Vinyl acetate has been widely used for the manufacture of polyvinyl alcohol emulsion, which is primary ingredient of adhesive, paints, textile, paperboard coatings, etc. Since these products are plentiful and frequently used around us, workers and consumers are at health risk. International Agency for Research on Cancer(IARC) classified vinyl acetate as group 2B(possibly carcinogenic to humans). Among the organs targeted, the oral cavity is the most vulnerable organ affected by the carcinogenic effects of vinyl acetate. Since the origin of most of oral cancer is derived from the epithelial cells, it is important to understand the carcinogenic potential of vinyl acetate in human epithelial cells. Thus, the present study has attempted to utilize the immortalized human epithelial cell model to assess the carcinogenic potency of this chemical and to understand the underlying mechanisms.

In this paper, we proposed a robust watermark scheme for image based on SVD(Singular Value Transform) and Triplet. First, the original image is decomposed by using 3-level DWT, and then used the singular values changed for embedding and extracting of the watermark sequence in LL3 band. Since the matrix of singular values is not easily altered with various signal processing noises, the embedded watermark sequence has the ability to withstand various signal processing noise attacks. Nevertheless, this method does not guarantee geometric transformation(such as rotation, cropping, etc.) because the geometric transformation changes the matrix size. In this case, the watermark sequence cannot be extracted. To compensate for the above weaknesses, a method which uses the triplet for embedding a barcode image watermark in the middle of frequency band is proposed. In order to generate the barcode image watermark, the pattern of the watermark sequence embedded in a LL3 band is used. According to this method, the watermark information can be extracted from attacked images.

The idiom is listed in the lexicon, because it's meaning cannot be inferred from it's constituents. And the idiom is a single semantic unit. Thus the idiom is inserted to the syntax in the quality of a word. But the idiom is not always inserted to the syntax as a word. In the process generating the sentence, we can recognize the categorial property of the idiom that it is formally equal to the syntactic phrase. Then each of the constituents of the idiom can be inserted to the syntax. This is why the syntactic operation(as modification, topicalization, relativization, etc) can be applied to the constituent of the idiom. In this respect the idiom is a flexible construction as the listeme of a lexicon. The flexible property of the idiom is related to the dynamicity of a lexicon. The formal or semantic transformation of the idiom is the good example to show the dynamicity of a lexicon.

The introduction of the world geodetic reference system in cadastral sector can apply the international standardization of cadastral survey and can be the basis for the creation of new industries by merging with other industries based on spatial information. With the introduction of the world geodetic reference system, non-coincidence land may cause problems which are whether the cadastral record and the real estate register are not consistent, etc. This problem infringes on the protection of ownership of citizens suggested in the main purpose of ｢Act On The Establishment, Management, Etc. Of Spatial Data｣. We have analyzed at overlapping cases between private land and overlapping cases between national and public land and suggested institutional improvement measures to solve problems arising on the site. As a result, it will be necessary to introduce a transformation verification measure by the world geodetic reference system in order to assign a function as a cadastral records to mapping converted to the world geodetic reference system. It is also expected that the legal and institutional basis should be established for alert adjustment and positioning through verification measures. Finally, it is difficult to determine the transformation factor as the co-ordinates of common points also differ because survey results vary by work area. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to consider the requirement to use the cadastral measurement basis by the world geodetic reference system in 2021.

Interest about Modal Shift is not being decreased, and it is drawing limelight as green logistics which meets low carbon green growth of National development vision. As an effect of Modal Shift, not only reduction in CO2 emission but also reduction in social cost, logistics cost etc. are being discussed. However, until now research about its practical transformation effect has been scanty. In this study, the actual expenses via CO2 emission, social cost, and logistics cost etc. by road transportation and rail transportation of container cargo with Origin/Destination between Busan-Kyeonggi Area were calculated and we propose beneficial effects when transportation mode is transformed from road to rail with Scenario Planning.

Caffeine is widely consumed ingredient and it belongs to alkaloids. Many foods that we intake contain caffeine ; coffee, tea cocoa, chocolate, and coke. And it is also added to many commercial remedies ; cold tablets, headache tablets, etc. Effect of caffeine that is known to us so far is as follows; 1. Remaining awake for long hours 2. Increasing concentration and decreasing fatigue 3. Increasing basal metabolic rate 4. decomposing glycogen and body fat and providing energy 5. Stimulating gastric acid 6. Increasing urinary excretion. Caffeine containing beverages(especially, coffee)are also favorite food in adult. In case of children and youth, chocolate and coke are favorite food. So, to intake caffeine containing foods moderately can be a vitality of life. But, a long-term intake or overdose of caffeine can result in many side effects. For example, headache, irritability, restlessness, hypertension, fetal abnormality, etc. Therefore, it is desirable that caffeine intake is under 300-400mg per day. To decrease intake of caffeine, 1. Use decaffeinated coffee 2. Product of decaffeinated coffee bean through gene transformation 3. Indicate content and function of caffeine on caffeine-food container 4. Provide an information of caffeine to public.

Therefore, perforated plate elastic buckling strength and ultimate strength is one of important design criteria which must examine when decide structural elements size at early structure design step of ship. Therefore, and, reasonable elastic buckling strength about perforated plate need design ultimate strength. Calculated ultimate strength change several aspect ratioes and cutout's dimension. and thickness in this investigation. Used program applied ANSYS F.E.M code transformation finite element law that is mediocrity finite element analysis code.

Soft ground has complex features in mechanic character of ground. Some problems about the settlement and transformation occur if the ground strength is comparatively weak and the depth is large. Therefore, we should consider physical and mechanical characters for safe, economical design and management. As the result of the course, we can compare them with those of field then solve the limitations which were came from the complex character of the soft ground. I have considered the soil's physical character (specific gravity of soil particles, moisture content, grain-size analysis etc) and mechanical character (direct shear test, consolidation, triaxial shear test etc), and then make out a linear interpolation by regression using the two, those and connection of the depth
