가속냉각처리한 API-X70강의 미세조직과 기계적 특성에 미치는 구상화 열처리시간의 영향 (Effect of Spherodizing Heat-treatment Time on Microstructure and Mechanical Property in Accelerated Cooling-treated API-X70 Steel)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of spherodizing heat treatment holding time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the accelerated cooling-treated API X70 steel, which is mainly used as a structural material for line pipe steel for natural gas pipes. The accelerated cooling-treated API X70 steel was spherodizing treated at 700℃ for 12~48 h. The microstructure was observed using an OM and a FEG-SEM, and mechanical properties were obtained by tensile test. The microstructure of the API X70 steel was banded in the hot rolling direction, and the polygonal ferrite(PF) adjacent to pearlite(P) has mainly a fine size, and coarse PF and fine acicular ferrite were formed in the middle of P and P. As the spherodizing treatment time increased, the number of carbide particles decreased and its distribution interval increased, and the ferrite grain size was coarsened. The tensile strength decreased and the ductility increased with spherodizing treatment time, and the yield point elongation was disappeared in a stress-strain curve after the spherodizing treatment.

배수체 작성에 따른 시호 작물 특성 (Colchicine-Induced Polyploidy and It's Agronomic Characters in Bupleurum falcatum)

  • The effect of colchicine treatment on the agronomic performance and polyploid formation of Bupleurum falcatum using flow cytometry technique was investigated. The roots of 4-leaf stage plants were treated with colchicine (0.5%) for 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours and then transplanted in the field. Agronomic characters (survival rate, plant height, chlorophyll content, bolting rate) were recorded at 4 weeks and 6 months after transplanting while flow cytometry technique was conducted for determination of polyploid formation. Flow cytometry technique revealed polyploid nuclear DNA formation in colchicine treated plants. The highest number of polyploids was obtained at the shortest colchicine treatment time indicating an inverse relationship between colchicine treatment time and polyploid formation. Results also showed that survival and bolting rates were inversely related with the treatment time while plant height and chlorophyll were not significantly affected by the treatment. This study showed a convenient method for determination of colchicine-induced polyploid in B. falcatum and its superior agronomic performance at shorter treatment time.

  • The effects to the corticosteroid dexamethasone(DEX) and(or) estradiol-benzoate(E-B) treated to induction of parturition and birth weights of the young was conducted in 48 pregnant Korean native goats. The animals were divided into 4 goats per each treatment by the time(142, 145 and 148 day of pregnancy) and dosage(DEX 15, 20mg, DEX 8mg+E-B 10mg and DEX 13mg+E-B 7.5mg per goat). The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1 The time for induction of parturtion after DEX(15, 20mg) treatment on day 148 of pregnancy was significantly(P<0.01) shorter than 142 and 145 days. There was no significant difference each dosage of DEX on same day of pregnancy. 2. The addition of E-B to DEX treatment compared with DEX alone group at day 142 and 145 of pregnancy were significantly(P<0.01) shorter the time for induction of parturition. However, treatment with DEX along or with E-B on 148 day of pregnancy did not affect the time to induction(about 27 hrs) of parturition between each treatment. 3. The birth weight of kids after parturition was heaviest(P<0.01) on day 148 of pregnancy. However, development and vigor of kids were not significant different between DEX alone treatment and with E-B.

사회 불안 장애에 대한 한의복합치료의 효과: 후향적 관찰 연구 (A Retrospective Study on the Effect of Complex Korean Medicine Treatment on Social Anxiety Disorder)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to observe the progression of symptoms according to the treatment period of patients with social anxiety disorder who received complex Korean medicine treatment. Methods: The medical records of 25 patients who were diagnosed with social anxiety disorder according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, and received complex Korean medicine treatment (herbal medicine, acupuncture, and Korean psychotherapy) for 12 weeks were analyzed. The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), the Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), the Korean-Social Avoidance and Distress scale (K-SAD), and the Korean-Fear of Negative Evaluation (K-FNE) were measured at the initial hospital visit and during the 4, 8, and 12 weeks of treatment to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment. Missing values were replaced with the average evaluation index value at that time. Results: 1) Statistically significant changes in STAI-X1, STAI-X2, BDI-II, BAI, K-SAD, and K-FNE scores were seen according to the time of treatment. 2) When scores were compared between each treatment time point, STAI-X2 and BDI-II showed statistically significant changes between the initial visit and four weeks of treatment, the initial visit and eight weeks of treatment, and the initial visit and 12 weeks of treatment. STAI-X1 and K-FNE showed statistically significant changes between the initial visit and eight weeks of treatment and the initial visit and 12 weeks of treatment. There was a statistically significant change in BAI scores between the initial visit and the 12th week of treatment. Conclusions: Complex Korean medicine treatment alleviated anxiety, depression, fear, and avoidance of social situation symptoms in patients with social anxiety disorder. The longer the treatment period, the more symptoms tended to be alleviated. However, the evidence should be supplemented with prospective, controlled research.

