접미사 배열을 이용한 시간과 공간 효율적인 검색 (Time and Space Efficient Search with Suffix Arrays)

  • 길이가 n인 알파벳 $\Sigma$상의 텍스트 T에서 패턴 P를 효율적으로 검색하기 위해 접미사 트리와 접미사 배열이 널리 쓰이고 있다. 접미사 배열이 접미사 트리보다 더 적은 공간을 사용하기 때문에 텍스트의 길이가 긴 경우에는 접미사 배열이 더 선호되고 있다. 최근에는 접미사 배열을 이용한 O(${\mid}P{\mid}{\codt}{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}) 시간과 O(${\mid}P{\mid}{\codt}log{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}$) 시간 검색 알고리즘들이 개발되었다. 본 논문에서는 접미사 배열을 이용한 시간과 공간 효율적인 알고리즘들을 제시한다. 하나의 알고리즘은 O(${\mid}P{\mid}{\codt}{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}$) 비트 공간을 사용하여 O(${\mid}P{\mid}$) 시간에 수행되고, 다른 하나는 O($n{\cdot}log{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}+{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}{\cdot}$nlog log n/logn)비트 공간을 사용하여 O(${\mid}P{\mid}{\codt}log{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}$) 시간에 수행되는데, 두 번째 알고리즘은 보다 효율적인 공간을 사용하면서 여전히 빠른 알고리즘이다. 본 논문이 제시하는 알고리즘들이 시간과 공간에 있어 기존의 알고리즘들보다 더 효율적인 알고리즘들임을 실험을 통해 보여주고 있다.

  • 최근에 시공간 부호화(Space-Time code, STC)는 차세대 이동 통신에서 고속의 신뢰성 있는 통신을 위해 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중경로 페이딩 채널에서 고속의 데이터를 전송하고자 할 경우에 성능을 향상시키고자 트렐리스 부호화된(Trellis-Coded, TC) 차동 시공간 변조(Differential Space Time Modulation, DSTM)를 사용한 MDPSK에서 다중 심벌 검파 시스템을 제안한다. 차동 시공간 부호화된 MDPSK의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 DUSTM(differential unitary space-time modulation)을 이용하여 송신기를 설계하고 수신단에서 다중 심벌 검파를 수행하는 수신기와 디코딩 알고리듬을 개발하며, 이를 위한 새로운 가지 메트릭을 유도한다.

현대 남성 패션에 나타난 해체주의 '차연'적 표현 특성 (Characteristics of différance image in contemporary men's fashion)

  • This study is aimed at applying the philosophical concept of "$diff{\acute{e}}rance$" to contemporary men's fashion design, which could effectively show the shift in thinking. For the study method, the author examined the theoretical background of deconstruction and prepared the standard of analysis by organizing the concept of "$diff{\acute{e}}rance$," which exists at the center of philosophy. This study selected the three most popular brands: Maison Margiela, Comme des Garcons, and Yohji Yamamoto. The results are as follows. First, there is expression of perpetual reservation emphasizing time. This includes texture, patchworks, hems with ladder, and exposure of seam that expresses the trace of time flow and delayed delivery of immediate meaning, and the expression creates delay between major and minor and leads to consistent role exchange. Second, the trace of blank that emphasizes the space gives a visual sense of weight on spares with the intentionally granted space, as well as the space that is the trace of trace and creates a sense of depth through the direction of empty space. Third, the space created in the process of wearing cloth is visualized, the structure of clothing is deconstructed, and the movement from the process recomposes the shape of space and expands the definition that enables expansion of time and space. Fourth, the undetermined relationship expresses the border of time and space visually and deconstructs time and space. The approaches are mostly constructive, demonstrating an avant-garde form of clothes-wearing to show the non-form or imbalance condition.

  • Virtual reality is not a new concept but just a new word and also it isnt limited to the reality created by computer-assisted image composition. Furthermore, we have lived within the virtual reality since long time ago, and the newly emerging digital technology has made the limits of the virtual expression vague and the definition of space concept new, The magical experiences we have had within the digital space consisted of Virtual space are the philosophical subject which we can hardly explain as a simple dichotomous definition such as Virtuality or Reality. But its true that our experiences made within virtual space are felt as much newer space considering those of space design, which have been traditionally made in our physical territory. Digital game is the representative space that provides a new space. Therefore, the new concept in space will be not just the territory expansion of space but also the opportunity we can find a new possibility through the relation between human and space. At this point in time that the life territory is expanding as a new space, this research goal is to show the new possibility of the connection of human and digital space through studying the relationship of Human and Space, Space and Digital space and Human and Digital space as well as The peculiarity of the space which is expressed at Digital game, the most representative space providing new experiences.

