시맨틱 웹 기술혁신의 채택과 확산: 질적연구접근법 (The Adoption and Diffusion of Semantic Web Technology Innovation: Qualitative Research Approach)

  • Internet computing is a disruptive IT innovation. Semantic Web can be considered as an IT innovation because the Semantic Web technology possesses the potential to reduce information overload and enable semantic integration, using capabilities such as semantics and machine-processability. How should organizations adopt the Semantic Web? What factors affect the adoption and diffusion of Semantic Web innovation? Most studies on adoption and diffusion of innovation use empirical analysis as a quantitative research methodology in the post-implementation stage. There is criticism that the positivist requiring theoretical rigor can sacrifice relevance to practice. Rapid advances in technology require studies relevant to practice. In particular, it is realistically impossible to conduct quantitative approach for factors affecting adoption of the Semantic Web because the Semantic Web is in its infancy. However, in an early stage of introduction of the Semantic Web, it is necessary to give a model and some guidelines and for adoption and diffusion of the technology innovation to practitioners and researchers. Thus, the purpose of this study is to present a model of adoption and diffusion of the Semantic Web and to offer propositions as guidelines for successful adoption through a qualitative research method including multiple case studies and in-depth interviews. The researcher conducted interviews with 15 people based on face-to face and 2 interviews by telephone and e-mail to collect data to saturate the categories. Nine interviews including 2 telephone interviews were from nine user organizations adopting the technology innovation and the others were from three supply organizations. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The interviews were recorded on digital voice recorder memory and subsequently transcribed verbatim. 196 pages of transcripts were obtained from about 12 hours interviews. Triangulation of evidence was achieved by examining each organization website and various documents, such as brochures and white papers. The researcher read the transcripts several times and underlined core words, phrases, or sentences. Then, data analysis used the procedure of open coding, in which the researcher forms initial categories of information about the phenomenon being studied by segmenting information. QSR NVivo version 8.0 was used to categorize sentences including similar concepts. 47 categories derived from interview data were grouped into 21 categories from which six factors were named. Five factors affecting adoption of the Semantic Web were identified. The first factor is demand pull including requirements for improving search and integration services of the existing systems and for creating new services. Second, environmental conduciveness, reference models, uncertainty, technology maturity, potential business value, government sponsorship programs, promising prospects for technology demand, complexity and trialability affect the adoption of the Semantic Web from the perspective of technology push. Third, absorptive capacity is an important role of the adoption. Fourth, suppler's competence includes communication with and training for users, and absorptive capacity of supply organization. Fifth, over-expectance which results in the gap between user's expectation level and perceived benefits has a negative impact on the adoption of the Semantic Web. Finally, the factor including critical mass of ontology, budget. visible effects is identified as a determinant affecting routinization and infusion. The researcher suggested a model of adoption and diffusion of the Semantic Web, representing relationships between six factors and adoption/diffusion as dependent variables. Six propositions are derived from the adoption/diffusion model to offer some guidelines to practitioners and a research model to further studies. Proposition 1 : Demand pull has an influence on the adoption of the Semantic Web. Proposition 1-1 : The stronger the degree of requirements for improving existing services, the more successfully the Semantic Web is adopted. Proposition 1-2 : The stronger the degree of requirements for new services, the more successfully the Semantic Web is adopted. Proposition 2 : Technology push has an influence on the adoption of the Semantic Web. Proposition 2-1 : From the perceptive of user organizations, the technology push forces such as environmental conduciveness, reference models, potential business value, and government sponsorship programs have a positive impact on the adoption of the Semantic Web while uncertainty and lower technology maturity have a negative impact on its adoption. Proposition 2-2 : From the perceptive of suppliers, the technology push forces such as environmental conduciveness, reference models, potential business value, government sponsorship programs, and promising prospects for technology demand have a positive impact on the adoption of the Semantic Web while uncertainty, lower technology maturity, complexity and lower trialability have a negative impact on its adoption. Proposition 3 : The absorptive capacities such as organizational formal support systems, officer's or manager's competency analyzing technology characteristics, their passion or willingness, and top management support are positively associated with successful adoption of the Semantic Web innovation from the perceptive of user organizations. Proposition 4 : Supplier's competence has a positive impact on the absorptive capacities of user organizations and technology push forces. Proposition 5 : The greater the gap of expectation between users and suppliers, the later the Semantic Web is adopted. Proposition 6 : The post-adoption activities such as budget allocation, reaching critical mass, and sharing ontology to offer sustainable services are positively associated with successful routinization and infusion of the Semantic Web innovation from the perceptive of user organizations.