BA 처리시기에 따른 콩나물의 생장과 처리비용 분석 (Effect of Benzyladenopurine Treatment Time during Imbibition on Growth of Soybean Sprouts and its Cost)

  • 콩나물 세근 발생을 억제하기 위하여 주로 BA가 이용되고 있다. 본 연구는 종자의 수분 흡수형태를 기초로 BA 처리시기가 콩나물의 발아와 생장에 미치는 영향을 구명하여 BA의 처리량을 경감할 수 있는 방법을 강구하고자 실시하였다. 건조 원료콩을 BA 4 ppm 용액에 침종 첫 5.5시간, 두 번째 5.5시간, 이를 합한 11시간 침종시켜 6일간 콩나물로 재배한 후 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 종자의 수분흡수는 침종 후 5.5시간까지 급격히 일어났으며 그 이후에는 현저히 둔화되는 형태를 보였다. 2. 하배축 길이가 4cm 이상의 콩나물 비율은 첫 5.5시간 또는 총 11시간 침종한 것에 비하여 두 번째 5.5시간 동안 BA를 처리할 경우 증가되었다. 3. BA처리시기 및 장단에 관계없이 세근은 발생되지 않았다. 그러나 하배축과 뿌리 길이는 첫 5.5시간 또는 두 번째 5.5시간 BA를 처리한 것에 비하여 이를 합한 총 11시간 BA를 처리할 경우 짧아졌던 반면, 하배축과 hook 직경은 굵어지는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 자엽의 생체중을 제외한 여타 생체중과 건물중은 첫 5.5시간, 두 번째 5.5시간, 이를 합한 총 11시간의 BA 처리간에 차이가 없었다. 5. BA 처리시기가 콩나물의 발아와 생장에 영향을 미치는 것보다는 BA처리비용에 커다란 차이를 보이는 것으로 분석되어 BA는 흡수가 완만한 두 번째 5.5시간에 처리하는 것이 가장 효과적이었다.

에탄올 및 글리세린 처리방법이 카네이션 '데지오' 보존화의 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Treatment Methods of Ethanol and Glycerine on Preserved Flower Quality of Carnation 'Desio')

  • 본 연구는 보존화의 가공기술을 개발하기 위해서 화훼장식용으로 많이 사용하는 카네이션(Dianthus caryophyllus) 'Desio' 꽃잎으로 에탄올 용액과 글리세린에 의한 최적 처리조건을 구명하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 에탄올 침지시간과 글리세린 처리 농도 및 침지시간이 보존화 품질에 미치는 효과를 평가하였다. 에탄올을 이용한 탈수 및 탈색처리 효과는 꽃잎의 탈색이 완전히 이루어져 명도가 가장 높고, 채도가 낮은 24~48시간에서 적절하였다. 글리세린의 적정처리 농도는 30%에서 36시간 처리구의 먼셀값이 H값 4.0R, V값 6.49, 채도를 나타내는 C값은 19.8로 신선한 꽃잎과 가장 유사하게 나타났다. 건조 후 무게 변화에 있어서는 침지 시간이 길어지고 글리세린 농도가 높아짐에 따라 감소율은 줄어드는 경향을 나타내었다. 12시간 침지 후 무게 변화는 글리세린 무처리구에서 시간에 따라 86~90%까지 감소한 반면, 40%로 농도가 높을수록 51~69% 감소하였고, 48시간 침지 후의 변화에서는 글리세린 무처리구에서 건조시간에 관계없이 90% 감소에 비하여 글리세린 40%에서는 46~54%로 감소율이 1/2 줄어든 것으로 나타났다. 건조 소요시간은 글리세린 10~20% 농도에서는 글리세린 침지 6시간을 제외하고 모두 24시간이 소요되었고, 30~40%, 12시간 침지부터는 48시간이 소요되어 농도가 높고 침지시간이 길수록 건조시간이 길어짐을 알 수 있었다.