  • 통계적 회귀모델과 보간모델은 구조공학 분야에서 실제실험과 전산실험의 결과로부터 자료를 분석하고 응답을 예측하기 위해 적용되었으며 최근 10 년 동안 다양한 설계방법론들과 함께 발전해왔다. 그러나 그들은 구조물의 크기와 형상과 같은 공간변수에 대해서만 취급해왔고 시간변수에 따라 변하는 시간-변화 동적응답을 고려할 수 없었다. 본 연구에서는 공간변수와 시간변수를 모두 취급하여 시간-변화 동적응답을 고려할 수 있는 다중응답접근법 기반 통계적 공간-시간 메타모델을 제안한다. 대표적 회귀모델인 반응표면모델과 보간모델인 크리깅모델을 구조공학 예제의 시간-변화 동적응답에 적용한다. 또한 제안한 방법의 성능을 검증하기 위해 실제함수와의 비교를 통해 두 통계적 공간-시간 메타모델의 정확성을 비교한다.

  • This study aims to establish the concept about a new approaching method dor remodeling in the planning step. also, this study sets up the way how to approach in a dimensional way by classifying the conceptual composition of the target housing as a method. The dimensional definition is as below. The one dimensional approach: the spot. the two dimensional approach: the line, the three dimensional approach: the apatial mass, the four dimensional approach: space + time, the n dimensional (multi-dimensional) approach: the space + time + emotion. The research findings are as follows : For the purpose of remodeling, the old housing should be viewed in the three dimensional shape and space. It is defined as multi-dimensional module method to design the shape and space of the target housing in a multi-dimensional point, considering the three dimensional space composition, the emotion of the user, the housing itself. and the time of the user.

  • In this paper, we propose a new strategy for a space robot to control its attitude. A space robot is an example of a class of non-holonomic systems, a system of which cannot be stabilized into its equilibria with continuous static state feedbacks even in the case that the system is, in some sense, controllable. Thus, we cannot design stabilizing controllers for space robots using conventional control theories. The strategy presented here transforms the non-holonomic system into a time-state control form, and allows us to make the state of the original system any desired one. In the stabilization, any conventional control theory can be applied. For simplicity, a space robot with a two-link manipulator is considered, and a simulated motion of the controlled system is shown.

철도장대터널의 대피통로 최적간격에 관한 연구 (A Study of Proper Space between the Escape Tunnels in the Long Railway Tunnel)

  • When a fire takes place, the escape tunnel which could prevent passengers and the crew from disasters would be most important facility among railway tunnel facilities for prevention of disaster. A shorter space between the escape tunnels is much better for safety because of short escape time. The establishment of short space escape tunnels(driftways) in the single track parallel tunnel is much easier. The establishment of long space escape tunnels(inclined shafts, vertical shafts) in the double track is much more advantageous economically. We, therefore, compared the movement time of smog originated from fire with the escape time of the crew and passengers for setting up the best space between the escape tunnels in the double track tunnel. We could calculate the best space between the escape tunnels in the double track tunnel properly by computer simulation.

A STUDY ON SPACE ZONING BY COMPUTING IDLE-TIMES IN CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES

  • An inappropriate space zoning plan causes the unnecessary transportation of construction material and equipment among work areas and increases the disorder of work space. Space zoning is an essential operation management technique which contributes to reduce the process and/or operation idle-time. This paper introduces a method that computes the idle-times between construction operations (or processes) by using Web-CYCLONE. It allows computing with idle-times that affect the construction productivity. Using the idle time between operations and between processes, it computes the optimal number of zones and finds the optimal combination of zones that minimize the idle times. The method contributes to minimize the idle times relative to the operation schedule using complete enumeration. This paper presents the system prototype in detail. A case study is presented to demonstrate the system and verifies the validity of the model. It allows a project manager to establish space zoning plan that effectively segregates a project into optimal number of construction zones and to assign the constrained resources (e.g., laborer, equipment).
