터널 및 지하구조물의 내화특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fire Resistance Character of a Tunnel and an Underground Structure)

  • 최근 지하철 시공 확대와 국토의 지형적인 특수성, 시공기술의 발달 등으로 인하여 장대터널이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 터널 및 지하구조물에서 발생되는 화재는 지하공간이라는 폐쇄된 공간특성으로 인해 지상화재에 비해 많은 인명과 경제적 피해를 발생시킨다. 국내의 경우 터널 및 지하구조물에 대한 내화 연구가 진행 중이나 고온 시 콘크리트의 폭열 발생으로 인한 내하력 저하 및 안전성 평가에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시간가열 온도곡선(RABT 및 RWS)에 따른 콘크리트 내화 특성을 평가하고 실제 발생한 화재사례와 비교 검토하여 적용성을 제시하였다. 또한 유한요소 기반의 수치모델을 적용한 열-역학 연동해석을 실시하여 화재로 인한 지하구조물의 단면 손실 및 손상정도를 예측 평가하였다.

Anti-seismic behavior of composite precast utility tunnels based on pseudo-static tests

  • In this work, we have studied the effects of different soil thicknesses, haunch heights, reinforcement forms and construction technologies on the seismic performance of a composite precast fabricated utility tunnel by pseudo-static tests. Five concrete specimens were designed and fabricated for low-cycle reciprocating load tests. The hysteretic behavior of composite precast fabricated utility tunnel under simulated seismic waves and the strain law of steel bars were analyzed. Test results showed that composite precast fabricated utility tunnel met the requirements of current codes and had good anti-seismic performance. The use of a closed integral arrangement of steel bars inside utility tunnel structure as well as diagonal reinforcement bars at its haunches improved the integrity of the whole structure and increased the bearing capacity of the structure by about 1.5%. Increasing the thickness of covering soil within a certain range was beneficial to the earthquake resistance of the structure, and the energy consumption was increased by 10%. Increasing haunch height within a certain range increased the bearing capacity of the structure by up to about 19% and energy consumption by up to 30%. The specimen with the lowest haunch height showed strong structural deformation with ductility coefficient of 4.93. It was found that the interfaces of haunches, post-casting self-compacting concrete, and prefabricated parts were the weak points of utility tunnel structures. Combining the failure phenomena of test structures with their related codes, we proposed improvement measures for construction technology, which could provide a reference for the construction and design of practical projects.

해저터널 급속차폐를 위한 팽창구조체의 마찰거동에 대한 연구 (Friction behaviour of inflatable structure system to protect rapidly flooding damages in subsea tunnel)

  • 본 연구는 팽창구조체 설계에서 중요한 인자인 마찰계수의 결정에 대하여 중점을 두었다. 팽창구조체는 지중 구조물 의 시공 및 운영 시 발생되는 돌발용수 및 이상누수에 의한 사고들에 대비한 많은 가치가 있는 수동적 급속차폐시스템이다. 특히 해저터널에 있어서는 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 팽창구조체를 구성하는 섬유재료의 상대적인 마찰거동에 대한 결과를 제시하였다. 이러한 마찰거동을 평가하기 위하여 마찰실험과 모형터널마찰실험을 실시하였다. 마찰시험으로부터 서로 다른 표면 조건에서 마찰계수를 결정하였으며, 이 결과로 얻어진 마찰계수는 실질적인 모형 미끄럼시험 결과를 통하여 분석 비교하였다. 이 들 결과로부터 터널과 팽창구조체 상호 마찰거동에 대하여 검토하였다. 이 연구 결과로부터 모형터널마찰실험으로부터 얻어진 마찰계수 값은 실내마찰시험으로부터 얻은 마찰계수 값보다 약 12%작게 나타났다.

도심지 대심도 복층터널의 내부구조물 계획 (A Design Focuses on the Internal Structure of Double-level Tunnel)

  • The west express way which links south west area of the central city of Seoul has been notorious for extremely heavy traffics since its first opening in 1991(i.e. the average vehicle speed is less than 25km/h, a daily traffic is 112,000 and among them, more than 94% of the vehicles are the light vehicles). The city government recently initiated a new BTO(Build-Transfer-Operate) project as an alternative in releasing heavy traffic and a high construction cost. The proposed underground express road is the first double-level tunnel (i.e. a total length of road is 10,91km and the tunnel is 9.308km long) ever built in South Korea, while such tunnel system is not new worldwide as such A86 East tunnel in France, SMART tunnel in Malaysia, and Fuxing tunnel in China. This paper discusses major design issues regarding the internal structures such as deck slab, and secondary liner.