무등산(無等山) 도립공원(道立公園)의 등산로(登山路) 이용현황(利用現況)과 등산로(登山路) 선정요인(選定要因) (Present Use of Trails and Influential Factors on Trail Selection -in Mudeung-san Provincial Park-)

  • 연구는 무등산 도립공원의 등산로 이용현황을 알아보고, 이용자가 등산로를 선정할 때에 어떠한 속성과 요인들이 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 시행되었다. 본 연구는 1996년 8월중 전남지방의 화순군과 담양군 그리고 광주광역시에 걸쳐 위치한 무등산 도립공원에서 실시되었다. 현지설문조사와 우편설문조사를 통하여 본 연구를 위한 자료를 수집하였으며, 총 1,173 명의 조사대상자중 519명(44.2%)이 연구의 분석에 이용되었다. 등산로를 선정하는 요인은 크게 8가지 특성으로 분류되었으며, 전반적으로 각 요인에 대한 중요도의 순위를 보면, 1) 경관의 미, 2) 안전성(물리적, 범죄), 3) 건강을 위한 여건, 4) 고요함, 5) 친숙성, 6) 목적지로 가는 길, 7) 편리성/사회성, 8) 타의에 의해 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 각 요인에 대한 중요성의 순위는 각 등산로에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 성별, 연령, 그룹의 크기, 방문경험의 횟수 등과 같은 이용자의 특성과 이용행태에 따라서도 특정 요인에 대한 중요도에 차이를 보였다. 휴양동기는 크게 5가지로 분류되었으며, 중요도는 전반적으로 1)자연과의 접촉, 2) 자기훈련, 3) 고독, 4) 사회적 교류, 5) 문화유적지 답사의 순으로 나타났다. 등산로에 관계없이 '자연과의 접촉'은 포든 등산로에서 가장 높은 중요도를 보였으며, 그 이외의 4가지 휴양봉기에서는 등산로에 관계없이 중요도의 순서에 거의 차이가 없었다. 특정 등산로의 선정요인과 휴양동기사이에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나다났다. 본 연구의 결과는 등산로의 특성과 선정요인을 파악함으로써 특정 등산로의 집중적인 이용현상에 의하여 초래될 수 있는 사회 생태적 문제의 감소와 양질의 다양한 휴양경험 제공을 위한 효과적인 관리전략을 세울 수 있는 기초적인 자료가 될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다 본 연구의 결과에 대한 토의와 이를 바탕으로 몇 가지 관리전략을 제시하였다.

