The dependency on technology has increased with the increase in population. Technology plays a crucial role in facilitating, organizing and securing people's life nowadays. The Internet has penetrated every face of present-day lifestyles. Yet another ubiquitous use of digital technology today is evident in transferring money and speeding cross border payments that are done through digital transactions. This paper investigates transferring money and data through banks and companies by using the Blockchain concept through decentralized distributed system. The present research also peruses several contexts in which this technology has already been implemented successfully and demonstrates the advantages of replacing the paper money with digital money. Using cryptocurrency will facilitate people's life by reducing time, securing the process of money transfer, and increasing data integrity. The primary benefit of this content analysis is that it addresses an innovative subject, in a new light and using timely recent research references drawn from 2018-2020. Thus, our study is a contemporary and conclusive source for all present and future endeavours being undertaken in the domain of using blockchain for e-transactions.
Recently, convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have been widely used with excellent performance in various computer vision fields, including super-resolution (SR). However, CNN is computationally intensive and requires a lot of memory, making it difficult to apply to limited hardware resources such as mobile or Internet of Things devices. To solve these limitations, network lightening studies have been actively conducted to reduce the depth or size of pre-trained deep CNN models while maintaining their performance as much as possible. This paper aims to lighten the SR CNN model, SRGAN, using the knowledge distillation among network lightening technologies; thus, it proposes four techniques with different methods of transferring the knowledge of the teacher network to the student network and presents experiments to compare and analyze the performance of each technique. In our experimental results, it was confirmed through quantitative and qualitative evaluation indicators that student networks with knowledge transfer performed better than those without knowledge transfer, and among the four knowledge transfer techniques, the technique of conducting adversarial learning after transferring knowledge from the teacher generator to the student generator showed the best performance.

Germinatin and early growth of tobacco seedlings in trays containing many cells is increasing in popularity . Since 100 % germination is not likely , a major problem is to locate and replace the content of those cells which contain either no seedling or a stunted seedling with a plug containing a viable seedling. Empty cells and seedlings of poor quality take up valuable space in a greenhouse. They may also cause difficulty when transplanting seedlings into the field. Robotic technology, including the implementation of computer vision, appears to be an attractive alternative to the use of manual labor for accomplishing this task. Operating AGBOT, short for Agricultural ROBOT, involved four steps : (1) capturing the image, (2) processing the image, (3) moving the manipulator, (4) working the gripper. This research seedlings within a cell-grown environment. the configuration of the cell-grown seedling environment dictated the design of a Cartesian robot suitable for working ov r a flat plane. Experiments of AGBOT performance in transferring large seedlings produced trays which were more than 98% survived one week after transfer. In general , the system generated much better than expected.
The fatty acids content of castor (Ricinus communis L.) seed oil is 80-90% ricinoleic acid, which is a hydroxy fatty acid (HFA). The structures and functional groups of HFAs are different from those of common fatty acids and are useful for various industrial applications. However, castor seeds contain the toxin ricin and an allergenic protein, which limit their cultivation. Accordingly, many researchers are conducting studies to enhance the production of HFAs in Arabidopsis thaliana, a model plant for oil crops. Oleate 12-hydroxylase from castor (RcFAH12), which synthesizes HFA (18:1-OH), was transformed into an Arabidopsis fae1 mutant, resulting in the CL37 line producing a maximum of 17% HFA content. In addition, castor phospholipid:diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1-2 (RcPDAT1-2), which catalyzes the production of triacylglycerol by transferring HFA from phosphatidylcholine to diacylglycerol, was transformed into the CL37 line to develop a P327 line that produces 25% HFA. In this study, we investigated changes in HFA content when endogenous Arabidopsis PDAT1 (AtPDAT1) of the P327 line was edited using the CRISPR/Cas9 technique. The successful mutation resulted in three independent lines with different mutation patterns, which were transmitted until the T4 generation. Fatty acid analysis of the seeds showed that HFA content decreased in all three mutant lines. These findings indicate that AtPDAT1 as well as RcPDAT1-2 in the P327 line are involved in transferring and increasing HFAs to triacylglycerol.
