Hanbok of dolls can be a good medium that can given with value of traditional cultural products, however, it is not easy to see hanbok and its pattern from dolls. Especially for the case of rag doll which is closely related to the life of users, it has enough value as traditional cultural contents, however, there have been not sufficient studies on its pattern development and classification of form of dolls. Therefore, by classifying the body type of dolls by its pose, this study aims to provide a basic data for the development of hanbok pattern. This study looks into the origin and meaning of dolls and the definition and features of rag doll, then, it collected pictures and data rag dolls produced by 29 domestic companies. Through the data collected, the six different types of dolls, 'Sitting Style', 'Standing Style', 'Lying Style', 'Cushion Style', 'Quadruped Sitting Style', 'Quadruped Standing Style', were classified into form. In the future, I hope the result of this study can be used as useful data for toy manufactures and cultural business in relation to development of rag doll and at the same time as a basic data for development of hanbok pattern development of rag dolls as traditional cultural goods.

A typical small firm in consumer goods sectors of developing countries is an OEM supplier to big MNCs. Lacking design and marketing capability, a small firm relies on the MNCs for survival but their long term growth is not guaranteed as the MNCs are always looking for, and ready to relocate to, cheaper production sites. In this light, we can say that there is something like "OEM trap" from which most firms from LDCs find difficult to move out (Lee 2005). In this situation, one way for long term growth and catch-up is to make a transition to the OBM (own brand manufacturer). But, the transition is not easy or even risky. This paper analyzes the cases of three companies in Korea to find out common features in their successful transition to OBM. They are Aurora World (a flush toy maker), Hankook Chinaware (a chinaware maker), and Hanacobi (a plastic-made food container maker with the Lock-and-Lock brand). These firms can be commonly characterized by 1) arranging access to external knowledge base and steady increase of in-house R&D efforts and capabilities leading to acquisition of formal IPRs and their management, and 2) establishment of global production networks with factories in lower-income countries as well as their own independent global marketing network.

Canine medial patellar luxation can cause hindlimb lameness in toy breeds and surgical operation needs when the lameness does not improve or worsen. In this study, the 2 dogs that showed postoperative non-weight bearing lameness were treated with electroacupuncture (EA) and the effects of postoperative EA were examined. Xue Hai (Sea of Blood), Du Bi (calf's nose, 2 acupoint), Zu San Li (leg 3 miles) acupoints were used in acupuncture. Xue Hai acupoint was connected to positive pole and Zu San Li was negative for 20 min with 2~5 volt, 5~30 Hz in EA. In case 1, EA were performed eight times for 26 days after 29th postoperative day and walking was improved from 6th EA. In case 2, EA were conducted five times for 17 day after 26th postoperative day and walking was improved from 4th EA. It may be possible to improve walking by EA treatment in the dogs that show post-operative non-weight bearing lameness, but the relationship between the effects of EA and the injury of stifle joint should be inspected.

The excavator is complex machinery which has widely used in the construction site, deck of harbor and deep sea. The one of important issue of excavator system in recent is an automation of it in order to improve a working efficiency, a convenience working circumstance and work satisfaction. However, since there are large nonlinearities of control circuit, actuating cylinder, joiners of hydraulic units and changing loads etc., it is difficult to develope an automatic excavator system. Therefore, in this study, toy scale pneumatic excavator system is constructed and the remote control system is installed on it, before developing the automatic excavator system. In order to design the control system of the developed pneumatic excavator system, the transfer function is obtained using signal processing method and the controller gains of PID are decided based on CDM(coefficient diagram method). The obtained transfer function and the performance of the proposed control system is evaluated through experiments and computer simulation.

Tributyltin (TBT) used world-wide in antifouling paints toy ships is a wide-spread environmental pollutant. At low doses, antiproliferative modes of action have been shown to be involved, whereas at higher doses apoptosis seems to be the mechanism of toxicity in reproductive organs by TBT. In this study, we investigated that the mechanisms underlying apoptosis induced by TBT in R2C cell. Effects of TBT on intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ level and reactive oxygen species (ROS) were investigated in R2C cells by fluorescence detector. TBT significantly induced intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ level in a time-dependent manner. The rise in intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ level was followed by a time-dependent generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the cytosol level. Simultaneously, TBT induced the release of cytochrome c from the mitochondrial membrane into the cytosol. Furthermore, ROS production and the release of cytochrome c were reduced by BAPTA, an intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ chelator, indicating the important role of $Ca^{2+}$ in R2C during these early intracellular events. In addition, Z-DEVD FMB, a caspase -3 inhibitor, decreased apoptosis by TBT. Taken together, the present results indicated that the apoptotic pathway by TBT might start with an increase in intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ level, continues with release of ROS and cytochrome c from mitochondria, activation of caspases, and finally results in DNA fragmentation.

