In this paper, we reviews the need and contents of aerodrome control simulator for air traffic controllers' training. In the view of managing the aviation safety, the departure and landing phases of aircraft are very important, because more than 60% of aircraft accidents and incidents have occurred in the take-off and landing phases. According to the benchmark each as practice type, simulation device and fidelity of reality of the air traffic control simulator, we have evaluated the implementation level of the domestic air traffic control simulator and checked up the current simulator's problems through the air traffic controllers' survey. Therefore, we suggest to the direction of developing a HI-FI simulator for aerodrome controllers.

A traffic detection system is a device that collects traffic information around an intersection. Most existing traffic detection systems provide very limited traffic information for signal control due to the restriction of vehicle detection area. A signal control scheme determines the transition among signal phases and the time that a phase lasts for. However, the existing signal control scheme do not resolve the traffic congestion effectively since they use restricted traffic information. In this paper, a new traffic detection system with a zone division signal control scheme is proposed to provide correct and detail traffic information and decrease the vehicle's waiting time at the intersection. The traffic detection system obtains traffic information in a way of vehicle-to-roadside communication between vehicles and sensor network. A new signal control scheme is built to exploit the sufficient traffic information provided by the proposed traffic detection system efficiently. Simulation results show that the proposed signal control scheme has 121 % and 56 % lower waiting time and delay time of vehicles at an intersection than other fuzzy signal control scheme.

Speeding is one of the major causes of traffic accidnets in urban areas. Driver feedback sign(DFS) is a traffic control device that can be used for many traffic environments including work zones, school zones, and roadways. In this paper, the effectiveness of DFS was evaluated through a field study using speed data collected from before and after study periods. In addition traffic safety improvement was also quantitatively estimated using the variance of speed data collected. Staistical test results showed that the speed difference was statistically significant, and the distribution of speed data was also shifted greatly. Therefore, it was concluded that installing the DFS in roadways might lead to unifomity of speed of traffic flow, thus, potential safety improvement might be expected.

AGV is most often used for the automation of freight transportation in the manufacturing industry or the distribution warehouses. AGV is fairly costly and used in goods transport between the determined location. The main control device dedicated to AGV is often autonomously developed for simplification using PLC in industry field. However, AGV developed for simplification makes many errors in traffic because it is developed for the limited simple function. Control device dedicated to AGV has been developed to solve the problem but it is almost impossible to revise the device according to the character and structure of every manufacturing industry. The purpose of this study is to propose the design method of the control system interlocked with PLC and dedicated to AGV. The control system should be to improve the problem of traffic rolling and possible to be revised according to the character of factory. It is apparent the proposed AGV system is efficient in operation in the result of several traffic performance analysis through the tests.

In this paper, We propose a method of motion interpretation of pedestrian for active traffic signal control. We detect pedestrian object in a movie of crosswalk area by using the code book method and acquire contour information. To do this stage fast, we use parallel processing based on CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture). And we remove shadow which causes shape distortion of objects. Shadow removed object is judged by using the hilbert scan distance whether to human or noise. If the objects are judged as a human, we analyze pedestrian objects' motion, face area feature, waiting time to decide that they have intetion to across a crosswalk for pdestrians. Traffic signal can be controlled after judgement.

Ad hoc network is infrastructureless network, that the network topology is configured by each node. Each node capacity device function namely, accomplishes a network control and a function of management because not being Network device of the exclusively. Ad hoc networks what kind of node join or leave the network topology to facilitate the expansion of arbitrary topology, to the case which is the distance whose traffic is distant the place must overtake through the route of intermediate nodes, like these facts give an effect to performance fluctuation. Consequently, each node in order to maintain traffic of oneself stably there is a necessity which will consider traffic and congestion control from the node which traffic of a condition and oneself of traffic of the circumference and the route which compose the network will overtake through. This paper assumes the path of the band with a finite resource, and path traffic to occupy the competition and its impact on transmission performance of these competing arguments to configure the model factor to analyse the performance impact on the results presented. Like this result with the fact that from the study, it will contribute in network management policy and the technique.

The technologies of domestic user programs are not enough to convert address convert information, which was collected via port redirection server, to user traffic. Generally traffic redirection technology is a special purpose technology for I/O traffic via network device. L4 switch needs various additional costs and devices to achieve this special purpose. To solve this problem, there appears need for a central management of control and monitoring by centralizing traffic at one position regardless of network structure and it is necessary to realize redirection function of switch at network layer. Therefore this study offer development of traffic central control system through protocol redirection of client-side.

Currently, Demand of data traffic has rapidly increased by popular of smart device. It is very difficult to accommodate demand of data traffic by limited resource of base station (BS). To solve this problem, method has proposed that the Device-to-Device (D2D) reduce frequency overload of the BS and all of the user equipment (UE) inside the BS and neighbor BS don't allow communicating directly to BS. However, in LTE-Advance system cellular link and sharing radio resources of D2D link, the strong interference of the cellular network is still high. So we need to eliminate or mitigate the interference. In this paper, we use the transmission power control method and Soft Frequency Reuse (SFR) resource allocation method to mitigate the interference of the cellular link and D2D link. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme has high performance in terms of Signal to Noise Ratio (SINR) and system average throughput.

The thesis is automated traffic control equipment system aims to improve. Areas where improvement is needed about the existing automated traffic control equipment by applying the latest technology and to improve the things that can be derived. Reflecting the derived improvements, we intend to present a plan for the design and implementation of a new unmanned traffic control device. The main improvements were designed to change the housing material of the unmanned traffic control equipment, simplify the configuration of the equipment, reduce the weight of the equipment, and change the purpose of the software. In order to evaluate the objective performance of the improved unmanned traffic control equipment through this study, it was requested to a public certification authority. The reliability of the equipment was secured through KC certification and durability test. It is intended to present the feasibility of securing the marketability of the unmanned traffic control equipment by comparing and evaluating the construction period and installation cost with the existing unmanned traffic control equipment.

Device-to-device (D2D) communication is a potential solution to the incessant increase in data traffic on cellular networks. The greatest problem is how to control the interference between D2D users and cellular mobile users, and between D2D users themselves. This paper proposes a solution for this issue by putting the full control privilege in cellular network using the software-defined networking (SDN) concept. A software virtual switch called Open vSwitch and several components are integrated into mobile devices for data forwarding and radio resource mapping, whereas the control functions are executed in the cellular network via a SDN controller. This allows the network to assign radio resources for D2D communication directly, thus reducing interference. This solution also brings out many benefits, including resource efficiency, energy saving, topology flexibility, etc. The advantages and disadvantages of this architecture are analyzed by both a mathematical method and a simple implementation. The result shows that implementation of this solution in the next generation of cellular networks is feasible.