웰다잉 국가 전략에 대한 일반 국민들의 인식 및 수용도 (Public Perception and Acceptance of the National Strategy for Well-Dying)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 정부가 호스피스완화의료를 제도적으로 지원하겠다고 발표한 2002년 이후 10년이 지난 현시점에서 일반 대중들의 웰다잉에 대한 인식과 수용도가 어떤 방향성을 띄는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 향후 한국 호스피스 완화의료 정책이 나아갈 길을 제시하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 방법: 2012년 6월 1일부터 6월 11일까지 전국 만 20~69세 성인 남녀 1,000명을 대상으로 Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI)를 이용하여 웰다잉에 대한 인식 및 수용도에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 조사 항목은 인구학적 특성 전반과 신체적, 정신적, 사회적, 영적 건강상태 등 건강에 대한 인식, 그리고 아름다운 삶의 마무리에 대한 정책적 선호도로 구성하였다. 결과: 아름다운 삶의 마무리를 위한 제1 중요 요소로는 다른 사람에게 부담을 주지 않음이 36.7%로 가장 많았다. 제2 중요 요소로는 가족이나 의미 있는 사람과 함께 있는 것이 19.1%로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였다. 죽음과 관련하여 삶의 아름다운 마무리를 위한 9가지 전략의 선호도를 조사한 결과, 간병 품앗이 활성화에 대해 찬성하는 의견이 88.3%로 가장 많았으며 의료인의 임종환자 관리 교육 실시(83.7%), 장례식장 대신 가족들을 편하게 해주고 의료진이 환자를 돌볼 수 있는 시설을 병원/집에서 가까운 곳에 마련(81.7%)이 그 뒤를 이었다. 삶의 아름다운 마무리를 위한 5개년 국가 전략을 수립하는 것에 찬성한 비율은 전체의 91%로 매우 높은 수준이었으며 그 수행 주체로는 정부(47.5%), 국회(20.2%), 시민 단체(10%)순인 것으로 조사되었다. 결론: 일반 국민 1,000명을 대상으로 조사한 본 연구결과는 국가적 차원의 웰다잉 정책과 완화의료의 제도적 지원책을 마련하는데 초석이 될 수 있을 것이다.

창업보육센터 매니저의 역량 특성이 조직몰입과 업무성과에 미치는 영향 : 매니저의 자기효능감을 중심으로 (Business Incubator Manager's Competency Characteristics Affect Organizational Commitment and Work Performance : Focused on the Manager's Self-Efficacy)

  • 국내 대표적인 창업지원 기관으로 창업보육센터, 창업진흥원, 테크노파크, 창조경제혁신센터 등이 있으며, 전국에 창업보육센터는 260여개가 있다. 창업보육센터는 운영 주체로 대학, 연구소, 재단·협회 등이 운영하고 있고, 센터는 센터장과 창업보육전문매니저(이하 '매니저') 등으로 구성되어 센터 운영관리 및 입주기업 창업보육지원서비스 등의 업무를 수행하고 있다. 그동안 창업보육센터 운영에 관한 연구는 주로 입주기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 중심으로 연구되었지, 창업보육센터 매니저의 역량 특성과 조직몰입이 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구는 부족했다. 본 연구의 목적은 창업보육센터 매니저의 역량 특성이 조직몰입과 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 탐색하고 각 요인 간의 인과관계를 밝힘으로써 창업보육센터 운영에서 매니저의 역할에 실무적인 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 탐색적 연구로써 연구대상은 전국 창업보육센터에 근무하는 약 600명의 매니저를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 유효한 116개의 응답 자료를 근거로 기술통계 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석 등과 구조방정식모형으로 가설을 검정하였다. 분석 결과, 창업보육센터 매니저의 인지적 특성인 기술, 행동적 특성인 의사소통과 상황대처가 매니저의 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 행동적 특성이 인지적 특성보다 자기효능감에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 매니저의 인지적 특성과 행동적 특성, 그리고 자기효능감은 조직몰입과 업무성과에 직간접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 매니저의 자기효능감은 조직몰입과 업무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는데, 이러한 결과는 매니저의 역량 특성이 조직몰입과 업무성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치기보다는 매니저의 자기효능감을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 창업보육센터 매니저의 자기효능감이 행동적 특성과 업무성과 간의 인과관계에서 매우 중요한 매개역할을 하므로 창업보육센터를 효율적으로 운영하기 위해서는 매니저의 자기효능감을 높일 수 있도록 업무환경을 조성하고 매니저의 역량을 향상시키기 위한 교육이나 지원이 필요하다는 점이다. 또한 본 연구결과는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에서 창업보육센터 매니저의 직무 능력에 자기효능감을 직업기초능력으로 포함할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사한다.