Tributyltin (TBT) and its degradation products, dibutyltin (DBT) and monobutyltin (MBT) were quantitatively determined in surface sediments and two molluscan species, Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas) and rock shell (Thais ctavigera), from Gwangyang Bay, Korea. Butyltin compounds were detectable in almost all sediment and biota samples. Tributyltin concentrations in surface sediment ranged<2∼33 ng g$\^$-1/, which is at a lower end of TBT concentrations in industrialized bays in Korea. However, TBT levels in sediments were related to boating activities around the bay. In biota samples, TBT concentrations were in the range of 178∼2,458 ng g$\^$-1/ toy oyster and 47∼236 ng g$\^$-1/ for rock shell. Relatively high TBT concentrations in biota were found near wharves for fisherboats and harbor areas. About 90∼100％ of the female T. clavigera displayed imposex, and relative penis length index of the imposexed-female was in the range of 20.9∼107.9％. Furthermore, TBT body residue had a significant positive relationship with degree of imposex in T. clavigera. Overall, TBT concentrations in Gwanyang Bay were much lower than other major bays in Korea.

At present age, great many informations are no exaggeration to say that supply information of better quality to users depend on that grasp correctly user's query intention through internet along with fast development of internet. Therefore, this thesis suggest that generating meaning relation between keywords with that result by passing through morpheme analysis and syntactic analysis about Natural Language Query. This approach is implied more meaning relation than query by simple keyword or simple combination between keywords. Therefore, it is going to permit much more efficient information retrieval because of solving problem about existent query form, and generating query that user's query intention is reflected more correctly.

If multiple magnets are ingested, the potential exists for the magnets attracting one another across the gastrointestinal tract and inducing pressure necrosis, perforation, fistula formation, or intestinal obstruction. We report the case of a 12-year-old boy who suffered from a fistulous communication between the lesser curvature of the mid-body of the stomach and the duodenal bulb, caused by 4 ingested magnets (Singing Magnets, China). The patient presented with moderate mental retardation, a one-year history of cyclic vomiting, and abdominal discomfort. We present the findings of simple abdominal radiography, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, computed tomography, and upper gastrointestinal series. An emergency exploratory laparotomy was performed, which revealed a gastroduodenal fistula. Fistula repair and the removal of 4 magnetic toys were subsequently performed. We emphasize that clinicians who care for children should be aware of the hazards of magnetic toy ingestion.

Many diseases cause other diseases with strength of influences and time intervals. Prognostic and therapeutic assessments are the important part of clinical medicine as well as diagnostic assessments. In cases where a patient already has manufestations of multiple disorders (complications), progress forecasting and therapy decision by physicians without support tools are very dificult: physicians often say that "Once complications set in, the patient may die". Treating complications are difficult tasks for physicians, because they have to consider all of the complexities, possibilities and interactions between the diseases. The prediction of multiple disorders has many bundles that arise from such time-dependent interrelationships between diseases and nonlinear progress. This paper proposes a model based on time-dependent influences, which appropriately describes the progress of mulitple disorders, and gives some modificaitons for applying this model to medical domains: time-dependent influence matrix manifestation vector, therapy efficacy matrix, S-shaped curve approximation, definitions of which are provided. This research proposes an algorithm for forecasting the state of each disease on the time horizon and for evaluation of therapy alternatives with not toy example, but real patient history of multiple disorders.disorders.

Various image media such as game, animation, movie is developing. Goods called Figure as extension that use contents source of one kind in several forms were made, and is drawing a lot of popularity today. However, is handled as simple toy of children in the Korea. So, development of allied industry is slow. In case of overseas recognized the importance by means of marketing in contents industry. In this paper, explain meaning about figure and kinds of figure and through philosophical thought and theory, analyzed personality which figure has through scientific investigation(theory of Walter Benjamin, Freud and psychologists). Nowaday, figure industry of the Korea and other foreign country is continuing development. Especially the contents of Hanryu(Korea) star figure has lots of value and possibility of future growth.
