  • Finite element program(ANSYS) estimated thermal deformation quantity in high frequency heat treatment process of a machine tool fred drive system slideway and apply deformation quantity in roughing process. Having processed the heat treatment minimizing methods of the quantity of deformation heat treatment process. Having done heat treatment with high frequency after taper processing with considering the existed heat treatment generating the quantity of deformation, existed quantity of deformation can be reduced down to 80%, consequently productivity and material saving can be achieved. When high frequency heat treatment finite element method estimated deformation quantity at difference temperature and time, it is progress at cost don and saved time.

  • Perianal Crohn's disease is a major problem that impair quality of life. This article reviews the current surgical treatment of Crohn's perianal fistula. Fistulotomy and loose seton are commonly used surgical methods for treatment of perianal Crohn's disease. Mucosal advancement flap and fibrin glue are used in this treatment, despite a lake of controlled trials. Fecal diversion is disturbingly high in complicated complex perianal fistula in Crohn's disease. Ligation of intersphincteric fistula and autologous or allogenic stem cells are new surgical procedures for treatment of Crohn's disease that need further studies. Treatment success might be improved by multimodal treatment and new surgical and medical treatment options.

Methods The acupuncture treatment on tic disorder randomized control study articles (published by June 10th, 2016) were selected from seven academic literature archives; NDSL, OASIS, KTKP, Pubmed, J-STAGE, CNKI, and CINAHL. Results Ten articles were identified after searching. These studies were analyzed by year, diagnostic criteria, intervention, evaluation criteria, treatment points, treatment effect, treatment duration, and 'Risk of Bias' assessment. Conclusions According to the articles, acupuncture was effective in treating tic disorder. However, additional well-designed randomized controlled studies will be required to justify the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment on tic disorder.

  • Objectives : The current review aimed to describe the major findings of the NIMH Collaborative Multisite Multimodal Treatment Study of Children with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (MTA) with regard to the treatment of children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods : We performed a general review of the literature regarding the efficacy of the MTA's proposed treatments. Results : There is a large and still increasing body of evidence regarding the MTA's treatment outcomes. We present and discuss details of the findings at each follow-up point. Conclusion : Currently, findings regarding the MTA's treatments suggest children with combined-type ADHD exhibit significant impairment in adolescence, despite their initial symptom improvement. Further studies, using innovative treatment approaches and targeting specific areas of adolescent impairment, are needed in order to enhance ADHD treatment outcomes.

Methods: Three patients operated laparoscopic gynecological surgery and got Korean medical treatment during 5 or 6 days hospitalization. The treatment included Ikgibohyeol-tang-gagambang, acupuncture, moxa and hot pack treatment. Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) of chief symptoms was measured every morning. Results: After the treatment, the pains following surgery decreased, and general conditions improved. Conclusions: These cases show that Korean medical treatment including Ikgibohyeol-tang-gagambang is effective for patients who operated laparoscopic gynecological surgery.

  • Background and Objectives: To determine the efficacy of filling the external auditory meatus with 1% clotrimazole at a single visit for the treatment of otomycosis. Subjects and Methods: This prospective study included 40 patients who were referred to our clinic with complaints of ear itching, pain, and fullness, and were diagnosed with unilateral otomycosis. After cleaning the mycotic hyphae from the external auditory meatus, the ear canal was filled with 1% clotrimazole, using an intravenous catheter and syringe. The patients received follow-up examinations on post-treatment days 7, 15, and 45. Results: The follow-up otomicroscopic examinations revealed that 95% of the ear canals were entirely clean and that all symptoms had resolved. The post-treatment scores of pain, aural fullness and itching were significantly lower than the pre-treatment scores (p<0.01). Conclusions: Filling the external auditory meatus with 1% clotrimazole at a single visit is an easy, efficient, and cost-effective treatment for otomycosis. Additionally, high patient compliance makes this treatment superior to long-term topical therapy.