빅데이터 도입의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구: 전략적 가치인식과 TOE(Technology Organizational Environment) Framework을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors for Big Data Intented Adoption: Focusing on the Strategic Value Recognition and TOE Framework)

  • To survive in the global competitive environment, enterprise should be able to solve various problems and find the optimal solution effectively. The big-data is being perceived as a tool for solving enterprise problems effectively and improve competitiveness with its' various problem solving and advanced predictive capabilities. Due to its remarkable performance, the implementation of big data systems has been increased through many enterprises around the world. Currently the big-data is called the 'crude oil' of the 21st century and is expected to provide competitive superiority. The reason why the big data is in the limelight is because while the conventional IT technology has been falling behind much in its possibility level, the big data has gone beyond the technological possibility and has the advantage of being utilized to create new values such as business optimization and new business creation through analysis of big data. Since the big data has been introduced too hastily without considering the strategic value deduction and achievement obtained through the big data, however, there are difficulties in the strategic value deduction and data utilization that can be gained through big data. According to the survey result of 1,800 IT professionals from 18 countries world wide, the percentage of the corporation where the big data is being utilized well was only 28%, and many of them responded that they are having difficulties in strategic value deduction and operation through big data. The strategic value should be deducted and environment phases like corporate internal and external related regulations and systems should be considered in order to introduce big data, but these factors were not well being reflected. The cause of the failure turned out to be that the big data was introduced by way of the IT trend and surrounding environment, but it was introduced hastily in the situation where the introduction condition was not well arranged. The strategic value which can be obtained through big data should be clearly comprehended and systematic environment analysis is very important about applicability in order to introduce successful big data, but since the corporations are considering only partial achievements and technological phases that can be obtained through big data, the successful introduction is not being made. Previous study shows that most of big data researches are focused on big data concept, cases, and practical suggestions without empirical study. The purpose of this study is provide the theoretically and practically useful implementation framework and strategies of big data systems with conducting comprehensive literature review, finding influencing factors for successful big data systems implementation, and analysing empirical models. To do this, the elements which can affect the introduction intention of big data were deducted by reviewing the information system's successful factors, strategic value perception factors, considering factors for the information system introduction environment and big data related literature in order to comprehend the effect factors when the corporations introduce big data and structured questionnaire was developed. After that, the questionnaire and the statistical analysis were performed with the people in charge of the big data inside the corporations as objects. According to the statistical analysis, it was shown that the strategic value perception factor and the inside-industry environmental factors affected positively the introduction intention of big data. The theoretical, practical and political implications deducted from the study result is as follows. The frist theoretical implication is that this study has proposed theoretically effect factors which affect the introduction intention of big data by reviewing the strategic value perception and environmental factors and big data related precedent studies and proposed the variables and measurement items which were analyzed empirically and verified. This study has meaning in that it has measured the influence of each variable on the introduction intention by verifying the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables through structural equation model. Second, this study has defined the independent variable(strategic value perception, environment), dependent variable(introduction intention) and regulatory variable(type of business and corporate size) about big data introduction intention and has arranged theoretical base in studying big data related field empirically afterwards by developing measurement items which has obtained credibility and validity. Third, by verifying the strategic value perception factors and the significance about environmental factors proposed in the conventional precedent studies, this study will be able to give aid to the afterwards empirical study about effect factors on big data introduction. The operational implications are as follows. First, this study has arranged the empirical study base about big data field by investigating the cause and effect relationship about the influence of the strategic value perception factor and environmental factor on the introduction intention and proposing the measurement items which has obtained the justice, credibility and validity etc. Second, this study has proposed the study result that the strategic value perception factor affects positively the big data introduction intention and it has meaning in that the importance of the strategic value perception has been presented. Third, the study has proposed that the corporation which introduces big data should consider the big data introduction through precise analysis about industry's internal environment. Fourth, this study has proposed the point that the size and type of business of the corresponding corporation should be considered in introducing the big data by presenting the difference of the effect factors of big data introduction depending on the size and type of business of the corporation. The political implications are as follows. First, variety of utilization of big data is needed. The strategic value that big data has can be accessed in various ways in the product, service field, productivity field, decision making field etc and can be utilized in all the business fields based on that, but the parts that main domestic corporations are considering are limited to some parts of the products and service fields. Accordingly, in introducing big data, reviewing the phase about utilization in detail and design the big data system in a form which can maximize the utilization rate will be necessary. Second, the study is proposing the burden of the cost of the system introduction, difficulty in utilization in the system and lack of credibility in the supply corporations etc in the big data introduction phase by corporations. Since the world IT corporations are predominating the big data market, the big data introduction of domestic corporations can not but to be dependent on the foreign corporations. When considering that fact, that our country does not have global IT corporations even though it is world powerful IT country, the big data can be thought to be the chance to rear world level corporations. Accordingly, the government shall need to rear star corporations through active political support. Third, the corporations' internal and external professional manpower for the big data introduction and operation lacks. Big data is a system where how valuable data can be deducted utilizing data is more important than the system construction itself. For this, talent who are equipped with academic knowledge and experience in various fields like IT, statistics, strategy and management etc and manpower training should be implemented through systematic education for these talents. This study has arranged theoretical base for empirical studies about big data related fields by comprehending the main variables which affect the big data introduction intention and verifying them and is expected to be able to propose useful guidelines for the corporations and policy developers who are considering big data implementationby analyzing empirically that theoretical base.

