본 논문에서는 로버트 루이스 스티븐슨의 소설 ${\ulcorner}$보물섬${\lrcorner}$ 이 극장용 장편 애니메이션영화 두 작품, 데자키 오사무의 <보물섬>과 그리고 론 클레멘츠와 존 머스커의 <보물성>에서 어떻게 변용되고 있는 지를 캐릭터를 중심으로 분석하였다. 원작소설은 어른이 된 주인공 호킨스가 1인칭 화자의 시점에서 지난날의 모험에 대해 회상하는 형식으로 서술하고 있는데, 모험의 여정에서 실버가 보여준 끊임없는 변절에 대한 그의 마지막 소회에 비춰볼 때, 실버는 단순히 호킨스를 ‘모험의 중심’에 서게한 요인으로서 성장소설에서의 방해자 또는 장애물 역할에 충실했다고 볼수 있다. 그런데 데자키 감독은 원작소설의 실버에서 사악하고 교활한 악당으로서의 성격을 아주 약화시켜서, 그를 악역임에도 불구하고 소년 호킨스와의 긴밀한 유대감을 통해 소년의 성장과정에 가장 큰 영향을 끼친 영웅으로 부각시킨다. 그는 미지의 세계로 떠나는 모험을 통해 피어나는 어린 시절의 호킨스와 실버 사이의 우정을 뛰어난 2D 영상으로 재현하였다. 이 영화는 ‘충실한 각색’의 훌륭한 하나의 예로서, 소설의 영상적 번역이라고 하겠다. 그러나 디즈니의 <보물성>에서는 원작소설과 데자키의 영화와는 달리, 어른이 된 호킨스가 과거를 회상하는 프롤로그를 아예 없애고 그의 나이도 사춘기의 청소년으로 설정해서, 상처입기 쉽고 예민한 호킨스가 아버지의 부재로 인한 마음의 상처와 십대의 불안을 극복하는 과정을 현재화시키고 있다. 물론 원작소설에서 실버와 호킨스 간의 어떤 끈이 전혀 존재하지 않은 것은 아니지만, 이 영화에서는 실버와 호킨스의 관계가 전면에 부각되어 있다. 따라서 이영화가 주는 메시지는, 호킨스가 단지 눈에 보이는 보물을 발견하는 것으로 끝나는 것이 아니라, ‘내면의 보물’ 다시 말해서 ‘그가 무엇을 할 수 있는지, 그가 누구인지, 그리고 그가 어떤 사람이 될 수 있는지’를 찾아내는 데 있다. 그래서 디즈니의 <보물성>은 십대 소년 호킨스의 모험을 통해서 그가 자기 자신의 진정한 가치를 발견하는 과정을 보여주었다. 이러한 점에서 이 영화는 애니메이션영화에서 ‘변형적 각색’의 모범적 사례 가운데 하나라고 하겠다.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to develop a CD program of applied logotherapy to improve the quality of life of adolescents with terminal cancer. Method: Keller's ARCS theory and a model for developing internet learning materials(Kang) was applied to develop this program comprised four distinct phases: planning, designing, development, and execution stages. Results: This program was entitled 'Finding treasures in my life' and consisted of 5 sessions and its educational contents were made up as follows: "Treasure One" is 'learning three natures of the human mind', "Treasure Two" is 'learning creative value as first method to find meaning of life', "Treasure Three" is 'learning experiential value as second method to find meaning of life', "Treasure Four" is 'learning attitudinal value as third method to find meaning of life', and "Treasure Five" is 'Becoming the master of my life'. The sub-menu was made up of 'Beginning', 'What is it?', 'Travelling'. 'Laughing Song', 'End'. Conclusions: This CD program applied logotherapy with flash animation technique as an emotional and spiritual nursing intervention program for easier and more scientific application in pediatric oncology and hospice area.

Je Joon Shin Pyeon, of 濟衆新編 is a classic on medicines which was written as an attempt to make the best of many different medicinal classics in order to make the details clear and concise, because Treasure Mirror of Eastern Medicine was thought to be too extensice and broad, or '浩繁'. Since the result was simple and clear in it best sense, it was thought of as the book which ended the habit of being too extensive, or '芟繁'. On the other hand, there was a need to pass on new knowledge and records, due to the fact that there were diseases that have changed in their properties and nature, or that have emerged through the passing of time, and the fact that various experiences on medical treatments have been accumulated and that the medical system have changed. This is in inquiry mainly in aspects of new knowledge that Treasure Mirror of Eastern Medicines have not been able to include in its details.

This thesis is written to point out the fact that story-teller has to be also appointed to intangible cultural treasure. For this, I compared the birth tales of king keum-wha and al-yeung with ghene-gid-dang dangshin(house-ghost) Bonpuri in Che-ju Island and the place name yeun-gi tale in Yong-ghe-won, Whan-ju gun, Cholla-buk-do. And, I examined that the latter oral narratives are very useful to interpret the meaning of the former documents. Besides, using the In-ju tale(人柱傳說), I clarified that Oral narratives reflect the Korean people's consciousness structure. Through all these, I elucidate oral narratives have the value as cultural treasure. Consequently, I maintain the professional story-tellers have to be appointed to intangible cultural treasure.

