  • The dynamic nature of the World Wide Web challenges Search engines to find relevant and recent pages. Obtaining important pages rapidly can be very useful when a crawler cannot visit the entire Web in a reasonable amount of time. In this paper we study way spiders that should visit the URLs in order to obtain more “important” pages first. We define and apply several metrics, ranking formula for improving crawling results. The comparison between our result and Breadth-first Search (BFS) method shows the efficiency of our experiment system.

  • The purpose of this study is analyze buying time use and it's influential factors of buying types. The major findings are follows: (1) Physiological time, household work time, earning time & leisure time are respectively similar to The Investigation of Korean Life Time(1991,1995). (2) Buying time of wives who perceived time deficit are shorter than those who did not perceive so. (3) Internet shopping time is 18minutes, direct visiting shopping time is 68minutes and those who directly visit shops pursued leisure effect. (4) Influential factors of internet shopping time are educational level, household work time, earning time & leisure time and direct visiting shopping time are husband's job, household work time, earning tile & leisure time.

  • We address the problem of determining the sequence of a vehicle with fixed capacity to visit n nodes at which a predetermined amount is picked up and/or delivered. The objective is to minimize the total travel distance of the vehicle, while satisfying the pick-up/delivery requirements and feasibility at all nodes. Existing methods for the problem allows the vehicle to visit a node twice, which is impractical in many real situations. We propose a heuristic algorithm, in which every node is visited exactly once. Computational results using random problems indicate that the proposed heuristic outperforms existing methods for practical range of the number of nodes in reasonable computation time.

  • In this paper, we propose a new conceptual HVRPCR(Heterogeneous Fleet Vehicle Routing Problem with Customer Restriction) model including additional restrictions that are consisted of loadage limit and possible visit number of demand post in HVRP. We propose HVRPCR algorithm using the heuristic in order to solve speedily because VRP is NP-Hard and need many solution time. The proposed model is simulated with changing demand post location, demand weight, loading and possible visit number limitation. Results of the computational experiment are provided along with some analysis like travel cost reduction rate.

  • China has a growing number of medical tourists to visit South Korea every year, with economic growth, and thus Korea's medical tourism is growing countries in the new growth engine industries and attracting attention. In this study, this time looking at the risks and benefits of medical tourism potential factors consumers feel the Chinese people for South Korea medical tourism, economic, based on existing research, functional, temporal, social, and psychological setting factors, risks and benefits conducted a study of the relationship between the purchase of your help. Risk factors identified through this study, we investigate expanding the overseas medical tourism market to visit Korea by managing the benefits and know the strategic implications that can achieve customer satisfaction by the service convenient for Chinese tourists.

  • Spatial database system provides many query types and most of them are required frequent disk I/O and much CPU time. k-NN search is to find k-th closest object from the query point and up to now, several k-NN search methods have been proposed. Among these, MINMAX distance method has an aim not to visit unnecessary node by applying pruning technique. But this method access more disk than necessary while pruning unnecessary node. In this paper, we propose new k-NN search algorithm based on density of object. With this method, we predict the radius to be expected to contain k-NN object using density of data set and search those objects within this radius and then adjust radius if failed. Experimental results show that this method outperforms the previous MINMAX distance method. This algorithm visit fewer disks than MINMAX method by the factor of maximum $22\%\;and\;average\;6\%.$

  • This paper presents optimal solutions for the following two problems ; (1) The vehicle routing problem with deadline considering homeward-route transport requirement, (2) The problem of (1) with relaxed constraint that the vehicle cannot visit the depot during the trip. That is, for the second problem, vehicle can visit the depot several times during the trip. The formulation and optimal solution we obtained outperform the existing ones proposed by other researchers in the sense of time and total distance traveled and the results can be applicable to short-haul local transport.

  • Diplomatic relations between the United Arab Emirates and Indonesia have been going on for almost five decades. However, the cooperation between the two countries was still very limited at the beginning of diplomatic relations. As time went by, this cooperation began to expand, especially after Jokowi's visit to the United Arab Emirates in 2015. After this visit, the United Arab Emirates also showed increased interest in Indonesia and started to aggressively exercise soft power in Indonesia. Agreement after agreement have been signed, not only in the economic, political, and security sectors, but also in other areas. This phenomenon of increasing cooperation is one form of success in the soft power exercised by the United Arab Emirates towards Indonesia. Therefore, this research will look at the United Arab Emirates' soft power strategy towards Indonesia from 2015-2022. The concept developed by Joshua Kurlantzick is used to analyze using four important indicators that include educational cooperation, religious exchanges, humanitarian assistance, as well as cultural exchanges.

  • Purpose: This study was carried out to substantiate the application process of activity-based costing on the current cost of hospital home care (HHC) service. The study materials were documents, 120 client charts, health insurance demand bills, salary of 215 HHC nurses, operating expense, 6 HHC agencies, and 31 HHC nurses. Method: The research was carried out by analyzing the HHC activities and then collecting labor and operating expenses. For resource drivers, HHC activity performance time and workload were studied. For activity drivers, the number of HHC activity performances and the activity number of visits were studied. Result: The HHC activities were classified into 70 activities. In resource, the labor cost was 245₩per minute, operating cost was 9,570₩ per visit and traffic expense was an average of 12,750₩. In resource drivers, education and training had the longest time of 67 minutes. Average length of performance for activities was 13.7 minutes. The workload was applied as a relative value. The average cost of HHC was 62,741₩ and the cost ranged from 55,560₩ to 74,016₩. Conclusion: The fixed base rate for a visit in the current HHC medical fee should be increased. Exclusion from the current fee structure or flexible operation of traveling expenses should be reviewed.