  • 본 연구는 중국 프랜차이즈 시스템에 참여하는 본부와 가맹점 사이의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 규명하고자 하였다. 중국의 외식 프랜차이즈 산업 가맹점을 조사대상으로 한 실증분석 결과, 프랜차이즈 시스템에서는 신뢰의 형성이 매우 중요하며, 이를 위하여 본부의 가맹점에 대한 지원의 강화, 양자 간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션, 가맹점의 과거결과에 대한 만족의 증진, 양자 간의 갈등 예방 및 해소가 필요하며, 이러한 본부의 가맹점에 대한 지원과 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가맹점의 과거결과에 대한 만족을 증가시킬 수 있고, 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 양자 간의 갈등을 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

어촌지도사업의 평가 (An Evaluation on the Operating of Fisheries Extension Services)

  • 1, The Purpose of Study This is a study on the Evaluation of the operating of Fisheries Extension Services of Korea, for performing the activities such as guiding fisheries technique as well as offering industrial information to the fishermen in fishing village. By doing so, the Fisheries Extension Sevices(FES) can materialize the continued growth of fisheries, the social and economic development of fishing village, and the increase in income by enhancing the knowledge level of Fishermen, etc. In performing fisheries policy, this activity plays a great role on the research and development activity, and it has become practical since 1976 in Korea. In order to meet immediately with the problem of fisheries technical innovation and rapid environmental changes surrounding the fisheries, the fishermen should not only enhance their scientific and comprehensive capacity in fisheries technique but abtain various effective information. Generally, as most of all the fishemen are poor in the managerial structure and scattered in fishing villages, they have little opportunity in the contact of information. As a result, it is nessessary for the FES to perform the fishing business by the extension service officials who has received special training and acquired fisheries know-how in these fields. And yet, FES is under the unfullfilled circumstance in such factors as manpower, technical know-how, equipment, and the service system etc., which is required in promoting the social, economic development of fishing village and in resolving the high technique demand of fisherman. This study on the fisheries extension services have been studied from those backgrounds. 2. Research Method The data of collecting methods which were necessary in carrying out this study was adopted by the questionaire research on the present extension service activity, through the subject of the extension services (driving agency of the work and the officials), the object(fishemen) and the 3rd observers to the extension services (the authorities concerned). The research sample was taken by the sampling extraction of total 1, 774 men from the above 3 groups. And the research was carried out from August, 1986 to October, 1986, supported from the Fisheries Extension Office (FEO) located in field during the research process. In this study, the levels of the extension operating were determined and estimated in accordance with the extension service method, morale of extension service officials and the extension service system, etc. through the collected data of the research questionaire paper. And based on this result, the essential conditions of the extension services were grasped, and also we tried to present the various activity plan necessary to promote the operating of the extension services. The questionaire research data was calculated by the computer center of National Fisheries University of Pusan, and the total result was again tried on the one demension analysis along with two dimension analysis to search out the relativity between the questionaire, and the statistical test was done $\chi$$^2$test in significance level of l~5%. 