본 연구는 WGS84 타원체와 Bessel 타원체간의 측지좌표계 변환의 확립을 위해 매개변환요소에 따른 타원체 간의 좌표변환체계틀 정립, 남한지역에 고루 분포된 15개 천문점에 대한 GPS 관측자료를 토대로 위성관측에 의한 Geoid 고를 산정하고 좌표변환을 위한 매개변수를 3-, 4-, 6- 및 7-변환요소로 도출하여 각 요소별로 변환특성을 고찰하고 DMA에서 제시된 변환요소의 결과와 함께 지도투영에 적용하므로서 국내에 적합한 변환계수를 제시한 것이다.

In the shipbuilding and marine industry, digital transformation activities are promoted primarily by large shipyards. However, bottlenecks are observed across value chains, and digital transformation effects are reducing because of the cost and technical challenges encountered by supplies. In this study, we proposed a win-win cooperation model for large, small, and medium-sized companies using digital transformation based on the characteristics of the shipbuilding and marine industry through case studies. We investigated the digital transformation progress in German and Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In addition, we identified information-sharing methods and management challenges encountered in enterprise resource planning and manufacturing execution systems in the collaboration process of pipes, panels, blocks, etc. of SMEs that are suppliers of a Korean shipyard, and clarified communication by building a platform based on a common format between shipyards and suppliers. Further, we proposed a standard model of a digital transformation system for enhancing the collaboration between large companies and suppliers and proposed a basic plan including strategies to efficiently and effectively build a digital transformation system based on the standard model.

The era of globalization has ushered in dramatic changes in the past decade covering a wide range of distinct political, economic and cultural trends whereby people adapt their houses to suit their needs and desires. This paper discusses the process of change analytically, emphasizing the importance of understanding the transformation of Lao traditional houses and its impact factors to the transformation and adaptation to suit with globalization trend, and conservation of the characteristics of traditional houses. This study takes place in Luangprabang, an ancient city of Lao PDR, which was designated as a world heritage city in 1995 as it is rich with diverse, tangible and intangible values. Five cases of traditional house in Luangprabang are examined to understand their transformation through time, by analyzing the basic spatial formation, components and elements, especially to find out the impact factors to such transformation. The study revealed that the transformation of the traditional house is subject to not just one single factor, but to a number of factors, where globalization, regulation, economy, and social aspect factors play a prime role and are the root for all these changes. The case study also indicates that these changes are connected to the benefits of income generation as a survival strategy for the low and middle-income people in Luangprabang as well as the housing demands. In the transition period a new residential type appeared accordingly, in which living spaces were categorized according to their general functions. There was a harmony between people's needs and the physical characteristics of the house.

His paper is concerned on the measurement of transformation fraction of steel using an eddy current sensor. Four stainless duplex samples with different transformation fraction are made and electromagnetic characteristics of the samples are measured.

Comparing to the conventional adaptive filters using LMS algorithm, the proposed adaptive filters can reduce the amounts of computation and have robustness to variance of characteristics of input signals. LMS algorithm is performed in the domain of Hadamard transform after a reference signal and input signal are transformed by fast Hadamard transformation. As a transformation from time domain to Hadamard transformed domain, the proposed filter not only maintains the performance of estimating an input signal but also greatly reduces the number of multiplication. Moreover, the effect of characteristic changes of input signal is decreased. Computer simulation shows the stability and robustness of the proposed filter.

The powder characteristics of seeded alumina prepared from alkoxide by sol-gel method were studied. When ${\alpha}$-Al2O3 seeded powders used, these ${\alpha}$ phase transformation temperatures decreased than those of unseeded powders by 110$^{\circ}C$ and fine powders under 0.1 $\mu\textrm{m}$ could be obtained. When Fe-nitrate added powders used, fast transformation rate resulted from ionic effects of Fe3+, but hard aggregated morphology exhibited. When ${\alpha}$-Al2O3 and Fe nitrate simultaneously added, these powders represented lower transformation temperature but resulted in microstructure with aggregated particles.

