This study aims to find the causal relationship between the effects of apartment inhabitants' life management and administrative management on housing satisfaction. The study results are as follows. Firstly, life management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. In other words, the better the management of public order and facilities, the higher the satisfaction of housing satisfaction. Thus, the principal agent of management needs to increase inhabitants' housing satisfaction through education and training on developing life management techniques. Secondly, administrative management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. Thus, the more accurate the completion documents and management transfer process necessary for administrative management, the higher the cost-cutting effects of accounting, construction, and service contracts, the more transparent the resident agreement process in accordance with management policies, the more transparent the election process of building representatives and resident representatives, and the higher the effects of energy saving, the higher the housing satisfaction of inhabitants. This revealed that the principal agent of management needs to increase housing satisfaction through education and training on developing administrative management techniques because the level of administrative management had a positive effect on housing satisfaction. As a result, in order to create reliability between inhabitants and the principal agents of management, the transparency of administrative management such as document disclosure must be ensured, thus improving the housing satisfaction of inhabitants.

이 연구는 천연기념물센터에서 이루어지고 있는 해설사 양성 교육에 대한 만족도 조사를 통해 해설사들의 요구에 맞는 교육 서비스를 제공하여 교육의 질 제고 및 만족도 향상에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 자연유산 해설사 양성 교육프로그램의 만족도를 구성하는 주요 항목에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 분석하기 위해 천연기념물센터의 자연유산 해설사 30명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 문항 구성은 '교육과정 및 수업', '해설사 지도', '교육 환경', '행정지원 서비스', '해설사 지원', '해설사 생활' 등 6개 요인 22개 문항을 추출하였다. 중요도와 만족도 차이분석 결과 6개 영역 22개 문항에서 모두 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 중요도 인식(M=4.10, SD=.20)에 비해 만족도(M=3.37, SD=.08)는 낮게 나타났다. 중요도-만족도 분석(ISA)을 통해 집중적으로 개선 노력이 필요한 영역으로 '행정 서비스', '해설사 지원', '교과과정 및 수업'이 도출되었으며, 구체적인 항목으로 '강의 내용(주제)', '수업 진행 방법(교수법)', '직원의 서비스 태도', '해설사에 대한 직원의 관심'이 제시되었다. 이들 결과 및 해설사의 서술형 답변을 중심으로 자연유산 해설사 양성 교육프로그램 만족도 제고를 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

The medical tourism industry, a convergence of medical services and tourism, has been getting more and more popularity as a new value-added industry in the 21st century. Accordingly, the number of professional workers within this industry has been increasing, and the role of educational institutions to cultivate well-equipped human resources has also become critical. However, compared to practically activated medical tourism-related education programs, studies investigating the effectiveness of these education programs are relatively rare. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the effect of five dimensions of medical tourism education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on learners' education satisfaction and transfer of education training. In addition, the moderating roles of national relations as well as organizational characteristics (i.e., transfer climate and support of supervisors and colleagues) in the relationship between education satisfaction and transfer of education training are further verified. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) using 151 samples from respondents with experience in completing medical tourism education programs reveal that tangibles, reliability, and assurance are found to have a significant impact on education satisfaction, which in turn leads to a high level of transfer of education training. Moreover, it is found that national relations and support of supervisors and colleagues play a moderating role. This study would provide guidelines for improving the efficiency of educational institutions, creating outcomes for learners' affiliated firms (e.g., hospitals), and promoting medical tourism at the national level from the perspective of medical tourism education.

Purpose: This study aims to confirm the effect of clinical practice on dental technology students by comparing preclinical expectations and post-training satisfaction of dental technology students in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do during the coronavirus disease pandemic. Methods: This study included students enrolled in the Department of Dental Technology of D University in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do. The purpose of the study was explained in advance and 70 students agreed to participate in the survey. IBM SPSS Statistics version 18.0 was used for data analysis and the significance level was tested at p=0.05. Results: There were significant differences in clinical practice content, operation, institutional expectations, and satisfaction. Conclusion: Based on the differences in expectations and satisfaction in this study, schools, industries, and associations can study ways to increase satisfaction in terms of clinical practice content, operation, and institution to present directions for dental technology and clinical practice.

현재 일반경비산업은 인적자원에 대한 의존도가 높고, 고객과의 접촉 빈도가 높은 직업이어서 무엇보다도 종사자의 직무수행능력을 통한 만족도가 경영성과에 큰 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 국내 일반경비산업에서 이와 같이 전문교육을 받은 고급인력이 중요시 되고 있음에도 불구하고 일반경비원의 교육과 직무만족에 대한 연구는 사실상 미비한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 현직에 있는 시설경비원을 대상으로 신임 교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 탐색적 연구를 실시하였다. 일반경비원 신임 교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 개인적 특성, 교육훈련특성, 업무환경, 직무만족의 차이를 검증한 결과 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 특성인 학습기대, 자기효능성 중에서 학습기대만이 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육훈련특성인 강사의 자질, 교육시설, 교육내용 중에서 교육시설과 교육내용만이 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 업무환경(상사의 지원, 지속적 학습문화)은 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+) 적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The study aims to establish an effective training strategy and methods by comparing the effects of educational interest, satisfaction, and achievements of virtual reality and videos education before simulation training. Methods: The randomized control study was implemented on May 31, 2018, by randomly selecting 36 participants to compare educational virtual reality and videos. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 20.0. Results: The participants were divided into an intervention group of 17(47.2%) and a control group of 19(52.8%). Regarding the levels of satisfaction, a significant difference (p= .010) was noted between the control (3.88 points) and the intervention groups (4.45 points). A significant difference (p= .001) was also noted between the intervention (80.3 points) and control (63.3 points) in terms of total simulation practical skills. Conclusion: Educational virtual reality can be an alternative training method to achieve the standard educational objectives by raising levels of educational interest and of achievement with practical skills.