3. Contents of Study This study consists of 7 chapters and the contents are as follows : Chapter I : The object and method of the study Chapter II : The assessment and analysis of the extension services Chapter III : The contents and method of the extension services Chapter IV : Analysis of the essential conditions for the extension services Chapter V : The evaluation of activities of extension services Chapter Ⅵ : Conclusion.4. Results and RecommendationTherefore, the results of this study estimated by logical process and analysis are as follows : 1) Most of Korean fishing villages and coastal fishermen have shown much concerns about fisheries technique and social changes, thus many of them were confronted with new problems on how to adapt and to meet changes. 2) Majority of fishermen estimated FEO as an organization of specific technologies with all the thing concerning the fisheries technique in general. Therefore the fishermen wanted to utilize the FEO as an adaptable method for the modern fisheries techniques as well as the environmental changes. 3) In contrast with the fast changes of the fisheries technique, the complexity and variety of technical system and the broadness of fishing village and fishermen, it was revealed that the necessary factors such as the facilities, manpower, budget, and the level of applying techniques of the FEO located in field were highly insufficient. Accordingly, the guiding efficiency was low and the extension services did not provide full solution to the various request from fishermen. 4) It is possible to classify the activation factor for the extension service into two large dimension ; personal dimension relevant to guidance officials and work dimension relevant to the organization. And it was found that the activation level of the work dimension was far lower than the personal dimension between them. So, the activation should be done first in the dimesion to promote the activation of the extension services. 5) The extension services officials are now demoralized in general, thus it is necessary to take reality into consideration : the expense of activity, the adequate endowment of activity scope and the reasonable operation of the position class, etc to enhance its morale. However, in order to do the FES activation, first of all, the systems should be established which is lain unsettled stage until now. And there must be change in the understanding of government i.e. the fisheries extension services are the essential policy subject to build up the base of fisheries growth and modernize the fisheries management. And it should be driven positively with the recognition of the "lasting project".g project".uot;.

  • 본 연구는 치위생과 학생들의 스트레스를 분석하고 일반적 특성에 따른 스트레스의 차이가 있는지와 어떠한 요인이 가장 영향을 많이 미치는지 파악하기 위해 2011년 3월부터 2011년 4월까지 약 1개월에 걸쳐 3개 대학의 치위생과 재학생을 편의 추출하여 자료를 수집하였고 설문지 561부를 분석에 사용한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 치위생과 학생들이 사회 심리적으로 느끼는 스트레스는 5점 만점 중 전체 평균이 2.85점으로 나타났으며, 다섯 가지 스트레스 요인 중에서 경제적 스트레스가 가장 높았으며 진로 문제, 학업, 대인관계, 가족 스트레스 순으로 나타났다. 2. 치위생과 학생들이 사회 심리적으로 느끼는 스트레스를 각 문항별로 살펴보면 경제 요인에서 '불필요한 일에 돈을 쓰고 후회하는 때가 있다'가 3.73점, 학업 요인에서는 '시험, 학점, 과제물로 인한 심리적 부담이 크다' 3.53점, 진로 요인에서는 '취업 준비를 어떻게 해야 하는지에 대해 걱정이 된다'가 3.29점, 가족 요인에서는 '부모님의 기대가 부담스럽다' 2.89점, 대인관계 요인에서는 '인간관계의 폭이 좁다'가 2.67점으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 3. 치위생과 학생들의 일반적 특성에 따른 스트레스 영역별 요인의 차이를 살펴보면 지역별 조사대상자에 따른 경제 요인은 경기도 지역(p<0.001), 학업 요인은 전라북도 지역(p<0.05)에서 높았으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 학년에 따른 경제 요인은 2학년(p<0.001), 학업 요인은 3학년(p<0.001)이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 경제 수준이 낮을수록 경제 요인(p<0.001)과 대인관계 요인(p<0.01)에 대한 스트레스는 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, 수업시간에 따른 경제 요인은 9시간 이상(p<0.01)이 가장 스트레스를 받는 것으로 나타났다. 가족과의 대화시간이 짧을수록 경제 요인(p<0.05), 가족 요인(p<0.01), 대인관계 요인(p<0.01), 학업 요인(p<0.05)에서 스트레스 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 본인의 건강 정도가 나쁘다고 생각할수록 경제 요인(p<0.01), 가족 요인(p<0.001), 대인관계 요인(p<0.001), 학업 요인(p<0.05)에서 스트레스 수준이 높아 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4. 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 다른 변수들이 통제된 가운데 가족과의 대화시간이 적을 수록, 본인이 현재의 건강상태를 양호하지 못하다고 생각할수록 스트레스는 커진다고 볼 수 있었다.

