Design of a Novel Multi-Dimensional HCOC Multi-code Spread Spectrum System Using Pre-coding Technique for High Speed Data Transmission of DS-CDMA

  • Recently, Mc(Multi-code) modulation/demodulation(modem) technique has been explored for high speed data transmission in wireless environment. The conventional Mc modem generates some side effects such as allocating Walsh codes, which motivates to propose a novel Mc modem method with sub-code. Our proposed system should expanded the size of sub-code to provide high-rate data transmission, which also affect adversely to the performance of the system with high PAPR(Peak to Average Power Ratio). Thus, in this paper, we propose a novel pre-coded Multi-Dimensional HCOC(High Capacity Orthogonal Code) Mc modem technique to reduce the high PAPR, which enables the performance improvement. This proposed system can be easily designed by concatenating HCOC Mc modem with the generic Mc modem. The pre-coding technique that is used in this paper is CAC(Constant Amplitude Coding), that helps the system maintain the constant transmission power and reduce the maximum transmission power.

  • In this paper, Various network adaptive MAC scheduling technique is proposed to effectively overcome limits of narrow bandwidth and low transmission speed in underwater. UPFC(Underwater Packet Flow Control) is a technique to reduce both the number of transmission and transmission time using three types (Normal, Blocked, Parallel) of data transmission. In this technique, the load information, in which a transmission node have, is transmitted to destination node using marginal bit in reserved header. Then the transmitted information is referred to determine weighting factor. According to the weighting factor, scheduling is dynamically changed adaptively. The performance of UPFC is analyzed and flow control technique which can be applied to Cluster Based Network and Ad Hoc network as well.

결합패킷 활용기반 수중네트워크 전송 큐 관리 기법 (Merged-Packet based Effective Queuing Mechanism for Underwater Networks)

  • 이 논문에서는 협대역과 낮은 전송속도의 제약을 가진 수중의 다양한 환경에 적응적인 MAC 기법을 제안하였다. 이미 발표된 Underwater Packet Flow Control (UPFC) 기법은 전송회수와 전송시간을 이용한 세 가지 전송타입을 제안하여 일반전송, 블럭전송, 병렬전송이 가능하도록 설계되었으나 기존 머지전송을 보완하여 최대전송가능 페이로드를 기준으로 효율적인 큐잉방법에 대한 기법 Effective Queuing-UPFC (EQ-UPFC)을 제안하였다. 제안한 기법의 전송효율의 검증을 위해 수학적 모델을 제시하였으며 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 전송회수 및 전송량 대비 효율성의 증가를 검증하였다.

  • 온라인 게임에서 동영상은 게임을 홍보하는 중요한 수단이며, 게임 진행에 많은 도움을 준다. 이 경우에 동영상은 저장 공간의 효율적인 사용과 네트워크 자원의 효율성을 위해 가변 비트율 형태로 압축된다. 적응형 대역폭 할당은 게임 동영상에 대한 전송 계획을 세우고 이 계획에 의한 전송률이 가용 전송률보다 큰 경우에 가용 전송률을 만족시킬 때까지 일부 프레임을 폐기시켜서 전송하는 방법이다. 이때, 적응형 대역폭 할당 방법에서의 평가 요소들은 전송률을 설정하는데 크게 영향을 준 프레임들의 폐기 순서에 따라 크게 달라질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 살펴보기 위하여 전송 계획에 사용되는 CBA, MCBA, MVBA, [6]], [7]의 알고리즘들을 적응형 대역폭 할당 방법의 전송 계획으로 각각 적용하여 다양한 프레임 폐기 방법들로 성능을 평가한다.

The effective transmission technique of the robot control data which puts a base in UDP protocols was proposed from the present paper. Following research it leads and it follows the duplication transmission number of time in error rate of radio link and it was thought all that controls petty the research of the mechanism which progresses is necessary.

  • Condition monitoring technique used in the military is JOAP, for which the spectroscopic analysis is applied. However it is known that the technique has some problems in economical and practical point of view. This study introduces a new technique for measuring wear in real time base and applies the technique to a high power semi-automatic transmission. The results show the feasibility by measuring the concentration of ferrous wear particles from the transmission oil.

  • This paper presents a power system decomposition technique for digital simulation of large power system. To decompose power system, distributed transmission line model is used. But this model can be used only for long transmission lines. In this paper, capacitor compensation method is proposed to use distributed transmission line model for short transmission line. And case study shows proposed method can be used for effective power system decompositon in digital simulation of large power system.

  • This paper presents an approach to estimate the power transmission line parameter by phasor measurement units(PMUs), which are synchronized to 1 pps signal of GPS. Existing approaches to estimate power transmission line parameter, are mainly off-line ones, based on faults or switching events on other neighboring lines. In this paper, to obtain static and dynamic properties of power transmission line parameter in service, the prototype of pmu-based Transmission Line Parameter Monitoring System (TLPMS) is proposed. Also, an technique to estimate parameters of transmission line described as 2-port network model and the soundness of estimated parameters are addressed.

  • 본 논문에서는 OFDM 기반 이동통신시스템에서 idle mode 단말의 전력 소모를 감소시키기 위하여 기존의 프리앰블에 PI(Paging Indicator) 정보를 추가하여 전송하는 기법을 제안한다. L1/L2 제어채널을 사용하여 PI를 전송하는 기법과 비교하여, 프리앰블을 이용하여 PI를 전송하는 기법은 PI 전송을 위한 추가의 overhead가 필요하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 PI 검출을 위한 복잡도도 감소시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 OFDM 기반 이동통신시스템, 특히 mobile WiMAX 시스템에 적합한 동기화 기법과 PI 검출기법에 대하여 기술한다. 모의실험을 통하여 mobile WiMAX 시스템에서 동기화 성능과 셀 탐색 성능을 크게 열화시키지 않으면서 프리앰블(또는 common synch symbol)을 사용하여 PI를 전송할 수 있음을 확인한다.

MANET에서 보안 경로와 안전한 데이터 전송을 위한 신뢰 기반 라우팅 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Trusted Routing Scheme for Secure Path and Secure Data Transmission in MANET)

  • Recently, MANET has been used in many fields as the range of applications increases. However, the dynamic topology that MANET has makes it difficult to route and provides the cause of exposure to security vulnerabilities. Therefore, the security features that can be robust to many attacks must have been applied in the routing technique provided in the MANET. In this paper, we propose a secure routing method that secure route is established by reliability evaluation of nodes and secure data communication has applied through key exchange mechanism. The proposed technique used hierarchical structure for efficiency of reliability evaluation of nodes. The reliability of nodes is performed by trust management node and reliability of nodes managed periodically is broadcasted. And the key exchange for secure data transmission is dene without CA as the certificate issuing organization. This allows fast key exchange and the integrity of data transmission improved. The proposed technique improves the security of the data transmission because a secure route to the destination node is established by the reliability evaluation and the data transmission is performed after the key between the source node and the destination node is exchanged through the established route.