This study was performed to investigate contents of affairs and job satisfaction of sanitary officials at sanitary department and health center. and to assess attitude about transfer of sanitary affairs control to health center and to devise Improving program of sanitary affairs. Four-hundred and fifty-five sanitary officials were sent a postal questionnaire and eighty-four percent completed and returned the questionnaire (382 persons). The major results are as follows: The major sanitary affairs performed by sanitary officials were permission and filing of restaurant business (15.1%), supervision and regulation of that (14.4%). Sanitary officials answered that supervision and regulation of insanitary and/or subquality foods, planning of food sanitary administration, and permission and filing of restaurant business were their important affairs. They replied that the most serious problem of sanitary affairs was 'lack of contribution to the public health' (40.9%), 'putting first in supervision' (26.4%), and 'lack of personnels' ( 19.1 %), and the most important thing to improve sanitary affairs was the substantial inherent affairs. And they indicated that the agency to be desired for sanitary affairs control was the sanitary department (51.6%), the health center (25.4%), For the degree of satisfaction in affairs, 29.1% of sanitary officials felt proud, 59.6% felt overwork, 59.3% hoped transferring to other worksite and the major reason of transferring was lack of promotion opportunity in officials of sanitary department. disciplinary punishment and social corrupt view in officials at health center. The 41.1 % of sanitary officials at sanitary department didn't know that sanitary affairs had been stated as affairs of the health center in Community Health Act. After transferring affairs control to the health center, 14.4% of them felt more proud of affairs but 20.0% less proud. 23.2% more satisfactory but 22.4% more dissatisfactory. and 64.8% answered that sanitary affairs did not change. The results indicate that sanitary affairs should be changed to supervise and control insanitary and/or subquality foods, so that they play an important role at health promotion, and make sanitary officials feel proud at their own work.
A gene (sll0158) putatively encoding a glycogen branching enzyme (GBE, E.C. 2.4.1.18) was cloned from Synechocystis sp. PCC6803, and the recombinant protein expressed and characterized. The PCR-amplified putative GBE gene was ligated into a pET-21a plasmid vector harboring a T7 promoter, and the recombinant DNA transformed into a host cell, E. coli BL21(DE3). The IPTG-induced enzymes were then extracted and purified using Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. The putative GBE gene was found to be composed of 2,310 nucleotides and encoded 770 amino acids, corresponding to approx. 90.7 kDa, as confirmed by SDS-PAGE and MALDI-TOF-MS analyses. The optimal conditions for GBE activity were investigated by measuring the absorbance change in iodine affinity, and shown to be pH 8.0 and $30^{\circ}C$ in a 50 mM glycine-NaOH buffer. The action pattern of the GBE on amylose, an $\alpha$-(1,4)-linked linear glucan, was analyzed using high-performance anion-exchange chromatography (HPAEC) after isoamylolysis. As a result, the GBE displayed $\alpha$-glucosyl transferring activity by cleaving the $\alpha$-(1,4)-linkages and transferring the cleaved maltoglycosyl moiety to form new $\alpha$-(1,6)-branch linkages. A time-course study of the GBE reaction was carried out with biosynthetic amylose (BSAM; $M_p{\cong}$8,000), and the changes in the branch-chain length distribution were evaluated. When increasing the reaction time up to 48 h, the weight- and number-average DP ($DP_w$ and $DP_n$) decreased from 19.6 to 8.7 and from 17.6 to 7.8, respectively. The molecular size ($M_p$, peak $M_w{\cong}2.45-2.75{\times}10^5$) of the GBE-reacted product from BSAM reached the size of amylose (AM) in botanical starch, yet the product was highly soluble and stable in water, unlike AM molecules. Thus, GBE-generated products can provide new food and non-food applications, owing to their unique physical properties.
