A Study on Effective e-Trade Platform Design (효과적인 e-Trade Platform 설계에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, in the global and digital business environment, we are in need of a single window through which we can exchange market information, make a contract, exchange foreign currency, clear customs and settle accounts. The "e-Trade platform" provides all the stakeholders in international trading circles with these series of trading processes by use of any available information technologies in an effective and seamless manner. The platform collectively includes e-trade infrastructures(e-trade documents repository, e-trade messaging system, e-trade standard documents repository) enabling small and medium sized companies as well as large enterprises to interface with government organizations and global trading institutions. The IT levels of the trading companies are significantly important in terms of benefiting the quality services from the e-trade platform.

A Strategy for Supporting the Learning Community in Cooperation with Industry

  • Learning community is one of the important pillars of the education in knowledge-based society. How to encourage students' spontaneous participation to the learning community is one of the actual problems to solve for the revolution of the education scheme. In this paper we introduce a strategy to boost the activity of the learning community, which works in the on-line space. The keys for the on-line supporting system for the learning community are to have communication space, trading space and connection with industry. To support activities of each space, we provide an on-line web site which includes a community module, a knowledge market module and an industrial commentary module. Students can start their self-leading study in the communication space, and they can also practice skills for the knowledge management in the knowledge trading space. Through the connection space, they can learn more from the real world critics with help of industry.

  • We compare impacts of different $CO_2$ abatement mechanisms using a CGE model. Focus is on the way the tradable permits are initially distributed for emissions trading, namely auction and grandfathering. For three major energy consuming industries (basic chemical, iron & steel and electricity) in Korea, emissions trading is clearly superior to individual $CO_2$ abatement, but auction and grandfathering show somewhat different patterns of impact. We show that depending on how the government uses the revenue from permit auction, auction may be preferable to grandfathering.

  • This paper proposes partial sharing and trading of digital content as a method of sharing blockchain idurium-based digital content. The platform has three characteristics and aims to improve the existing digital content sales platform. First, it increases the efficiency of sharing and trading through partial sharing and trading systems of digital content. Second, it will be built in the form of blockchain idurium-based smart contracts to ensure the accuracy of transactions. Third, it is possible to analyze the form factor of the comments by improving the grading system.

  • 최근 주식시장의 관심이 급격하게 높아지고 있으며, 코로나 19의 영향으로 신규 투자가 더욱더 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 개인의 투자자의 경우 기관보다 취득할 수 있는 정보의 양이 제한적이고 정보의 취득 시점이 늦기 때문에 개인의 투자자는 정보를 주관적으로 판단할 수밖에 없는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주식매매의 객관적인 판단을 위하여 페어 트레이딩 기반 빅데이터 분석을 이용하여 주식 매매 시기를 사용자에게 알려주는 알림 시스템을 제안한다. 주식 매매 시기 알림 시스템을 적용할 때 사용자에게 객관적인 주식 매매 시기를 알려주어 투자 손해를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 통신대역폭 거래(Bandwidth Trading, BT)는 국제적으로 1 조 달러 이상의 잠재적 시장을 보유한 사업 분야로, 특히 통신사업자에게는 비용절감과 새로운 수익창출의 기회를 제공한다. 그러나 아직까지 BT 에 대한 체계적인 연구는 국내/외를 막론하고 초기단계에 있다. 본 논문은 먼저 차세대 All-IP 인프라 환경에서 통신대역폭이 상품화되는 경향을 살펴본다. 또한 BT 허브(exchange hub) 역할을 할 제 3자 기반의 BTS(BT System)을 제안한다. 마지막으로 제안된 BTS 환경에서 통신사업자의 수입을 극대화하는 BTE(BT Engine)을, Markov 의사결정모형을 적용하여 개발한다.

A Comparative Study on the Mediation System Between Korea and PRC (무역분쟁해결을 위한 한$\cdot$중 조정제도의 비교연구)

  • Dispute plays a key role in maintaining the desirable trading performance. There are many problems such as problems of enforcement of arbitral award and the uncertainty of legal system in PRC. Therefore, the Korean trading companies with Chinese companies should be more concerned with mediation. It's because mediation are more likely to be effective than arbitration and litigation to resolve disputes with chinese companies. This article investigates some differences of mediation between ROK and PRC, and suggests the following ways to resolve dispute. First, the Korean companies should utilize the mediation in small claim but arbitration in big claim. Second, Write a contract and insert mediation clause in BCC or the standard arbitration clause in KCAB. Third, the companies should be more concerned with prevention of dispute than dispute resolution. In conclusion, to expand mediation system into an effective dispute resolution system, The Korean Dispute Resolution Center should be established.

  • In the paper, the effects of sidecar on index arbitrage trading and non-index arbitrage trading in the Korean stock market are examined. The analyses of return, volatility, and liquidity dynamics illustrate that there are no distinct differences for index arbitrage group and non-index arbitrage group surrounding the sidecar events. For further analysis, we construct pseudo-sidecar sample and analyse the effects of the actual sidecar and pseudo-sidecar on arbitrage sample and non-index arbitrage sample. The result of analysis using pseudo-sidecar shows that the differences between index arbitrage group and non-index arbitrage group are larger in pseudo-sidecar sample than in actual sidecar sample. This means that former results can be explained by temporary order clustering in one side before and after the event. Sidecar has little effect on non-index arbitrage group, however, it has relatively large effect on arbitrage group. These results imply that it needs to redesign the sidecar system of the Korean stock market which applies for all program trading including arbitrage and non-index arbitrage trading.

  • A microgrid can play a significant role for enlargement of renewable energy sources and emission reduction because it is a network of small, distributed electrical power generators operated as a collective unit. In this paper, an application of optimization method to economical operation of a microgrid is studied. The microgrid to be studied here is composed of distributed generation system(DGS), battery systems and loads. The distributed generation systems include combined heat and power(CHP) and small generators such as diesel generators and the renewable energy generators such as photovoltaic(PV) systems, wind power systems. Both of thermal loads and electrical loads are included here as loads. Also the emissions trading scheme to be applied in near future, the cost of unit start-up and the operational characteristics of battery systems are considered as well as the probabilistic characteristics of the renewable energy generation and load. A mathematical equation for optimal operation of this system is modeled based on the mixed integer programming. It is shown that this optimization methodology can be effectively used for economical operation of a microgrid by the case studies.
