharge, velocity and momentum. In addition, the water surface profile and the velocity distribution evolved in flow over two layers staircases were analyzed. When the initial water depth at the upper floor was 0.3 m, the maximum velocity at lower floor was 4.2 m/s, and the maximum momentum was $1.2m^3/s^2$, and its conversion to force per unit width was 1.2 kN/m. This value was equivalent to the hydrostatic force with 50 cm water depth, and evacuation became difficult, as proposed by Ishigaki et al. For the flow over staircases connecting two layers, the maximum run-up height in flat part connecting two layers was approximately two times higher than the initial water depth in upper floor, and the rapid shock wave with sharp front and long tail was propagated.