  • There are many risks in constructing tunnel-structure. To prevent these risks from occurring and secure safety, the precise and rapid survey of inside displacement of the tunnel is required. But nowadays the measurement of the crown settlement, convergency, and surface settlement depends on general kinds of method which use total station or level. In the way to provide data about maintaining structure according to recent improvement and progress of measuring technology, 3D laser scanning is used. It solves the problem of reliability in measuring displacement of existing structure, provides material that enables to estimate shape change of structure visually, and makes it possible to deliberate speedy countermeasure. By this three dimensioning it is possible to make efficient use of structure maintenance and field measurement

상부 구조물 하중의 영향을 받는 기존터널에 직각 교차하는 하부 터널의 종방향 아칭효과 (Longitudinal arching effect of an under-passing tunnel on the existing tunnel undergoing a load of upper structures)

  • 기존 터널 하부에 근접 교차하여 새로운 터널을 건설하는 경우에, 신설터널의 종방향 아칭이 기존 상부 터널의 간섭으로 인하여 영향을 받으나 이에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 특히 기존터널의 상부에 존재하는 지상 구조물에 의한 영향을 연구한 경우는 찾아보기 힘들다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존터널 하부에 근접 교차하여 새로운 터널을 굴착하는 경우에, 기존터널과 하부 터널 막장의 상대적 위치에 따른 아칭현상과 지상구조물에 의한 영향을 실내모형실험을 실시하여 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기존 원형터널 하부에서 신설터널 막장 위치를 변화시키면서 지중응력과 변위를 측정하였다. 또한, 지상 구조물의 위치에 따른 영향을 측정하였다. 연구 결과 상부 터널의 간섭에 의하여 하부 터널 종방향 응력전이가 영향을 받는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 하부 터널 굴착에 따른 종방향 아칭에 의해 상 하부 터널 사이에서 지반의 토압이 변하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 지상구조물의 위치가 막장과 일치하였을 때 종방향 아칭으로 인한 간섭이 가장 크게 측정되었다.

  • Recently, tunnel structure is being widely used in railway or roadway construction projects because earthwork causes large cutting and damages in environmental factors. However, there are many changes of design by different items comparing with design phase in tunnel structure by uncertain drawings. This study develops a standard process for the change of design to reduce change orders in construction phase.

지하철 운행에 의한 중량터널의 진동 (Vibration of Massive Tunnel Structure Induced by Subway Operation)

  • Problems of noise and vibration induced by subway operation became one of the major factor when new subway 1 me is under consideration. One of the most economic method in reducing the noise and vibration is the increasement of the tunnel mass. . Vibration of the massive tunnel structure has been measured induced by subway operation. STEDEF system which was adopted by Seoul Metropolitan Subway Bureau has been proved that more than 99% of the vibration has been decreased at the bottom of the railway track. Most of the vibration measured inside and outside of the tunnel showed that their peak frequency is around SOHz or 100Hz. The propagation characteristics of vibration in massive tunnel , wave propagate in three directions. Overall frequency in the range of 0 to 125H2 horizontal transmission usually increase, while vertical transmission decreases about 50% in the range of 0 to 25Hz and 90Hz to 125Hz regardless of modal shape.

부산 통신구굴진 발파작업으로 인한 지상주택 구조물에 미치는 진동폭음영향계측조사보고 (On the study of the measurement of blasting Vibration and Sound influenced to housing structure at Wire-Tunnelling)

  • The Caustious blasting have often increased Complaints of ground Vibration and Sound when the Wire-Tunnel Constructed in Pusan. In order to prevent the influence to housing structure, it was necessary to predict blasting-Induced Vibration and Sound. The Suveyer determined the Burden and spacing of Drill holes, minimum delay charges within a allowable Vibration and Sound Level. Tunnel drilling and Ignition patterns are made as follows; No. 1 Tunel (Stable rock, hard rock) No.2 Tunnel (Instable plastic rock; wethered rock) and other Tunnels (Instable rock). The result of 1st testing blasting of No. 1 Tunnel was recorded Under allowable Vibration Level but sound was over 75 Db of allowable value. So Tunnel drilling pattern was amended with 52 Non-charg holes to reduce the blast-sound. The other pattern had no need to amend.

  • In this paper, the full-size structural performance test for a lightweight soundproof tunnel composed of partitioned pipe truss members is carried out to investigate the structural performance. In addition, a nonlinear structural analysis of the same finite element model as the full-size testing model is performed to compare the test result. The test and analysis results showed that the lightweight soundproof tunnel ensures the structural safety against wind loads, snow loads and load combinations. As a result, the full-size test and analysis results meet all the design load conditions, hence the proposed lightweight soundproof tunnel is ready for the field application.