의료기관 QI 담당자의 목표추구몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Goal-Orientation of QI Performers in the Medical Centers)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide the data base for the activation of Quality Improvement operation through investigating the status of Quality Improvement operation, and finding out factors influencing on the goal-orientation of QI performers in the medical centers of more than one hundred beds where are practicing Quality Improvement operation. In order to reach the purpose, document study was carried out grounded on the proceeding researches and formulated statistical data in relation with the status of Quality Improvement performers, and proof study was carried out through questionnaire survey. The subjects of the survey were the Quality Improvement performers working in seventy three medical centers in Pusan-Gyeongnam, Daegu-Gyeongbuk, and Ulsan. Among eighty three Quality Improvement performers, fifty, five were questionnaire surveyed, on the result of which Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were made, using statistical program. The the results of the proof analysis on this research are as follows. First, in the factors influencing the devoting to goal pursuit of QI performers, organization-goal contribution(0.44) had significant positive effects, while organization conflict(-0.25) had significant negative effects. In other words, the higher the organization-goal contribution was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, while the less the organization conflict was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Second, in the aspect of goal performance types of QI performers, the process-centered type showed high level of the devoting to goal pursuit, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Third, in the aspect of QI performance degree, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, the higher the QI performance degree was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). In addition, the performers who perceived their workplaces organic structure showed much higher QI performance degree, which statistically significant.(p<0.05). Generalizing the results of this research, it is possible to offer a few suggestions as follows. First, as the competition among the medical centers is more severe recently owing to medical center evaluation system, medical centers are practicing various Quality Improvement operation in all of medical services such as clinical performance and management performance, to reach the purpose of both cost-cutting and medical quality improvement. Thus in order to practice Quality Improvement operation more efficiently in medical centers, it is essential to nuke use of problem-solving methods and statistical members. This as the willingness of chief executives and positive attitude and recognition of organization members. This requires the installation of divisions in charge and disposition of persons in charge, not to speak of persistent training of Quality Improvement. Second, the divisions in charge of QI carry out Quality Improvement operation at the medical center level, and take the role of generalizing and adjusting QI performances of various departments. Owing to this role, the division in charge of QI is considered indispensable organization in the QI operation of medical centers along with medical QI committee, while it contributes to the government's goal of reducing quality level gaps among medical centers. Therefore it is necessary for government and QI organizations to give institutional support and resources for the sake of QI operation of medical centers, besides to supply systematic trainning and informations to the divisions and persons in charge of QI. Third, it is certain that disposition of persons in charge should be determined in view of the scale and the scope of QI operation in medical centers.

