  • According to statistics from the National Police Agency, smishing crimes using texts or messengers have increased dramatically since COVID-19. In addition, most of the cases of impersonation of public institutions reported to agency were related to vaccination and reward, and many methods were used to trick people into clicking on fake URLs (Uniform Resource Locators). When detecting them, URL-based detection methods cannot detect them properly if the information of the URL is hidden, and content-based detection methods are slow and use a lot of resources. In this paper, we propose a system for URL-based detection using transformer for regular URLs and content-based detection using XGBoost for shortened URLs through the process of determining shortened URLs using GRU(Gated Recurrent Units). The F1-Score of the proposed detection system was 94.86, and its average processing time was 5.4 seconds.

  • The Chilean female writer María Luisa Bombal (1910 - 1980)'s "El ${\acute{a}}rbol$" (The Tree) (1939) tells the process of Brigida's epiphany. Brigida first tried to gain her father's love and failed, and later her husband's love and failed, then tried to substitute that love from men with solace from a tree. At the end of the novel, the epiphany occurs when the tree is cut down. In the present work, I explain the meaning of Brigida's epiphany, by comparing this Chilean short story with the Korean female writer Kim Chaewon(1946 - )'s "Trick of Water: A Kiss with Nothing" (2015). In this Korean short story, Kim insists that a woman who tries to find comfort in life through love with a man is destined to fail. I also examine the errors of the female characters' behaviors in these two short stories that led them to their self-destruction, trying to modify their behaviors in order to be loved by a man and their tendency to consider the man as everything in their life, and not as a part of their life. In order to explain the fated failure of finding comfort in life in the love of a man, I analyze the fleeting characteristic of acquiring an object of desire using Jacques Lacan's "Theory of Desire" and "The Destruction of the Elevated Object into the Dignity of the Thing." Thus, I conclude that women need to acknowledge that comfort in life cannot be found in the love of a man and that they should stop confining themselves to this fictitious characteristic of the dignified object called man.

  • In a fast-paced information technology environment, consumption of video content is changing from one-way television viewing to VOD (Video on Demand) playing anywhere, anytime, on any device. This video-watching trend gives additional importance to videos with fine-speed-control, in addition to the strength of the digital video signal. Currently, many video players provide a fine-speed-control function which can speed up the video to skip a boring part, or slow it down to focus on an exciting scene. The audio information is just as important as the visual information for understanding the content of the speed-controlled video. Thus, a number of algorithms for fine-speed-control video-playing technologies have been proposed to solve the pitch distortion in the audio-processing area. In this study, well-known techniques for prosodic modification of speech signals, WSOLA (Waveform-Similarity-Based Overlap-Add), have been applied to analyze users' needs for fine-speed-control video playing. By surveying the users' preferred speeds on categorized video content and analyzing the results, this paper proposes that various fine-speed adjustments are needed to accommodate users' preferred video consumption.

  • The purpose of this paper is to reveal the rhetorical features of the Chosun Sijo through researching them. A poem has been made by imagination and rhetorics which are based on the poet's experience. The qualifies of the Poem have been determined by how the poet described the object oddly. So it is essential for the poet to struggle to make embellishments and artistic skills when he or she makes a poem. But the Chosun clerisy ostracized the poet who was trying to do these things mentioned above, which was a kind of special poetic point of view the Chosun clerisy had. They recognized embellishments and artistic skills as a resort to petty trick as a result of their sticking to the external form of the objects. The reason they thought them like this was that the Chosun clerisy thought the embellishments and artistic skills could show the self-pride and self-righteousness. Also, there were concerns on the distortion of the object nature by the artificial concoction. Because they can interrupted and distorted the stream of feeling and the original meaning, the artistic skills mush not be recognized as the artistic skills of itself. As a result, they valued the poem made from restraining the rhetoric and artistic skills. They valued the poem which had common words related people's daily life, but was able to feel the simple Lyricism. The poem based on these features has remains as a work which makes people enjoy the nature, and face their life without any resorts, and which has the natural leeway.

The aim of this is the regional economic vitalization. The first step of the plan sets up position through the case study of the Theme Street. The theme for each road space is related with movies and realizes the unificative images for each road. Images between the Busan Cinema Center and BUSAN MARINA are introduction of the road and the subject of this road is greeting with movies. The history of movies are printed on the pavement, some sections are made with red blocks for recollecting the red carpet. The next section from the BUSAN MARINA to MARINE CITY is set up being close with movies. In this section, sculptures of filmmaking and theme benches are installed for indirect experiences. The theme from MARINE CITY to DONGBAEK ISLANDS is playing and enjoying with movies. It is made more fun with the installation of super graphic and trick art. The theme from DONGBAEK ISLANDS to HAEUNDAE is farewell with movies. It is expressed by music on pavement and musical fountain. The last section in the theme road from HAEUNDAE to MOONTAN ROAD shows the concept memories after farewell. It is a half way to Moonten Road. The Milky Way pavement and Milky Way square are made by installing the optical fibers.