SrTiO3GBL Capacitor의 유전성에 대한 2차 열처리 조건의 효과 (Effect of the Second Heat Treatment Condition on the Dielectric Properties of SrTiO3GBL Capacitor)

  • The dielectric properties of SrTiO3 GBL Capacitor have been investigaetd as a function of the second heat treatment time and the amount of Ta. The grain size of semiconductive SrTiO3 after sintering at 1,46$0^{\circ}C$ for 4 hours in N2/H2 atmosphere increased as the amount of Ta increased, and then decreased as the amount of Ta exceed 0.01 mole. Also, the dielectric constant after the second heat treatment showed the same tendency. When the semiconductive SrTiO2 was second heat treated at 1,10$0^{\circ}C$ in air with varying time, the dielectric constant increased as the second heat treatment time increased up to 60 minutes, and then decreased as the time became longer than 60 minutes.

초음파를 이용한 해도직물의 감량 가공에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Weight Loss of Island-in-a Sea Fabrics by Ultrasonic)

  • Alkaline treatment gives Sea-Island type yam to produce microfiber and silk-like touch. But this treatment have some problems in dyeing and finishing process. To solve some problem occurred in dyeing and finishing of polyester fabric, the ultrasonic treatment technique was used recently. This study was carried out to confirm the effect of the ultrasonic treatment on alkaline weight loss finishing of polyester fiber under general alkaline treatment conditions; NaOH concentration 2, 3, 4, and 5%, treatment time 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes, treatment temperature 70, 80, 90, and 99'E, respectively. On the other hand, the three way lay out method was used to test of significant obtained data from alkaline treatment. It was found that weight loss increased with increasing the NaOH concentration, temperature, and time. Also, in case of PET/Co-PET fabrics by ultrasonic, weight loss and dissolution of microfiber were superior to PET/Co-PET fabrics without ultrasonic. Tensile strength and modulus decreased with increasing NaOH concentrations and hydrolysis time. Therefore, the effect of alkali hydrolysis by ultrasonic application was better than that of the conventional method.

오존 처리농도가 ONP의 탈묵 효율 및 펄프 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Ozonation Consistency on the Ink Removal Efficiency and Pulp Characteristics)

  • The effect of pulp consistency on the deinking properties in the ozone deinking of ONP was investigated in order to develop the environmentally friendly deinking method. The pulp consistency and ozone treatment time were varied for this purpose. Higher pulp consistency during ozone treatment gave better ink removal efficiency than the conventional deinking method. In was also found that the increase of pulp consistency can decrease the ozone treatment time which can meet the deinking quality. WRV of ozone deinked pulp obtained at 10% and 30% of pulp consistencies was lower than those of the conventional deinking method. However, the higher pulp consistency during ozone treatment improved WRV. Highest brightness was obtained at the ozone treatment condition of 30% pulp consistency and 10 minutes. The lower brightness at the other ozone treatment condition should be originated from the excessive decrease of ink particle size and then decrease of true ink removal efficiency. Scott bond was increased with the increase of pulp consistency and treatment time. However, the improvement of breaking length with ozone treatment was no significant.

유리기판에 O2 플라즈마 표면처리 후 제작된 ITO 박막의 특성 (Characteristics of ITO Films Grown on an Oxygen Plasma Treated Glass Substrate)

  • The optical and electronic properties of Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) thin films deposited on a RF-plasma treated glass substrate were investigated by X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Ultra-violet Photoelectron Spectroscopy (UPS), Reflected Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (REELS). The modification of glass substrates was carried out by varying the time of the plasma surface treatment in an oxygen atmosphere. The focus of this research was to examine how the optical and electronic properties of ITO thin films change with the plasma treatment time. The surface energy increased since the carbon bonds were removed from the surface after the glass substrate received the surface treatment. The ITO thin films produced on the glass substrate with surface treatment showed that the high optical transmittance was approximately 85%. The measured band gap energy was as high as 3.23 eV when the plasma treatment time was 60 s and the work function after the treatment was increased by 0.5 eV in comparison to that before the treatment of 60 s. The ITO thin film exhibited an excellent sheet resistance of $2.79{\Omega}/{\Box}$. We found that the optical and electronic properties of ITO thin films can be improved by RF-plasma surface treatment.