식중독 발생 위험요인 관리를 위한 외식업체 자가위생관리점검표 개발 및 현장모니터링 (Development of Self-Managed Food Sanitation Check-List and On-Site Monitoring of Food Sanitation Management Practices in Restaurants for Control of Foodborne Illness Risk Factors)

  • 최근 외식업소에서 식중독 발생이 급증함에 따라 이에 대한 대책이 절실히 필요함이 제기되었으나, 생산과 소비가 동시에 일어나는 외식업체의 특성상 위생 감시만으로는 통제가 어려워 업소 내의 자주적인 위생관리 방안이 마련되어야 할 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 외식업체의 위생관리 수준의 향상을 목표로 외식업체의 자율적인 위생관리를 위한 식중독 발생 위험요인과 식품위생법 조항을 포괄하는 모니터링 도구를 개발하고, 이를 이용해 외식업소의 식중독 발생 위험요인과 법적기준의 준수율을 조사하였다. 본 연구의 조사 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상 외식업소의 전체 준수율의 평균은 68.6%였고, 영역별 준수율은 서류비치 영역이 75.6%로 가장 높았고, 시설 설비관리 영역이 74.5%, 생산단계별 위생관리 영역이 63.9%로 뒤를 이었으며 개인위생관리 영역이 63.0%로 가장 낮은 준수율을 보였다. 둘째, 운영 형태에 따라 다점포 체인업소는 85.5%, 단독 경영업소는 51.6%의 전체 준수율을 보여 p<0.001 범위의 매우 유의적인 결과를 보였다. 하지만 각각의 운영 형태내에서 업종(한식, 중식, 일식, 양식)간에 따른 차이는 전체 준수율과 영역 수준 모두에서 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, CDC에서 규명한 식중독 발생 주요 5대 요인에 기여할 수 있는 인자의 항목 25개 중 준수율이 50% 이하로 집중적인 주의와 관리가 필요한 식중독 발생 잠재 위험요인에는 시설?설비 영역에 '조리장, 창고, 냉장 냉동고의 문서화된 청소계획을 가지고 있는가?'(48.3%), '사용하기 편리한 곳에 전용 수세시설을 구비하고 있는가?'(35.0%)가 해당되었고, 개인위생 관리 영역에서는 '종업원 위생교육을 실시하고, 평가기록을 유지하는가?'(50.0%), '손 세척을 올바르게 실행하는가?'(42.3%)의 항목이 포함 되었다. 생산단계별 위생 관리 영역에서는 '검수 시 식품의 품질과 온도 및 포장상태를 확인하고 기록하는가?'(35.0%), '재가열 온도를 준수하는가?'(44.4%), '냉동식품을 올바르게 해동하고, 해동 후 즉시 사용하는가?'(32.8%), '열장 또는 냉장 보관하거나 조리완료 1시간 반 이내에제공하는가?'(50.0%), '적정 배식 도구를 사용하는가?'(44.8%)의 항목이 나타났다. 서류 비치 영역에서 50% 미만의 준수율을 보인 항목은 존재하지 않았다. 넷째, 국내 식품위생법에서 정하고 있는 기준을 나타낸항목은 시설 설비관리 영역에 11항목, 개인위생관리영역에 3항목, 생산단계별 위생관리 영역에 6항목, 문서 영역에 3항목이 포함되었고, 그 준수율은 35.0-100%로 다양하게 나타났다. 운영 형태에 따른 준수율 비교 결과, 다점포 체인업소와 단독 경영업소 간에 있어 모든 영역에서 매우 유의적인 차이를 나타내어 단독 경영업소의 위생관리 향상을 위한 노력이 많이 요구되었고, 모든 대상 업소에서 식중독 발생과 큰 연관성이 있다고 규명된 요인의 항목 중 개인위생관리와 생산단계별 위생관리 영역에서의 준수율이 많이 미흡하여 위생교육 및 훈련을 통해 손 씻기의 습관화와 검수, 해동, (재)가열, 조리 후 보관의 매 단계에서 시간과 온도관리가 보다 철저히 이루어져야 하겠다. 국내 식품위생법의 준수율의 범위가 다양하게 나타났는데, 그 중 식중독 발생과 관련성이 큰 항목이 낮은 준수율을 보여 이에 대한 법적 감시와 규제를 강화되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 무엇보다 다양한 교육매체를 개발, 제공하여 식품취급자들의 인식변화와 행동수정을 유도하는 것이 외식업소의 위생관리 수준을 한 단계 높이는 데 필수적이라 하겠다.