  • The slippery slope argument means that if we accept a type of action A, we are committed to accepting B, C and eventually N. Then, N is situation which we must not accept morally. It works causal mechnism that B because A is raised, C because B is raised. But in the logic textbooks and treatises, the slippery slope argument is classified as fallacy. The reason is that the argument is not a causal argument. Actually, it is a probable. Also it is argued that the argument is wrong because it fears about the future extremely. But We can not say all slippery slope argument is fallacy even though a slippery slope argument is sometimes fallacy. I think it is persuasive argument in a significant place. Therefore I argue that the argument is not simple logic as a form of thinking, but practical reasoning applied the context of dialogue. So in order to find it to be practical reasoning we demand the new understanding to fallacy theory. In traditionally, fallacy is defined to wrong reasoning logically, but according to Walton, fallacy means a verbal tactic or deceptive trick that can be used to cause someone to fall down in argument. That is to say, whether or not the argument is successful depends on how it uses as argument tactic in a given context of dialogue. Therefore I argue that whether or not the argument is successful, because of it is practical problem used in a context of dialogue, is to be approached to pragma and dialectical method, not semantic.

  • In this paper, we propose a 3D mesh reconstruction method from a single image using deep learning and a sphere shape transformation method. The proposed method has the following originality that is different from the existing method. First, the position of the vertex of the sphere is modified to be very similar to the 3D point cloud of an object through a deep learning network, unlike the existing method of building edges or faces by connecting nearby points. Because 3D point cloud is used, less memory is required and faster operation is possible because only addition operation is performed between offset value at the vertices of the sphere. Second, the 3D mesh is reconstructed by covering the surface information of the sphere on the modified vertices. Even when the distance between the points of the 3D point cloud created by correcting the position of the vertices of the sphere is not constant, it already has the face information of the sphere called face information of the sphere, which indicates whether the points are connected or not, thereby preventing simplification or loss of expression. can do. In order to evaluate the objective reliability of the proposed method, the experiment was conducted in the same way as in the comparative papers using the ShapeNet dataset, which is an open standard dataset. As a result, the IoU value of the method proposed in this paper was 0.581, and the chamfer distance value was It was calculated as 0.212. The higher the IoU value and the lower the chamfer distance value, the better the results. Therefore, the efficiency of the 3D mesh reconstruction was demonstrated compared to the methods published in other papers.

  • This research paper explores the process of developing skateboarding spaces in urban parks. Skateboarding is one of the most popular sport activities representative of urban parks. This research paper will analyze the process of introducing skateboarding activities into park spaces and their acceptance by the general public as well as derive meaningful general implications for park space development planning. The research method is a discourse analysis of newspaper articles regarding skateboarding issued between the 1960s and 2010s. These articles are the main resources to show the creation of a skateboarding culture, generation of skate park spaces, and the extinction of these spaces during the research period. The result of this research is as follows. There are reasons that allowed for the creation of skate park spaces in urban parks. First of all, positive associations that people have regarding skateboarding have influenced the park's users and operators' decisions that a park is proper space for skateboarding activities, and the agreement to remodel the park space. Secondly, skate parks became a space for multiple-uses that can be shared with other emerging sports, which resulted in a building boom of skateboarding spaces in urban parks. Thirdly, urban parks and their new culture of active sports became a marketing tool used by local governments to attract new inhabitants to their new towns. On the contrary, there are three main reasons for the deterioration of skate parks. First of all, within parks in which skateboarding activities collided with other park usage, the skate parks disappeared. Secondly, skate parks built specifically for competitive skateboarding events and without consideration of casual skaters disappeared, as these facilities were not sustainable for use in the long term. Thirdly, the golden age of skate park skateboarding did not last long, as skateboarding trends shifted from trick performance to street skating, where skate parks are no longer needed. For this reasons, the exclusive use of park space for skateboarding activities has faded from public interest. The findings of this research suggest how sport activities should be introduced to urban parks. At first, each park's management needs to identify a sport suitable for long-term development, and not only plan for temporal events or follow fleeting trends. Secondly, the park's management systems should reflect a type of sport activity that would not only be popular at the beginning of the spaces development, but also take into consideration how these activities will change over time. Lastly, in cases where there are conflicts between sport activities and other activities in urban parks, attempts should be made to suggest feasible solutions other than the liquidation of sport spaces. This study explains the development process of sport spaces offered in urban parks, by thorough research of the process of acceptance of skateboarding activities in current urban park systems. This conclusion also indicates further areas for research with the purpose of understanding general best practices in urban parks sport space planning.