This study examines the Korean Education Longitudinal Study 2005 7th-9th year data to analyze the university life of transfer students prior to their transferring by comparing them to that of non-transfer students. This study used two types of comparison groups: The first comparison group encompasses all who did not transfer and the second group was 1:1 matched sample of students who were enrolled in the same universities in the 7th year and were of the same gender. The 7th and 8th year experiences were compared, respectively. According to the result, transfer students in their previous universities compared to non-transfer students demonstrated higher grade point average, active class participation, and more interaction with faculty outside the class. On the other hand, these students demonstrated relatively lower satisfaction in university life, lower sense of belonging, and lower participation in student unions, campus events, and other student activities. They also tended to have less interaction with their colleagues. In other words, transfer students showed high competency and interests in academic activities like managing good grades and interacting with faculty but showed less interest in social activities such as interacting with peers and engaging in various campus activities. It is necessary to develope programs to help transfer students to adapt to school efficiently by utilizing the results of this study.

In this study, we could improve transmission efficiency of germline chimeras by transfer of gonadal PGCs (gPGCs) cultured in vitro. Of hatched recipient chicks, 301 chickens (141 males and 160 females) were brought up to sexual maturity and these WLs (KOC) were mated with KOCs for testcross, resulting in 27 germline chimeras (15 males and 12 females) identified by black feather color of their progenies. The production efficiency of germline chimera production of experimental groups was observed (P=0.6831). The average transmission efficiency of proven germline chimeras was 0.6 ∼56.5% (15.0% on average). The transmission efficiency of experimental group which were transferred 10-days cultured gPGCs without Ficoll treatment was highest (49.7%) and that of experimental stock which transferred non-cultured gPGCs with Ficoll treatment was lowest (0.6%). The duration of in vitro culture before transferring was significantly important for the high efficiency of germline transmission. Transferring 10-days cultured gPGCs made the transmission efficiency higher rather than transferring non-cultured and 5-days cultured gPGCs, 50 times and 10 times, respectively (p<0.0001). However, Ficoll treatment for increasing the population ratio of gPGCs negatively affected the transmission efficiency and the effects of sexuality and the reciprocal interaction between treatments showed no significant differences. These findings demonstrated that the crucial factors for improving the germline transmission were the duration of in vitro culture prior to transfer. Thus, we developed the complete system for production of germline chimera using cultured gPGCs with highly improved efficiency and this system would be useful for genetic manipulation and obtaining the transgenic aves.
The distributed Information Retrieval System centrally controlled by mediator or meta search engine result in congestion of heavy traffic and int he problem of increment of cost for the reason of the design of complicated algorithm for central control and installation of hardware. So to figure out this problem, the way is needed that has independent retrieval functionality and can cooperate each other without dependency. In this paper, we overview a few works involved in distributed information retrieval system, then, implement algorithm and design the frame-work of distributed information retrieval system using sequential transferring method(STM) including multiple information retrieval system separated from central control. For this first of all, we present a web partition policy which devide and manage web logically and we present the sequential query processing way by means of illustration through changing numbered information retrieval system. Then, we also present 3-layered structure of framework and function and module of each layer suitable for information retrieval system. Last of ail, for effective implementation of STM algorithm we analysis module structure and present description of pseudocode of this, and show that the proposed STM algorithm works smoothly by demonstration of sequential query transfer process between servers.

This study investigated the types of elementary school students' coping strategies for anomalous situations in science classes. Their epistemological beliefs were then analyzed on the basis of types. To do this, the students (N=75) from 2 elementary schools were asked to respond to an open-ended question about their coping strategies on anomalous situations and some of them underwent in-depth interviews. The analyses of the results indicated five types of coping strategies and were identified as follows: Abandoning, asking a teacher for help, trying the experiment again with same methods, trying the experiments again with different methods, and trying the experiment again after actively analyzing the causes. Among these, the major types were 'trying the experiment again with same methods', 'trying the experiments again with different methods', and 'asking a teacher for help'. The five types were grouped again into four categories such as 'transferring facts', 'constructing facts', 'transferring meanings', and 'constructing meanings' on the basis of the epistemological beliefs toward knowledge and the epistemological beliefs toward relation. The results revealed that 'trying the experiment again after actively analyzing the causes' was only included in 'constructing facts' and the others were included in 'transferring facts'. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.
