간호조직 효과성에 관한 1차 연구 (The Effectiveness of Nursing Organization(I))

  • This study was designed to test the relationship between effectiveness of nursing organizations and structural and managerial variables of nursing organizations that are described in the Robbins Organizational theory model. The data were collected through self reported questionnaires from 605 nurses working in, and 782 patients hospitalized in, five tertiary hospitals in Seoul. Results showed that according to MANOVA there was a significant difference in nurses job satisfaction and patient satisfaction among the five hospitals. According to cluster analysis of the structural and managerial variables of nursing organizations, the five hospitals were divided into two clusters and there was no significant difference in nurses job satisfaction or patient satisfaction between the two clusters. According to canonical correlation analysis the formalization and centralization of structural variables were shown to be predicting variables for nurses job satisfaction, and the managing job design and managing Change of managerial variables were shown to be predicting variables for nurses job satisfaction.

조직 환경 및 영양사의 직무행동이 병원 급식$\cdot$영양서비스 품질에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Effect of Dietitians' Work Behavior and Organizational Environment on Quality of Hospital Dietary Services)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the variables affecting the quality of hospital dietary services. The quality of hospital dietary services was investigated in two ways, which can be named by factual quality and perceived quality The variables affecting hospital dietary services were classified into two categories, $\ulcorner$organizational environment variables$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$work behavior variables$\lrcorner$. Quality readiness survey was conducted to investigate $\ulcorner$organizational environment variables$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$work behavior variables$\lrcorner$ on 225 dietitians working in dietary departments of 45 general hospitals which had more than 400 beds. $\ulcorner$Organizational environment variables$\lrcorner$ were categorized into four variable group:'organizational work design', 'organizational culture', 'department head leadership' and 'top management leadership'. $\ulcorner$Work behavior variables$\lrcorner$ were categorized into three variable group: 'individual behavior', 'peer group behavior', and 'behavior toward supervisor'. Top management leadership (p< 0.01)' in the $\ulcorner$organizational environment variables$\lrcorner$ had significant impacts on the factual quality of hospital dietary services.

q-EXTENSION OF A GENERALIZATION OF GOTTLIEB POLYNOMIALS IN THREE VARIABLES

  • Gottlieb polynomials were introduced and investigated in 1938, and then have been cited in several articles. Very recently Khan and Akhlaq introduced and investigated Gottlieb polynomials in two and three variables to give their generating functions. Subsequently, Khan and Asif investigated the generating functions for the $q$-analogue of Gottlieb polynomials. Very recently, Choi defined a $q$-extension of the generalized two variable Gottlieb polynomials ${\varphi}^2_n({\cdot})$ and presented their several generating functions. Also, by modifying Khan and Akhlaq's method, Choi presented a generalization of the Gottlieb polynomials in m variables to give two generating functions of the generalized Gottlieb polynomials ${\varphi}^m_n({\cdot})$. Here, in the sequel of the above results for their possible general $q$-extensions in several variables, again, we aim at trying to define a $q$-extension of the generalized three variable Gottlieb polynomials ${\varphi}^3_n({\cdot})$ and present their several generating functions.

군집 방법을 이용한 비만 여성의 기성복 하의류 치수 체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sizing System of the lower Ready-to wear for the Obese Women)

  • The purpose of this proper is to set up the sizing system of the lower, which would be a guide for obese women for selecting ready-to-wear of suitable size. This study was carried out on 130 obese women and was done by cluster analysis with two(waist girth and hip girth) or three(abdomen circumference, hip girth and crotch length) variables. The results were as fellows: First, it was found that 3-5 sizes were suitable by cluster analysis with two variable. Second, 3-4 sizes were suitable with three variables. Finally, the number of sizes to product was 5 with two variables as a feasible solution, and 4 with three variables.