본 연구는 인구 교육의 기초 이론에 대한 이해를 심화시키기 위한 교사 직무 연수 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 윤인경 외(2006)의 연구를 기반으로 하여 인간 존중, 인구, 가족, 복지, 교수 학습 방법 및 교재 개발의 5개 영역으로 60시간에 해당되는 연수 프로그램을 개발하고 연수 강사진은 시 도교육청 장학사, 교과 교육 전문가, 교과 내용 전공자, 보건복지부 담당자 등 다양하게 구성하였다. 연수 프로그램은 초등학교 교사와 중등학교 교사 59명을 대상으로 2008년 8월 13일(월)~22일(금)까지 9일 동안 진행되었으며, 연수를 실시한 후 프로그램의 만족도를 평가하기 위하여 리커드 척도 형태의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 분석 결과 인구교육 연수 프로그램 구성, 내용, 강사진에 대한 만족도가 4.25로 매우 높게 나타났으며, 2기 연수 프로그램을 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 연수생들의 만족도 평가와 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 본 연구에서 개발한 초등학교용, 중학교용 교사용 연수 프로그램을 수정 보완하였다.

본 연구는 간호학생 실습교육을 위해 시나리오 기반 입원관리 가상현실(Scenario-based Admission Management Virtual Reality, 이하 SAM VR) 콘텐츠를 개발한 후 효과성을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구에 사용된 SAM VR 콘텐츠는 한국간호교육평가원에서 제시한 표준실무 절차에 따라 기어 VR과 스마트폰을 활용하여 10분 분량으로 개발되었다. SAM VR 콘텐츠 활용한 실습교육을 받은 실험군 30명은 실습교육 후에 학습몰입감, 학습자신감 및 학습만족도가 통계적으로 유의하게 상승했다(p<.001). 전통적인 방식으로 실습교육을 받은 대조군은 실습교육 후에 학습자신감은 상승하였으나(p<.005) 학습몰입감과 학습만족도에는 변화가 나타나지 않았다(p>.005). SAM VR 콘텐츠는 간호학생의 학습몰임감, 학습자신감과 학습만족도에 효과적인 실습교육 콘텐츠임이 검증되었다.

본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 조직에 있어서 교육훈련 프로그램 운영에 따른 만족/ 불만족이 신협조직의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 교육훈련 프로그램변수에는 동기유발, 역할지각, 고객지향성을 독립변수로 하고, 만족/불만족을 매개변수로 하였으며, 종속변수로 설정한 성과에는 영업능력향상, 직무만족, 장기근무의지를 지정하여 SPSS/PC+ 통계프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 그 결과 교육훈련 프로그램의 만족이 장기근속에 가장 큰 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 우리사회에서 생활편의를 제공하는 프랜차이즈의 장기적 성장을 위해서는 알차고 내용이 충실한 교육훈련 프로그램을 개발하고 지속적으로 실행함이 무엇보다 중요하다는 사실을 발견하였다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 얻기 위한 논문의 체계는 I장 서론에서 문제의 제기와 연구의 목적을 들었고, II장 이론적 고찰에서는 교육훈련 프로그램의 내용 및 기대요인 즉, 동기유발, 역할지각, 고객지향성을 살펴보았고, III장에서는 연구의 방법으로 연구의 모형과 가설을 설정하였으며, 또한 실증조사의 설계와 자료분석방법을 제시하였다. IV장에서는 실증분석으로 측정도구의 검증과 상관관계분석, 신뢰성 검증을 실시하였으며, 가설을 검증한 후 V장에서 결론을 맺었다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of core basic nursing education using cellular phone video recordings on self-confidence in performance, achievement, and practice satisfaction. Methods: The research design was a nonequivalent control group modified and non-synchronized design. The participants were assigned to either the experimental (n=60) or control group (n=67). During one semester, the experimental group received training for 10 selected core basic nursing skills using cellular phone video recording. The control group, also for one semester, received training with traditional practices. Self-confidence in performance and practice satisfaction were measured using a questionnaire, and achievement was evaluated by professors at the conclusion of the semester. Collected data were analyzed using t-test and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Self-confidence in performance increased significantly after training in the experimental group (t=7.94, p<.001). The experimental group showed significantly higher self-confidence in performance (t=2.39, p=.018) and achievement (t=2.40, p=.018) compared to the control group. However, the difference in practice satisfaction was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The results indicate that cellular phone video recording is effective in improving self-confidence in performance and achievement of core basic nursing skills.