본 연구에서는 대표적인 영미 아동 모험 소설 『보물섬』의 언어적 특징을 파악하기 위해 『보물섬』을 코퍼스화 하여 어휘, 리마, 키워드, n-그램을 분석하였다. 이 연구를 통해 고빈도 어휘가 텍스트의 핵심어라는 일반적인 주장과 달리 『보물섬』의 고빈도 어휘는 『보물섬』과 직접 관련이 없는 기능어, 고유명사 등이 최상위층에 포진하고 있다는 것을 발견하였고, 통계적인 방법으로 추출한 『보물섬』 키워드 역시 『보물섬』의 내용을 가늠하기에 충분하지 않음을 발견하였다. 따라서 1차 정량적인 키워드 분석 후 진행된 2차 정성적인 키워드 분석을 통해 추출한 30개의 핵심 키워드를 통해 『보물섬』 내용을 신속하고 구체적으로 파악하는 단초를 마련하였고, 이를 바탕으로 그동안 직관적으로만 회자 되던 『보물섬』에 나타난 남성성을 계량적으로 분석할 수 있었다. 또한, n-그램 분석을 통해 『보물섬』의 작가가 다른 작가에 비해 선호하고 자주 사용하는 연속어휘구를 발견하였고, 이를 토대로 문학 작품의 계량적 연구가 가능한 코퍼스 문체론 연구의 가능성을 탐색하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀낸 연구결과가 영미 아동문학 콘텐츠의 확산과 코퍼스 문체론 연구에 도움이 되기를 희망한다.

본 연구는 2022년에 새롭게 보물로 지정된 앙부일구의 재질과 외형적 특징을 분석하였다. 국립고궁박물관, 국립경주박물관과 성신여자대학교박물관의 세 기관에서 소장하고 있는 보물 앙부일구는 그 재질, 규격, 형태(외형), 은상감 등 제작기법이 쌍둥이처럼 비슷하다. 이 세 점의 앙부일구은 구리: 아연: 납이 90.6: 6.0: 1.8의 비율인 황동으로 제작되어 있다. 이 성분비는 82.2: 3.7: 11.8의 조성비를 가지고 있는 보물 제845호 앙부일구와 분명한 차이를 보인다. 새 보물 앙부일구에서 반구의 받침부분은 용의 문양이 수직기둥에 그려지고 구름의 문양이 기둥의 날개를 형성하여, 반구 지평환에 각각 리벳과 은땜으로 결합되어 있다. 이러한 운룡주(雲龍柱)의 문양은 조선 후기 제작된 다양한 앙부일구 받침대 중에서도 가장 뛰어난 조형미를 보여주고 있다. 앙부일구에 새겨진 북극고도는 1713년 이후에 제작되었음을 알 수 있는데, 실제 제작은 19세기 진주 강씨 앙부일구 전문제작자의 활동 시기에 근접할 것으로 추정된다. 본 연구가 2022년 지정 보물 앙부일구의 재질과 외형적 특징을 분석함으로써 근대 과학기기의 과학기술사적 고찰을 견인할 수 있기를 기대한다.

여러 자료에 따르면 우리나라에도 정확한 수는 알 수 없지만 상당량의 보물선이 침몰되어 있을 것으로 추정된다. 이에 최근 우리나라 영해에서 보물선 탐사작업이 활발히 이루어지고 있다 몇 건의 문화재 관련 발굴 사례 이외에는 아직까지 뚜렷한 성과가 없지만 앞으로 계속적인 발굴작업으로 인하여 보물선 발굴 사례의 가능성은 크다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 만약 침몰선을 인양했을 경우에 발생되는 법적인 문제들과 그 절차들, 그리고 침몰선의 소유권과 관련한 국내법적 문제 및 해결방법들과 국제법적 문제 및 해결방법들에 대해서 살펴보고 현재 존재하는 법시스템의 몇가지 문제점을 제시하고자 한다.

The culture property which is designated with the domestic national treasure and the treasure does not manage protection or preservation as value of culture property of national form. South Gate which is a national treasure class culture property (Soong le) put on the large calamity which is lost with this fire. This thesis intends to understand the aspects of security danger from the research on actual condition of safety supervision department in cultural properties of Korea and propose security plans against disasters to cultural properties through the comparative study with Japan which is advanced nation of culture property prevention of disaster.

This study explored the sandplay therapy case of an elementary school-aged boy who was mentally handicapped for the purposes of understanding his psyche. The goal of the therapy was to help him to adjust more appropriately to situations he commonly encountered within the free and protected space made possible during sandplay therapy. Fifty-five therapy sessions were held. The client showed a lack of fundamental care, which was accompanied with regression in the initial phase of therapy (1~14, my situations & regression). In the intermediate phase of therapy (15~52, rebirth), he experienced rebirth and grew psychologically with the death of both a spider and a king snake. In the final phase of therapy (53~55, the acquisition of treasure), he finished his journey with the acquisition of treasure in a free and protected space. By exhibiting a similar psyche with non-handicapped boys, this study confirmed an archetypal pattern existing even in a boy who was mentally handicapped.