  • In this paper, we propose a 3D point cloud reconstruction technique from 2D images using efficient feature map extraction network. The originality of the method proposed in this paper is as follows. First, we use a new feature map extraction network that is about 27% efficient than existing techniques in terms of memory. The proposed network does not reduce the size to the middle of the deep learning network, so important information required for 3D point cloud reconstruction is not lost. We solved the memory increase problem caused by the non-reduced image size by reducing the number of channels and by efficiently configuring the deep learning network to be shallow. Second, by preserving the high-resolution features of the 2D image, the accuracy can be further improved than that of the conventional technique. The feature map extracted from the non-reduced image contains more detailed information than the existing method, which can further improve the reconstruction accuracy of the 3D point cloud. Third, we use a divergence loss that does not require shooting information. The fact that not only the 2D image but also the shooting angle is required for learning, the dataset must contain detailed information and it is a disadvantage that makes it difficult to construct the dataset. In this paper, the accuracy of the reconstruction of the 3D point cloud can be increased by increasing the diversity of information through randomness without additional shooting information. In order to objectively evaluate the performance of the proposed method, using the ShapeNet dataset and using the same method as in the comparative papers, the CD value of the method proposed in this paper is 5.87, the EMD value is 5.81, and the FLOPs value is 2.9G. It was calculated. On the other hand, the lower the CD and EMD values, the better the accuracy of the reconstructed 3D point cloud approaches the original. In addition, the lower the number of FLOPs, the less memory is required for the deep learning network. Therefore, the CD, EMD, and FLOPs performance evaluation results of the proposed method showed about 27% improvement in memory and 6.3% in terms of accuracy compared to the methods in other papers, demonstrating objective performance.

  • <Cheongdamdo>(true-view landscape painting) was identified in this study to be a folding screen painting painted by Jeong Seon(a.k.a. Gyeomjae, 1676~1759) in the 32nd year of King Yeongjo(1756) while exploring the Cheongdam area located in Mt. Bukhansan near Seoul. Cheongdam Byeol-eop(Korean villa), consisting of Waunru Pavilion and Nongwolru Pavilion, was a cultural and artistic base at that time, where Nakron(Confucian political party) education took place and the Baegak Poetry Society met. <Cheongdamdo> is a painting that recalls a period of autumn rainfall in 1756 when Jeong Seon arrived in the Cheongdam valley with his disciple Kim Hee-sung(a.k.a. Bulyeomjae, 1723~1769) and met Hong Sang-han(1701~1769). It focuses on the valley flowing from Insubong peak to the village entrance. The title has a dual meaning, emphasizing "Cheongdam", a landscape feature that originated from the name of the area, while also referring to the whole scenery of the Cheongdam area. The technique of drastically brushing down(刷擦) wet pimajoon(hanging linen), the expression of soft horizontal points(米點), and the use of fine brush strokes reveal Jeong Seon's mature age. In particular, considering the contrast between the rock peak and the earthy mountain and symmetry of the numbers, the attempt to harmonize yin and yang sees it regarded as a unique Jingyeong painting(眞境術) that Jeong Seon, who was proficient in 『The Book of Changes』, presented at the final stage of his excursion. 「Cheongdamdongbugi」(Personal Anthology) of Eo Yu-bong(1673~1744) was referenced when Jeong Seon sought to understand and express the true scenery of Cheongdam and the physical properties of the main landscape features in the villa garden. The characteristics of this garden, which Jeong Seon clearly differentiated from the field, suppressed the view of water with transformed and exaggerated rocks(水口막이), elaborately creating a rain forest to cover the villa(裨補林), and adding new elements to help other landscape objects function. In addition, two trees were tilted to effectively close the garden like a gate, and an artificial mountain belt(造山帶), the boundary between the outer garden and the inner garden, was built solidly like a long fence connecting an interior azure dragon(內靑龍) and interior white tiger(內白虎). This is the Bibo-Yeomseung painting(裨補厭勝術) that Jeong Seon used to turn the poor location of the Cheongdam Byeol-eop into an auspicious site(明堂). It is interpreted as being devised to be a pungsu(feng shui) trick, and considered an iconographic embodiment of ideal traditional landscape architecture that was difficult to achieve in reality but which was possible through painting.