국내에서 GPS를 효율적으로 활용하기 위해서는 WGS84와 벳셀 타원체간의 좌표변환 관계가 확립되어야 한다. 특히, 지역특성을 수렴하고 소요정도에 부응할 수 있는 좌표변환체계의 정립을 위해서는 변환지역에 적합한 지오이드고모형의 개발과 변환범위에 따른 기법별 좌표변환의 특성연구가 요망된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 남한지역을 대상으로한 광역망과 이를 4개의 지역권으로 나눈 지역망 및 인천시를 대상으로한 국소망을 구성, 벳셀지오이드고 기준값이 좌표변환에 미치는 영향을 고찰하여 벳셀지오이드고의 대표모형을 선정하고 변환기법별로 광역망의 변환, 지역망에 광역변환계수와 지역망의 변환계수를 적용한 경우 및 국소망의 변환결과들을 종합, 비교·검토하므로서 국내의 GPS측위범위에 따른 좌표변환의 특성을 고찰하였다.

본 연구는 최근 전통시장의 디지털 전환의 시도로 진행되는 전통시장 배달 앱(application; app)의 성공요인을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 연구를 위해 전통시장 배달 앱의 성공요인을 앱의 시스템 특성, 배송 특성, 상품 특성, 고객 응대 특성의 4가지로 설정하고 운영성과와의 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 전통시장 배달 앱을 이용한 영업활동을 하고 있는 상인 148명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 연구 결과 앱의 시스템 특성, 배송, 상품판매와 관련한 판촉활동은 운영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객 응대와 관련해서는 유의한 결과를 얻지 못하였다. 이는 일부 배달 앱의 경우 고객의 리뷰를 확인하고 대응할 수 있는 메뉴가 탑재되어있지 않아 나타난 결과로 해석할 수 있다. 전통시장 배달 앱이 시행의 초기 단계이고 점진적으로 확대되어가는 현 상황에서 전통시장 배달 앱의 특성을 파악하고 운영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 전통시장 배달 앱의 개발 지표를 만들고 디지털 전환을 통한 전통시장 활성화에 기여하는 데 본 연구의 시사점을 두고 있다.

Property of insulation of electric machine is severely affected by process of electrical tree growing. Partial discharges(PD) have been used to determine degradation of insulations. In this paper, PD quantities detected and analyzed are PD magnitudes, repetition rates, phase angle distribution of PD pulses, and wavelet transformation. The wavelet transformation is an extended method of fourier transformation. The fourier transformation is a powerful tool for signal analysis, but it can't include informations for time. However the wavelet transformation analysis can include on the informations of time and frequencies at the same time. This paper discusses correlation between process of electrical tree growing and characteristics of PD in LDPE specimens.

The purpose of the research is to verify how task characteristics for business and technology characteristics, economic feasibility, technology readiness, organizational factors, environmental factors of cloud computing affect the performance of cloud computing adoption through Fit and Viability. The research aims to verify the relationship among the success factors for adopting cloud computing based on the Fit-Viability model. Respondents who work for IT companies which is using cloud computing in South Korea were chosen. The data was analyzed by the structural equating model. As a result, Task characteristics and Technology characteristics affected Fit in a positive manner, while Technology readiness, Organizational factors and Environmental factors also positively impacted Viability. Fit and Viability both affected the successful adoption of cloud equally. In particular, Environmental factors were proven to have the biggest impacts on Viability, and affected highly indirect impact on the Performance of cloud computing adoption through Viability. Entering the era of the fourth industrial revolution, corporations have established digital transformation strategies to secure a competitive edge while growing continuously, and are also carrying out various digital transformation initiatives. For the success of adoption of foundational technologies, they need to understand not only the decision-making factors of adopting cloud computing, but also the success factors of adopting cloud computing.
