  • As online shopping is expanding rapidly, the damages undergone by consumers are also dramatically increasing. This research mainly focused on the damages experienced through Internet shopping. The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized scale to measure damages sustained through an Internet shopping mall. A preliminary 35-item scale was developed through a literature review, and 1,230 consumers responded to an online survey using the preliminary scale. This research was supported by the surveys conducted on consumers who had previously shopped at an Internet fashion mall. This research was conducted with the intention of not only supplying academic data on the damage sustained by consumers, but also understanding the consumers' basic behavior patterns. Then a series of tests, such as test-retest, item-to-total correlation, Cron bach's reliability coefficient and factor analysis, were conducted using the survey data and a final scale with 26-items was constructed in the end. The damage sustained in Internet shopping malls scale for consumers consisted of three factors: 1. Trouble with safety 2. Trouble with payment and delivery; and 3. Trouble with after-sales services.

  • GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is power equipment with excellent dielectric strength and is economy merit in high confidence and stability. But, because of structural characteristics, this is difficult to monitor externally and provide much loss in the event of an accident. Recently, because equipment of GIS is occurring problem of confidence used for a long time, development of diagnosis technique have been importantly recognized. therefore, measurement and analysis of PD much has been generally used for equipment of GIS. But, in case of measurement of PD at field, real trouble signals is difficult to classify noise. Accordingly, a variety of trouble conditions for DS are simulated, and detected signals are analyzed by the application of electrical and mechanical methods. For this analysis, detected signals are accumulated according to phase-magnitude with the application of induction sensor, and then we analyzed the characteristics. For the simulation experiment, we make DS for 170KV GIS and analyze the characteristics of detected signals with the application of neural network algorithm. last, we have measured DS for GIS at field, and then have analyzed detected signals.

  • Dentists are known to be highly exposed to the musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). The present study investigated the prevalence of MSD among Korean dentists and association between their MSD and physical workload. In addition, detailed causes related to the physical workloads were identified in dental operation, and needs for improvement of dental instrument and environment were collected from Korean dentists. The standardized Nordic questionnaire was used to survey body troubles and three types of questionnaires were made to investigate the physical workloads, causes of the physical workloads and improvement priority of dental equipments, respectively. A total of 104 Korean dentists were participated in the survey. Neck trouble (82%) was the most prevalent in Korean dentists, and shoulder (68%) and low back trouble (56%) followed, while low back trouble was reported to be most frequent in previous studies. The body troubles were related to the physical workload of the corresponding body parts, although they were not associated with personal characteristics. Most Korean dentists selected 'to keep direct view inside patient's mouth' and 'no support of the hand with dental instruments' as the causes of awkward and strenuous work postures. They wanted design improvement for some equipment in their operating room such as operating light and arrangement of workplace.

  • The purpose of the present study was to find the preferences of college students and to understand trends in their consumption patterns. This survey was conducted using a questionnaire containing 50 questions answered by 614 sudients of 4 universities in Daejeon and Seoul and the following result were obtained . 1. The majority of students favored coffee, yulmy tea, ginseng tea, and lllack tea in decreasing order. Only 49.0% of the students believe that ginseng was beneficial to the human life as a health, fond . 2. 54% of the students had experience in taking fresh ginseng and 68% had used in white ginseng. 3. Their expectations for the efficacy of ginseng were as remedies for hang-over syndrom, high blood pressure, heart trouble, liver trouble, and gastronic trouble, in decreasing order. 4. Most of the students took soup made by adding ginseng to chicken broth (SamGyetang) when taken ginseng. 5. The percent of students who had taken coffee was 97.7%, whereas only 48.3% had used processed ginseng products. The female students especially disliked ginseng tea. 6. The preferences of the students indicate that the likelihood that they will be major consumers of ginseng in the future is very low.

  • The accelerating of industrial development causes electricity demand to increase. By that power equipments need high power, multi function and intelligence. Also consumers demand for guarantee power supplying of good quality and reasonable operating equipment. Also they require for reliance and stabilization of power facility. Therefore preventive maintenance of electric installation must be developed and improvement of domestic technical level is needed in the maintenance management of equipment. The diagnosis of trouble existence is technique that compares steady state with unusual condition, whereas the prediction technique makes a diagnosis of remaining equipments life. It is difficult for us to diagnose trouble existence of electric installation and to develop prediction method in building because of a wide scope for electric installation in building. And in this paper we will investigate diagnosis and prediction method for only switch part of electric installation in building.