재활용 행동 집단별 소비자특성과 영향요인에 관한 비교연구 (A Comparison of Consumer Characteristics between high and low Group in Recycling Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine consumer characteristics according to the recycling behavior and analyze the affected variables on recycling behavior. For the empirical analysis, the data was collected 585 consumers from May 14 to June 8,2001. The statistical methods for this study were descriptive statistics, t-tests, cross tables, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS PC program. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. Convenience was important variables to explain the recycling behavior of household trash between two groups, but extrinsic incentives of rewards for undertaking the behavior was not significant. 2. Intrinsic motivation like as perceived consumer difficulties(PCD), perceived consumer effectiveness(PCE), recycling altitude, and ethic was significant variables to compare two groups. 3. Recycling knowledge was important to explain the recycling behavior, but no impact on recycling behavior. 4. Except age, all of socially demographic variables were significant to compare the recycling behavior of two groups. 5. Recycling attitude and convenience had influence on recycling behavior. Especially, ethic had influence on low level recycling behavior of consumer group.

두 기하학적 비선형 효과들을 고려한 대변위 강체운동을 하는 보의 동적 모델링 방법 (Dynamic Modeling Method for Beams Undergoing Overall Rigid Body Motion Considering Two Geometric Non-linear Effects)

  • A dynamic modeling method for beams undergoing overall rigid body motion is presented in this paper. Two special deformation variables are introduced to represent the stretching and the curvature and are approximated by the assumed mode method. Geometric constraint equations that relate the two special deformation variables and the cartesian deformation variables are incorporated into the modeling method. By using the special deformation variables, all natural as well as geometric boundary conditions can be satisfied. It is shown that the geometric nonlinear effects of stretching and curvature play important roles to accurately predict the dynamic response when overall rigid body motion is involved.

  • Recently TEIS model, Two-zone model aid Stanitz equations are often used for off-design performance prediction of centrifugal compressor and pump. The prediction results often agree well with experimental data. However these models and equations have some important variables which have a great influence on overall performance prediction me. But no systematic study about these variables has been performed. So, in this paper, a systematic study about these variables influence on overall performance prediction owe is peformed. Finally the meaning of the variables and the research to be undertaken are discussed.

  • Accelerated degradation tests (ADTs) measuring failure-related degradation characteristic at the accelerated condition are widely used to assess the reliability of highly reliable products. Often, however, little degradation could be observed even in single-stress ADTs due to the high reliability of test unit, and as a result poor estimate of the reliability may be obtained. ADTs with multiple stress variables can be employed to overcome such difficulties. In this paper, optimal ADT plans with two stress variables are developed assuming that the degradation characteristic follows Weibull distribution by determining the stress levels, the proportion of test units allocated to each stress level such that the asymptotic variance of the maximum likelihood estimator of the q-th quantile of the lifetime distribution at the use condition is minimized.

  • In this paper, we obtain two new double infinite series for the H-function of two variables, by which we also obtain a single infinite series involving the H-function of two variable3. On account of the most general nature of the H-functin of two variables, a number of related double infinite series for simpler functions follow as special cases of our results. As an illustration, we obtain here from one of our main series, the corresponding series for $Kamp{\acute{e}}$ de $F{\acute{e}}riet$ function and Fox's H-function. A number of other series involving a very large, spectrum of special functions also follow as special cases of our main series but, we are not recording them here for want of space.

부부간 의사소통유형과 자존감-서울시를 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on the Correlation Between Marrical Communication Types and Demographic Socialogical Variables -on Some of the married Seoulites-)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate the relation between marital communication types and self-esteem demographic-socioligical variables to eliminate the methodlogical contradiction of previous studies, this study aimed as follows: (1) correlation between marital communication types and all the independent variables, such as self-esteem, sex, age, academic history, mate selection type, family type, duration of marriage, religion, etc. and marital communication types. (2) discriminating powers of marital communication types by way of the variables mentioned above. In this study questionaire was used on 392 married Seoulites, which consists of two scales and 9 items. In order to verify the hypotheses, the following two methods were used: (1) LOGIT program to the correlation between norminal scale and /or interval scale. (2) discriminating analysis of marital communication types by way of the variables. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Only 4 variables, such as self-esteem, sex, duration of marriage and academic history, correlate with marital communication types in level P<0.05 (2) According to the discriminating analysis of the variables mentioned above, marital communication types cannot be predicted as the predictive power is only 32.2%. (3) Correlation coefficent of authoritic communication type is higher males than females and higher low degree group of self-esteem than high degree group. (4) In the some communication types, direction of correlation coefficent is different in the some variables.
