  • This study aims to construct Constitution Information Bank to objectification of Sasang Constitution Diagnosis and Treatment. 422 cases clinically confirmed their Constitution by experts are collected retrospectively and 219 cases for constitution-family study are also collected in Constitution Information Bank from Nov. 2006 to Sept. 2007. The information include their physique, appearance, character, temper, symptom and treatment records. Their DNA cell lines also included in Constitution Information Bank for constitution-genome study. Constitution Information Bank is composed of constitution-clinical information -physique, appearance, character, temper, symptom and treatment records- and biological information -DNA genotyping data-. Total of 550 cases are collected in Constitution Information Bank from Nov. 2006 to Sept. 2007. Among these, 219 cases are for constitution-family study, especially, 74 cases are collected from Han's large family.

  • The patients who have illness of hand and upper limb should be received rehabilitation treatment to recover such illness. The rehabilitation treatments is a treatments designed to facilitate the process of recovery from injury, illness, or disease to as normal a condition as possible. This should be done continuously and repeatedly. In this paper, we describe hand-rehabilitation system which provides a treatment method improving and recovering the function of injured hands. Expecially, this system is using a leap motion device which can easily and properly identify and trace a hand motion and provide six treatment patterns for hand rehabilitation. By using this system, the patients can do rehabilitation treatment easily and continuously in their daily life and in result, the achievement of treatment will be improved.

  • In this paper, we analyze the current phenomenon of child abuse crimes based on the information gathered by the National Child Protection Agency. The purpose of this paper is to diagnose the seriousness of child abuse by biological parents based on the analyzed information and propose measures against it. Comprehensive and integrated measures are needed for child abuse committed by biological parents due to abuse concealment, continuity of damage, and inactive national intervention by considering punishment on attackers through national intervention, fundamental in-depth psychological counseling, therapeutic care, promoting recovery of victims, and ultimately continuous and regular management and monitoring as a long-terms measure. To do so, developing customized and individual educational programs and make them obligations can be first presented to identify child abuse in advance and build up preventive systems based on the principle of family preservation. In addition, problems should be addressed at a fundamental level by performing various and active therapeutic treatments such as psychological treatment, mental treatment, or drug treatment gradually and through phases for biological parents who commit child abuse and contributing to recovering the relationship. Furthermore, proper protection and treatment service should be provided to children victimized by abuse by extending professional children care facilities and adopting the professional family commission system as measures by separating family.

  • This paper suggests a marginal probability model for analyzing repeated polytomous response data when some factors are nested in others in treatment structures on a larger experimental unit. As a repeated measures factor, time is considered on a smaller experimental unit. So, two different experiment sizes are considered. Each size of experimental unit has its own design structure and treatment structure, and the marginal probability model can be constructed from the structures for each size of experimental unit. Weighted least squares(WLS) methods are used for estimating fixed effects in the suggested model.

  • We modify the Gompertz regression model for estimation of cure rates from pediatric clinical trials by assuming different hazard rates on the different periods. A treatment period may be divided by the stages of treatments under the different treatment arms. The piecewise Gompertz models provide an efficient method for estimation of the cure rates and a method for testing the difference of the treatment effects in the given interval.

  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, non-face-to-face treatment was temporarily permitted. A lot of consensus has been formed on the need to continuous non-face-to-face treatment. However, the current 「Medical Service Act」 only permits telemedicine between doctors and medical personnel. On the other hand, as a result of legal interpretation, there is an opinion that non-face-to-face treatment is allowed. But considering the overall legal system, non-face-to-face treatment is not allowed. Nevertheless, we have to consider the reality such as the development of science and technology and the outbreak of infectious diseases. Therefore, it is not advisable to allow face-to-face treatment only. Ultimately, it is necessary to find ways to ensure that non-foce-to-face treatment can be performed in a safe and effective manner. And it should be institutionalized. This is strategically necessary and important. Therefore, we must look over ahead legal issues to be discussed. First of all, the scope, the target disease and the subject of implement have to be clear. Also, structurally, the standards of facilities and equipment must be prepared for non-face-to-face treatment to be implemented. Functionally, communication and information exchange between doctors and patients should be well conducted. In addition, the information protection management system that occurs in the process of non-face-to-face treatment should be materialized. Lastly, the issue of responsibility and cost of non-face-to-face treatment should be decided in detail. When these problems materialize, it can be expected that a safe non-face-to-face treatment environment will be established.

  • With the rapid development of both ubiquitous computing and the mobile internet, big data technology is gradually penetrating into various applications, such as smart traffic, smart city, and smart medical. In particular, smart medical, which is one core part of a smart city, is changing the medical structure. Specifically, it is improving treatment planning for various diseases. Since multiple treatment plans generated from smart medical have their own unique treatment costs, pollution effects, side-effects for patients, and so on, determining a sustainable strategy for treatment planning is becoming very critical in smart medical. From the sustainable point of view, this paper first presents a three-dimensional evaluation model for representing the raw medical data and then proposes a sustainable strategy for treatment planning based on the representation model. Finally, a case study on treatment planning for the group of "computer autism" patients is then presented for demonstrating the feasibility and usability of the proposed strategy.

  • Statement of problem: It is important to have a correct presurgical treatment plan before any implant surgery. It must contain substantial information about the patient concerned. However, the standard classification only notifies the dentist about various structural, pathological and physiological dimensions Due to diverse structure of the jaw bone, current standard classification does not tell spatial dimensions of the available bone for implant insertion sites. Purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to report the establishment of the systematic implant treatment plan and its clinical treatment using $Implan^(R)$ program which is based on ASCIi-classification that is available for future diagnosis and scale of treatment and for systematic implant insertion. Results: By assisting the systemic measurement of the available alveolus dimension during implant surgery, it was easy to set initial implant treatment plan. Conclusion: Using $Implan^(R)$ program which is based on ASCIi-classification system that allows the establishment of systemic implant treatment plan and successful clinical performance, it was possible to establish the founding or initial implant treatment plan , the acquisition of information, and the systematization of documentation.

  • J2ME service technology has advantage that can embody independent and, more soft system in DICOM 3.0 and medicine reflex administration server, client′s OS that is medical treatment reflex standard in radio Internet. Also, intranet that do web based spread, and develop by system that can alternate existent client-server structure rapidly. Specialty, possibility of improvement is much because is connecting being limited in internet environment that medical equipment and information system of various kinds of machine are wire in medical institution and so on. Because do medical treatment reflex transmission module development applying DICOM technology and filtering techniques of "m-PACS" In this research, existence, by interlock in radio usable Mobile reflex conversion system design and embody. That is, patient′s information which is stored to various systems to be transmited and can give big help in medical examination and treatment to reflex client without being wooed doctor′s interpretation result and so on in place through environment to be radish tentacle bar see.
