The purpose of this study was to suggest a direction for golfwear design targeting young female golfers, based on the analysis of their preference of recent sportswear trend. Total 197 respondents, female golfers, were sampled for data gathering, who were asked to answer to the self-report questionnaire with the stimuli of five trendy golfwear styles [i.e., representing recent sportswear trend]. In summary, the results of this study were as follows: 1) The female golfers showed significant difference in their preference of recent sportswear-trend sues, according to their age or marital status. 2) Among the five trendy styles, each of which corresponded to five themes in 2002 S/S sportswear trend, the style of "Retro Chic", a type of retrospective trend theme, was most favored. 3) The female golfers in their twenties residing in Kangnam, were found to have ① relatively higher fashion leadership, and ② higher preference of maximal and kitsch trends, when compared with the rest of the respondents. 4) The most influential design elements in each trendy style, dominating the golfers' preference, varied with the feature of trend themes. 5) Based on the analysis of the young female golfers′ preferences of recent sportswear trend, a direction for golfwear design were suggested.

It seems that the \"fuzzy boom\" which began with its applications has calmed down and fallen into decay at least in Korea. But many foreign researchers say the research related to fuzzy theory has been only running its right course. In this paper, we discuss the trend and direction of reaserch related to fuzzy theory. The search trend is obtained through the analysis of the papers of the latest 10years papers in the journals of three societies: KFIS, SOFT and IFSA.

본 연구에서는 pan 증발량 분포와 추세를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 전국 56개 기후관측지점에서 1973년부터 1990년까지 의 pan 증발량 자료를 수집하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 위하여 계절적 영향을 고려하여 1월, 4월, 7월 그리고 10월의 월평균 일별과 연평균 일별 pan 증발량 추세를 분석하였다. 연구결과 연평균 일별 pan 증발량은 56개 연구지역 중에서 38개 연구지역에서 감소추세를 보이고 있고, 1월 평균 일별 pan 증발량의 경우 33개 연구지역에서 pan 증발량 감소추세를 보이고 있다. 4월의 경우 38개 지역에서 증가추세를 보이고, 7월의 경우 47개 지역에서 감소추세를 보여서, 전반적으로 감소추세를 보이고 있다. 10월의 경우 35개 지역에서 증가추세를 보여서 전반적으로 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 따라서 전반적으로 연별과 1월, 7월은 pan 증발량이 감소추세를 보이고, 4월과 10월은 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 또한 인근에 위치한 권역별로도 다른 추세를 보이는 것으로 나타나서 지리지형적 요인이 pan 증발량 추세에 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 11개 기후관측지점에서 1973년부터 2006년까지의 pan 증발량 자료와 기후요소자료를 수집하여 추세분석을 실시한 결과, 기온, 상대습도 그리고 풍속추세는 연별이나 월별 pan 증발량 추세와 서로 같거나 또는 상이한 경향을 보이나, 일사량 추세는 연 및 월별 모두에서 pan 증발량 추세와 동일한 경향을 보이고, 강수량 추세는 연 및 월별 모두에서 pan 증발량 추세와 상반된 경향을 보였다.

This study analyzed the remodeling cases of 53 public primary schools located in Seoul to grasp the trends and set the direction in remodeling public primary schools. As a result of the analysis, before the sixth Education Process major remodeling of schools was focused on increasing the number of classrooms and after the sixth Education Process public space was increased. According to development of education, frequency of remodeling is increased. But myopic remodeling works were not a surprise. It means the schools simply focused on increasing space. Therefore, the study aims to set the direction for a comprehensive and systemic remodeling plan which will serve as an opportunity to not only improve physical life of schools but also extend functional life and enhance the quality of educational environment.

Because of global warming, the new environment energy policy was already announced. The role of Green-railways is increasing in the field of railway. The government announced a policy direction of science & technology basic plan. The field of railway transportation proposed various railway transportation policy and plans. In this paper, I presented technical trend analysis for railway policy and railway operation field. In this study, we have estimated lineaments in the Euiseong area, Kyungbuk Province, from Landsat TM by applying the algorithm developed by Kim and Won et al. which can effectively reduce the look direction bias associated with the Sun's azimuth angle. Fratures over the study area were also mapped in the field at 57 selected sites to compare them with the results from the satellite image. The trends of lineaments estimated from the Landsat TM images are characterized as $N50^{\circ}$~70W, NS~$N10^{\circ}$W, and $N10^{\circ}$~$60^{\circ}$E trends. The spatial distribution of lineaments is also studied using a circular grid, and the results show that the area can be divided into two domains : domain A in which NS~$N20^{\circ}$E direction is dominant, and domain B in which west-north-west direction is prominent. The trends of lineaments can also be classified into seven groups. Among them, only C, D and G trends are found to be dominant based upon Donnelly's nearest neighbor analysis and correlations of lineament desities. In the color composite image produced by overlaying the lineament density map of these C-, D-, and G-trends, G-trend is shown to be developed in the whole study area while the eastern part of the area is dominated by D-trend. C-trend develops extensively over the whole are except the southeastern part. The orientation of fractures measured at 35 points in the field shows major trends of NS~$N30^{\circ}$E, $N50^{\circ}$~$80^{\circ}$W, and N80$^{\circ}$E~EW, which agree relatively well with the lineaments estimated form the satellite image. The rose diagram analysis fo field data shows that WNW-ESE trending discontinuities are developed in the whole area while discontinuities of NS~$N20^{\circ}$E are develped only in the estern part, which also coincide with the result from the satellite image. The combined results of lineaments from the satellite image and fracture orientation of field data at 22 points including 18 minor faults in Sindong Group imply that the WNW-ESE trend is so prominent that Gumchun and Gaum faults are possibly extended up to the lower Sindong Group in the study area.

The purpose of this study was 1) to analyze the consumers' preference on the recent trend in men's wear according to their lifestyle and 2) to suggest a suitable direction for men's wear planning based on the lifestyle analysis. A survey was applied to obtain the data set responded from 310 male subjects who were aged between thirties and fourties. The main results of this study are summarized as follows: 1) Five types of recent fashion trends were identified through a qualitative analysis on the recent men's wear trend, which were 'Modern classic casual', 'Retro traditional casual', 'Authentic/Ethnic casual', 'Urban dandy street casual' and the 'Refined sportive casual'. 2) The three types of the respondents' lifestyle were identified in this research and named as 'pursuing sense', 'pursuing tradition' and 'conservative indifference'. Examining the preference on fashion trends according to subjects' lifestyle and etc., the preference level of the 'pursuing sense' group on trend was, in general, higher than that of the two other lifestyle groups. The most preferred trend style of 'pursuing sense' group was the 'Modern Classic'. Finally, a suitable direction for men's wear planning was suggested on the result of analysis in this research.
